Very friendly & professional staff, from first walking in the door. Front desk is knowledgeable & helpful.Very relaxing, therapeutic massage and delightful facials!! Wonderful teas, fresh water, for your needs... as well as the place smells great!!!It really depends on what type of therapy you are needing as far as which massage therapist you should book with.

I definitely enjoy the actual massage…my concern is in the fact that I have had 3 separate incidences of communication failure. Today’s example: I show up for my scheduled appointment and I was told that I was not on their schedule. All I get is “sorry, have a nice day”. This is unacceptable in a professional setting. Not only am I a patron, but I have referred others to the Spa (or gifted treatment). I had to ask to be put on a waiting list so that I may be able to get a visit in March with my preferred masseuse…no suggestion of that was even offered. My appointment was made since the last visit in February, yet somehow….If I wasn’t in actual pain, I would cancel this membership all together and find alternatives. Three is enough!!

I’ve been going here a while and everyone is good, but whoa, Nina is especially outstanding. She’s courteous polite and professional too, but man, so good and probably the best ever.

I haven’t had a facial in years, and decided to treat myself. Lauren was fantastic. After an hour I looked years younger and felt so relaxed. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be back.

It was so nice to be able to schedule the same day.I loved my stretch session with John. I had been in the hospital for nearly 3 weeks and hurt so much to move. When I got in my car after, I moved without pain.Nina was wonderful. Shes quiet and just let me enjoy the massage. She paid attention to the places I said were especially painful.And the front ends Payson was so helpful in getting things organized. I will be back.

Cancelled my mom’s Mother’s Day massage 2 hours before her appointment (after confirming multiple times) and offered no other options.

Donna was very professional & kind. Best Massage therapist Ive ever had. Shes quiet and allowed me to enjoy my relaxation time while focusing on my needs. She didnt disappoint! Shes awesome!!!

I have a member agreement with Massage Envy in Canton, GA for a monthly massage. I pay a monthly fee in return for a service. They consistently do not provide a service but continue to charge my card every month. Every time I show up the massage therapist is not there even though I have received confirmation text messages. At this point I have paid them hundreds of dollars and not received a service. They will not give me my money back. They let you freeze your account but you have to continue to pay a small fee while your account is frozen. I was frustrated about that but I agreed to do it while I try to make up all the sessions that I had accrued, but the therapist continue to not show up. At this point, I have paid them hundreds of dollars and not received a service. If I cancel my membership, they will keep the money and give me nothing. I will have to continue to pay the smaller monthly fee and continue to get no service. No matter what, I pay them and they provide nothing. The only fair option at this point is to give me my money back. When I tell them that, they say that the terms I am asking for are not in the member agreement and that I would be breaking my portion of the member agreement , but it is Massage Envy Canton that is violating the membership agreement by not providing a service while continuing to take my money and refusing to issue a refund. At this point, it’s unethical and fraudulent.

My husband and I had a membership for well over a year. Some of the therapists were awesome. However, after multiple cancellations by Massage Envy because the therapist had to cancel, we had enough. We scheduled appointment in advance, around our work schedules only to be called the day before or day of massage that they had to cancel our appointments. They also went up on prices $20 month and to provide such sporadic service is not acceptable. It was hard enough to book with an appointment unless you book several weeks in advance. To top it off, when my husband told the front desk we were canceling our membership, the guy didn’t even ask why he just said ok. He showed no concern about losing monthly customers. Customer Service is not a priority for Massage Envy. We will take our business to a local small business owner and support them instead.

While my massages that I have received over the years were decent, they definitely werent the best. I signed up and did the monthly plan, only to have to suspend it time and time again, just due to my schedule. Always thinking I would be able to use it. Well, read your fine print, upon cancelling, you have 60 days to use all past credits that you have paid for otherwise you will lose them. I left for two reasons, I never could find an open slot available for me when my schedule dictated it (not sure if this was resources, or just how my schedule impacted it) and the fact that all the monthly dues Ive paid, I will eventually lose. not even a hey, heres gift card with all your credits, just you have 60 days to come in when you couldnt come in in the first place. Also was drafted another month, after I put in my cancellation.

