Very friendly service and they are usually able to accommodate same day appts. We found the prices to be very competitive. Knocked off one star only because the customer (like yours truly) usually has no idea whats going on during the massage itself which can defeat the purpose of relaxation 😆. The other complaints in reviews seem kind of strange as masseuses leaving the room periodically to clean hands or grab hot stones is normal in other places. Definitely pay close attention to the bars 5ft above the massage table when going in for your first time!

Very bad customer service. When I arrived they stated they did not have our appointment because it was booked online when it was supposed to be booked over the phone. Nowhere on the website does it say you are supposed to call. Why even have the option to book online if you have to call. Both employees were huffing and puffing because they were “too busy” and ended up telling us they could not do our massages. Would definitely NOT recommend.

It was the first time ever getting a massage and this place just feels so relaxing as soon as you walk in the door and the ladies here are so sweet and did an amazing job with me and my friend. We lived it!

For starters I chose this location because it’s literally 2 minutes from my home. But upon entering, and having the “random lady come out of a set of closed doors to greet me”, as someone else stated, I immediately began to question myself. This lady in turn was my massage therapist and she didn’t even give me her name. I only read these reviews AFTER I left and had I read them before, I would have spent $100 elsewhere. I’d estimate that my session included 40 mins of her walking on my back, 20 mins of her walking in and out of the room (which by the way she never fully shut the door neither time and I was under a sheet in my birthday suit so that was extremely unprofessional), and 15 mins of her soft stroking my skin as if I was getting lotioned up after a bath. No hand massaging whatsoever, just light strokes. I was in no pain before I walked in and by the time she was done I had a headache, extreme lower back pain and was in a state of confusion as to what in the world did I just experienced. Sure the lady was sweet as pie and as gentle as a feather with her hands, but that’s NOT what I paid for. I’ve gotten plenty massages before but never like this. I gave a $10 tip because I’m a nice person and needless to say I will not be back.

I’ve never been so relaxed! Literally kept waking myself up with my snores haha. It was a combo of relaxing + deep tissue work. My back was so stiff, and I really felt the masseuse feel out my problem spots and went to town ahahaha! 10000/10 will be coming back 👍👍

I booked an appt for 2pm. When I got there I was greeted by a lady who came out of a random room. There was no greeter and there’s a bell that rings when the door opens or closes. She took me to my room but gave me no instructions( places tend to be different on what they want you to have on or off) I came out and asked her if I should remove all items. Then I realized I had to go back home bc of an emergency. I asked if it was ok to come back and she said yes. Once I came back I was told they could only accommodate 30 mins but I’d get a discount ($10) I agreed. The massage was amazing !!! However, during the massage the person kept going in and out of the room. Not a biggie! The issue became when she took a phone call during my massage. She was booking appts and discussing hrs. I could also hear another person leaving their massage appt. When it came time to pay I gave her my card and asked if I could put a tip. She said what would be the whole total she’d put on the card. I said 40+10, make it a 50. She looked at me uncomfortably and then said that because of me she had to give the other gentleman a discount bc I was too loud when I first arrived and I had the nicer room. I was confused but I said “ it’s fine.” I am confused on how I had to pay for them giving someone else a discount and yet I kept getting my massage interrupted. I can say i will not return. I appreciate them accommodating to my request to return but they could have said they couldn’t. I felt baited in more than one way. The lady who gave my massage did a good job but as a business….

Excellent service and professional massage, beautiful masseuse, it is the best massage experience I have felt, and I will go to Relax Spa massage next time. They will listen to your needs hard/med/light pressure, you just have to communicate. I dont expect them to read my mind. Depending on deep or sports massage you just have to ask what is their specialty.

It was my first time to visit Relax Spa. Im from out of town, and after reading the reviews decided to try it. I was impressed by how new and clean the facility was. LuLu was my therapist, and I could not have asked for better treatment. She was kind, knew what to do to help me feel so much better. I had my first stone treatment and she walked on my back. The next time Im in Carrollton, I definitely will make another appointment with LuLu

Wow! I dont think Ive had a better massage therapist than Jessica. She was very intuitive and made the whole experience extremely relaxing. The facilities are new and inviting. Ill definitely be back!

Deep tissue massage was wonderful! It’s great value for money! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for specific pain relief or relaxation.

First of all these 2 ladies are nice but the way they do the massage i dont know if they really know how to massage. She consumed 70mins walking in my back, i thought its just for warmup to walk in my back,im waiting for her hand massage but its just touching ur skin no massage,keep in and out the room doing something mybe answering the phones.They trying to avoid to do alot with there hands, its just amazing how to be a massage therapist like this.Honestly the way i felt after that massage bodyaches, these massage therapist just working and no passion and care on how they massage. My husband and i we felt like we never got a massage and our back got bruise from that walking in our back. I dont know why i believe in the reviews thats why i tried it out, but never again. Just giving my true reviews.

Relax Spa has several talented therapists. Both Lulu and Cindy give relaxing and deep tissue massages. They have helped me find relief for my persistent low back pain. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and service is top notch.

Great new place for a great professional massage. Place is all new and friendly licensed Therapist that did a great job on a sore shoulder. Was a little hard to see, located in Mustang Ridge and signs on the buildings small but definitely worth checking out.

I love this place, the business is brand new and I live nearby so I have to try it. The spa targets mainly in pain relief and I’m gonna said it has done the job. I have constant neck for sometimes and only after one session I was almost pain free and I felt so relaxed! 100% recommend.

Very lazy I scheduled an appointment for 2 people for an hour was on the phone with them the whole time before arriving. When I get there after just hanging up the phone they acted like they didn’t know who I was. Then they changed their statement by saying they didn’t understand English well. Too many excuses very little problem management when they make the mistake. I even offered to sit out and allow the other party to go since I scheduled 2 people for an hour. Once again played stupid and acted like they didn’t know what I was speaking about again. Even after the “manager” drove over to the location they simply said they cannot do anything. Terrible avoid at all costsOnly reason why it got 2 stars is because the location is nice but the management is terrible.
