Mamie was a fantastic masseuse and very nice. She was one of the firsts masseuses Ive been to that spends some time before the massage asking what I want to focus on and making sure were on the same page. They start right on time, too. The front desk staff member was also very friendly and helpful!

The girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful.I received my massage from Ash and was very nervous at first because I don’t get massages often at all. He did an amazing job. The pains I had in my shoulders and wrists are gone for now.I will be coming back.

I was very nervous and self conscious about getting my 1st ever professional massage. Molly made me feel so comfortable. Very relaxing and helpful for some of the pain I’ve been having. Looking forward to my next one. Molly was fantastic!

I got a new client special massage from NINA. She is very professional and I felt very relaxed after the massage. She is pretty good at her work. I would definitely recommend this place. I would definitely go back. They have some membership options available as well.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. They messed up scheduling my appointment, and even when I showed them the screenshot of my appointment time, she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Sorry”. She had a horrible attitude and did absolutely nothing to accommodate their mistake. I do not recommend going here.

I received a new client facial with Rebecca and she was amazing! She was very friendly and explained each step of the process. She listened to my skincare concerns and gave me some samples to try at home! I definitely would recommend to anyone looking to try facial services!

I had an appointment on a Saturday when my area had a flood. I got was rerouted 3 times trying to get to the business. I called and the staff were great they said they understood. I ended up being 14 minutes late for my appointment and I was very upset because this was my first massage and I was really looking forward to it. The staff were great the women doing my massage said it was no problem and she could give me so extra time due to the weather conditions. Jackie was wonderful. I had the massage with the hot rocks and it was amazing. Jackie made sure to focus on my problem areas and really took a lot of tension out of my body. I felt relaxed until the next Tuesday. I recommend this business. They have nice staff, very clean environment and very relaxing and welcoming environment. Ask for Jackie she was wonderful!!

I have been going for a few years now, every time I visit and try and new therapist, they become my new favorite. There are nine adults in my family, and we all frequent this location. Very spacious, clean and very friendly staff.

This was my first time ever being a client and getting a facial. It was amazing. Joanne was who had my facial completed it by! She was amazing, it was so relaxing and worth every penny. I will be coming back every month or so for another. I would highly recommend this business to others. I am usually skeptically about trying new places but I was not disappointed. The chairs are heated and the rooms are so comfortable ans serene. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. After my appointment Joanne even took the time to help me find better facial products for my face. She also introduced me to a website that I now use religiously! OVERALL a great experience.

This was my first visit. It was very easy to make an appointment online and even resechedule when necessary. I knew that there would be someone available by phone (during normal business hours), though, if I had questions or needed help. The facility had a very calming environment from the moment I walked into reception area. I was happy to see the precautions in place to help prevent the spread of Covid. The facility was very well organized and clean. I was reassured to see that the client medical information form was very thorough and asked for a complete list of medications as well as health conditions. I feel it is important to regard massage as a medical therapy, as I have always needed it for medical reasons and not just relaxation. My therapist, Marisa, was excellent! I was comfortable with her right away. We discussed my problem areas to work on. She was very good with the amount of pressure to use on my fibromyalgia problem areas, and responded right away the few times I let her know I needed a lighter touch. She was great in following my lead as far as having a bit of conversation and then when I was ready to really relax and be quiet. I felt very good after the massage, and I hope to receive another from her soon. This was a 100% positive experience for me, and Ill be happy to recommend LaVida Canton and Marisa to my friends.

I called Lavida and managed to get a same day appointment. This is rare for a place so popular but it happened. Thank goodness it did! My neck was killing me! I arrived, was greeted immediately and was taken back after I finished my paperwork. My massage by Marissa was amazing!!! I left there feeling like a new woman! I became a member and cant wait to go back!

I went to LaVida Massage for their adult acne facial. Rebecca, their esthetician, was fantastic! She listened to my skin concerns and provided me treatments that were perfect for my skin. She always asked permission and explained what she was doing. She was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the service. She left my skin absolutely glowing! Ive been able to maintain my complexion with her product recommendations. My skin has not looked this good in years! Thank you Rebecca!!!

The Canton location gets a 10 from me. Staff are always friendly and professional. Joanne, the aestheticism, is the best. My skin just glows after my treatments. Everything is so crisp and fresh, i never worry about the cleanliness during my appointments. Their massages are to die for and I always sleep better after I have one.

I previously canceled my subscription due to the lack of availability for a specific person. After months of back and neck pain I decided to try once more. I was very pleased and will be giving this location and that therapist another try!

