I stopped by & was really surpised by the fact it was open at 8:30 on a Saturday night. ☺ The clerk Nate was nice. Prices are reasonable ☺☺☺ I had no plans on buying a new vape but couldnt resist when i saw this aspire Special Edition for $25. ❤it.

People are great here, WHEN they are here.. Been to this location countless times when I have a dry tank and NEED juice and get met with a sign on the door saying be back in 10 to 15 minutes. All the other locations for this company are worthless as far as customer service goes. I guess ill have to make a second trip today, when its more convienent for the employees here to be at work and do their job.

I went to there Del Prado location and had to check out there other location, went in for a water pipe and Meadow helped me pick out a nice water pipe and I got a bigger one then expected because the prices are crazy good. She also helped me with getting some cleaning supplies for my water pipe, highly recommend coming here and checking it out.

My go to storeAll Staff are knowledgeable and anytime I’m there they let me know what sale is best for what I’m getting.Meadow is my favoriteDefinitely recommend this place over the other cape shops near by that I’ve been ignored at or seem to busy socializing with other staff to help

I come in this place often to get my juices and I rated earlier and gave it 3 stars but I since deleted that review and am reposting a new one with 5 stars because I went in there earlier and had the best experience i have ever had in there!!The employees name was JAYNE F. and she was more that awesome!!She was beyond that, so much so that like I said I literally came home deleted my bad review of the place for employees seeming bothered by me coming in there and I have even been over charged by one who gave me a 30ml bottle for the price of the 50ml bottle. But I deleted that review and raised the stars from 3 to 5 because of JAYNE.Keep up the awesome personality & great customer service and I hope you get a raise!

Alicia she worked 7/5/22 morning at the Santa Barbara location is the best employee you have. She was helpful and amazing in helping me find a vape.she needs a raise a promotion a bonus for the service she provided me. I recommend this place because of her.

The people are nice and one of the employees hooked me up w some fire juice I really like. The service is good with the exception that I always am asked for my I.D. and its irritating like are yall for real I have a goatee and I bought cape juice from yall all the time. These guys rock! From product to customer service. Never disappoint 👍 **UPDATE** Since approx. 2018+/- Ive been using Naples Vape on Cleveland Ave, right across from the mall. Derrick was my “GO TO GUY”!! He took so much time to get to know me that when I showed up, he was able to recommend oils & accessories I would like & he was 97% spot on! I had to go the other day to get my “Juices” & wicks. I recently bought a new system & wasnt sure of the wicks so my husband brought the vape manual & box it came with. It was a new guy. He sold us the Wrong Wicks!!! I opened 1 and saw it right away it wasnt correct. I didnt even try to place it! I have to exchange them right away. Im disabled & its a big deal to gather myself for “errands days”. Im hoping this can be a clean exchange. Unless there was a big price difference. My account has the Military discount, which Im not sure was applied(it wasnt truly explained to me vs my points. I need my wicks! Im all out! My new device leaks too. I love The Vape Store honestly because of Derrick! He was so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Is he gone or move to a different dept.? The Ft. Myers store on Cleveland & Colonial was the #1 store!! Why did you change it? Im a pro photographer, perhaps you just need a good facelift? ***I would like to update my review on this establishment. Its been about two years since I made the first review which is still below. I ended up going back in one day due to the location. The employees and the way they have their juice set up is what keeps me going back! The three employees that Ive dealt with lately have been very kind and professional. The two gentleman that work there have both helped me many times. The new younger gentleman made an error one day with the juice and corrected it immediately and was very pleasent about it. The other gentleman sold me my new battery and made sure to test everything before I left. Ive recently been dealing with Kaylan and she is very sweet and knowledgeable. She seems to really care about the customers. She even noticed that I had a negative time before from reading the reviews on the business page. She even thanked me for coming back! Ive really been very happy with them and Im happy I have them another chance!! I hope other people who had a negative experience before will give them another shot. It really has changed and they are great! Im leaving my previous review below so you can see the dramatic change in experiences! ***2 years ago:I went there yesterday. I spent $8 on atank. I went to my car and filled it with juice and the tank wouldnt work. I brought it right back in and theytried to fix it. No luck of course so I asked for an exchange. They said they couldnt do it because it cant be resold... Well I sure hope not since it was garbage. The two guys there were of no help. They gave me the number to the store on Del Prado. The manager at the location even said they should have taken care of it there but then explained the policy of no exchanges since it was used.... How the hell else am I suppose to know if it works without trying to use it? I brought it back in and they replaced the coil which did nothing.. I again asked for an exchange. Again they said no because they cant resell it... So I left with the general managers name. Luckily my boyfriend is smarter then the two idiots that worked there and was able to fix it. I will never ever return to this establishment. They do not care about their customers. Vapin apes is the best shop I have found so far. They will be getting all of my business.

Worst customer service ever. Outrageously overpriced and up until today I didn’t care because it’s close to my work so it was convenient but now I will never go there again.Punk kid that works there wouldn’t acknowledge me for like 10 min even after I said hello/good morning, I was such a hustle and bother to them trying to give them my money, never again.They hate when somebody opens the door and walks in, they huff and puff because you ruined their silly game they were so busy playing on their phone.I will tell everybody not to go there ever again because the business obviously hates you.

I used to come here all the time. They seriously need to give their employees a little more control. The guy messed up and forgot to put my military discount and his solution was my bad, but there is nothing I can do . It is just a few bucks, but makes it a bad customer experience. Prices seem to be going up also.

Love these guys! I’ve been to dozens of vape stores throughout the cape and fort myers and the vape store is my go-to. The house juices are fantastic, and you can choose whatever nic content you’d like compared to most stores that offer 0, 3, 6, and occasionally 12. A 50 mL bottle is $24.48 which is on the pricier side, but you also have the option of choosing a buy one get one juice, and you can choose 2 different juices, 2 of the same, and I believe you can also mix BOGO juices together. The juice is totally worth the price in my opinion, I’ve tried many and haven’t had a bad thing to say about any of them! Staff is awesome and patient, I’m picky with my juices and take quite a bit of time, and none of the staff members have ever rushed me. Super helpful.

This vape store has become more of a hangout for the negative stereotype associated with vaping. the house juices they offer are over priced. The staff will greet you and are friendly, however, you can receive a better value at other businesses.

I have always got great service decent prices. They mix the juice very good. I have had it at other places & just didnt like it.

They used to be on point but the last few visits its been pretty depressing... almost like theyre going out of business and they people working there arent very helpful. Seems like Im inconveniencing them every time I go... Will start driving further to make sure i get a better experience

Never experienced an unqualified, unfriendly employee. Has my business over all other stores. Not to mention a wide variety and vape juices ranging from premium or their own brand. 2 thumbs up!