I work a somewhat stressful job, and decided I should become a member of Massage Envy as a way of forcing myself to get massages. Of course I kept pushing off scheduling sessions, and as a result was really not getting the full benefit of the membership.One very stressful day, I finally decided to go. I was actually going to cancel my membership (through no fault of Massage Envy) - but then I had the luck of getting Summer to be my therapist. She was able to find my trigger points and melt the knots that were literally giving me a headache.I had neck and lower back surgery, but Summer adjusts the massage accordingly. Yes, the session is not a full hour, as you need to get ready before the massage can begin, and get dressed once it’s done. Putting that aside, the whole process is great, from using the app to book a session, through the front desk staff that are quick to check you in, to the great staff of therapists. As I’ve mentioned, I was treated by Summer, but also by Brooke and Misty. Each was knowledgeable and made the massage a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience. I should also note that the membership price of a session is very reasonable and well worth it.I highly recommend this location, and if your muscles are a problem, my personal favorite enhancement is the hot-cold therapy.

I was looking for a relaxing massage and therapist Nina delivered! The ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful. Great introductory pricing and other then one offer for the membership, I didnt feel pressured into anything. I will definitely be back, even with the regular price!

I’m in marketing and take reviews pretty seriously. I try not to share biased information. I love this location. They have some great therapists. Recently I hurt my back and needed some deep tissue therapeutic massage on some sympathetic muscle groups. Patricia was amazing. Her massages were not “enjoyable” but greatly helped. Misty is also very good. Her style is firm but more fluid than Patricia’s and she has a full body routine while Patricia was more targeted. The facility smells clean. Their bathrooms are nice. Love the access to filtered water and the great tea selection. It’s a quality place.

Twice I have had appointments with Misty and she has canceled when I arrived. This girl does not want to work. I do not even understand how she is still there after other therapist have to try and cover for her, although I was sent away with no massage. I took off work and waited forever and thats what I get? Then the manager never called me to reappoint. Misty needs to be fired, she is going to single handedly bring this place to a one star review.

Its okay. they are not worth the price they charge. and your 60 minute massage is more like 40 to 45 minutes. then its tip them, so this was a gift card for us plus an enhancement. so the enhancement had expired 12 days prior. we did not notice it had an expiration. they would not honor it in anyway. we had to pay extra for that. I would think trying to get a newcomer to come back they would have honored it. not going back

Very disappointed. ..- I called to make appointment to have just the area massage where I pulled a pulled IT Band / front desk said I can do a 100% customize massage.- Came in filled out info for massage at front desk / got to the room the massage therapist said its best to massage the complete body / she had me change info to be massage on the tablet / had me sign.- The full body massage was not the reason I came in / then I made appointment with other massage Company same day to massage the area where I pulled my IT Band ( Absolutely perfect results ).-: I will not be back a waste of time and money.

Massage envy is fantastic. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere clean quiet and very relaxing. I had little to no wait time.My masseuse, Nina, left me feeling very relaxed like a rag doll! I would rate the entire experience exceptional!!

If you are planning to get a massage, make sure its with Donna. Very professional, easy to get along with, and always on time. She knows what she is doing. My body feels relax after my massage.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Brooke was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job. Previous back injuries have been a nuisance lately and this place always brings relief and relaxation. My only complaint is I wish she had gone a little deeper on pressure but that’s my fault for not speaking up before hand. Highly recommend!

First time ever going to a massage place. I had neck pain and requested 30 mins of the tension relief. Person that conducted the massage seemed in a hurry to get me through the “20 minute massage” she stated and didn’t ask details about what was bothering me, and then was dismissive when I tried to show her the specific area and how it was hurting when I looked left and right.... she abruptly left when the massage was over and provided no follow up questions or advice for moving forwardI don’t typically write reviews but I was just so disappointed... I still left a 10% tip to try and be nice but will never return to this location but hope that the next massage envy place I go to in the future will be more considerate

The owner of this company does not care about its customers only about your money. Their employees will lie directly to your face. They will not communicate nor will they make the time so you can use your investment into their company. If you try or have to cancel your membership it’s like going to the dentist. Highly recommend not using this company.

I called to cancel my membership in jan 2020and received a charge to my account the following month. I called and it was explained by staff that i could not verbally cancel ( why wasn’t this explained to begin?) I have to sign and turn into paperwork in to cancel services. Okay no problem. I sign and turn in the paperwork. 3 months later they force me to forfeit 3.5 credits unless I pay for 3 months because my membership was never cancelled and paperwork and only be turned it to my home location...2 things 1. I was told I could turn paperwork to a location near my home. 2. it took 3 months to call saying I owe money? Not professional. And the manager... talking to deaf ears...enjoy those mandatory forfeited credits

Apparently the new definition of massage is how hard you can be pommeled or stretched. My idea of a good massage is one that leaves me drooling and half asleep. I joined this establishment because it was close to work and I have lots of joint issues. It also has great hours. But I’ve had a couple of massages there and didn’t enjoy either. And considering it’s an expensive hour, time out of my life, and painful, I’m just waiting to get out of my commitment. If you like very firm massages this is the place for you.