It has been quite a few months sense I had my last message. I knew it was time for one due to hectic life I have been living. My husband surprised me with one and I was hesitant because I had never been to this location. However I was pleasantly surprised and so enjoyed my therapist. My experience at Lavida was amazing! My massage was incredible not to hard, not to soft. Marisa did an excellent job. The music was very relaxing and even the lighting in the room was perfect! I will be back next month!

The staff were friendly and the facility was very clean and welcoming. It was hard to really relax as the woman across the hall talked quite loud and you can really hear everyone come up and down the hall. Didnt care for the what felt like lotion used during the massage. The pressure was great and she really did a good job of focusing on the areas I mentioned. Would probably visit again.

Myneisha was excellent!!!! She really helped work out some knots in my back. She made me feel the most relaxed I have felt in a long time! The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful! I felt very safe with their COVID precautions.

Nina was amazing. She allowe me to share what problems I was having and she allowed me to choose what type of specific care that I needed for that visit. I have been going to LaVida massage locations for close to four years now, and to the Canton location for 2. Every therapist I saw there was great!! They truly have some top notch people there who understand the muscles and overall body. They have helped me a ton, and even the receptionists are extremely calm, professional, and helpful. I always enjoy going there, it is a slice of happiness and peace in my life. I recently became a LaVida member and believe their program and prices at that level are quite fair for the difference regular massages make in my life. Highly recommended.

As a member for close to a decade I have always had good experiences at La Vida massage in Canton! Seeing many therapists over the years yet my body and mind always feels reset and revitalized! An extra thankyou to their manager Brenda for always going the extra mile to help work around scheduling not to mention a fantastic massage.

I was gifted a Valentines Day massage back in February and have returned multiple times to this location in Canton. The waiting area/entrance is so calming and the receptionists are always friendly. I appreciate that its quiet, soothing and the therapists cater each massage to your preference. I always leave feeling relaxed, with less pain, which is a HUGE deal! I have been to many places for massage and this place has the nicest, most professional staff. They listen to my needs and take great care to address trouble spots. They suggest exercises to optimize your health. They have the worst customer service and booking team. I had the worst experience with them. I called to make an appointment for my husband as an anniversary gift. Lindsey, the manager texted me with information and next available appointment. She sent me a link to add in my card information and process the payment in order to book the appointment. Then I texted back saying I submitted the card. Today I called because to make sure to send my husband at the booked time, they told me that theres no reservation under that name. The person who picked up the phone, Tiffany had nothing to offer but being rude. This has been the worst experience and i feel sorry for trusting you to make this gift special. If you are not professional enough to handle booking thru text messages then dont do it. And thanks again for the being the worst.

I had a great masseuse, she listened to me and she did a good job. The receptionist was not really friendly, in fact, I was standing in front of her with a smile and she ignored me until I tried harder to grab for her attention. Not really impressed with lack of time, We paid for 90 minutes massage and instead they only gave us 60 minutes.

I didn’t expect that the pain on my knee will go away because I had it for quite awhile, my orthopedic doctor visit didn’t help at all. I hurt my shoulder from training Ashley found the spot and worked on it...now, I feel normal again. If you want a Deep Tissue Massage and trigger point? She delivers! Thank you Ashley B.

From front door, the receptionists (Lindsey) welcomes in you and your awesome journey begins....then you meet your magical massage therapist DJ, Ashley, Sharon, Mamie, Brenda and others. They provide incredible sport massages and very helpful for those with migraine issues. The atmosphere is very professional and relaxing. The best thing about this place is their staff and their ability to truly take care of you! Kudos to them. You guys ROCK!!

Previously my boyfriend and I have come to Lavida often. I love the atmosphere and price of the massage, however recently I have been realizing you get what you pay for.Tonight we had massages from two girls. My girl was very informative and I feel like she listened to my concerns and specific areas. However my boyfriend and I have always requested a deep tissue massage, and explain this often at the very beginning of the massage and again when they ask about the pressure. Unfortunately, its consistent that regardless of the masseuse they continue to provide a just a general all over massage.This evening we also arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment, but were 15 minutes late getting put in our room. Because of the lateness getting started, we intentionally timed the massage from the second our masseuses walked in until right after they walked out, which was 52 minutes. Not even a complete 60 which we paid for.Needless to say, I feel kind of scammed. Im not sure Ill be returning.

By far the BEST massage I’ve had and for the best price as well. Many other places I looked at charged more than double. Everyone is professional, friendly, and welcoming. My wife and I had a couples massage with Jocelyn and Ava and it wa beyond my expectations. Can’t wait for my next massage because I will definitely be back!

