Took my mom for a couples massage. Front desk was friendly. Place was clean, and Ian and Desiree gave us excellent massages! Ian paid attention to the sensitive areas I mentioned to avoid during my massage and worked around them while still giving me a great full body massage. Would return.

I was gifted 3 sessions here. I was very unimpressed by my first session. It felt as if the therapist took a course online and has never felt a massage in his life.My second session was a dream! I had Brenda as my therapist. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and I really enjoyed my session with her. I booked next season with her and enjoyed it just as well.Kind of sucks that it could be a hit or miss with a good therapist if its ones first time here.

I had a very pleasant experience with Rutger. They were extremely professional and focused on the areas that I indicated. I would absolutely get another massage by them! The front desk individuals were also extremely welcoming and professional as well.

Love coming to Massage Heights! The place is always so clean and orderly. Kacie is the best and she really takes the time to get to know me. Would 100% recommend this place, and Kacie herself to anyone who is looking!

Massage with Kacey was exactly what I needed. She spent time working out a super tight neck. KB was also so thorough with my facial and took care to really explain each step and make tailored recommendations. I’ll be back to see them both for sure!

Went in today because I received a gift card, purchased a massage and upgraded with a facial stone treatment and a foot scrub. Ian did a great job and I plan to return! The business is very clean and calming, very professional place!

Love this place and have been coming here since around August for 2023. Today Ian was my masseur, and he was amazing. Very skilled, and knowledgable of the art of massage. Brenda is a breath of fresh air. The front desk girl is also super friendly every time. I’ve been coming to massage heights for a few years now and have had a handful of great therapists. The ambiance is nice and I always leave knowing I probably gained a few years of life back from relaxing!

Janeth is highly recommended. I came in with severe tension within my upper body, as I work remotely, especially the neck and shoulders area and Janeth worked it all out with the perfect amount of pressure. I found my therapist!

My massage with Brett was terrible. He was both unskilled and unprofessional. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was very light pressure (even after my request for more). He asked inappropriate questions, passed gas 4+ times, ended 10 minutes early, didnt know how to drape, insisted on an (incorrect) diagnosis that I never asked for, sneezed into his hands then immediately touched my face, said he was falling asleep, and more. It was so uncomfortable, I couldnt wait to get out of there.Then they really tried to push membership, even after I said the massage wasnt great. This place doesnt seem to care about the quality of their staff, only about making money. I will never be back.ETA: While the owner replied to this publicly, they NEVER reached out to me directly. I expected better.

This location is fantastic! Everyone is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in is so simple! Rutger is fantastic, very knowledgeable and has given great advice on how to help my back long term with stretches in between massages. Malia was great at check out and made the process of rescheduling so smooth. Wonderful staff! Would definitely recommend!

My last two therapists here were nothing to write home about, and I almost switched to another location for this reason.But I wanted to give it one more try before saying goodbye, and Im so glad I did.I spoke with the front desk staff to see if they could recommend a therapist and gave them my preferences.They recommended Ian and Im so glad I gave them another chance. Ian has a great bedside manner, is professional and very knowledgeable.The session with him left me feeling relaxed and sore, but a good sore like when you have a great workout.I live 2 hours from this location, but I will continue going to this location as long as they have these sweet young ladies as their front desk staff and Ian continues being a therapist here.

Rutger is the best!! He is amazing at deep tissue/sports massage. I highly recommend him!

The management at this place is horrible. I had a membership there for a couple of years and several times I showed up for my scheduled services and they said that the appointment had been canceled or the masseuse had not shown up for work. I was owed 2-3 hrs when they choose to cancel my membership because I refused to pay another month. I would not suggest this place to anyone AGAIN!

KB is the best facialist around! I have had many facials at many different places, and KB is hands down the best! Her polite demeanor and skincare expertise makes for a wonderful experience each and every time. I have never felt so relaxed after a facial, and am so happy to have found her at this Massage Heights location!

I have been a member for almost two years and Rutger amazing and I always look forward to my next visit! He is great about giving me homework to keep my muscles stress free and relieve tension!

I love Massage Heights!! The therapists they employ are top quality and I always feel safe and secure there. The facilities are always clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a membership and it is a great value, and actually easy to cancel if and when you need to (I got the info for my husband but I hope not to ever need to cancel).Honestly I feel so much better having regular massage appointments than I did before. My office job and generally high stress level keep my back tense most days, but having a monthly massage at Massage Heights truly makes a big difference.

