Front desk staff is pretty great. It’s not often you get attentive helpful people like that anymore. Great location (or best you can get in town at least). Good WiFi, beds are pretty solid too.

I would give this place seven or more stars, if I could. I have stayed here for almost a week. The owners are both super friendly and helpful. I couldnt figure out how to use the room key, and they very graciously helped me. (I was placing the key upside down. 🤣🤣🤣).The place is super quiet. I never heard people slamming doors or being excessively loud in the hallways.The rooms are super clean, too. I highly recommend this place.

It is not often you get such attentive and caring service, these days. The owners of this hotel can be seen working hard to keep the environment clean, comfortable, and welcoming. With an orderly and clean breakfast nook, pleasant aromas in the hallways, and comfortable rooms- I travel for work and will stay here whenever the option arises.

Stayed here 7/27. For the price its decent not great but not bad either. My TV didnt have any signal but I made do without it. Also there waffle maker was out of service for breakfast. Room was clean. Will come back here again if in the area.

We just stayed one night with my friends but it was a great experience: the breakfast was good and the room was clean. The manager Mak is helpful!

This is the Best smelling hotel Ive ever stayed at. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy. Color schemes are nice, soft towels. Newly remodeled and some still in progress. Hotel staff were very friendly. Nice breakfast items, Waffles were awesome! If Im ever in Carrollton again, I will for sure stay here again!👍

Went from he had 1 room left double queen to no rooms till Wednesday or Thursday as soon as I said I had my service dog and all his paperwork. Hope im wrong but that is super suspicious

Everything is brand new! So incredibly clean, fresh smelling, and inviting. New carpet everywhere, fresh paint, and furnishings. We stayed in the king suite and was pleasantly suprised by the space and accommodations.We also asked for an early check in and the owners were so kind to give us an extra 4 hours.

After a 9 hour drive, this hotel was a VERY welcomed sight. Very spacious room. Took us a minute to figure out why nothing was working (things were unplugged to conserve energy which is a BIG plus for me!) I loved that the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap provided were vegan and smelled wonderful.The decoration and atmosphere of the hotel were funky (in a good way) for lack of a better term as you can see in my pictures provided. The dining area was clean, organized and offered plenty of breakfast choices.I did forget to take some pictures such as the bathroom, hallways, yard and breakfast sign and I do apologize for forgetting. I am in a bit of a rush due to having a 6+ hour drive today :).Now, I did give this location a 4/5 star. There is no doordash here and for coffee addicts like my other half, the closest Starbucks is 1 hour away. There are little coffee shops in the area but we arrived at 8:30pm. There is however a Pizza Hut next door if you are in a crunch for dinner!I would definitely visit this hotel again for some R&R or passing through but as far as a tourist location, probably not.

Overall a cozy and affordable stay in small town USA. Room was clean and seemed to be recently updated. The turnoffs for me were that the TV wasn’t working at first and I had to spend a few minutes troubleshooting the input settings and plugging the HMDI cable back into the DirectTV box. The lightbulbs in the room are an awful 4300K fluorescent white and not a cozy 2800K tungsten color. Breakfast is severely lacking with just cereal and muffins. The hotel has an INSANE $500 cleaning fee for smoking (which honestly I’m kind of on board with) but the same fee for anyone who brings in a pet without notifying management. Also, no elevator which is a major pain because I travel with lots of equipment for work.

At first I thought ok. Them after a day I was impressed. Rooms clean. New carpeting. Beds were comfortable. The last time I stayed here it was not very good. The owners are working hard to bring it back to life. I will definitely stay here again. Very helpful and accommodating.

Small town America hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised that the room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with a plethora of personal hygiene items, coffee, towels and so forth. Owner was on hand to check me in, very nice person and genuinely cares about his guest and their perception of his business. Scrupulously clean and maintained hotel. Will definitely stay here next time that I come into town for business.

