My husband and I had a couples massage and it was amazing. They had the perfect pressure and did an incredible job! Building/bathroom could use some updating but the massage itself was 5/5!!! To all those complaining about pressure issues- you are supposed to communicate and they will lessen it. We communicated pressure and it was fine. Definitely coming back! :)

Had an amazing massage. 90 min hot stone. Not a fancy salon but excellent very skilled masseuse. Didn’t give a required tip amount at all. Will definitely return!

Ive never been here as Im not from the area; I am on a business trip. Ive been having right shoulder pain for weeks, which has caused radiating pain down to my right fingers as well as to my right ear along with a lot of headaches and pressure behind my skull. My masseuse, Ann, is an angel!! She was very thorough and concentrated on every aspect of my body that could contribute to this pain, and I must say, I am floored! Shes the best Ive ever had in my 40 plus years of life! Thank you very much Ann, and I will definitely come back in the next couple of days!!! 💔❤️‍🩹❤️

The unit of the strip mall that business is located in is dirty and needs a coat of paint. The charge $10 for massage oil as an upcharge and demand $15 as the tip amount. Massage was better than average but I wont go back due to the pushy service and lack of decor.

They do cupping!! Massage was good but cupping was great for my chronic pain. Will visit again. 😊 Atmosphere was a little outdated but it was very relaxing.

The massage was too hard I felt bruised and I think they just do the same routine without focusing on the muscles. It was painful most of the time. Also they charged me $20 extra for oil when is supposed to be included and she was very pushy about the tip. NOT RECOMMENDED

I moved to the Broomfield area years ago. Lotus Massage is close and convenient. The hours and setting up an appointment are easy and fit my schedule. Angela has been great to work with. I have been able to mitigate my aches and pain coming here. The cupping therapy is one of many reasons I still come for recovery and relaxation. Thank you Angela, a lot of healing has taken place since immersing Lotus Massage Center.

Literally amazing masseuses! My absolute favorite massage place in all of colorado so far! They stretch you during the massage, and really take their time making sure youre comfortable. This is now our go-to spot for massages!

Wonderful local spa/massage place with friendly hard working staff that provide an amazing massage experience. If you want to fix your aches this is definitely the place. I highly recommend them.

The down side were two things. One is they are too expensive and the other was during my husband’s and my couples massages the ladies kept whispering in their native language to each other. This was a bit disturbing. The up side is their skills are very good, and everyone was very nice!

My bestie and I desperately needed a massage so we booked this for one of our mom dates. Very worth it. The massage was thorough, the masseuse was attentive, and the hour flew by. She did an excellent job releasing some very stubborn knots, and I felt pleasantly and completely worked over by the end.Ive done everything from relaxing massage to brutal sports massage and this was one of my favorites. Its practical, and is going to get the job done well, while also giving your tissues a solid release.And you cant beat the prices. I will definitely go back.

Found this place on a whim and booked a couples massage for new years eve. The ladies who worked with us were very attentative to what we were looking for. My boyfriend needed hard pressure, the original girl switched out with someone stronger for him. We had had a massage once before but it was 100% different than this experience. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

My sister gifted me a massage at Lotus and it was soooo good! The space is simple and the furniture is older, so it’s important to keep in mind why you’re there.My massage therapist was kind and welcoming. She paid attention to the parts of my body that were in pain. She was thorough with great pressure.I highly recommend!

My bf and I went for a 2 hour couples massage and it was so wonderful and relaxing. The massage therapists are so kind and very very talented!! We did cupping, hot stones, and deep tissue and both left feeling so much better. 100000000% recommend this place!!

Went here based on a family members recommendation (long time patron), and I was told Id have the best massage of my life. Indeed I did!!! I saw Yan, she was phenomenal and so attentive. She paid attention to her pressure and how my body reacted, she took extra care in tender areas and around old injuries. I left with a full body high. I booked my appointment online and it was a seamless process with zero wait. Do NOT be fooled by the older, simple decor. Youre not here to admire light fixtures and drink spa water. Paying and tipping was super easy via Venmo at the end of our session. I will definitely be back.

Bad service.. I had an appointment and went for massage 5 mins earlier.. they gave my appointment to some other walkin.This is very disappointing that they can not even manage the appointments and take walk-ins. I was just asked to come later and they can’t help me..

Ive been here multiple times. The place is clean, and the price was good, but Its hit or miss as far as massage therapists go. I had one who was amazing, one who continually left the room to take calls, and one who didnt listen when I said she was hurting me. Theres usually availability at short notice.