So sad to write this review. I really loved the service and the massage therapists are absolutely wonderful. I called on 11/17 to cancel my membership as I needed to reallocate those funds to send my son on a trip to Europe as I am on a limited income. The receptionist stated a final payment would have to be made, which I agreed to and that payment was made on 11/17. I then had 90 days to use my credits. I made an appt for 11/24. At this appt I cancelled my membership and we discussed that no more payments would be made oand clarified that I had 90 days to use my credits. Well shame on me for not reading the fine print and shame on the receptionist for not stating that really an additional payment would have to be made. Imagine my surprise when on 12/15 an autodraft payment came out of my account and over drawing my acct as I had already allocated these funds to my sons trip, not to mention it is Christmas time and on a limited budget I account for every penny I make. I called to talk to someone and whomever picked up the phone stated that indeed the contract stated another payment had to be made. I explained that I didn’t understand but she wouldn’t budge as I had signed the co Tracy but shame on me for not reading the fine print but shame on the company too. I asked to speak to the owner and she stated that she would forward my info, but stated the owner would not budge either. I’m very unhappy and just days before Christmas will have to come up with more money. I intended to renew my membership after my sons trip was paid for but I think not now. Not that the company will care as corporate America doesn’t actually care about their customers just how much money they can make.Dear owner that is a lie. And I’m certain your cameras don’t have autio. I was never offered to freeze my account. I had no idea that was an option. It was never mentioned when I called on 11/24, never offered in person and not offered again when I called to speak about the charge on 12/15. I was also talk that I would be contacted directly by the owner but that hasn’t happened either. Lying is not the way to respond to a review. Hope I can find somewhere else to write a review. Plus word of mouth is gold.

I wish I could give 0 stars!I terribly regret ever coming to this place. After taking my daughter in for a massage for her birthday, I signed up for a membership, HUGE MISTAKE! I sent an email and a letter to the owner asking to cancel my Membership due to unforeseen medical expenses I’ve incurred since signing up. This was over 2 months ago and they have now charged another card I used for my daughter’s massage, not the card I authorized for the Membership. This is a HUGE RED FLAG since they should not be keeping card numbers on file that are not authorized for a membership. I’m sure that breaks some privacy laws. Also, that has caused an even greater financial burden as I’m already drowning in medical bills, per the reason I cancelled. Now they are saying they never received either of my notifications to cancel AND that I can’t cancel unless I have a doctor note or moved???!! Please save yourself the headache and run from their membership that is impossible to cancel. The owner herself was there when I signed up and said I can cancel at any time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Update - I noticed the owner replied that they offered to freeze my account for a period of time. That was never offered. The owner never reached out to me at all and nobody at the center offered that. I read that you are falsely claiming the same thing on other reviews. Please be honest with your replies here.

Brenda does great work, putting down just the right amount of pressure I like. I feel great when she is done. Magy at the front counter is always nice and welcoming.

Horrible customer service. Ive been trying to cancel my membership since July! I have had to repeatedly ask for a response to my email. Still dont have a cancelation form. I racked up my membership credits after having to move away from the area and unfortunately, I ended up just having to cancel the membership completely. I was told that I have 90 days to use all my credits, which would not be humanly possible to do unless I did a massage every 2-3 days. Tried to extend the 90 days but was told no. In addition, I asked if my husband could use some of the credits with me but again was told no and given this explanation: The reasoning for this is that our state does require documentation for each massage session. Massage Heights built the system in a way that gives more freedoms to transfer to members and complete this documentation requirement (Not sure what this response has anything do it with it). Its really sad when the owner is only looking to line her pockets and not pass along the membership credits to the ACTUAL MASSAGE THERAPISTS. Disgusting.

Ian was amazing again, Ive been there for over 2 years and find Ian to be amazing as well as very knowledgeable will definitely recommend Massage Heights to people suffering constantly in pain well worth the money. Ive been to many chiropractors and physical therapy but this massage as given me more relief than anything else.

Awesome! Very relaxing and perfect pressure. I recommend Trey, he was great. He did cupping and a deep tissue massage. Im usually picky, and its hard to find a good therapist but definitely will go back! Very professional and friendly. Also a good membership program, very reasonable.