Hotel is under New Management/Owner and he is very Proud of the renovations and the redecorating he is doing and he should be! (Great color scheme in entry and dining area)Very clean and spacious rooms. Large bathroom, didn’t feel cramped. Loved the mirror with the back lighting over the vanity. Hotel is nice, quiet and safe so you’ll get a good nights sleep in SUPER comfy beds with no worries.We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

The room was clean enough, but the windows screens in room were ripped, the carpeted baseboards in the room need replaced badly, they are pulling away from the walls. The room door needs attention—-it looks like the latch had been broken & we had to double check it & pull it hard to make sure it would latch in place. We have stayed here before & these same repairs needed done then as well. Also the vending machines are out of order & our previous stay also. The motel looks to need some maintenance & repairs. Breakfast is extremely limited!

Thy are not getting any stars from me we pay 110$ a night. 1st night we park we had for trucks with trailers so we park in the lot out back one man comes out says dont park there at 9:30 at night after a long day of work. He wanted us to take up for spots up front next day young owner comes out says no cant park here so anything we did was wrong! Then thy dont clean rooms wont give you towels. Next morning lady says no no you cant take coffee out of the breakfast room lol I cant take my drink with me? Thy have no people skills thy want your money but dont want you to stay there

I’ve never met a more cheerful and helpful hotel manager before. The rooms were typical of a chain hotel, clean and semi-well kept. My room had an especially soft blanket. Slept very well and the breakfast was limited but satisfactory. Overall pretty impressed!

This place is clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is unappealing. The front desk was very suspicious of me and asked me three times if I had a pet. When I called the front desk to get the password for Wi-Fi he hung up on me. This place could have the nicest accommodations in the world but if youre treated like you dont belong there, maybe you dont.

Very clean, nice place. Decent breakfast. I was here a week for work, and was able to eat enough to not have to buy breakfast every morning. Management was great. The owner personally made sure we were comfortable and taken care of

I called this hotel if available room for tonight so he tel come available and when I came to hotel he told me not available someone else took so I told him I told you I’m coming about in one hour and he told me if you give cash money I give you $20 cheaper but I need cash price no credit card

Far from downtown. Not obvious that trailer vehicle parking is available in back. Recently renovated, so its clean, but everything about the management seems overtly cheap. No decaf available in the rooms or at breakfast. Breakfast is just white bread, bagels, packaged pastries, and yogurt. The practically brand new waffle machine is out of order.

Great hotel. Manager/ I think owner was extremely nice! And almost always there, if you need help. Spent two weeks there while I was waiting to get my place set up. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. And very quiet. Offer breakfast in the mornings. Not just donuts and muffins. Cleaning ladies are very friendly, and again... Quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area, looking for a good nights sleep. Pizza hut next door. Gas station next to that. Can walk to both. And plenty of other places just up the road.

This hotel is awesome. I stayed for a full week. The staff is super helpful and understanding. My room was super clean and was always asked if I needed anything. Thank you for allowing me to stay an extra night even after my reservation was over. If your working out of town and need a place to stay, this is your place!

Stayed for 4 days last week. Im back for another 8 days. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Internet speeds are actually pretty fast(over WiFi). Favorite part is the breakfast. They switch it up just enough for it not to get boring, but the best part is the fact they have peanut butter to put on the waffles. That last part might just be me though.

I had the pleasure of spending a few short hours at the Westbridge Inn & Suites in Carrollton, MO. I pulled in around 12:30am, walked in to see a number to call for service with a familiar area code and as Im calling,Mack comes out with the most contagious smile. His happiness was evident with every word that poured from his mouth.Check-in was easy, the room was clean/bug free, bed was comfy and check out a breeze.The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and fairly recently remodeled.I will gladly stay at this hotel again, if the need arises. 👍🏻👍🏻

Way to pricey for the service. It said breakfast but very disappointed just waffles, no hot meal, eggs, sausage, biscuits or gravy! When I checked in I pay over $100, to be told I cant have any visitors, like... WHAT! SHAMMERS IS WHAT THESE GUYS ARE!! AND YOU COULDNT BOOK ONLINE TO GET ANYDISCOUNT, I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME AND ASKED WHY, AND WAS TOLD DUE TO ROOM AVAILABILITY AND THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED UP, THE PARKING LOTS EMPTY! LIKE REAL SHAMMERS !

