Headspace Glass & Gifts

So ive owned a ton of water pieces over the years and they have always broken fairly quickly and were overall generally made extremely poorly. Even functionality was lacking. At this point i didnt even know there was better options out there to begin with. That a changed for me when i walked into Headspace a few years ago. Usually at head shops you get a feeling your out of place or something, silently being judged by the the person behind the counter. It was the complete opposite every time ive visited. I felt welcomed and and comfortable asking dumb questions and even learning why something cost so much more than others. After that i feel in love with heady and scientific glass in both form and function. Headspace always has on hand some of the best glass blowers art and for reasonable prices considering how much time and creative energy go into each unique piece. For me i havent quite found my dream heady piece yet (still looking its out there) but i have found that i might just love scientific glass just as much and honestly i dont know where JP toros works falls but i am a lifetime fan and definately would only buy from a place i know would NEVER sell knock off china reproductions. Ill even go as far as to say that headspace is a please that buffalo didnt even know it needed. To me and many others the atmosphere and knowledgeable staff bring a sense of normalcy that I am sure many people have been searching for for years.Inside is covered in beautiful glass that seems to blow your mind on how it might function. The high end named brands that actually even priced reasonably which is utterly impossible IMO. Other places out there cant hold a candle to the selection, pricing and level of customer service youll receive hat headspace. If your going to spend the hard fought extra money you have on quality american glass then you should do yourself a favor and either online or in store give Headspace a shot first. You will not be disappointed.

I came into this beautiful shop today to buy a simple replacement bubbler/bong. I came with a pleasant attitude and my beautiful girlfriend who had a cart full of groceries. I just wanted to peek my head in and see what I could potentially grab or know for next time. I was greeted by an employee with a beard and quite an attitude. Made me want to walk right back out the door immediately. But I didnt...I can say that I wouldve made a purchase on your beautiful products if I wouldve been treated with a ounce of respect. I wish yall the best you have a beautiful shop! I will be back to purchase some glass just wanted to share my experience . Literally just happened.

So my friends in the hospital Having serious anxiety, Strolled into headspace after a phone call And I was reluctant about the quality because shes a tough customer! JIM Assured me of the Quality and medicinal purposes. Reasonably priced, they were Perfect. Ill be over to tell him personally Monday to buy more lol

Headspace actual does offer real discounts for frequent customers. I started going weekly, and one day the guy started giving me discount! It’s why I’ll only shop here.

Purchased my first two illadelphs from them and the staff was super helpful. They were able to get me the exact piece and attachments I wanted for a great deal on both of them. Shipping was fast receiving each piece in two days. Definitely recommend ordering from this shop, and Im sure in person the place is great too. Telling everyone I know to get their next pieces from them.

About a week ago I bought a very nice piece of glass for a price that was almost too good to be true. The one selling me the piece was friendly and gave me a good discount, hooking me up by bringing it down to my price range. I walked out a happy camper, got home, and upon first use, the glass made a tink, broke on the joint, and went to the Rest In Piece graveyard. I took it back to the shop, explaining what had happened. It was still clean and brand new! Except for the chip missing from it. Brendon helped me out and hooked me up big time. He couldnt replace the piece, but he walked me out the door with a good little set up that was nearly the price of the piece that broke. He was friendly and more than willing to help me out.Over-all, this place is great. The glass they sell is top quality and it would be hard to compete with their prices. The customer service has been great every time I walk in there. If that glass didnt break so quickly, this place would deserve 5 stars.Thanks again Brendon!

I can’t say enough good things about headspace. I’ve gone to the elmwood location for 10+ years and had a great experience each and every time. They have a great product selection at very fair prices in comparison to other local shops.

HeadSpace is my go to shop... From top Quality products to a very knowledgeable and inviting staff, this store has everything i need. Great selection of production glass, but also plenty of artsy glass to look at. I WOULD absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pleasant head shop experience.

Its places like this that give the movement a bad name. just go to Vibe and buy with confidence you wont be (a.) taken advantage of, and (b.) slipped some sprayed on or dipped garbage.area is also dangerous and unwelcoming.stick to selling glass and insense, or just close up shop.

After years of shopping around for a solid brick and mortar for my glass needs, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon headspace. Luckily for me, this also came with customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Every time I visit one of your three beautiful locations, I be sure that the man Im seeing is Brandon. Nobody has been more helpful or patient with helping me select exactly what it is I need. I will say, hes a great salesman! I never feel rushed and an always satisfied with the products he suggests. Keep on doing exactly what it is yall are doing!

Needed to pick up a gift for my little cousin, dont know anything about any of this so it was a shot in the dark. I described my situation and price range to the worker (name was starch?), and he gave me a few ideas and options to pick from. I was able to put together a nice little package for him under $30. Had no idea what I was doing, and my little cousin was impressed! Thanks Starch!

I walked in and it reminded me a lot of BDT here in Michigan. Large selection of glass with a lot of custom pieces. I was extremely satisfied with my purchase and the customer service from Brandon. Very nice and knowledgeable about the products and glass artists.

I contacted Headspace via Instagram. I was impressed by the prompt responses, professionalism and wonderful customer service. The communication was excellent and the price and shipping was fair for the exquisite glass/opal pendant that will be a gift for my son. If I am ever in Buffalo, I will definitely stop into the shop. I highly recommend this company.

Ever since ear gauge dude starting working downtown the atmosphere is hostile at best. Gets mad when you ask questions. Went to a competitor down street was like a different world, will never be back.

I have dealt with pain and insomnia for decades. One “drop in”, and the associates there are so intelligent that I’ve never felt better. After years of doctors. Who knew that Headspace glass made me feel 100x than a doctor ever could.

Everytime I go to this place you are greeted with a smile. Everyone there is pretty knowledgeable, I mean I am a veteran with products so my knowledge is a little more to lar than theirs. Now, having said that, they still are on point. Great products. Great service. They are making there own products now that may be the better ones on market. They have there own terp trap which is INCREDIBLE. Well enough rambling these fragmented thoughts. This place is great. Enough said.

BUYER BEWARE - bought a piece for my rig, new quartz piece and bought a male but got home and needed the female, and they wouldnt exchange it for the female version the next day. still have it and havent used it, cuz I would need an adapter and wont buy it from this place. these guys will do whatever it takes to make a buck, even screw over loyal customers. Even if these two idiots offered the exchange, I would go there just to throw/drop accidently the piece I got on the floor and tell them to clean it up. Now if they were smart, they wouldve offered the adapter right away, but their two stoopid!

Elwood tends to be my location of choice for all my quick fix needs and Brandon is always ready with a good conversations and product knowledge of what to expect to come and from the products i was interested in.
