Ok on average. Had someone a bit heavy, which gave me heavy handed massage & repetitive last time. I had to ask twice to stop doing the same thing etc. Always good to ask for someone else if it seems lesser than expected. Will do so next time. Theyre polite.Nancy was good a few times ago.

Do not go here! Dirty and unsanitary. After my massage I removed the blanket and found I had been laying on a dirty used band aid the entire time. I was so disgusted! The man giving the massage was rough and kept burping the entire time. Nor did he sanitize his hands before starting. The sheets did not smell fresh either. I let everything go and only complained to the front desk about the band aid. They took my number saying the manager would call me but never did. Save your money and go somewhere clean and sanitary. A dirty band aid is grossssss!

We love our experience here. Although we couldnt find a couple room, but Annie is the best person who massaged me and the guy person in the reception is the best.

I highly DO NOT recommend coming here. They are rude and unprofessional and do not care about customer service whatsoever. I recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere else because I had a horrible experience here and the massage sucked.

My girlfriend called into the business at noon and made an appointment for both of us at 7pm. We showed up to the business for our appointment only to find out they gave away our appointment time. The employee at the desk then lied to us saying he meant to call my girlfriend about our appointment when she never gave them her phone number. All we got was a simple “sorry” and were told we could wait for an opening if we wanted to. This business is completely unprofessional and can’t even stick to their own appointments.

First timer and from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, everyone was so nice. Had a 30 min foot/60 min body and price is perfect if you have cash its a bitter cheaper! Massage was exactly what I needed to work out all my knots. Definitely will be back.

This place is absolutely horrible! I went in with a migraine and told them I wanted a neck and scalp massage. I don’t think they understood what I was saying. The girl came in and started rubbing my mid back and out of nowhere without even being warming me up, she yanked my arm back , she then started laughing, it was the creepiest worst vibe ever .Long story short, I went home and had severe pain on my arm and shoulder, went to the doctors and I have a torn/ injured Rotator cuff . It is not worth to pay the $50 for Garbage of a place. I will have to deal with this health issue But who knows how long! Make sure you find out if these people are licensed or not .

The massage was good but it’s unfortunate that it was overshadowed by the lack of customer service from the front desk lady. I booked for my husband to get a massage the day before Father’s Day and the front desk woman (possibly the owner) was short and dry with him upon checking in and at his checkout. It seemed as if she was irritated by him. Not trying to play the race card but it’s interesting that another man who was White got more of a reception and friendly service. It’s almost like if you don’t want Black men to be in your establishment just be real about it. It sucks because I also liked coming here because it’s local and the massages are good but I can not continue to patronize a business who chooses to be selective with who receives good service and who doesn’t especially when nothing warranted that behavior.

Went in for a couples massage with my husband & we left really disappointed. Starting off with the customer service or I should say the lack of. The front desk lady was so rude and kept cracking her neck every 2min. We had a 30min foot massage and the whole entire time I felt as if the lady doing my massage hated her job. She was so rough and was SCRATCHING the bottom of my toe. She massaged my calves and it felt like I was going to get a cramp of how rough she was getting. We went in for our body massage and laid on what looks like buckets (not a massage table.) The same 2 ladies came in and my lady went HAM on me. She kept digging her elbow in my back and I kept tensing up because it obviously hurt and she went in harder!! She also would use her knuckles ALOT! And not in a good way! She also didn’t use a lot of lotion or oil so there was a lot of pulling on my skin which hurt ALOT! She “massaged” my head and it felt as if she was ripping off my hair. She even used her nails to “massage” me. We got hot stones and the lady massaging my husband BURNT his back with it! When we were done the two ladies rushed to the front of the establishment and said “tip tip sir lady tip.” I was shocked!! Please do not come here. It amazes me that they’re still in business

This place is great, if you need a really good massage without all the frills! My masseuse William was awesome, he was very thorough. He asked about my pressure, which I tend to like my massages more on the hard pressure side, and his increased pressure was perfect! I will definitely be back!! The place was clean and tidy! Only downside is they only take cash😞, but other than that its a cool place to get a seriously good massage. If you want cucumber water, lush spa robes, and chandelier ceilings, then this aint the place for you. But if you work hard all week at your job or in the gym and need a quick massage, definitely hit this place up.

Husband and wife William and Wendy are phenomenal! Very gifted and intuitive. Wonderful spa, excellent pricing, great relaxing music. I wish I could go every day!!!

There is a perfect fit for everyone. Once you find him/her its the best place ever. They are super friendly, accommodating and professional. Even the receptionists are super sweet! They work hard as well to get you on the schedule. Dont expect them to be mind readers. Please speak up and tell these folks what type of massage you want. If you want deep, softer etc.. They need your communication as well instead of giving them a bad review. So if you lay there an hour without speaking up thats your fault.. Me on the other hand have found the perfect workers there and have a positive experience each time. You are also welcome to stop your massage and ask for someone else.. Dont be miserable, speak up because they do have several really good gals and guys that do a good job there.

I have been to several different massage parlors. I have never been in so much pain after a massage before. The woman massaging me was extremely rough and aggressive and apparently doesn’t know that screams mean STOP!!!!!! I had severe cramping in my upper back from her jamming her elbow into my shoulder blades. The lady from the front desk heard my yell and came to assure me Brunhilda would ease up. Well she didn’t. She dug her clay like hands in the base of my skull and pulled extremely dangerously hard on my head. That’s enough I said. I should of never paid them. I was in so much pain the next day I went to urgent care. They took ex rays and said she had strained my neck similar to whiplash. I had to wear a brace for a week. Do yourself a favor and a little more money for a trained SAFE Professional.