This is a hidden gem! I had back and neck pain and they were very responsive to my areas of pain and were able to thoroughly improve or remove all my knots. Their prices are fair, but their level of effort and skill are what kept me coming back.

Doesnt look like much from the outside and honestly is a bit bare bones and run-down on the inside, too. But the warmth and hospitality of the massage therapists -- who have always made me feel cared for even with a bit of a language barrier -- is worth it. The place is also clean and quiet, which is no small feat in such a busy plaza.Mary in particular is friendly and hard working, but all the therapists at Lotus are good. Just know that this is not traditional American or Swedish massage; the therapists dig deep (be careful with requesting firm pressure if you bruise easily), incorporate stretches or even walking on your back, and dont hesitate to get all up into muscle groups that American chain places barely touch (glutes, upper thighs, arm pit area, etc.) Obviously they wont touch those areas if you feel uncomfortable with that, but letting them do their work makes the massage more effective and the benefits longer-lasting.Lotus wont give you spa water or have you relax to zen music while waiting. Massage times also arent super precise, so you may be done in a standard 50 min or you may get treated a bit longer than an hour. Your appointment time may not be exact, either, if other massages are running over. Ive never NOT been seen with a reasonable time, though, and the staff is so warm if you are understanding.Finally, Lotus gets points for having a variety of shockingly cheap add-ons, like cupping for $10 and random hot stones and compresses. Dont miss out!

Pressure is always perfect and just what I needed! I also like how they ask for your problem zones and areas and then go from there feeling our other tension points as they arise. Super professional and I’ll be back biweekly!

Had a two hour couples massage with my wife and it was great!

A great value massage. Honestly, I have had some of the most effective massages for relieving tightness and muscle soreness here. The staff has always been polite, even though they are constantly having to tell me to relax (not my natural state of being). They arent extremely chatty during the massage, which works for me. The online scheduling is also easy to use and if the time needs to change, theyve texted me directly.

My wife and I got an hour-long couple’s massage with hot stone and essential oils. It felt very nice, and they masseuses were very receptive to any subtle feedback from us and put a lot of care and umph into their work. Their services are also very reasonably priced, so make sure to tip them well!10/10, would come again.

The most amazing massage we have ever gotten!! They say “happy birthday” when you’re finished and it truly feels like you have been reborn!! I swear they really have thousands of years of knowledge in the palms of their hands (and their elbows and their forearms, hot rocks, and herbal medicine oils etc). THE BEST. I’ve regularly had deep tissue massages for many years now & sometimes struggle to find someone strong enough to work out all the tension. I was in desperate need & made a same day appointment. My therapist popped all the knots in my back like a steamroller driving over bubble wrap. I haven’t felt this limber in years!

I booked a surprise couples massage for my wife and I. We arrived and were promptly greeted and showed to our room. The masseuse wasted no time getting down to business and beginning the massage. They were attentive to our needs when it came to pressure as well as areas to give a little more attention too. For the first time in a while, both my wife and Is massage expectations were exceeded. Not only was the quality of service awesome, i actually felt loosened up and relaxed leaving the center. The prices are reasonable and the service is A1. We cant wait to come back! Thank yall!

*would recommend for price and overall quality of massage*My mother is a licensed massage therapist, so I was skeptical going into this. My friend booked the massage and I asked if it was deep tissue or relaxation. She said there wasnt an option while booking which was the first sign something was off.When we arrived, there were charts on the counter to fill out which muscles are sore; however, they didnt ask us to fill them out. I also did not see the shop license nor the therapist license posted.We showed up 4 minutes late to our 12pm couples massage and we were in the room within minutes. We paid $75 each ($150 total) for an hour full body with hot stone & 30 minute foot massage. They finished at 1:40, so we definitely got our full 90 minutes even though we arrived late.At the beginning of the massage, they asked medium or hard. I chose hard and my friend chose medium, but then asked for lighter. You can definitely say soft from the beginning. I would say hard is equivalent to deep tissue and assume soft is relaxation. The first part of the massage was through a sheet. I was very surprised with how amazingly they worked my muscles through the sheet. If you are uncomfortable with someone touching you, you could probably ask to have the sheet on the entire time.Both massage therapists moved our underwear slightly, but this is normal. Your butt gets incredibly tight and some people take their underwear off for a massage. If you are uncomfortable with this, let them know.We both felt like the massage lasted over 90 minutes and we thoroughly enjoyed it.If you are looking for a licensed therapist who is trained on working specific muscle groups, this probably isnt your place. Look elsewhere and be prepared to pay much more.If you are looking for an inexpensive relaxation or deep tissue massage, look no further.