DO NOT GET MEMBERSHIP HERE! It is easier to get a divorce from husband than to cancel membership here. They will bind you for a year and keep taking your money even when you are unhappy with the service. They charged me extra for have a specific technician which i never asked. I finally signed cancellation form today after a year and now they say i have 3 months to use my credits and i can not even bring my husband to use up the credits. Their suggested gratuity is insane and if you do not give them tip, they frown upon you badly. You have to pay $80 per month for 1 hr massage (their membership price) and they are listed on groupon for $67 for 1 hour massage! What a joke!

I have been seeing Ian at Massage Heights for several months now, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and in much less pain. Hes great at combining massage therapy + refluxology. I always look forward to my monthly self-care massage appointment.

Ive been going to see Rutger for about 6 months and love him. He takes the time to get to know what ails you and how he can best support your healing journey through massage. The front desk staff is also amazing. They are very friendly and personable and always up for a chat. I highly recommend this massage center for the cleanliness, professionalism, and calming environment.

I’ve been seeing Anna as my massage therapist and she does a wonderful job listening to what I’m needing at each session (usually lower back since I sit in a chair for my office job). It was absolutely awful. Older guy was my therapist and he kept farting throughout the session. The pressure was awful as well. Id call it a rub at best. Im a concrete contractor. I really needed this message to reset and it was just the worst. I wont be returning or referring.

Good massages but they didnt explain the membership correctly and charged me extra for an appt that was supposed to be included in my membership. I called the manager and she denied what happened. Be careful to not be overcharged!

So glad I found this place! Rutger is my Massage Therapist and does a great job of identifying and resolving those problem back muscles. Magy is also wonderful and so friendly, it’s been a very easy process booking appointments and follow ups. They’re membership is also a great deal.

Rutger is the best massage therapist I’ve had since moving here over two years ago. I drive 40 minutes just to see him! He listens to everything I say, always addresses my problems and gives advice on how to get my body back to normal. I wouldn’t be the same without him! Very personable and great conversationalist. Will always come back!

If you like overcharges and ambiguity go here. Otherwise try another place. Their masseuses will leave to greener pastures, I suggest you do the same. never start a contract, they will ensure you pay more than required on your contract in any way they can. They are not very trust worthy and the revolving door of masseuses is the least of your concerns.

Anna was amazing. She listened to all of my problem areas and altered my session accordingly to fit those needs. I really feel like she cared and understood what I needed from a massage. If youre looking for a solid therapist who can give a great sports massage I highly recommend her. Additionally the front desk employees were great. Everything was professional and efficient.

The customer service was stressful. Services were over priced even with a Groupon. The music was this weird, low sound quality, upbeat jazz music during the massage and the massage quality was poor. I would not recommend or return.

I constantly had to ask him to be softer and it was more like a therapy session instead of a massage. He concentrated more on stretching my shoulders instead of just a relaxing massage. Then when I was leaving they told me that my tip is supposed to be on the regular price and not the Groupon price I paid. Not very impressed with them

Timothy was incredible! Best massage I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable and helped explain what Is going on with my body. He took the time to help teach me breathing techniques to help relax me. I already scheduled my next massage! When I initially booked my appointment, I explained the numbness and pain I was having and that I needed someone who could work magic..Timothy did just that! I’m so grateful! Definitely worth checking out!

Im sad to be posting this review. I have been a customer for over 2 years with Massage Heights. I have a membership where I pay around $90 a month for an hour and a half massage. I really felt like I always had a great experience. I found a fantastic Massage Therapist Alec who knew exactly my desired pressure and its great I can use it for facials. That all changed recently. I had a missed appointment because my schedule changed. It was my fault, however when I received a call from the front desk woman Symber during work she was very rude. I asked for my membership to be put on hold with another person about 2 weeks later. I asked to speak with a manager, just please not Symber. Fast forward my credit card was stolen so I was put on the cancel list. Symber called and I told her I would like to speak with the owner or someone else. I was told that she would try, but that would be the owner. And the owner was busy so she couldnt say when/if that would happen. I really dont want to lose my credits that I already paid for or cancel, but I do feel I should be heard. Hopefully things go back to the way the were soon.

Had a awesome deep tissue massage today, probably the best one I have had in years! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Rutger. He really knows his anatomy and pressure points which is key when doing a true deep tissue or sports massage. Walked out of there feeling amazing and will definitely be going back!

