Best prices, excellent selection, and helpful service. I recently stopped by to pick up a couple of coils and some juice just because it was on my route home from work, and was blown away when the coils cost almost half of what they did at my regular shop and the juice was significantly less expensive as well. The employee working was super helpful and even made some great suggestions based on what I usually buy and I found some new favorites. Never going back to my old shop!

Great service, and their recommendations are right on target. I wasnt having a good experience with a tank and went in to get a different one, but they gave me some information on the one I had and now it works perfect. Its nice to go in and I dont have to ask for my CC menthol 3mg, they already know. The prices are some of the best around as well!

Way better juice than any other shop Ive ever been to. They dont loose flavor after the first day like all others. Cherry candy and cotton candy are sweet in more than one way. Check them out follow vapers!

Was becoming a regular until I went in today and asked to buy a small pipe. I asked the guy the price. He’s said he couldn’t tell if it was $17 or $7. I just stood there and watched him fumble around with it until he declared it to be $12. I liked the place and it was a cute pipe so I decided to just buy it. He got to the register and fumbled around with the screen before ringing me up for $12 + the things I bought before. I paid and left. I got home and unwrapped the pipe with the price tag on to find that it was priced at $7.99. I don’t see any reason to up prices on people. I have brought in new customers because I liked the place. I won’t be going back. It’s only a $4 difference but I don’t like establishments that feel like they have to get one over on the consumer 👎Oh and the Delta8 carts go out within a week and you waste $40. I’ve tried multiple times.Take your money somewhere else

If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff then this is the place! They have the best juice in town, fruit flavors are awesome and the new flavors the owners are creating are fantastic. I havent smoked cigarettes in over 4 years now and they have helped me every step of the way. Ive tried numerous shops and this one is the best. Give them a try and tell them Jimmy sent you. You will not be disappointed.

I drive about twenty miles out of my way to get to this place on my way home. I love the Arctic Monkey flavor and they have excellent high quality pure CBD juice as well. The staff are very helpful and will work to help you even if they didnt sell you the kit.

Ive been going here for years! I cant say enough about Johnny. He really is fantastic. Hes knowledgeable and friendly and good at explaining stuff! However, today I had a horrible experience with, Jen...Im not surprised...shes always kinda had this attitude that I ignored and she kinda ignores everyone else cause shes always on her phone lol. But anyways, they were having issues with their payment machine today when I was trying to purchase a new mod. And the money was STILL taken out of my account. Now, ultimately, Jen was right...the funds were reversed (took my bank about 30 min to catch up) but, the way she handled it was highly highly unprofessional...to the point where I decided to purchase my mod online instead of deal with her again. Im trying to get in touch with the owner of the store because he absolutely needs to know that a long time customer is no longer giving his business money because of Jen. I sent a message on their web site and on their Facebook. My Facebook message was read, but never responded to..I going to take a stab in the dark here and guess the owner has probably allowed her to run their facebook.A the very least I will never go back if she is the only person there, again. She wont make a single sale of of me.

The best vapor store I have been to since I have moved to this area. They are very friendly, and educated about the products. I bought a flavor called gypsy and its amazing, and its 100% vg . They let me use the oxygen bar for 5 minutes for free because I was tired. Really cool experience. Thanks Vapor Land!!!

Great shop! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed a new vape and was given a great experience. No pressure to buy, just helpful guidance and recommendations. I bought one and the minute I got out to my vehicle I realized it would not fit my old tank of which im very fond of, so I went back in and they immediately refunded me and Helped me pick another. I do not frequent vape shops much, as I generally buy onlone,o but I decided to give these guys a try and was immediately impressed. If you need a good vape shop, go here!

However, I found them to be so disingenuous that I had to articulate my displeasure in dealing with them. Faulty products, lack of choice, and utter disregard for taking ownership of failure.

Very friendly staff that was knowledgeable and helped with my innikon mpv purchase. They had the best prices in town from my research.They also had an oxygen bar that was very convenient. Clean, professional, and knowledgeable staff helped me with all of my questions and even some I didnt know.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. He sold a Mod that worked for about 2 weeks and then started flashing something was wrong with the battery. It would work sometimes. Decided to take it back to get some type of replacement or due to the fact I had it less than 2 weeks. The guy at the store proceeded to fix it and now it no longer works.....and he gave an oh well kind of attitude. WTH dude!!!! Now my vape is completly broken...atleast it would of last me until I could get another one...since I wasnt getting a replacement but now you COMPLETLY BROKE and DONT CARE!!!! I will never recommended this place. Also I agree with the previous person. They mix HORRIBLY!!!! If you want a sore throat....go right ahead. SCAMMER and horrible customer service!!!!

