Update; Daniel is no longer there so I booked a deep tissue/therapeutic massage with Roxy. It was excellent. She offered to use her feet if I needed to go ultra deep. Lol Her pressure was awesome. She does all the scheduling and warned me she might need to take some calls but she didnt pause working nor lighten her pressure during the calls (2 or 3). Im totally fine with that, Im there for pain relief, not relaxation. I can relax at home all I want. I highly recommend Roxy!Original: Booked a same day massage with Daniel. I like deep tissue and he did not disappoint. Actually, Im very picky about my massages. After my last spa closed down in December, I tried to find another spa to replace it. I will definitely be back here and looking forward to it!

Absolutely terrible service. I walked in with my partner to get him into his appointment I had booked and a woman at the desk asked me and him to go into the room and wait for the massage therapist. The lady was not only almost 10 minutes late for our appointment but she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She forced me out of the room, had an attitude, would not let me talk or explain anything to her, because clearly the employees there do not communicate about their policies to each other and they communicated differently to me. She refused to let me speak to a manager and would not provide the owners contact information. She gave me a business card with the store number on it. When I asked her if she was ready to begin the session because she was already late she said “my clients know I’m late”. Mind you, this was our first time there so I was not communicated this. The lady name was Roxy. If you ever decide to go here do not book with Roxy. Do not go to this place in general, it was extremely unprofessional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I tried this place for the first time today (June 2022) and made a same day appointment for the afternoon time. I have never been more pleased with the level of care, expertise, friendliness, and cleanliness!!! I have some hip pain along with tight glutes, and the massage therapist knew just what to do to help me! I felt amazing after my appointment! She was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable, which is what I like most! She was easy to talk to and was communicating with me about the pressure and adjusted well if I needed a little lighter hand. Overall, I would recommend Serenity Massage to everyone looking for a fantastic massage! 10/10!

Got a couples massage after our Valentine’s Day dinner. One of the best massages we’ve had! They were very thorough and not afraid to put the pressure, so make sure you let them know your tolerance! 5-star! ( make sure you tip! )

We booked a 90 minute hot stone couples massage. The place had a nice atmosphere, but it was a little small. The therapists were very thorough, but this was definitely a deep tissue massage. This was more a therapeutic massage than a relaxing one. We’re used to getting massages at least once a month, but this massage was a little intense for my tastes and I definitely felt it the next morning.

Ive had several massages at this spa. Theyve all been excellent. One time in particular, Id had a problem with sciatica due to driving a lot. The masseuse knew just how to treat it and solved the problem for me which, if youve ever suffered from sciatica, you know is rare. Recommend!

Worse massage I’ve ever had .Dont waste your money. If you’re looking for a cheap rub down this is your place. If you’re actually wanting a quality massage from a licensed trained massage therapist go somewhere else.

Great massage and the tables are very comfortable. No funny business here no fancy water or robes just a great massage for a fair price.

I have never had a bad massage here. I have gotten deep tissue massage for years (OK decades) and it’s always very hard to find someone who will go deep enough. That is not a problem here.If you have the female therapists they are quite strong and if you need it even deeper they have the bars on the ceiling so they can walk on your back and go as deep as you want. because I tend to want it deep enough that it feels like a jack hammer, I recommend the male therapist.If you tell him you want it super deep…you’re going to get it. You will walk out not just feeling relaxed but your muscles will actually be looser and you will feel a difference. He is not for the weak however, he goes deep and you’re going to be gritting your teeth with the “good pain” so be careful what you ask for. Also, normally when I get massage they hit the main muscles and then all of the weird spaces (right up against the bone along my shin, weird spots deep in my hip, deep along the bone on my forearm, etc.) it finds those little spots and it feels amazing.I like all of the therapists but the guy is my preferred even though there is a bit of momentary suffering involved but in a good way. I always walk out feeling like everything is fixed.Highly recommend.Also, if you are a sleaze bag, don’t come here it’s not THAT kind of spa. They don’t need you being rude & ordering “off the menu” just get a great DEEP massage and appreciate it.