This establishment has undergone major renovation, which was sorely needed. The renovation work has increased this hotel’s attractiveness and functionality by leaps and bounds. In fact, the level of improvement has placed this hotel back on my “places to stay” when in Carrollton. The new staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. My room was clean and quiet. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was happy to be surrounded by newness, brightness, and cleanliness from the floors to the ceilings. The furnishings, plumbing fixtures, sparkling new sinks, carpet, and tile floors, fluffy new linens, and general interior décor were delightful. A few suggestions I would like to offer would be checking on the shower water pressure on the lower level, placing luggage racks and full-length mirrors in the rooms, and adding a top quilt/coverlet to the beds. Otherwise, great job, Westbridge! Keep up the good work! My family, friends, and I will be back.

The hotel was very clean and had a nice complementary breakfast. The owner was very helpful and kind, as well. We will stay here again when we come back to this part of the country! Excellent location while touring the towns around the area.Thank you!

Visit was a delight - very very friendly management & owner. Took care of all of our needs for our stay with a later than normal check-in. You can tell they care about presenting modern, clean and polished accommodations. Will stay again with our next visit to Missouri.

Clean establishment. Very professional. And very reasonable with prices. I had a incident where I had to leave early but my package was still delivered to the hotel. They notified, and helped me get my package returned. From this experience I can say they aim for customer satisfaction.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The new owner Mak seems to take great pride in making this small town hotel the best it can be. It was also very quiet and laid back atmosphere. I recommend anyone traveling through the area to stay here.

Breakfast is limited to cereal and mini muffins. They still use Americas Best amenities. They use brown towels. The insulation is terrible, I had the thermostat turned up to 75 and it stayed 55. They dont plow the lot, we had to shovel our way out. The renovation looks nice though.

I wasnt very impressed. I paid online. They require $100 deposit even if you pay with a card, Ive never experienced that before. Also I have asthma the filters in the room were filthy. I took pictures ,but it isnt giving me the option to share. I paid $100 for a room I didnt get. Also when you leave they fail to mention it will take 2-3 days before you get your deposit back.

I travel for work and pretty much live in a hotel. I have stayed at over 3000 hotels and this was by far the worst one. The owner needs to learn how to speak to people and work on his hospitality. If you want to be disrespected and have every move you make under a microscope then this is the hotel for you. Be prepared to answer 5,000 questions and and to take a hour to be checked in and open up your wallet because he is way overpriced

We had to extend our stay multiple times due to schedule changes and Mac took care of business making sure we were able to stay in our room. Housekeeping was always pleasant and professional. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks👍

The door to our room didnt lock. They had rigged the back door so it was never locked. The room was wet and a sticky substance was on the head boards. They charge 20 percent for early check out. The attendant is never at the desk and when you call it takes him 5 or more minutes for him to finally come to the desk from a door right next to the desk. The breakfast room wasnt clean and there were ants everywhere. The towels were dirty and oddly enough none of them matched. Never stay here

We come here atleast 3 times in a year.Business reasons. Its me and my husband we liked our bed on 2 floor but didnt like the bed comfort on the first floor. The service is basic we didnt feel like family here or get any type of special attention at all. I guess its kinda like a feeling of welcome and good bye type energy. I think the room is very clean I enjoyed the stay of clean sheets. I didnt sleep well but we slept next to the parki.g lot wall. So cars would wake us up with the engine sound. I just would ask for a different room next time.