So I went in the other day and got a rainbow glamee bear disposable and of course they say to try it in the store and I did and the first two hits were okay but as I started to hit my vape more it burned out immediately and tasted so gross so I called them and asked of I could bring it back bc something is wrong and he said no! This happened to me multiple times before just with a different brand so I thought this one would be better 🤔 but it wasnt its so bad I cant even smoke it im really upset the owner said I can come and get another one basically for full price bc he said he would take off a few dollars why would I go back and have the same problem again and be out $40.00 ya right! I will nvr go to this place again

Discovered this place when I lived in Carrollton, then I moved to NRH and after several failed attempts in the area, I made the drive back to Carrollton. Also, the day I left Texas, I went back to stock up.I now live in Alabama and after several attempts in my area (total fail) I am ordering online.This place is the best, hands down. Customer service is amazing. Everyone there, and there have been a lot of different faces over the years, each one was welcoming and helpful. I miss not being able to go to the shop, but I will settle for shipping and handling.LOVE THIS SHOP!!!

I bought 2 vapes they were on discount and they are damaged I went to change them they assigned me others in the same way it did not work I put them to charge and they still do not work I went back to the store and they tell me that they cannot change it because it was an offer it seems to me an irresponsibility on their part because they did not give more options

Great on deal days, otherwise - meh. After using electronic cigarettes for a few years now, I know what a 10, 15, 30 and 60ml bottle of liquid looks like. I know what a 6mg nic level tastes and feels like. Unless you come in here on a day theyre doing a buy one get one for 25 cents, its simply not worth it. Bottles arent filled up all the way and they claim them to be a larger volume than actually measured.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!I bought my fiance a Smok V8 Stik yesterday for oyr anniversary and she loves it! I also bought my Smok AL85 from Vapor Land, the girl there was extremely helpful and informative with helping my fiance find exactly what she was looking for and patient with showing her how to set it up and care for it. I love their Oxygen bar and all their flavors, were both vaping on secret sauce right now and its got the most rich distinct flavor to it. We both all over just love this place! So much that Im going back up there friday to get another tattoo from their artist they have coming up for their Friday the 13th event, also getting new flavors with their buy one get one for .25cents!Thank you Vapor Land and all your awesome employees!

The owner Bob is an amazing guy. I am very picky and detail oriented and his store impressed me. He carried the newest tech, and has 100 % VG juice, which can be hard to find. I am on day 5 of not smoking ciggs thanks to Bob. I am 34 and smoked a pack a day since I was 16. I got the Atlantis tank, aspire sub ohm battery, and some spaceship juice which is kiwi strawberry marshmallow blend. Thanks a million Bob, my health thanks you.Regards,Jason from Richardson Tx

This guy is a crook!!! Dont believe a word you see on his comments. I figure they put them all on there themselves!!! The owner EHAB, basically took 100 bucks from me, and didnt give a damn that I had all the proof in the world that his people sold me juice that had ingredients in it that they swore it didnt have. I know this was probably do to the improper training that EHAB gave them. When I spoke with him all he could tell me what that I would need to come back so he could see the unit worked. He told me the people there werent qualified to see if it worked. Number one, it was less than 36 hours after I bought it. If it didnt work I should have gotten a refund in the first place!! Number two, the people that were there were competent enough to suck on the end of the vaporizer and see that it worked. EHAB is just another squirl looking to take your nuts!!!! He took me for 100 bucks!! I could almost understand if it was a thousand bucks, but just a hundred bucks youre going to screw someone over!! Great way to do business here in America!!!! EHAB youre nothing but scum!!!! As Ive said before, I hope you enjoyed that measly 100 bucks!!!! God knows you probably need it more than I do!!! I would never recommend this store to my worst enemy!!! The other people that work there are very cool!!! The young gentleman that called EHAB said that if it were up to him hes return it no problem do to the misunderstanding. EHAB,EHAB,EHAB.... WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND!!!! YOURE NOTHING BUT A CREEP!!!!! For everyone else, there is a great vapor store rignt at Beltline Rd. and Marsh. On the North west corner. And there is another great store at Beltline and Marsh on the North East corner. Both will treat you great, and will take back items if they are broke (within a reasonable time), or let you exchange something if its just not working out for you. Again within a reasonable amount of time. EHAB is just another jerk trying to take advantage of anybody who walks into his store. And be careful what you buy there!! The juice hes selling is not what they are telling you it is!!!!! Ill be talking to you soon EHAB!!!!