Please NEVER come here if you like your money. They charged my mother for over a year after she already signed paperwork saying she wanted to cancel her membership. Excuse after excuse us all they gave us. They screwed over my mom and when it comes to that I don’t play nice. They took over $1,000 from us without us even knowing! She signed a contract ENDING her original one but they ‘somehow’ lost the paperwork... yeah okay sure. Maybe train your people better next time you dummies. We have been with this company for YEARS given thousands to them and enjoyed going to them for years but now when they screwed us they refuse to help. Don’t even try to contact upper management because it will never happen. They’ll make excuse after excuse so the manger doesn’t get in trouble. Yeah, I hope your reading this manager because this is directed at you. You are lucky we didn’t pressure legal action because you guys STOLE money from us with no regrets. Then they offered us a voucher, but guess what? THEY EXPIRED and somehow forgot to tell us they would expire. Another great example of how this company lies to just get money. Wowwwww nice way to treat a long paying customer.

I love this location! Easy to boom appointments through the app and great therapists for an awesome massage!

$$ Little pricy but Im guessing they are on par with local chiropractic massage services. However, in my opinion the environment itself being quiet, subtle and relaxed give them the edge here. The staff were friendly and helpful and check in is done via iPad allowing them to target stress areas better and provide exactly what you need. They WILL try and sell you a membership so be aware of that up front.I got a 1 hour full body massage that left me totally relaxed. I had scheduled todays appointment with them 2 months ago to have couples appointment. We go in and waited 20 minutes past appointment time. I finally go ask and he tells me it was for the next hour. I had gotten a text yesterday and it said for 1:00. I show it to him and he said it was 1:00 for tomorrow! He said the tomorrow appointment was made 2 days ago. I NEVER CALLED and scheduled another appointment for the day after todays appointment. Then I try to reschedule and he kept saying times for when a normal adult is at work. I walked out. Ive been a customer with message envy for 10 yrs. TODAY WAS COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE! They obviously messed with the schedule and entered me back in at wrong time and then added another appointment for tomorrow when Im going to be out of state! Why would I schedule 2 days ago for an appointment for a day I knew I would be out of state??? Staff up front needs serious training!! For REAL!

Cannot say enough about the excellence at Massage Envy in Canton, GA: Very friendly and professional staff on the phone and at check-in, massage therapist (Norma) has been consistently wonderful (very knowledgeable and skilled in human relations, as well as excellent approach to MT), and atmosphere is very relaxing and clean, to name some of what comes to mind about this location. Have used massage therapy for several decades now, contracting with ME and using them in several states, but none compares to this particular location in service provided, atmosphere, and spa conditions.

My best friend and I went there to celebrate my birthday, and they were absolutely amazing! They were so sweet, and recommended multiple different acne techniques that were specifically made for my skin. I definitely will be going back.

Shady/unethical business practices.My wife cancelled her membership back in 2017. They started charging our credit card again about 6 months ago out of nowhere (on an old card btw). We called and they claimed she only froze her membership. She specifically went there to cancel, told them to cancel, and if they didnt thats on them.She hasnt been back since 2017, no services used, yet they insist that nothing can be done about these charges.Note this is not a knock on the therapists. By all accounts they have good people doing the actual work.

2 in a row. 2 appointments messed up. 1st canceled due to a schedule issue after I was there 15 minutes. Today delayed because the masseuse was being delayed at lunch, I left. I am so disappointed in this place now.

The massage was pretty great. Very peaceful. Just what I needed before the start of a new school year.

Carla is awesome! Started with her while pregnant and she was great with prenatal massage and continued with her well after my pregnancy. She is tiny but has great strength and pressure.

Emmitt was amazing and very knowledgeable and professional! Definitely recommend. The deep tissue was definitely what I needed.

Massage Envy is fabulous. I have only had massages with Mary-Anne, but she is the bomb. Very experienced and knows what shes doing.

I have a gc that I get for my birthday, but is impossible for me to use because i dont have a credit card to book appointment, went I call the person demanding a credit card or I cant get the appointment.
