I had Cindy for a full body massage. It was the best massage I have ever received in my life, no exaggeration. She released every single knot and was super thorough. I could not recommend her more.

My husband and I have been coming here for two years. We just had Lucy and Yeliya They were the two best that we have ever had and love their strong hands!

I have been going to this place for over 10 years and for the most part they are awesome. But this is my experience and thought I would share; If you find someone good, remember their name and stick with them as the quality of therapists varies greatly. Ive had some truly bad experiences. Up until recently, I had been using Michael forever and he just disappeared one day. Of course they wont share where he went, which is understandable as they want to keep your business. Its too bad as he was an amazing and gifted therapist. Keep in mind that the therapists speak very little English so let the front desk person know what you need so they can relay the info. If anyone knows where Michael went, I would offer a small reward… kidding not kidding! 😅

Have had a few decent massages here, but like others have said... if you dont catch the name of a decent one, dont go. They have some that are horrible. I gave up after tolerating 15 of the 60 minutes I paid for today and just told the therapist to let me up so i could leave. Still tipped $20, but I stopped on the way out to let them know it was the worst 15 minutes Ive ever had on a massage table. The lady offered to refund $10 of the $70 I paid, which i thought was hilarious, so I just said no thank you and left.

Foot reflexology and massage totally up me to sleep. It was that awesome. My therapist “Emily” did a great job ambiance is very soothing. Will come back once a month. Highly recommend 💚

Phenomenal. I’ve visited many massage “chains” as well as personal one on one private masseuse’s. This is hands down a consistent favorite for me and my family now. Michael is our go-to. Though I’m sure they have other practitioners who are great. Michael never lets me down when it comes to a much needed - Deep! Back massage. He’s consistent. Incredibly good. And always takes his time on the spots I need it most, with an amazingly intuitive precision. The staff are all very professional. & the pricing, especially considering the area is completely reasonable. My mom and I booked two 90 min massages on a whim and had the most relaxing and amazing time at East Holistic! They were so nice and professional and the entire place was calming. The massage itself was incredible and exactly like a fancy spa massage with hot stones, soft music and privacy. Will be coming back and recommending to my family and friends!

My first time here with my mom, 1-hr full body massage. For our first time, they definitely met my expectations. The only thing is that they forgot to heat my bed, I realized until the end of our massage session that it should have been turned on. Most likely will come back

I get 1 hour full body massages here. They have great availability, a great price, and strong masseuses. I have been sitting in bed for work-from-home for months and had a lot of knots in my back. Ive been three times and had two different women, and my back has been sore afterwards each time (that’s a good sign for me!). My mom also went and loved it. They check in with you about pressure but if you need knots worked out and don’t want them to go for it, let them know. They also use hot stones. I will be a long time customer.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing, as a carpet cleaner I work very hard long hours during the holidays and I have had so much tension in my back muscles. So I gave holistic massage a phone call and they were able to get me & my hard working wife right in. They were super friendly and very professional. I had the most amazing deep tisue massage I have ever had. My back feels 1000 times better! I will definetly be coming in on a regular basis and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

Overall, an average massage in a clean but very cramped common room. In my opinion, It was overpriced for a one size fits all massage (Im accustomed to the $20-$30 range for a foot massage in LA). My tech was nice, but never adjusted pressure when asked... So a good portion of it was too soft and ended up irritating my skin instead of easing my sore muscles. On the other hand, the place was great about maintaining lower back support throughout the massage!

I think this place is amazing and I highly recommend it. Danny is incredible at reflexology. I walk out of there floating!

The reflexology 1 hr is such a great deal for the price. Seems all of their employees do a great job. Ive been there 10+ times, and every trip is pleasant.

This place is incredible. Don’t let the bad reviews sway you if you readthem you can clearly see for yourself. Great place. My husband and I go weekly for 4+ years and my lower back pain is gone. They are clean, professional, they work extremely hard. If you are looking for an overpriced spa experience go to La Costa resort or Hyatt.

We went here for reflexology on a weekday morning. Comfortable chairs and environment, relaxing sounds and scents. All the work was done in the reclined seated position, no flip was done to work on the back. Start with feet soaking while they work on the head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Then they move onto the feet and lower legs and wrap up with hot rocks on those areas.

Deep tissue massage was amazing it revealed how misaligned I have been functioning. I wish I booked for longer time. Highly recommended.

I like nothing about this place. I hate to say it most smell really bad, there breath is horrible. Whats so hard about brushing your teeth am using some mouth wash if your is a business that provides service. I paid 39.00 for a foot massage and tipped her $4.00. As I walked out an was pulling alway the girl from the desk had the balls to walk outside and stop me and ask for more money.. In other words this place is a dump and the employees all need to be power scrubbed.

Horrible. Throughout the massage i was in way too much pain. I asked to lady numerous amounts of times to do it softer and she never would. My sister who was with me felt extremely uncomfortable due to the fact that she had a guy and he full on massaged her butt. At the end when checking out, my mom tipped the ladies 5$ each (which they should not have gotten considering it was not good) and the lady laughed at us and said that was little. Extremely direspectful staff shushing us as well. Never will we return and only left with a unhappy feeling.

My wife and I have been getting couples massages down in La Jolla for two years. We just moved to the Carlsbad area and wanted to find a place closer to home. We didn’t realize how good we had it until we came here.

I’ve been going here for over a year and love the 1 hour foot massages. Every person who has given me a massage has been very accommodating and respectful. I highly recommend this place!

This place is always great. I’ve had both there 60 min full body and there foot massage and it’s a very relaxing experience, and good price for both as well.

Incredibly priced. I was able to pop in within an hours notice. The small but mighty masseuse was a little strong handed, but I could have spoken up. I would definitely go again.