The spa itself is very clean and relaxing. My massage therapist was very kind but unfortunately this was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. My husband booked this massage and made sure they noted I wanted light pressure. When I arrived I made sure to check the boxes on the intake form for light pressure and a Swedish massage. When I got back to the treatment room I made sure to let the therapist know I wanted lighter pressure as well. The massage therapist started and used extreme pressure, she proceeded to use her elbow and arm the entire massage digging into my body. I asked her a couple times if she could use lighter pressure. I thought she was just doing the deep tissue on my back and the rest of the massage would be relaxing, unfortunately this kept going for the entire 90 minute massage. My entire body was so tense the duration of the massage and caused extreme pain for me. When I got home I could barely move without pain. I now have bruising along my shoulders and back and have had to take Advil to try and help with the pain. I am not sure if this was her version of a “light swedish” massage, but it truly was the most painful massage I have ever received. I definitely will not be back. Was hoping to have a relaxing experience and now am dealing with extreme pain as a result of this massage. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I’ve been going now for almost a year have tried all the massage therapist except one and all have been great of course you get to pick your favorites. The hot stones my go to when I want to spoil myself but the CBD massage always add that.

I purchased a Groupon for a facial but Massage Heights would not honor it. They said it was because I had previously been a member. It DOES NOT state that previous clients cannot use the Groupon when I purchased it. I made a point of checking.I’ve had previous issues with them when I had a membership & they didn’t honor the contract details in regards to cancellation policy. They’ve had a lot of therapists come & go. I began just using my membership for facials, then they didn’t have an esthetician for several months.I do like their current esthetician but it’s not worth dealing with the company. Hence the reason why I wanted to use a Groupon and not purchase a membership to get a decent price. I’ll just go elsewhere.

I have been going to Massage Heights once a month since they opened and have thoroughly enjoyed each visit. My masseuse Colin is great! He always asks what we need to focus on and does just that after I let him know what is bothering me. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable during your service. I have tried different add ons such as cupping and hemp infused oils and I have loved each experience. I will continue to visit and have Colin provide my massages, I look forward to seeing him each month!

Lisa my massage therapist was excellent at working the tight spots and communicating very positive.Stephanie was very upbeat and thorough and educated me on all if the products she was using on me and developed a skin care plan just for me. It was a very clean and relaxing experience.

Ive been a member of massage heights for 7 years I started in Loveland and I moved down to the Thornton area two and a half years ago. I only see one missus there her name is Daisy wow talk about a great experienceAll of the other employees are so helpful and gracious and kind from the front door to the ladies who make your next appointment.

Timothy did a fantastic job! He effectively and efficiently targeted the areas that needed attention and was able to coax the muscles to relax. His refreshing and positive attitude was a bonus. He was professional and courteous and obviously in tune to my personal needs. I felt so much better afterwards. Manda and staff were friendly and welcoming and made the experience even more pleasant.

Sarah B was absolutely amazing! It was my first time at Massage Heights and she was extremely welcoming and really took her time to know what I wanted out of the session. She made sure I was comfortable with was she was doing (I.E the hot stone temperature and her pressure) All in all Sarah B was just amazing and very easy to be around!

There is a therapist for everyone. I have tried multiple therapists and Trey by far was the best fit. He really listened to what hadnt worked in the past and made my massage experience wonderful. Cannot wait to go back.

I have such severe trauma to my back, neck, SI joints. I can honestly say Andre was the most amazing therapist. He pays struck attention to what you need. Very very beautiful place. Staff is also Great👍🏻❤️

My massage was great, but the marketing here is intense and makes me not plan on returning. Every time I have been to to a place with this company they are trying to have me spend hundreds of dollars that I tell them multiple times I don’t have. I also had a Groupon and was tricked into over tipping double the amount I planned on tipping. It’s not worth it in the end no matter how great the massage is when this company is so money driven.

Israel is amazing at deep tissue work! Her communication was great and she really got into the the tight muscles without it being too rough. The room was clean and comfortable and the overall customer service was great. I’ve already booked another 2-hour massage for next week. Thanks for the amazing body work!

Massage Heights in Thornton does a fantastic job! All their message therapist do a great job and bre their facial aesthetician is amazing! Cymber has me checked in before I even get through the door and can always squeeze me in for an appointment. They’re the best 10/10 recommend!

Paulina is an excellent therapist and she gave me a wonderful massage. I asked her help with my neck and tight calf muscles, she worked miracles!

