The lady that helped me today was amazing, perfect customer service had the store nice and tidy It looked very nice. Was easy to work with on finding me what I wanted. She was the best employee Ive interacted with since ever arriving and shopping from this place. She does her job better than anyone else in there.

Visited recently to see if they had a certain pod mod, they did not but the very friendly employee sold me on a VooPoo Drag X, they had a couple juices, batteries, and coils.Store had a great selection and was well stocked. I did not like the fact that nothing was priced so you basically have to have them look up every price. I was surprised at the prices of the juice, batteries, and coils. Was quite a bit higher than online. Over all it was a good experience.

I love this place! Every single employee has been exceptionally helpful. I admit to being one of those difficult need you to really work when I come in 😁 and everyone there is always so nice and go way out of there way to help all my ridiculous needs 🤷‍♀️ but I wanted to make this review because they just make every experience awesome, thanks!

Cant exactly give it a good review, because I never get a chance to get in there. I only have time to get there in the morning and every time I go i get there at 10 and no one shows up so I wait for 10min and have to leave so Im not late for work. Its really not that hard to wake up before 10 they clearly need a new morning staff. Very frustrating... (This is has happened 8 of the last times Ive gone in, Im just going to stop trying and take my money elsewhere)

The kid was really nice and sweet, but I just looked at the receipt and noticed I got charged for 6 mesh RPM coils when I only purchased 5 and I never got my military discount even though he saw my military ID!!! Kind to f frustrated, but usually have great deals with no problems and get my military discount. :(

I thought about going elsewhere initially after reading some of the other reviews, but of course you have to take what people say with a grain of salt sometimes so I figured Id throw in my two cents after visiting a couple times now.Im just in town for a few months but have been here twice and will come back until I leave. Both times it was the same guy and he was quick, knowledgeable, and got me what I needed even when I wasnt really sure. I have 3 different vapes I purchased in other states and other countries and he quickly found the coils and pods I needed (which I was happy to see were in stock as theyre always sold out in New Zealand). I rambled off a vague idea of the kind of juice I wanted and he made great suggestions, both of which Ive purchased twice now.They seem to have a good selection and decent prices, plus staff who can actually understand what youre looking for so Id recommend stopping in.

First time visiting the store and I was impressed with their selection; however they dont have prices shown on any of their products. I find that very annoying. While the employee was friendly enough, I was just browsing to see what they carry and see what I might want to try, but it took too long to ask the price of everything. Because of that I didnt buy anything and wont be back.

I bought a disposable vape, tested it in store and it worked. Then I came back 45 minutes later because the vape won’t stop auto firing. Owner reached out to me and let me come get a replacement!

I was in yesterday. Been there twice before, my husband bought a super nice set up (dummy paid over $100 and then a few months later, got bored of it and lost it at work, said he will return if he decides he wants go pick it back up) and complimented on how helpful the staff was.Last year I had a pen battery die on me and I dont look for super expensive set ups. I made that clear when I came in looking for a new battery. Sales associate was so helpful, even though I wasnt looking for anything expensive. They showed me lower priced options and I chose the pen that folds like a VW key. The novelty of it cracked us both up. First really pleasant experience at an e cig shop for me. I like to buy a battery thats more inexpensive and am happy if it lasts me a year as this battery did, and then buy something else thats new and different.Recently my battery fell apart after a year of abuse and yesterday I returned hoping you guys had a battery I saw online thats automatically activated when you suck on the tank. You associate said she had seen them, but sadly didnt carry those. Well, you guys have earned my business so she sold me on a little $23 Lokee Hyde battery and Im still just as thrilled with its novelty. Left not feeling the least bit disappointed your shop didnt have what I kinda had my heart set on and today Im thoroughly enjoying my new battery.Thank you guys for the good customer service. I cant even begin to tell you how much I appreciate it.

Stopped into Pure X-Hale today in Cambridge to pick up some E-Juice, and ended up leaving with E-Juice and a new SMOK (E-Priv kit). Real nice mod and tank combo at a very good price. Ashley was so nice and knowledgeable. Very nice experience. Thank you again Ashley!!

I come to this store when Im back home from working out of state. Everyone is always so friendly here. Walked out last Friday with a juice recommendation and I hands down am now loyal to The One brand e juice. Thanks for all your guys help everytime I come in!

Has what Im looking for, friendly staff

I am a former vaper looking at getting back into it, I didnt buy anything today because Im going to check out my options more, but the employee who was working tonight was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Once I finish my checking into different mods I think I will return to buy from here. They seem to have a decent selection of Ejuice too.

I had a great experience with Ashley she really knew what she was doing and if she didnt know then she figured it out. I had a very bad experience with the guys that work there they did not know what they were doing gave me the wrong vape coil.

I absolutely love the young ladies that work there!! Always so very helpful!!! :)

Honestly, my favorate part about this store is how friendly the staff is.They are always social, down to earth and just hella friendly.The products are amazing too of course, but even if there was a bigger store next door. Ide still chose pure x-hale because of their employees.

I stopped in there to get a new coil for my girlfriends vape and I got sold the wrong ones. So I did not know at the time so I stopped the next night and I was told I needed to buy a new one. So I did. When I got home I figured out that the coils were wrong they sold me and since I didnt have my reciepts to for the coils I basically stuck with them. I am not happy 20 dollars in coils and new 60 dollar vape, 3 trips into Cambridge for from northern Minnesota all because sales person didnt know what he was doing. So I go down the street that place way ahead of these people.

Everytime I come here the open sign is on and lit up the hours on the door day there open but the door is always locked!!! even checked the website to double check there hours and its supposed to be open but for some reason its closed yet there are clearly people in there listening to music/tv pretty frustrating. will deffinatly be going somewhere else for my bi-daily ecig

Hilariously bad at stocking coils, specifically YoCan quad. Want a YoCan quad device? You can get one there in eight colors. One glows in the dark! Want another coil? Do you like shopping local, go back to the store you got your device like me? Forget it. YoCan didnt just disappear, I have to get them at non local but competent vape shops now

Coming from a new vaper. Poor customer service and selection of merchandise was horrible. The kids there had no idea how to sell their products. And they were having a little get together in the back, made us feel like an inconvience so we left. Decided to go to the Tabacco store near Walmart. Way better customer service, knowledge of merchandise of e cigs, and just an all over awesome experience at the Tabacco store. I will never go to the pure x hale again.

Ive been coming here since they opened and it just seems like it keeps getting better and better everybody that works there is very knowledgeable even when you go to another pure exhale theyre just as knowledgeable if not more but they need a members club like juice or coils or even mods lets go Heather amen

I like this place but man they are NEVER on time to opening. Sign should say 10-10:15 open… this is probably the 6-7th time in the last couple months no one is here to open when it says they are open! Not good 👎🏼

Awesome guys working there, very helpful. Large selection of juice and mods. Slightly less so tanks, but they carry some nice ones. (Uwell Crown 3, Augvape Druga, some dotmod stuff, etc)
