I always feel rejuvenated when I come out of a massage with Michael Ray, he is a phenomenal masseuse. The staff here is very welcoming and conscientious. I am so thankful to have Lavita Massage close to my home..

I always look forward to massage day at LaVida! I have the membership, so I am blessed to come monthly! It really is a great savings if you are able to purchase the membership option! Michael Ray is THE BEST! He listens to what your problem areas are and communicates very well when it comes to pressure and comfort! I always know I’m going to leave there feeling so much better and a lot more relaxed!!

She mansplained facial care to me after scoffing at my answer to the question What is your current facial care routine? because I dont do it. Very lackadaisical attitude for the remainder of the session and then she ended it an entire 15 minutes early. I will never be coming back to this establishment. Its hard to understand the elitism and prejudice. Just because I was obviously not going to become a member does not mean you should treat my money like a joke. Enjoy your 1 star review.

Got my first facial from here by Jessica, and let me just say WOW. It was one of the most relaxing experiences, and I also learned so much about my skin. After the session, I could already tell and feel the difference. Will definitely be back!!

What a rejuvenating experience! My fiancé and I got a couples massage and our ladies were amazing. ✨ The space is super clean and smells so good when you walk in! They’ve done an amazing job of creating a relaxing atmosphere. We will be coming back!!

My experience with Tabbatha was literally amazing. I usually never talk in massages, but I couldnt even stop talking to her, I could have laid there for so much longer just chatting lol. She was so great at making me feel comfortable, relaxed, & finding the right areas that needed to be worked on. Great pressure. I would recommend her to anyone! I cant wait to see her again in 2 weeks!

Highly recommend! The place itself is always clean, relaxing and inviting. The people at the front desk are always nice and helpful and the masseuses are really good. They try to match you up with the proper masseuse based on your preferences (deep tissue, relaxation, etc.).

My daughter bought us a couples massage for this location and though my husband was hesitant at first, he actually enjoyed it. I needed light pressure which Morgan was amazing at and hubby needed deep massage which Jada excelled at. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff was amazing. Kenzie, at the desk, was very helpful and fun to talk to. Even got some advice from the aesthetician, as she went through and said hello, about dry patches on my face. (Will definitely go back for a facial now.) In fact, I’m already planning to see Morgan again in a few weeks.

Everyone was Friendly, Accommodating, and Jada was Absolutely Wonderful!! I felt so relaxed after my session with her!! I will Absolutely be going back, and I already became a member!! Very professional, friendly, and attentive staff! Great atmosphere! I had a severely pinched nerve in my neck, as well as dificulties in both shoulders following a major car accident for which I had been receiving chiropractic care. Even so, I was still having issues with full movement and sensation in my hands which was quite devastating to me as a carpenter and guitarist for both over 20 years. It took one visit to therapist here and, Voilà!... I can mostly feel my hands again! On my way back to doing the things Ive always enjoyed.Needless to say... Im already booked for another appointment. Thank you, Jericka!!!

I have been here two times for massage. Both expereinces were excellent. Two different therapists with two styles but both were wonderful. Receptive, asked how the pressure was, made adjustments as needed. Nice, quiet.. comfortable. Good, clean atmosphere.. I will definitely be back!

I LOVE LaVida. I dont take time to take care of myself often, but Ive learned I can do more for others when Im feeling great. The staff at LaVida Canton are TOP NOTCH! (I almost dont want to share my review so people dont overbook there. LOL!)