I’ve gotten my fair share of massages, and this was hands down the best one I’ve ever gotten. Normally massages are relaxing and your muscles feel good for a few hours, then they might tense up again. I felt good for DAYS after my 1 hr hot stone and body massage from Tina.It’s a little hole in the wall place, but it is just small and cozy and lovely! I like that it is locally owned, and is not a chain. The prices are amazing and the massage is even better! I don’t live in the area, but when I come back to visit Colorado, you better believe that I will be back here!Great ambiance. There were a few times Tina had to leave the room to help someone who came in, but it was no big deal. Tina also was constantly checking in with amount of pressure and if I was comfortable—something I wish more masseuses did because it can be hard for some patrons to voice what they want or if certain areas or places need more or less pressure.I was super impressed and will recommend this place to everyone!

My best friend and I were looking for a quick book for massages and it took me awhile to find a decent priced place and somewhere that could offer us a time slot at the same time which I could not find! I stumbled across Lotus and started reading reviews naturally and was inspired by the great feedback. I was able to book a couples massage online within a week of our decision to get one, with a same day reminder text. We got the 70 minutes massage with hot stones and essential oil for $120!! If we had gone anywhere else it wouldve been an arm and a leg. The massage was amazing the deep tissue and full body was great, hot stones before you flip was miraculous! We now will be making appointments monthly. It was one of the best massages either of us had gotten and we walked out feeling completely and totally relaxed.

My boyfriend and I went to this place for a couples massage and it was fantastic. As soon as we walked in and said we had an appointment they brought us back to our room right away, no wasting time filling out paperwork or unnecessary consultations that eat into your massage time. We both asked for deep tissue and we definitely got it, we could tell the ladies who worked on us were putting so much work into it. They also do complimentary hot stones, which is unheard of for massage places usually. We got 90 minutes each and it cost $140, we even got a $10 discount for using the couples room when every other massage place I’ve been to charges extra for that! If we had gone in separately we would have paid $70 for a 90 minute massage, and they even offer a deal for 120 minutes for $100 which is crazy cheap but the quality of service was so impressive. With these prices and this level of service I will likely create space in my budget so I can go back every month or two. I would very highly recommend this place!

I think that was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.. I’ve been here a few times and they exceeded my expectations and in my opinion some of the best massages in the area. I’ve been trying lots of different places and keep coming back here and just super happy with my experience every time. It’s not the fanciest place but the quality of massage is exceptional. Ive been to fancy spas before with lavish waiting areas, steam spas, etc. Let me tell you though... these amenities are completely overrated and unnecessary. Come to Lotus Massage Center if you want to get knots out and finally be able to relax. When I walked in, I went straight to the massage room, which is clean and comfortable. Then, I received one of the best massages ever! My massage therapist was very responsive - noticing where the tension was and working it out. I felt well cared for here and Ill be returning!

Had a weird smell but great massage and price

My favorite spot for a massage. Ive been here quite a few times and always have a great experience! My favorite thing is how attentive they are to your body, they seem to be able to tell when something is tight from a mile away. My legs and hips have been pretty tight from sitting at a desk all day. My masseuse asked if I had any sore or painful spots and I forgot to tell her that my legs and hips have been tight. She was super attentive to my body and paid a lot of attention to my legs and hips, even without me telling her. Wish I could give more stars.

My friend and I decided to get a massage while she was in town. We went to this place and my recommendation to anyone else, save your money and time. It was unprofessional from the start. They displayed a lack of knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system and their actions were inconsistent and didn’t do anything to provide relief or reset and release tension. The two ladies talked throughout the entire massage, but communication to me and my friend was limited. But I seriously question if either of them went to school or had any clue as to what they were doing. I have several spots on my body that can’t be massaged; example: previous sites of broken bones. And it was painful, I expressed that I would like them to not do that. She ignored me and I had to repeat it MULTIPLE times for her to get the idea for a second and move on, only for her to come back to that area a minute later. The best part of the massage was the end when I left. It is now a memory for my friend and me to laugh about the awful massage we had.

These ladies were able to squeeze us in for a last minute couples massage. Best massages either of us have ever had AND for a reasonable price. They found knots I didnt know I had and took care of my husband, who has a lot of back pain. Highly highly recommend.

