Wow,This store is beautiful, well maintained and organized. A lot of products to choose from and very clean. This was my first visit and the one thing that stood out was the customer service. The young lady Georgia was so very helpful and very knowledgeable over the products, she was never bothered by all my questions, she flowed through the store like a butterfly gracefully showing me different products and literally explaining everything to me as I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend you visit Georgia at this location because she is very very helpful and goes above and beyond for the customers. In todays world good customer service seems to be hard to find. Thank you Ms. Georgia, you will be seeing me again.

Had a fun time in the store, they had what I needed and had great time talking with Georgia, funny and she answered all my questions, and even gave me makeup tips for my eyes. told me a great place to get something to eat close by. Really nice store great staff YAY GEORGIA Cool place to visit.

I visited this vape store over the weekend for the first time and it was great. Zaria helped me out with so much. Such good deals and she held conversation very well. The store was super clean and it smelled amazing in there. Zaria definitely gets 5/5 stars from me!

I go into this store weekly. My last visit was not good. I bought a vape and it hit once when I left the store and one other time never would work after that. I bought it on my way out of town and couldnt return until I got back 3 days later. They would not exchange it because it wasnt the same day even though I explained I was out of town. Wont be back.

Best vape shop I’ve been to honestly, it’s extremely organized and huge. lots of options and the guy is pretty cool!! He’s very generous and friendly, never felt so welcomed coming into a vape shop!! Definitely coming back again :)) I had a good time !!

Best experience I’ve had yet at a vape shop. This lady named Georgia went above and beyond and made sure I left there with something I would love to use every day . She has left a great impact on me . I will be using this vape shop from now on !

I’ve been in the store a few times now and was impressed with their product selection, but more so the down to earth and very accommodating customer service I’ve received thus far.Jomo (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) has helped me during both of my visits, and even when I had an issue with a vape device I’d purchased during a previous visit, he was quick to help me find a solution that fit my needs. I ended up purchasing a different vape while out of town after the previous one failed (due to commonly reported issue with that model) but he graciously accepted my failed, USED device as a return and not only let me exchange for store credit (my suggestion!), but also offered to throw in a few freebie items on the house for my troubles.Super nice employees, not pushy at all, and a laid back atmosphere. Very reasonable prices, well-known/quality/name brand products in stock, and some fun/interesting products available as well. Definitely recommend stopping by for your tobacco and more needs!Oh and definitely pick up some of the incense, it’s lovely with a huge variety of scent options!

Best customer service ever!! I know absolutely nothing about vaping but want to stop smoking cigarettes. I tried another shop in Smithfield but the sales person was short with me when I asked questions. A friend suggested I stop in Carrollton to get some education on vaping. The store clerk Georgia was patient and very thorough with details on what I needed to get started. Thank you Georgia for your infinite knowledge🤗 I might just be able to quit those cigs