My husband and I were in Carrollton for family business. I chose this hotel without reading the reviews. Our experience was the worst I ever had at any hotel in my life.Its the end of January and the heat wasnt on in the room even though we had a reservation, when we turned the heat on to 90 degrees it barely felt warm not hot, so we left to have dinner came back still cold. No blanket on the bed just a sheet and bedspread! Before I go on and on, to take a shower the water never got hot, just warm. We checked out at 8 am, no coffee, no breakfast, nothing !Dont walk, RUN from this hotel !!!

I have been traveling through Carrollton for work, for the last 15 years. Well I cant say I stayed here every year, I can say I stayed here quite a few times. Never has my experience been this good. The front desk attendee was nothing short of polite, maneristic, and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and one of the best hotel tvs Ive seen out there . Overall I would highly recommend it.

Possibly the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. Poor service at the front desk, poor quality and outdated rooms, no value whatsoever. Everyone in our party complained about the rooms being smelly (not from smokers but more of a musty, unclean, mildew-y smell). As a rule of thumb, I never use hotel comforters to cover myself with. However, besides a bed sheet, its the only other option along with pillows designed for infants or toddlers. It took me three calls to the back room to get an associate to the front desk when my key didnt work when we arrived back at the hotel a little after midnight. Luckily, another guest was standing in the lobby who let us into the hotel. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the associate acted like I was really interrupting his beauty sleep to solve my problem. He ran my key, gave it back to me and it still didnt work. Instead of working to get me a working key, he key us in our room with his master key. Its a good thing I was really too tired to care (as he obviously was as well) because I never got a working key. I never received a single apology for the inconvenience. Maybe I expect too much but a Sorry goes a long way in providing good customer service and it doesnt cost you any money. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. Spend $20 more and stay at the Folgers Bed and Breakfast in Carrolton where youll at least be treated with respect, stay in a clean and comfortable room and wake up refreshed instead of pissed off.

We travel for work and needed to stay close to our job site. This hotel was in a good location in town right off of highway 65. The rooms were as described and we had a pleasant stay. We stayed for one week. After already booking a room one morning, we had to leave unexpectedly that afternoon after we had already booked. The owner refunded both of our rooms.

I stayed here for couple of nights and found room very clean and well organized. Their room service is always hyperactive. I went out for half and hour next day and as soon as I got back, I found my room completely serviced again including floor sweeping, changing of bed sheets and everything else. I would highly recommend this hotel

First guy at desk was weird. Insisting my husband wasnt 21, even reading his birth date. Bug on the stairs. Carpets seem clean but were super dingy and dirty. Towels were mismatched lolol. Beds and pillows were out of this world comfy. But overall, was a pretty good stay.

This is a great hotel for more reasons than one. Max, the owner is super accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean. And the prices are really reasonable. I travel all over the country and this place has been one of my most enjoyable stays..

I needed to stay in a safe, clean & convenient place about an hour from Mules National Golf Course where I was playing in a small Midwest PGA tournament early the next morning!This hotel looked like it had been recently Re-modeled, which it had and so I stopped & was conveniently quoted a very fair price from their nice Mgr. Jennifer!I had a delightful stay, enjoyed the Complimentary Continental Breakfast& headed to my Golf Tournament at Mules National!I realized after the fact that I had left most of my golf clothing in my room when I left!... The Owner, Max and I are making arrangements for him to box & ship my clothes that I left to me in Lenexa— as I write!Nice, clean, friendly, quiet, safe and very traveler friendly from Start to Finish!... The nicest hotel in Carrollton. A wonderful spot in a great small town. Incredibly nice manager, wonderful rooms, and a great atmosphere. You will be very satisfied with how nice the rooms are. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, and a nice lobby/breakfast area too. Make this your go-to when visiting Carrollton!

It was ok. The staff was a bit less than helpful. They accidentally tried to charge us twice for the room. We caught it and got it fixed but it was frustrating. The bed was fine, the other furniture was all well worn and stained. Things could use some updating and some TLC. But it was ok for what we needed. (a place to sleep while on the road.) Also had a basic breakfast. The internet was very slow.