Every single person at Massage Heights in North Thornton is extremely nice and really make you feel like they truly appreciate you being there. ALEK is THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had. He is the reason that I signed up for a membership. I would be willing to guess that each therapist there are great, but Alek is truly amazing and he really takes care of his clients needs, listens, and has a great technique.

I was looking for a new place to start getting my facials done regularly and I am so glad Message Heights was brought to my attention. My experience there was very good and Stephanie, the Esteticion was Amazing. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and made my skin look Fabulous. Will be returning on a regular. Jennifer is great! She really listens to me, and my concerns& always asks me if the pressure is okay, or if i want more or less pressure. And her scalp massages are the best!

Had previously became a member at this location and left a pretty positive review. Now that my membership is over I keep getting charged. Tried to cancel and they want to continue to charge for 2 more months. Very unhappy…thankfully my bank can stop charges. The massage therapists are wonderful but be aware of the multiple hidden fees. (Extra for certain therapists…13 or 14 month membership when signing up for 12)

I was suffering from terrible neck and upper back pain for weeks. I tried everything I could think of, but the pain just wouldn’t subside. I found Massage Heights and setup a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Sarah B.Sarah B is a miracle worker. She worked so many different areas that I didn’t realize were screwed up. It was a LEGITIMATE deep tissue and I was wiped out by the end, but within 24hrs all the pain was gone. It was so great I signed up for the subscription plan on my way out.Great place... great people... great service!

Jillian was amazing!!! She provided just enough pressure to be effective while also allowing for a relaxing experience. I left there refreshed and tension/pain free. It was so amazing that I opted for a membership to continue to see her every month.

The reception staff are always friendly and professional. Once I discovered Daisy, massage therapist, I won’t go anywhere else. She’ll find all the areas that you didn’t even know were sore. Daisy is hands down the best!!!

Today I had a massage with Sarah V and a facial with Stephanie. Both are amazing!! Sarah did a great job working out some sore places that were bothering me and I felt totally relaxed going into my facial. Followed by my first (and I will certainly do again) facial with Stephanie. Both were very professional, had actually read the forms I filled out, elaborated on my concern areas and proceeded to address them. Both checked in often to make sure I was doing okay during the procedures and were pleasant and friendly. I booked another back to back massage/facial for next month with both of them.Thank you Sarah V and Stephanie!

My fiance and I booked a couples massage here and it was excellent. My therapist was Alek and he was really gifted at muscle release and stretching. He even taught me a few things I could do at home for better stretches. My fiance had Cecilee and was very happy with her therapist. She was particularly good at hitting pressure points and make Audreys neck feel a ton better. Awesome place.

This place is simply just awful! I was a member for a year - I left Spavia to try this place out: BIG MISTAKE! The customer service is something I have never seen in a spa before! The management must be awful because they cannot keep massage therapists very long. Being a member for 13 months, I had a total of 5 massages (paid for 13) but I consistently got calls the day before saying Your massage therapist wont be available tomorrow, we have to reschedule you! This is after I booked my appointment at least 5 weeks out. They cant keep therapists around therefore appointments at times that a working women can get in (evening/weekends) are NEVER available. Then when they are, cancelled the day before. I am going back to Spavia

My daughter gave me a massage for Mothers Day, the massage was very good. I was only very sore because of the problems I have in my waist but the therapist was very cute, but when I left the one at the reception offered me the membership and I said no maybe later and she told me you cant leave without paying so I felt sorry my daughter had already paid everything tube to call her and put her on the phone with her so that she would believe me I think they should have more control about it so that they dont bother People that if I be more unpleasant when I hear myself speaking Spanish with my daughter! Thinking that my daughter wouldnt know how to speak English. It was the only thing that bothered me from there to if its okay

The therapists are great at what they do but as a business they will try to take you for all your worth. Recently had a Groupon with them, they asked for my credit card number in case I did not make my appointment. I made my appointment and was asked if I wanted to continue treatments which I declined as the prices are unaffordable for me. Turns out a month later my card got charged for an appointment that I did not make and they charged me double the price of an actual appointment. Avoid giving them your business and refuse to give them credit information if you are using Groupon. They will cause you more stress than they are humanly capable of relieving.

Massage experience overall was ok. I thought the therapist was good and understood what I needed. As far as the massage itself, everything that I spoke about wasn’t fully addressed. My shoulders feel ok but my neck is still stiff. I wish my therapist was asking me more questions about the areas that needed more attention. I wish I was told a little more info about the post massage session and what to expect. I probably won’t come back any time soon but maybe in the future.

