The Joint Smoke Shop

Would give zero stars if I could. The lady who apparently is the cashier for both the Shell and Smoke shop said, and I quote, “what do you want, we close in 45 min. You have 5 min to look. I have a lot to do.” We then said I’m sorry, we have never been here and have no idea I’m sorry you have things to do but it is your job, right? She then proceeded to tell us we can just leave instead. Also, should be pointed out that there were NO other customers in either shop. No reason to spend money at either of these places with this kind of customer service. I hope the owner can do a little refresher course on customer service or replace with staff who can handle two shops at once.

Very poor customer service, and again like most people keep saying ,she always closes the store whenever she feels like it. Google store hours are put out for the public to see because you want to serve us.. she clearly just wants a paycheck.. definitely dont recommend this store not even for gas..she tells you how to make your payments.. just all around not very professional.

Its never open, its inside the gas station and the entrance is always blocked. Ive tried 5 times and when I ask all I get is its closed.

I went to this place on December 8, at night to buy a vape and it was closed, the lady who works at night at the gas station told me that she was selling me the vape, whose vape did not work, she yelled at me, abused me and she charged me and she didnt want to change my vape, the lady works at the gadolineta at night and limps on one foot, I have never felt so bad in my life, what a disgusting person, I would never go there again, I think the lady has problems mental and he scammed me, I lost 26 dollars in that place, I never recommend it, when I wanted to take a photo of him he covered his face with his sweater