This place was great to an extent. We had a couples massage and so we got the same experience but that was not entirely true. I liked my massage bit it didnt feel like they focused on sore spots. It was more like them going thru a routine. Which theres nothing wrong with... if they paid attention to muscles and not just their routine. I also feel that hard pressure applies to everything and at that she had no muscle soreness/tightness awareness.I felt bruised and unacomplished.

I received a gift certificate to this place a year ago, and now Ill never go anywhere else. I like a deep massage, and they go DEEP. The place is not fancy, but its clean and relaxing, and you cant beat the price. I always get a great massage from Leah.

Two ladies are very friendly and great massage. wewill definitely come back.

Got a one hour hot stone massage from Groupon and it exceeded expectations. I got a massage from Yan and she did everything- back, legs, front part of the legs, face, head, everything. The hot stones were used on my back and were pretty hot but Yan made sure to ask if the heat was okay. The space was small but clean and calm with dim lighting. I would prefer these massages over a place like massage envy and the prices are affordable. Planning on coming back again.

The lady who worked on me made me very uncomfortable. While I was laying on my stomach, she got on the table and sat on me while rubbing my shoulders. She also pushed my underwear down and i had to pull them back up repeatedly, apparently she didnt get the message. The hot rocks were the only thing I enjoyed about this massage. I felt no relief in my muscles after the massage and will not be returning.

This company has very horrible customer service. I purchased a groupon and scheduled an appointment and they texted me, no phone call the day of my appointment and said the masseuse had hurt their back and they were canceling on me and to call back in a couple days to reschedule. I had read in a different review before purchasing the groupon the same thing happened to someone else. Not a good way to do business. Obviously they just use that as an excuse when their employees call in. No wonder they have to advertise on groupon to get business. I canceled my groupon and have no plans to ever go here ever!

I came here with a groupon and saw Yan. WOW! One of the best massages I’ve had. If you want a fluff and buff this is not the place for you. If you want your muscles worked and stimulated then I highly recommend it. I am a regular client now and have gotten 4 massages there and every time is fantastic.

Me and my husband came here for a couples massage with hot stones and aromatherapy. The place was a little run down inside but the massage was great and the workers were professional and friendly.

The massages are really good but they will talk to each other while giving massages and break the relaxation. Overall they are really good and affordable.

The massage therapist looked over while I was trying to tip her and pointed at the sign and said I needed to tip more even though I gave her 15%. Would not recommend as they are pushy and rude.

Lea was absolutely amazing! For a petite woman she dug in hard to my problem areas. I had been experiencing what seemed to be migraines for about a week because I was so tight in my shoulders and neck. Lea was able to work them out. This is not your typical chain which made the experience unique and comforting. I will be going back soon!

Omg wasn’t it one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten in my entire life?!?! and I am a big fan of massages; been trying in many different places.staff is extra friendly, committed and caring.my masseuse was THE best. she really took care of me and spared no effort to make me feel better. she gave attention to every single spot I was in need of, from head to toe, with a mix of technics including hot stones, and I felt A LOT better afterwards. I mean it. needless btw to keep pointing out which areas were bad. she also made sure I was okay with the pressure and temperature all the time.if it wasn’t good enough, it’s also cheap. wasn’t expecting it was gonna be so good and complete when I saw the charts online, srsly. aaaand they don’t force you to tip - unlike many other places (I did either way ofc cause they do make it worth it). they have a lot of promotions as well, which I wasn’t aware at first but lower the prices even more.I ain’t getting paid or getting free massages to share this, guys lol it’s just REALLY worth it and I strongly recommend you try it.

It was strange that the girl I had didnt understand that I wanted to relax not a deep tissue massage and kept man handling me. They also did the chop chop chop on our back and punched our hand. Strange. But it was nice besides that. The blankets dont cover the table and its not warmed. I told them I was cold and they didnt offer to cover my feet they just froze.

Rude service over the phone. When I showed up to the parking lot, one of the massage ladies was smoking in the front (which I don’t mind, but do it in the back if you’re trying to gain customers). I don’t want someone smelling like cigarettes to provide service to me. Not only that, but when she saw me, she threw her cigarette on the ground in front of my car. NOT a good way to gain business. NOT impressed.

Lotus Massage was great! They are a small and clean environment and the staff is very friendly. The prices are so worth it, so if you’re in need of massage really badly- they are worth it! Opportunity for growth at this massage place is aromatherapy and heated blankets at the massage table. Those are big qualities that I personally really look forward to when I get a massage and that was not included. Even having some aromatherapy and low spa music in the lobby would really be a step up for the business. Also- being friendlier and professional when customers call to make an appointment would be much appreciated.