Sarah was absolutely amazing, she listened to me about pressure and really helped me relax. This place is so clean too! Everything was so amazing. Ive never had a massage before and didnt expect to have another becuase this was a treated but i ended up setting up another appointment. I have absolutely nothing bad abiut this honestly everything was so...peaceful. ill be sending my mom and sister there too!

I walked in with tension in my back and thought a deep tissue massage would be nice. Perhaps I issued a challenge I was not aware of or maybe my preference has changed since Ive never had a problem with deep pressure before. But the masseuse was using muscle crushing and skin tearing pressure for this that I thought was a little much. I did end up asking her to use softer pressure but I think she took it as just for the muscle she was working on. When she got to my neck it was excruciating, but I dared not move considering she was putting extreme pressure on my neck muscle and I was fearful that me moving would damage my neck muscle. I now realize I should have moved, walked out that door, and never looked back. Its been two days since that massage and my neck is stiff and agonizingly sore which is ridiculous considering I walked in without neck issues. Im not only disappointed in Daisy and Massage Heights, Im disappointed in myself for trusting that they knew what they were doing and even tipping them afterwards. Well, now I know to never go back to Massage Heights Thornton.

This was one of the best massages I have had. Many problem areas on my back, shoulders, and neck were addressed.

I’m an outside sales person which means... 6-7 hours a day in my car. Sarah V is amazing and works out those kinks from my job. My daughter also is a client of Sarah’s and loves her. We won’t go to anyone else. I highly recommend her!!

Been going since they opened and each experience is better than the last. Tim is the best person I’ve ever met and even better at scalp massages! This place is filled with an amazing staff who are very flexible with my needs. To me this is as good as it gets :)

My experience in this place was fatal I do not recommend it at all when it comes to going to this place they make you subscribe for a year and my experience was that I was paying for half a year without being able to attend because they did not have staff who were doing facials I was paying all that time without any service that I wanted to cancel and they did not want to cancel it for any reason although that was not my problem that they did not have staff working after that six months a girl arrived who was not really happy with her work I ended the year with them until I finally canceled my membership when I canceled my membership the receptionist was upset I told her that I wanted to make an appointment to use my credits when I wanted to use my credits and schedule my appointment they call me the very day and tell me that I dont have credit that I cant cancel my appointment because its already scheduled and now I have to pay a cancellation fee so they kept my money plus they made me another one New unnecessary charge to my account, so I recommend being careful in this place and not giving out your card information.

This place has been my home away from home. The staff are great, very friendly and always welcoming. I get severe migraines dues to tension in and knots in my neck and shoulders. Sarah B has been my savior. I walk out of that place feeling like a whole new person.

My massage was great! The masseuse was knowledgeable and targeted the areas I indicated in my intake form. The entire staff is kind. There is a salesy aspect (elevations, their membership) but other than that, highly recommend!

Rutger is very knowledgeable. If you’re an athlete, I highly recommend him as he knows exactly how to get the knots out.

I signed up for the 6-month contract which is perfect. However, I needed to cancel as the location was no longer convenient but was charged for two additional months because of the amount of days into the new period. Keep in mind, I tried canceling during my 6th month but was told I needed to call back. I wanted to speak with a manager to resolve the issue but none was available so I left my contact info. I never got a call. They are wonderful when you sign up but are shady and dishonest when trying to cancel. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for this reason. Buyer beware!

I had a 90 Minute Custom Massage with Colin. It was truly one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever been on the receiving end of. The following day, yo my surprise, there was absolutely no pain or discomfort.I will share that I had mixed feelings during the earlier part of the session, but I trusted his professional judgement, and he exceeded my expectations.That is what I look for in a Massage Therapist; quality of touch far surpasses a full body so so massage (in my book) anyday.I will be back on Colins table.

We took the day off of work for a special day only to get a phone call the Night before our anniversary saying they have to cancel on us. Alek worked with me. Epic. Very pleased. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The atmosphere was very calm and soothing. I visited the restroom which was immaculate! The room my wife and I were in was in the front corner. It was plenty dark and the beds were well made.While Alek was working he was attentive to my needs. Alek worked the areas I needed it and the whole visit was super comfortable.

Good pressure and did well on sore areas. Gave 4 instead of 5 stars because would have liked hands included in the massage, which I assumed would have been done because usually is with any other time I have gone. But then again, I could have spoken up during the session and asked her to.