The night manager was great, I think her name was Amy but the rest of the stay was mediocre. Both of my kids got mild rashes from playing on the covers and the breakfast was as the other reviewers said. The cereal was old and they were out of butter, bowls, muffins, and frozen waffles. But we went cheap for the hotel so we got what we payed for...

I was impressed the place was clean and nice. Down falls they charge a transient and sanitization serve fee. They advertise truck parking but I wouldnt advise it. I had a hell of a time getting turned around back there and I was the only one there. If there is another truck in there you will not get turned around. I also killed a roach in the room.

The owner was terrible. There was no continental breakfast, we were a group of 10 people staying at the property. He complained because he said it was a red neck town, basically wanted us to stay in the room the 4 days we were there. just because he didnt want us to scare the white folks. The rooms were dirty and the blankets were smelly. We felt uncomfortable.The majority in our group were Hispanics and some African American. We stayed in this town only four days. For work by the way! And just to put out there,as to the folks from that town, well I cant say anything good about them. Anywhere we went we had people looking at us in a rude way very scary way. So we received this kind of treatment from the hotel staff and the town. The positive side of this we proved them wrong because we conducted ourselfs like adults and did not have any misconduct in the hotel or in the town. Coming from our diverse culture in our group. We could have done some real damage.We chose not too. Thanks

Room service is good, and rooms are clean. There was a minor issue with the reservation, and it wasnt taken care of. I disliked that there was no water fountains, which I think is a necessity. The breakfast is very modest with a couple items.

While conveniently located, most likely because of lack of competition this place cannot be recommended. I could tell you that I have a low opinion because it is almost 7am and there is no coffee. I could tell you that parking is tight. I could tell you about the bugs, the exterior doors that do not function properly or the bathroom door in my room that is broken, the mold on the commode, or the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and halls. But my reason for such a low opinion is that this is a thirty dollar motel that charges eighty dollars. Stay if you must, my recommendation is that you drive to Marshall or Chillicothe.

Clean enough and decent enough. The owner said there were no rooms, however he made accommodations. You will be charged various fees if you didnt make a reservation and are not checking in at the scheduled time. A tad bit pricey but otherwise ok.

Smelled of mildew, damp rooms, window didnt close all the way, shower curtain rod almost falling down. Contennetial breakfast was basically cold cereal and milk. Was told that since the rooms were being booked to charge more money for the ones they had left.

BED BUGS!!! Stay as far away from this hotel as possible. I stayed on 11/23-11/24 and woke up to BED BUGS crawling all over me. The hotel refused to refund me and said there weren’t bed bugs even after I showed them the photos and the bites all over my body. I will be reporting you to the department of health.

Staying a whole week. Excellent customer service and cleanliness! Always available to help, free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the mornings! Will definitely stay here again and reccomend others to stay here as well.