I love this spa! The people are amazingly friendly, and I have never once had a bad experience. The front desk personnel is always helpful and considerate, from the time you check in until the time you check out. The staff is going above and beyond to keep everyone safe. The therapists are personable and respectful, wanting to give you the best experience possible. Hope is amazing! I like a good deep tissue massage and her amount of pressure was perfect. I feel so much better now that she got the kinks out of my neck and back. The center is also nice and relaxing and everyone is friendly. They take the health and safety of their guests and staff very seriously. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were so professional and nice. They gave me a call prior to my appointment to explain protocol for the visit. The protocol was followed precisely, there were no surprises. The massage was very relaxing. My safety and well being was the priority of the staff at La Vida Massage of Canton. Now I don’t usually EVER leave comments or reviews, I just go on with my day. But I didn’t have a great experience last night. I haven’t had a massage or anything like this in years. Im 3 months postpartum, full time mom, exhausted and really looked forward to this. I booked the appointment for 1/5/23, over a week in advance. I got a text the day of my appointment saying Todd can’t come in because he’s called in sick and had to I reschedule for Monday 1/9/23. Last night I go in and I filled out the intake sheet and asked for a foot scrub plus my 60 minute massage. We get to the room and he’s talking the whole time, kept commenting on my beautiful tattoos and beautiful hair, told me where he lives, says he can’t wait to go home to the basement he rents and eat fish in a can and watch espn because the games on tonight, told me how many wives he’s had, ect (just weird) was not relaxing at all..I told him the main points I needed massaged which was my back and neck and he didn’t touch my back once.. it wasn’t even a massage, I think he did some pressure points and that’s all, just felt like I was being poked the whole time. Then he ended our session 12 minutes early and didn’t do my foot scrub. I understand you want to get home and watch the game or whatever… but I paid money for this and I took time away from my kids to do something nice for myself. Super disappointed.I almost forgot to mention he was coughing during the session as well.EDIT: Next day I woke up sick!! I have an 3 month old to take care of. Unbelievable.

I started getting waxed by Grace over a year and a half ago at Rio Body and she recently moved to LaVida and I followed her because she truly is the BEST. She is extremely thorough, quick, and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. She is also just the sweetest person and takes pride in her work! If you are looking for a waxer you must book an appointment with Grace you will not be disappointed!! Thank you Grace for being awesome!

I never write reviews so here it goes.This place is clean but the massage is not good at all for the price that’s why I gave it a 1 star. It was just awful. Just remember they charge $69 for your first massage and want at least a $20 tip. So it’s about $89 for your first visit. Plan on paying about $130 or more for an hour for the second visit. Go get a massage from a small business because you will get your moneys worth and you will most likely always walk out feeling amazing. You are just a number here.

I had a most easy experience and I so needed it... The front desk is a doll, sweet and welcoming. The overall feel of LaVida is serene and gentle... The costs here are moderate and they offer a really deeply scented selection of oil scent for massaging.I was scheduled with ParaLee who was keen at asking about my body, what my issues are, and was very attentive with caring energy and the good spirit she massaged with. Thank you.

Booked appointment online. Received a callback by a human to confirm the appointment. Received an email to confirm my appointment. Clicked the email and confirmed. Planned my day around my appointment. Showed up on time for my appointment only to hear that my appointment was a mistake and that I wasn’t going to get a massage. For my trouble, the only thing I was offered was a chance to schedule for another time. This is not how you run a business.

Grace is amazing! She is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable during the service. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile and are helpful with scheduling appointments!

My experience with LaVida massage has always been amazing. The staff is amazing. Everyone that I have dealt with has been wonderful. I have to have deep tissue because of the line of work I do. Vidal has done an excellent job. And Kathy and Mike the owners are absolutely wonderful.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! While checking my bank account this morning I seen a charge for Lavida Massage. I was confused seeing as how I have never been there, nor did I schedule any appointments with them. How did they have my credit card information? Immediately I called the facility, and left a message, not long after I received a call from one of the Employees (I’m pretty sure her name was Kaylee) stating that she specifically spoke with a woman back in October and she gave her my credit card information. She said the woman she spoke with specifically asked for someone named Alex. First of all I would never schedule a massage that far out. It makes no sense to schedule in October for a appointment in January. Second of all I have never been to Lavida Massage. I have no idea who Alex is!! When I explained to her the situation she refused to refund the $30 taken from my account! I don’t know how they got my account information, but beware!!! She did say she would have the Manager call me at a later date. Don’t go here!!! Very unprofessional!!

Ive been to this location many, many times and loved each visit. The receptionist staff is friendly and offers a cup of water as soon as youve checked in. The entire facility encourages a sense of calm and relaxing from the waiting room to the individual massage rooms. Ive been massaged by multiple therapists, and while I have my favorite (Jerica!!!!!) none has ever disappointed me. Professional, friendly, and communicative, they all make sure to ask about my needs and preferences before getting started as well as during the massage. Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some therapeutic relaxation.

My husband and I have Kayoko as our therapist and shes excellent! We just returned home from a trip that required a lot of walking and I was in pain. After my massage with Kayoko I felt great! She is simply magical and takes great care of her clients. We are so happy to have found her and this LaVida location! They are professional and always accommodating!

