IMPERIAL STAY BnB (WEBSITE BOOKING ONLY)

My husband and i was in nyc on an emergency visit. We contacted the host of IMPERIAL STAY BnB, Fran on a short notice , she did everything possible to accommodate us and made our stay extremely nice. The next morning we were feed a scrumptious breakfast. We will definitely staying at the Imperial Stay BnB again. Forgot to mentioned the room was cozy and beautiful!!

Amazing Experience!!!I had a fantastic stay at Imperial Stay B&B. The great useful amenities really enhanced my experience, the breakfast was delicious and the caring staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My go to spot for now.

Fran is exceptional! She truly cares about guests’ feelings and concerns and makes sure you are at ease. She is so patient with all my questions and you can feel so taken care of especially if you are a girl. With this attitude I’m sure her business is only becoming better and better.I cannot say much about the rooms though because I couldn’t take any but Fran manages several properties I think she can always find something nice for you.

I was blown away by how great the Imperial Stay was! It’s hard to find affordable accommodations in NYC specifically Brooklyn that aren’t trashy. The Imperial Stay was affordable, also clean and well organized. My room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom is extremely and well maintained. The continental breakfast was amazing!! Host Fran does a great job making sure this is a pleasant place to stay. Will definitely look to stay here next time I am in the city. It always helps supporting small business.

Fran is the best host. I am so lucky I met her when I did, she has been a blessing. I have stayed with her many times now while working in the city. I have never had a complaint. The rooms are great and decorated so nicely. The bathroom is always clean and well stocked up of anything you could need. Fran is always willing to help in anyway she can. I will continue to stay here until I am done working in the city.

This is the cleanest place and most comfortable beds youll find for miles around. Its hard to get so close to Prospect Park and Flatbush Ave and find reasonable lodging prices. Dont waste money on so-called luxuries at big hotels that dont have much personal touch. Save it by staying here in the heart of town, and have a nice little breakfast to start your adventure too!

My spouse and I absolutely loved our stay!! The property was extremely cleaned. The bed is very comfortable and smells great. The sheets look and feel brand new. The towels were very soft and cuddly. Room was very cozy and romantic. We felt at home. Its definitely a home away from home. You will welcome and at home. We will definitely come back.

Such a cute little spot near Prospect Park. I booked last minute and my stay was serene. Tranquil rooms and lovely furnishing, quiet and safe environment, plus breakfast. It truly doesn’t get better than this.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in New York. Extremely affordable and perfect for a traveling young person or couple. The neighborhood is great to walk around and the rooms themself are adorable and so comfortable. High recommend.

Easy booking, friendly and responsive host, clean room and great location with a subway station nearby.

Anytime I visit Brooklyn, this is my BnB of choice.. Everyone gets treated like family.. The house is always clean and smelling good, the host is friendly and accommodating, and the house decor is lovely.. I highly recommend booking..

Stayed here last week, this place was amaaaazing!! what a find! best stay in BK. most affordable price around, wonderful accommodation and services and a beautiful, clean room just near prospect. i’m genuinely in love with this place and i’m telling everyone i know!!

My experience here was superb. the services offered with great motivation

A very, very bad experience. I took my two children to take Uber to the door of the hotel. When I rang the doorbell, no one responded. We waited for a long time and then rang the doorbell. Only a very cold female voice came out of the doorbell and said to close the door slowly. . Then there was no sound again. We waited and decided to leave. The location was remote and it was inconvenient to travel around. The entrance of the hotel was hidden and difficult to find. The public security in the surrounding area was extremely poor. There were people drinking, dancing and partying nearby, making very noisy and chaotic sounds. The hotel service is extremely bad, not worth booking!
