Cloud 9 Smoke, Vape, & Hookah Co. - Carrollton

I’ve been coming here since this store opened probably have spent close to 5 grand there used to be a great store. However lately the past three times I’ve come when they are suppose to open they have not been. I don’t know if the new management is the problem or if they are having trouble with finding people to work. It’s a shame because this used to be my favorite shop.

A million stars. Gary helped me find a replacement for a juice I liked that went out of stock a year ago. I have tried so many people and shops and nothing compares to this place and the service and prices here! Gary… you are literally the best! Blue Razz in the Candy brand is literally the best juice I have ever purchased. It’s sweet and smooth but also has that tangy tart hit like candy. Guess that’s why they call it Candy 😅 anyways words can express how grateful I am to this brand, Gary, and Cloud9!

Mark was the staff member that helped me today and he was extremely helpful and nice and recommended a good product at a good price I will definitely be returning

This is has to be one of the best smoke shops in town, some of the best customer service ive ever had. Kiya is always a great help and getting em exactly what i need! Each staff member is amazing and makes each visit pleasant

Very nice employees. I went in to grab my partner some Delta 8 gummies and the guy behind the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately, when trying to check out their register stopped working and it was taking a while for them to figure out what was wrong with it. The nice guy who helped me out insisted on paying for my purchase so I didn’t have to wait any longer. I’ll be going back tomorrow to try and pay him back but it was very nice of him to do that! (Especially since it seemed like their AC was broken so it was pretty hot in there.) Overall they were very kind and made the experience less anxiety inducing since Smoke Shops tend to stress me out.

The place is really cool, wish there was a little more as far as high end glassware. My man Dawson really hooked us up with a good deal. Reall awesome sales!

Love this place! I always stop by to pick up some Kado bars when Im in the area. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, especially Gary, who was able to help me when I had some questions about rolling papers. Best smoke shop in Carrollton imo

These guys are super sweet and helpful! Sadly, they didnt have what I needed, but the man looked on his phone and everything to try to help me find it. (Didnt see it there right off either, so it must be obsolete now.. lol) highly recommend this place though.

Cloud 9 smoke, vape, & hookah is a well stocked store with very pleasant and helpful people. I bought Top Shelf Blue Paradise. And, I was disappointed in this very chewy product. It was not soft like other edibles I regularly buy. This is not about the store or the people who work there. The product itself was not satisfactory as I expectedit to be, and it took hours before I began to feel any relaxing effects. I experienced slight paranoia as well as some edginess in the beginning. I was annoyed that I spent $80 on this product.

The Manager Sucks The Bald Head Younger Dude. Got Me Buy A $60 Device He Promised To Keep Accessories For (Coils & Pods). I Have Went 6 Times In Last 3-4 Months Since I Bought It and They Haven’t Had Any Since. So Have A Caliburn Stick That I Can Never Use. Because Other Vape Stores Don’t Even Sell This Version Of Caliburn Device No More ! also the 2 Nord Pros I Bought From Him That Stopped Working After 2 Months Because Charging Problem & Won’t Turn Back On ! ($150 All Down The Drain)

Cloud 9 always has my back when it comes to my vaping needs. They are a little higher priced but I gladly pay the extra for a shop that always has the juice I want and isnt ever out of my coils. Plus the staff is very chill and welcoming.

The people who work at this branch are super friendly and sweet. If youre not sure what youre looking for or only have a vague idea, theyre very helpful and informative and very kind. They also have a great selection of vape products and vapes themselves.

This is the absolute worse vape store I’ve even walked into. Last week I spent over $60 on juice and a 3 pack of coils. Every coil leaks. I took the two I tried to use along with the unused one back to the store. They told me pretty much oh well your loss. I will never walk back in this place and I will tell everyone I talk to to stay clear of this place!!! Worst costumer service ever!!!