The location is convenient. The atmosphere is very quiet, peaceful, and relaxed. Excellent customer service at the front desk.I saw Bryan for a deep tissue/medical massage. He did an excellent job of breaking up adhesions and trigger points. He was firm and able to really increase my range of motion and flexibility. I dont offer praise and recommendations lightly. I have a lot of severe spinal issues as well as vertigo, etc. from multiple motor vehicle accidents. I am not an easy client to impress. Bryan was compassionate and listened! I have no hesitation or reservations in recommending him whole-heartedly.I will definitely be back!

I have gone to Vidal at LaVida massage for about a year and a half now. He is the best masseuse I have ever had. Therapeutic deep tissue, focusing on areas that are tight and overused. Extremely professional and appropriate, I even have my younger daughter getting massages due to high impact athletics. I highly recommended Vidal and LaVida!

I started coming to this location at least monthly from early 2012 through early 2018. After my son died, I did not come very often, maybe once. So in February 2019 I cancelled my membership, or so I thought. My credit card was not charged for several months. I did not immediately notice when they began billing it again. I went in today to resolve this error and was told I never cancelled it. Further, all they will do to resolve the 15+ paid sessions is to let me try to use them within three months. I want them to return my money! Beware when you try to stop your membership.

Beware of the paperwork when going. My elderly (I am also elderly) wife visited there April of 2019. She inquired if they had a contract requirement. They replied they didn’t and gave her paperwork to fill out. What she filled out was a requirement to pay $59.95 a month charged to a credit card with a 30 day notice to cancel. My wife did not return to LaVida.I finally discovered this May 2020. I called LaVida of Canton to explain my situation. Rebecca waived the the 30 day requirement cancel, did not charge for May, 2020 and said I had 12 credits to use in the next 90 days. I was pleading my case for a monetary refund where she basically hung up on me. I’m out 12x$59.95=$719.40.

I had an massage from Mary Jimenez at LaVida yesterday. She did an amazing job. Mary comes highly recommended! Im also a massage therapist visiting from Orlando, and very critical when it comes to massage. I left feeling like a new person.

Ive been going for several months now, the receptionist is always welcoming and remembers me! The therapist that did my prenatal massages while I was pregnant was amazing and always made sure I was comfortable, even at 9 months prego!!!

Staff is wonderful and I never have to wait longer than I would want to. Massage therapists never seem to amaze me! Staff is always kind! The owner even goes out of his way to try to learn customers’ names. It’s nice to go in a place like that and be greeted by name 😁

I went in for a massage that was supposed to be deep tissue. However, what I received was the therapist pinching my skin and digging into my back with her nails. She didnt listen to anything I had asked for. She told me she couldnt do deep tissue on me because she was not going to hurt herself over working on me. I ended up leaving with nail marks down my back and pieces of skin coming off my back because of her nails. When I went back to complain about the skin on my back coming off, the two front desk receptionists refused to believe me and still continued to argue with me after I showed them my back. It was very unprofessional from the therapist to the receptionists. I will never go back to this place ever again and I advise anyone who plans to go here I suggest going somewhere else. This place is unacceptable and very unprofessional....

Always had great massages from here. Unfortunately I moved and had to cancel my membership. I have been getting the run around on canceling, the first time they said it was too close to the withdrawal date (4 days before, how is that too close?) So I got charged another month even when I told them I wont be able to come back. Cue a month later, got charged yet again. Now they say I have to send a cancellation email to cancel. I raised Caine and told them I want the charge refunded. Days later, it was. Cue yet another month, it was pulled out again, after I sent the cancellation email over a month ago. I was told it shouldnt have been, my membership wa cancelled. Duh! So now I waited again for the $50 to be out back into my account and hope it doesnt happen next month as well. Great massages, horrible reception and management.

I’ve been going to this location for two and a half years now and have had the best service by all the massage therapists that I’ve had.. At least 6 or more and they are all very well educated in their field and quite thorough too. I drive an hour to get to them while passing other spas etc.

In December of 2019, I had the most incredible massage and practically fell asleep on the massage table during my session. It was the best massage I’d had in a number years, I felt ten years younger / lighter than air!

I went to get gift cards before Thanksgiving and witnessed a blond front desk ( I learned her name was Kaylie) worker being rude and snippy with a lady who had finished with a massage. Watching that display IMMEDIATELY changed my mind and I left without getting the gift cards. With all of the other options for spa services,