Amazing! I have previously had a few prenatal massages before, the were ok. But Jess, this was the best prenatal massage I have ever gotten! She gave me firm and strong pressure throughout the massage. Even though I’m sore now, I know my muscles needed it! I have scoliosis and sciatica (due to pregnancy), Jess was able to relieve that pain. Thank you! I’ll be back and have already told so many people to come see Jess!

I prefer swedish/relaxation massages. Like any massage place, your experience depends on your massage therapist. For me, I found a massage therapist that did a great job here named Jennifer. But she left a couple of months after I signed up for a membership. Bummer. :(So now Ive been stuck trying to find another one here to use up all of my paid-for sessions. After two sessions with different therapists each, no luck. One massaged me while she was sick and literally tried to play chiropractor and tug my legs and arms to crack them (not a fun experience), and the other FIRMLY jammed her fingers and elbows under my shoulder blades for minutes, even after I said lighter pressure please. She was obsessed with pushing on pressure points and calling them knots to me. Ugh. Nope. Never again. I still feel sore from this one and it was 5 days ago! She never even saw me out, I literally put my clothes on and walked out, and she was nowhere to be found. So I just went to the front desk, made sure my membership was charged properly, and left. Weird.The reservation system is really easy and convenient. The front desk staff is always attentive (if sometimes terse). The place is clean and professional.Lastly. the critical comments about time are true. You pay for a 60-minute session, but you really only get about 45-50 minutes of massage. They leave you to change for 5+ minutes at the start, then stop the massage early for dressing time. It doesnt matter how quickly you dress/undress or explain what you want in your massage. Annoying for sure.

Went in to see if I could get a information on a first time massage and see what the tables look like and what you wear and lots of other questions prices what do you wear if you hair should be up or down much more. Felt like the person that talk to me didnt have time for us was rushing us through everything could get to see the bed doue to covid which is understandable but she had to consultany stop and check people in answer the phone and I felt like I couldnt really talk to her felt rushed had to ask for a price sheet wasnt offered one had to ask for a information on the place wasnt even offered one walked t felt like she didnt care or have the time at all for me and you just want me to get a membership when you truly just dont have the time

The services Ive received at Lavida are always great. However, booking appointments and customer service are definitely lacking. My mom bought me a gift certificate for a facial for Christmas this year. I went to their website at 9am on the 26th and scheduled an appointment for 9:45 the same day, as it was the ONLY appointment available until after January 4th. Since you can only request an appointment online, and I had requested something with shorter notice, I went ahead and called to verify. Tiffany said Well call Joann and make sure shes here, but weve got you down for 9:45, no problem. See you in a few.I get halfway there and receive a call from Tiffany, saying that Joann wasnt going to be able to make it to my appointment. She said that she had a far distance to drive, and wouldnt be able to make it to my appointment on time. I was welcome to keep my appointment, but Joanns travel time would eat into the time I would receive getting a facial.A few things: #1: What spa tells their clients that they can keep the appointment time, pay the same price, but receive a shorter amount of service time? #2: Why is an appointment available to be booked if the service provider isnt actually available? #3: If she wasnt available (and wasnt even at work) why would the receptionist go ahead and book my appointment?

Ashley B was amazing with the trigger point/deep tissue massage I requested. She clearly stated how her strong massages are not your typical one and its exactly what I needed. Will be going back with her to relieve tension.

I called them for the first time in 7 years. Called on February 15th . to schedule an appointment for February 20th. I called the second time February 19th to cancel and reschedule the appointment. I made the appointment for February 28th at 6:30 p.m. I called the 28th to confirm the time frame and unfortunately they did not have me on the schedule at all. This is one of the reasons why I left Lavida is that they were unorganized with their time schedule. I was really disappointed but I made the appointment for my husband on March 1st at 6:30 p.m. trying to give them a chance. Already been disappointed twice already with this business. I would not recommend anyone to use their business. They offered no apologies or anything whatsoever. For the inconvenience of not putting me on the schedule the first time.

I like the membership package. I like being able to sign up for massages online--just be aware that you need to sign up as soon as possible! The appointments fill up fast.

Dirty and filthy place. Worse attitude. Very rude employees including manager. I called a few times to speak with the owner but the manager refused to have me speak with the manager. Eventually, they wouldnt even pickup the phone when i called. That shows how worse their service is.

Always very satisfied with my massage, they always ask if it is to hard or needs to be harder, they always ask what is hurting, and may need attention and even if I say nothing they find the tension spots and it feels great.
