I’ve been here several times for both vape supplies and also for Kratom. The only reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the Kratom prices are the best in town.Unfortunately you have go through the grumpy lady behind the counter in order to get it. She’s always in a bad mood. Today I sent a friend to get my Kratom for me because I had to get ready for work. He was having a hard time being able to tell what strain she was handing him. When he realized she had giving him the red verses the green strain she just said it was all pretty much the same. He knew I needed the green and apparently she wasn’t willing to walk over to the display and get it for him. Of course I was very disappointed when he returned with the wrong stuff. The fact that she’s saying it’s all the same should be enough to show she knows nothing about what she’s selling.So now I’m stuck with a bag of Kratom that is going to make super tired and I’ve got to go to work.

Jaide the manger there is very rude and made the room awkward please just go to other head shops in town there’s plenty of options the item I bought happen to break she didn’t nothing other then told me I was screwed and needed to just buy another one. Write some professionalism. These stores just hire anyone

Have come in multiple times before. Customer service was typically pretty good. This time however Jaide i think was trying shadiness. All times before asked about military discount with np, this time she says they dont offer. Ok fine whater, but as leaving store realized she charged me for 3 of the item i only had 2. Went back in to get refund but she only wanted to give me gift card. Um NO! Forcing me to get another 1 that i didnt want. Doubtful of my return

Broken items sold here don’t go here for no reason go to other head shops in town jaide the manager there very rude and didn’t seem to wanna do much and hurry to get customers out

Vapor Maven has a bunch of nice products, be sure check glass products out in store, because they DO NOT refund/DO NOT have multiples in stock, but they will give you a purchase amount trade.

Love the store but the Cameron location needs to update there hours cause they close at 9pm every night there open and on maps it says 11 pm. Very irritating to go there at night just to find out there closed

I just wish there was a way to look and read all of the vape juice choices so I can look for what I want before going in store

I have been to a lot of Vapor Mavens but this is the best. Im lucky its only 10 miles from my house.