Great prices and great massage. David did a 2 hour massage for me. Knew where to work harder and where to ease up. Feel so much better and relaxed. Only downside is the walls dont go to the top of the ceiling, so there is some occasional noise.

Ive been here at this massage place a couple of times now. Ive had great experiences at this facility. Doesnt look like much when you go in the front door but once you get inside where the massage rooms are...its ok. This place is not a luxury spa, its more like a practical spa. The rooms are clean and spartan and no music or soothing sounds or anything like that. They barely speaks any English except for the most basic words. They are great at massaging, thou. Definitely gets the job done and I always feel better the following day. Will definitely come again.

This place has the best value around at $22 for an hour foot massage... Which actually is almost a full body massage so Im not quite sure why they call it just a foot massage but hey... For $22 who cares? My complaint is that depending on who you get to massage you they can be quite rough. The guy that I had was friendly and nice and did a great job but OMG... He was so rough I asked him a couple times not so rough and apologize but continue to dig deep and actually was bruised and sore when I left this time. If they can pay attention and listen and get to the right pressure... Then this place will be the best. Its fairly clean and nice and neat and kept up good so thats always a plus. Every time I go in here and there seems to be availability which is nice as well so I dont have to have a set appointment. Very accommodating in the lady at the front desk has been very nice every time Ive come.

I have visited this spa a total of 4 times. The first 3 visits were great and I thought I had found a great neighborhood spa. Todays visit was my last for sure. I purshased (2), 90min massages for my mother and I and the 2 men that massaged us thought they were massaging sumo wrestlers, we went in for relaxation session and left feeling as if we were brutally tortured. When we expressed that the pressure was to much they both laughed, several times and chatted in their language the entire massage which was by the way annoying and unprofessional. I didnt tip as I would normally tip due to the unpleasant experience. When we were done the lady that checked us out was highly rude and disrespectful, and the guy that massaged me had the nerve to say my back was hard, the funny part my heart wouldnt let me leave without a tip, my mind wanted to walk out and express myself in a totally different way. I will never patronize this business again. If you must try it for yourself ask for Tom hes the only person their thats worth trying the rest are all arrogant, and rude. My back is still hurting from the torture. 😳

They took me in last minute about 2 hours before they closed and worked the pinched nerve in shoulder out in about the first 5 minutes then it was time to just relax and enjoy the rest of the deep tissue massage for an hour and twenty five minutes. Ill be back here as often as possible now that I found such a wonderful in town massage spot!

Pretty sure. I got scabies from that place. I got bit by something and 2 weeks after I left, my knee was itching uncontrollably spreading fast.

This was my second time going here. To be honest, I was so impressed with the great Foot Reflexology massage the first time that I expected to be disappointed this time. But NO! Hard to believe but it was even better than before! The prices, service and tranquil setting/decor/music are excellent. I left this time promising myself I would schedule regular massages here and try all the other services they have.

If im being completely honest, last night, i think i paid $45 for an hour of some form of asian torture. she started on my back, and i do like alot of pressure in my shoulders, but this did not feel good. it honestly felt like she was just trying to hurt me. she was elbowing my shoulder blades, not the muscles. the first half hour was my back and the entire time i just wanted to scream uncle. it was like she was torturing me for information and i wanted to give it to her i just didnt know what it was...Today, my entire back feels like i have internal bruising. my back honestly feels worst than it did before the massage. My friend got the same as me and we literally laughed the whole way home bc she said hers was the same. not relaxing at all. when she did my legs, it was okay. I was really hoping i would enjoy this bc its right by my house and the prices are so good but i will not be returning. ever again.

Don’t bother with foot reflexology. It was just a regular foot massage. Total body was average but they didn’t touch my thighs or glutes

Lady literally was popping her fake teeth as she was giving me a massage....I paid for full body I only got my back massaged and part of my legs for about 5 min never got to my feet at a point the lady thought I was sleeping I think left the room for a bit , I though I was getting those minutes back but that was a big no she thought I was asleep and didn’t notice .. when she was finished she asked for a big tip please.... I didn’t want to give her anything, but I have her $10 and that wasn’t enough for her she said me to tiya (tired) tire how she took a 15 min break...... wouldn’t go there again

Wonderful! I let them know Im experiencing chronic shoulder pain and she put a lot of work into the massage. Much relief. Very grateful.

The massage is excellent. There are masseurs available in an hour if you would like to set an appointment. The website prices are not updated so when you set an appointment ask about the price. Theres a discount when paying in cash.

Massage is good but they have raised their prices for a foot massage from $22 before covid to now $35 & with tip its more like $40 and has to be cash and it costs even more if its with a credit card or debit.

Great atmosphere. Wonderful massage. Paid $22ish for a 1 hour foot massage and got a full body included as well as a nice hot foot soak and foot massage. Well worth it.

This was my second Massage ever! And Lupe really did a phenomenal job! I really enjoyed the 90 minute Hot Rock Massage! Ask for Lupe!

This place is awesome, called last minute and they still took us and still did a 60 minute massage. The foot Reflexology is the best we will go back there again.

Terrible place, the receptionist didnt even bother to greet me, she was busy on her cell phone and didnt even ask me what I wanted, tremendous arrogance, I didnt take any massage, that woman was very bad.
