Service was good and the lady set up my mod but when I got home the mod wouldn’t turn on and it’s basically defective . Why did she set it up but not check it ? Last time I’ll go here or recommend anyone to this location

The BEST smoke shop in brownsville. they ALWAYS have my favorite flavors in rillos and they have very good delta and nicotine disposables 🙈. they have amazing prices on everything in the store.

Vape city on south most has the most awesome customer service, Leslie was able to help me out and answer all my vape questions regarding my vape mod purchase. This store is open 24/7 and has always given more than exceptional service day and night. Super grateful for the store available at my convenience!

Went there today and it is a nice place with some cool stuff. My broke a++ didnt have enough to get what I wanted but def gonna go back. The woman working there was super helpful and nice. I just moved here from Springfield Il and I am happy I found this place. 👍🏼

Pulled in a on a whim. I live out here in Laguna Vista, so this isnt my normal hood. What an awesome surprise this store is!! Well lit, large, well stocked and competitively priced. Add to that the girl suggested a buy one get one for half deal that suited me exact.. Ohh, and the young Woman behind the counter shortly after 5pm today was AMAZING! She is the main reason I am writing the review. This chica was helpful, beautiful, friendly and had a gorgeous smile. Yay Vape City! Keep up the good work. Might have been my first time today, but it wont be my last.

There is a vap city in Harlingen but they didnt have the coils or juice I use. Since I was headed to Brownsville I called ahead and this vap city had what I needed. I was greeted soon as i walked in the door. Large selection and this shop was fully stocked. I definitely recommend this shop. Thank you keep up the great work.

Went in yesterday, got assisted by ashley was very happy with her assistance great customer service, very knowledgeable of products, will definitely be back because of her.

Not worth the trouble of having to spend money to have malfunctioning vapes. I’ve had a few vapes go bad after a couple days without ever bothering them about it, even though I have brought it to their attention. I go there OFTEN but this time a vape stays stuck and overheats without turning off and I called since I bought it before work yesterday around 2:30pm. They told me too bad and I should have found out sooner since it’s past 12 hours even though I bought it about less than 24 hrs ago before work. Last thing I wanna do is swing by at 1:30am after work from the island to replace a vape. I thought I’d call this afternoon and was told it wasn’t their problem. I’ll find somewhere else where maybe they treat their customers a little better and maybe help out long time customers a bit more. I guess if you’re buying cbd to smoke it’s about the only thing guaranteed not to explode. Smfh I tried being understanding but this is dangerous and needed to be told. A replacement would have been nice since you sell things at a premium anyways for our convenience.
