Fantastic selection, and depending on who’s working, they have good integrity! I bought a Volcano Vaporizer, I called ahead and was quoted at $500, but when I got there, they only had the Hybrid, which is around $600-$700, but the guy gave me the quoted price! Much appreciated!But now maybe I’d say closer to a 4 star rating due to customer service, I suppose it’s dependent on who’s working, but I called for some replacement parts, and whoever I talked to made me feel like I was possibly losing it, because they had zero idea what that iconic item even was, let alone able to help me even remotely, nor did they even pretend to want to help, lol.Overall a great place to shop with huge selection!

Been in there a few times. Each time you get a different price on vapes. Sometimes its 15, sometimes 20 or 25. I only go there if Im in a hurry because its close. Went a few days ago and definitely got ripped off on there prices they picked for that visit. Any vape Ive ever gotten from there has tasted burnt on the first rip. Last time Ill be there getting ripped off.Maybe if they know you youll get the right price on items. They take advantage of unfamiliar faces I guess

I stop in almost everyday for wraps instead of buying in bulk just because I like to stop in there! The buying process is always easy and the prices are always fair! Bring cash with you. They will rip you off if you use their atm. 7 dollars just to use the atm machine. Messed up part is they tell you its 1 dollar to use the atm, but they dont tell you the hidden charges. Shady business.

Ive shopped at Oasis about 5 times in the past 6 months. They didnt have what I needed for my vape but that was expected because its a fairly new vape. Ive mostly gone in for Kratom. While they do have an extensive variety of brands and strains, the products are grossly overpriced compared to online vendors and other local shops. Most of the products do not have prices on them and I feel they make them up as you come in, 20 bucks for 30 grams!!

This place is nice. I went as soon as they opened so parking was easy, its in a shopping plaza. The store is pretty big. Tons of different products. The employee was extremely helpful with any questions I had and was patient while I made up my mind. The prices are fair on the products I purchased. Overall its a nice smoke shop, Ill probably hit that place up when Im in the area and need stuff.

Great selection of glass, hookahs, bangers, incense, Kratom. Really impressive collection and I had no complaints with the selection. The piece I looked at was missing a price tag and the staff was happy to work on and agree upon a price with me. Ive been here many times and always left happy!

The sales person was very helpful. He answered all of my wifes questions and was very honest. He took his time and explained her questions on the products in the store. I would recommend going there if you are starting out.

Oasis Smoke Shop is a excellent place if you need any kind of smoking products, CBD, glass ware, candles, Kratom and more! They have a awesome selection at very competitive prices! The owner and workers are great people who will treat you with the utmost respect! Its the only smoke shop I go to!

First time shopper. Bright. Clean. Neat. Its like a mini glassware museum...from utility to artwork, tiny to Hookah! All kinds of products and the clerk, probably the owner, was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Ill shop Oasis again.

If they dont know you, you get the standard same advice. It seems like they are advising you as an individual, but its a standard script. Starts with Kratom and moves to CBD. Very personable, but its an act. I was in there last week and I hadnt been in for a while. Instead of answering my questions, he went into to same sales pitch he did the first time I went in. He didnt remember me. It was then I realized I wasnt so special, just another fish on the hook.

It was ok... I cannot give an honest review about this place because I honestly walked in and walked out. Not because I was disappointed, just because they did not have what I was looking for. That may not be your situation so please do not judge my review.

Nothing like standing at the counter for 10 min looking to buy something as 4 employees have a conversation by the selves at the front of the store. If I wanted to have 0 interaction with some one I would have shopped online. Never wasting my time here again.

For all of the times Ive been to a smoke shop in Buffalo this is hands down the best one Ive been to. Amazing service, and quite possibly the best selection Ive ever seen in a smoke shop in the area. Definitely will be doing my business here for all of my tobacco related needs in the future.

I go here for all my smoke and Kratom needs. Dont go anywhere else you will just be charged more. Keep going there and you will almost aways be given an extra discount just because your there often.

Store says open at 8am, I arrive at 930, lights are all on but the door is locked and nobody is inside! Waited 10 minutes and no show, tried calling but it just rings forever! Please update your store hours online so noone else has to be inconvenienced as I was.

Went there for cigars and their supply was depleted to say the least. Its a head shop. To bad they are missing a little bit of buisness by not having a little display of cigars.
