Ive been going here for years. . Unfortunately staff has changed. I went in to get some goods and whoever is working there now said they supposedly didnt have what I was looking for. But yet before she started working there I was getting all my needs met from here. A waste of time it is. Hopefully I can get in there when shes not there to find out whats going on. Their sister stores have what I need and zero issues.Yall need to fire this chick and let us get our needs met. Lmao cause shes a joke.

Customer service is bad . Kratom is overpriced ! Most vape stores in WNY offer a discount program or price matching . When i inquired about this and asked if they have any discounts or price match i was met with a very immature and unprofessional attitude by the seemingly naive and very rude cashier . I love supporting local businesses but that is no way to treat your customers. I may go back one more time and well see if it warrants a better rating but for now that one bad apple may have been too bitter .EDIT: the CBD they sell expired in 2020 . Alot of the smoke shops that carry Green Roads also have alot that are expired . This prompted me to ask , respectfully if they do discounts or if they price match. The cashier was very immature, snarky and unprofessional with her response and lack of candor.

So I been coming here for a year and some change now love it it’s very convenient close to my house they have everything I want!! since this past week I’ve been coming in when I get out of work same time as always every day to get my pre rolls and I see a young man in there very rude, very irritable isn’t very polite to the customers everyone else that I’ve seen in there are so amazing always greeted me with kindness !! love my girls that work here and the kid with the blonde hair super cool peeps ! but since I’ve only been seeing him I will end up going somewhere else or have to come in the morning when someone else is there ! Just like I did this morning might end up loosing a loyal customer

I have been coming To the Smoke Outlet for quite a while, it has become my favorite shop. The staff and the owner have been nothing but totally friendly and helpful. Lol I’m sure they are sick of me always talking about philosophy and Anime, but I am always met with graciousness. This place is the bomb you should check it out.

I absolutely love, love & love this place. I went there specifically for 1 thing for vaping. They had a very limited selection (due to they dont sell a lot of it, so really no need for it, im assuming. But regardless the reason doesnt matter to me. Just had to say it) I was still able to purchase 1 of the very few there & i was extremely happy . BUT, she offered to order more & more of a selection. She also said the order would be there by Tues. Only a few days away.Every time I go there. They are super nice, friendly, helpful.Thank you! 😊Oh & the prices for everything Ive purchased have been the lowest around. I could go on& on. This place is just great all around!