Just started strength training so I was rather tight and hurting bad after work today, came to this establishment to try nd help my pain a little. The lady up front asked how long would I like a massage I said 1 hr she showed me the price, They charged me upfront before service. After waiting 15 mins a girl come in with a phone, the person said I didn’t have an appointment and they thought I did have one. They had me get dressed and leave the room, upset n giving me my refund they shorted me $12 only gave me $60 back. When I pointed it out the gentlemen ran to the back and brought my money. Horrible service and will never be back again

I had a disappointing experience at this massage place. In the first minute after we walked in, the massage therapist immediately began discussing tips before the massage even started going over what was expected tip wise. They were 12 minutes late starting the session. The massage was average and not anything special. After we put down a 20% tip on the receipt of what was suggested, she had the audacity to ask for more and even stated, Im really not happy with the tip, implying the initial tip wasnt sufficient. It made us feel uncomfortable, and she was passive aggressive stating, that I guess it could be fine if that’s how we felt. Then she revealed that her personal rate was much higher and suggested we cover the difference in tips. This unprofessional behavior left a negative impression, and I would advise others to avoid this place if you want to avoid an awkward situation.

OMG I don’t even want to leave a review so people won’t find this hidden gem and I can keep Roxy all to myself. She is AMAZING!!!

Fantastic experience! It was recommended that I work with Daniel and it was on target! His massage technique was top notch and he worked out all the knots! He was also very attentive and offered excellent care and education regarding what was happening in my body and how to help myself. I will definitely return to serenity spa when I am back in town.

This place had so much promise. Great look and clean but literally the worst massage of my life. Started with a gal who seemed to know what she was doing but then talked on the phone on and off through the massage.Then left me for a good 10 minutes only to have a different masseuse return. This woman had maybe never given a massage before. At best it was rubbing oil into my skin. Throughout the massage she was texting which wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t for the jarring tossing of the phone onto the table. Then she ended the massage a solid 15 minutes early not to mention all the waiting I did. On top of that nothing extra to make up for it. I do not understand how this place can stay in business. Only giving a two star review because it was clean.*to owners response*Absolutely not true. Also how do you just tell a customer they’re wrong versus saying you’ll fix the issues? I don’t live here so I’m not gaining anything from this review aside warning other customers.1. I’d be interested who your therapists are trained through. She literally barely used her hands and at best was resting her forearms on my back.2. I’m telling you something that happened, like how can you say you don’t have this? It’s not like it’s a training issue. It’s a personnel issue.3. I absolutely wasn’t asked, I was told. I even said “okay, is she as good as you?” And was told “they’re all good” which obviously isn’t true.4. I showed up at 6:45. You had me wait 10 minutes while you handled phone calls or whatever. Then when you left me on the table for a solid 5 minutes to get the other therapist.

If you’re looking for an amazing deep tissue massage, this is your place! Roxy is an incredible massage therapist, you won’t be disappointed!

Five stars! Over the last several weeks I have been working out with 4X4 Mobile Fitness each morning with high intensity exercises in my driveway. The muscle pain has been increasing based on the intensity of the workouts and caused me to look for potential solution. This was my first time visiting Serenity Massage and I was very pleased with the level of service by Roxy and the Team. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, the guest rooms were clean and had peaceful music in the background, and overall the service was great. My muscle pain has improved greatly following the visit. I plan to return for repeat visits in the future. Thank you!

Caution: call ahead or confirm gender of masseuse ahead of time if you are more comfortable with a certain gender.I have been regularly getting massages for the last 3 years, after moving I needed to find a new place to get a massage and tried Serenity Massage. While the massage itself was fine and my masseuse did a good job, I was not happy with the transparency or communication of the masseuse gender. I booked online and the only provider was Serenity S. In my experience the provider is the person who is going to give you the massage. I made the assumption Serenity S. was a female. Looking at the booking system now, even if I book weeks in advance the only provider is Serenity S. which makes me think this means nothing. Adding to my confusion, I was greeted by a female and walked to my room and told to remove clothes to my comfort level (...which may change based on who is giving you the massage) and not until I was on the table and the masseuse entered and spoke did I know it was a male giving me a massage. I have only ever received massages by females and am most comfortable with them. To some this may not matter and this would be a fine place to go to, like I said, he did a good job. But for me, it was not a good experience to be caught off guard like that.

Top notch professionals! I take care of my elderly parent with dementia and a replaced hip. His sacroiliac joint bothers him from time to time. I explained this and the dementia to my provider and they took care of him with respect and professionalism as if it was a family member of their own. The service was better than any physical therapy or medical treatment he has ever had. The pain was gone, increased range of motion and a steady gait with balance were immediately noticeable. I can’t say Thank You enough for all the care and expertise in healing my loved one.

Came for the first time with my mom. We just walked in and they squeezed us in. Everything is so clean and they are very professional. Annie did my massage. She was wonderful! Checking often how I was feeling. I will be coming back!!!

This is a very professional spa. I told them the areas I needed help with (shoulders & lower back) and the therapist was sensitive to the pressure and adjusted accordingly. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.