I had an unacceptable experience with this hotel. See my exchange with their customer service below:My complaint:I received a call from this establishment (from a blocked number) on 6-24-17 saying I had a reservation for that night, and the gentleman asked if I would be showing for the reservation or not. I live no where near this town, and I have no plans or reasons to have made a hotel reservation in this town. My credit card had recently been stolen, so I immediately became alarmed. I asked additional questions, and the card used to make this reservation was, indeed, the card that was previously stolen. As I became more alarmed, I asked additional questions: information on the hotel, the card number, and the gentlemans name. He said his name was Max, but he refused to give his last name, stating, Thats all you need to know. He also repeatedly referred to me as Sweetie, and insisted I was going to be charged for the room. Max continued to become very combative and offensive. He then told me to, Go fly a kite, as a way of saying Go f yourself, then he hung up on me. I immediately googled the hotel name, called back, and he answered with the standard greeting adding, I already talked to you. I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager wasnt there, and he would not be in until Wednesday, June 28th. After I got off this call, I called my bank, and they confirmed this card is still turned off and any additional charges would be declined. I called on the 28th, and a female answered. When I asked to speak with the manager, she stated he stepped out for an hour. I called back in an hour, and the same gentleman I spoke with on the 24th answered. I was able to recognize his voice as he has a foreign accent. This time, he stated his name was Rahmesh. I asked to speak with a manager, and he said the manager would not be in until the following week. He offered to take my name and message. At this point, I suspected he was not allowing me access to the manager. He also became increasingly combative, again saying I was being ridiculous. He repeatedly called me Sweetie, and I asked him to not call me that as it is very offensive. He then pretended to lose connection and hung up on me again. Unless I get some follow up from the manager of this hotel, I am considering contacting the police regarding this establishment that is in possession of a stolen credit card. I also am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau due to their seemingly illegal activities and gross employee misconduct.His response:We had a reservation for jessica for 06/26/17 2 nights. We have her name, add ,phone # and credit card #.my reason for calling was to see if she needed her room so i could rent it out for we were over booked for that evening.when i called i clearly stated my name properties name and location and greated my customer very politely.when i told her about her 2 day reservation at the property she clearly called me a liar which i did not appreciate .i then explained her i have no reason to lye about a customers reservation.i was only wanting to know if she will be needing her room that was reserved under her name. then she wanted to know my name my position where im calling from my last name etc. etc. as if i stole her card..i was trying to explain her we have no way or time to make up reservations on customers names. i have a confirmation printed on this reservation which i could proof to verify. Clean, affordable, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. If I’m ever back in the area this will be my go to place to stay. Nothing negative to say about it.

Terrible!!! Wont stay there ever again. Condensation built up in room. Floor is damp the beds are damp. Nothing like going to bed and blankets and sheets are damp plus towels. Simple awful. Breakfast is a joke. Did not eat it.

Working in Carrollton for last couple months, staying at Westbridge Inn and Suits. Owner and staff have been great. Room is clean great job by staff. Thanks.......

After driving 14 hrs on the road for a job up here in Carrollton, MO, I came across this place to lay my head down for the night. Awesome hospitality & amazing room for the price. Couldn’t find anything better than this place for the same dollar.

Ive been here 2 days and havent seen a maid. They could not make a second key for the room. My trash is over flowing. The light switch for the bathroom is outside the bathroom were someone can leave you in the dark.

Was nice and clean bed was good pizza hut accros the lot only thing is that the ac was of when we got into the room and it was hot but it saves electrisity and the room cooled down quickly.

Great price. Very clean. Newly remolded. Great location. Great breakfast options. I will be coming back whenever I am in town!!

Quiet clean not a bad place to stay, but there is no gym and no laundromat not even in the town but it is close to a gas station and right next to a pizza hut

Owner or manager tested positive for covid 19 and did not disclose the building had been exposed when I checked in and would only refund me for the one night of my two night stay very unhappy with this as to they were told at check in that I had 3 children and one is a baby . When I called for a number to the district was given a fake email address and have not been able to get my refunded or speak with someone regarding the matter pretty bad when a local police officer tells you of the situation before the owner or manager will

We were in town unexpectedly​ and got in around midnight and the man at the counter was very friendly and quickly got us settled. The room I thought was a little over priced but seeing as we had no other options we had to stay there.

Moderate to pretty clean. Nice check in and they have a truck parking lot in back. Close to pizza hut if you are hungry.

Clean rooms, bring your on pillow if you want to sleep. Pillows in room are flat and hard. Breakfast consists of cereal, muffins, toast, waffel. Coffee avaliable in front 24-7.

Didnt stay. Was supposed to stay tonight. However, rolling up on the place....broken windows, no cars in the parking lot and it is a DUMP!!! Id give it minus stars but cant do that. Terrible!!

They lied to us one week told us we could have one dog and was gonna charge 25 dollars and then the next week they said they never allowed dogs they rip people off there money

Not a pleasant experience. Somewhat dirty. Poor food selection at breakfast, with some of the food expired.
