A wonderful person working the store. This place is a diamond in the rough! Cool lil boutique in a small town. It has clothes, accessories, vape stuff, cool pipes, different types of gummies, and more. I just needed one thing but I wanted to buy more, just based on the cool stuff in there!

The lady behind the counter was awesome, we are from out of state and my husbands tank broke. Even though she did not have the glass part, that he was needing, she still looked and tried to find something to work. Not too many people nowadays would have even tried. Definitely will be a repeat customer, when we visit.

Shannon is very knowledgeable about the products she has in her beautiful shop. She does not try to make a sale only! Everytime Ive been in, I learn something new about using whats best for me. Now that she has the classy boutique area with nice clothes, jewelry, hat, shoes.......its become my favorite place to shop in Burnet!😁

The Mellow Cloud was amazing! The owner was so kind and helpful. She let me take a cutting from one of her amazing plants she has hanging in her window. She went out of her way to stop what she was doing to help me and answer all my questions! It was more than I ever expected and well worth the 45 min drive!!!! The whole store went way beyond expectations. They had everything and more!!!!💗

Shannon is fabulous! She is well educated on all her products and can make any questions or doubts about vaping very clear. The people that shop and visit with Shannon are all a wonderful, good hearted group. Its kinda like the TV show Cheers...Everyone knows your name!

This is one of my favorite shops in the area! Theres only one other I go to only bc its closer to where I live. But any time Im in Burnet I pop in. Shannon is so great,shes always been more than helpful and doesnt mind listening to or answering any questions Ive had especially when at the time I first went in I was new to the vaping world. If you havent checked her shop out, you need to! Ive only had the best experiences!

Shannon is amamzing lady. She explained everything to me about vaping and cbd oil in ways that I understand. She isnt just there to make sells she truly wants yo educate you to the fullest. I highly recommend her bussiness!

Only place in Burnet Ill go for my vaping needs. Their prices are very reasonable and customer service is top notch! Pretty cool vibe in there too.

I recently decided to try vaping to cut back on smoking I knew nothing about this stuff went to another store and was sold a vape that broke in less than a week and sold me juices that were way too strong when I went to this shop to replace my vape the lady there was amazing she listened to what I was wanting and told me what she thought would work best and she was right I love my set up definitely will not ever go anywhere else
