Massage Envy Carrollton is amazing and has lots of great massage therapists depending on what you’re looking for! Shea is my absolute favorite for a relaxing session and even goes firm pressure (can also be just relaxing with lower pressure). She has the most relaxing technique that makes the experience seem seem-less and synchronized .Shardae is great to work on scar tissue and Sandra is very knowledgeable about how your feet connect to your entire body and how to release pressure.

I’ve been to several Massage Envy locations in the area and this is by far my favorite location. Friendly and welcoming staff is always a plus, but the waiting room is especially divine. They have a massage chair to use while you wait and complimentary hot and cold water/tea.

My first time here and the staff was very professional and helpful. They were very friendly from beginning to the end. I highly recommend this facility for all your massage needs.

Came here to redeem a gift card received for Christmas and was blown away by the customer service provided by Sam at the front. Super knowledgeable, friendly and just all around warm and inviting. Then Erik blew me away with the massage. My back and neck were the areas I asked him to focus on and his technique and pressure were spot on. I loved it so much I signed up for a membership.

The receptionist that assisted me was very helpful, kind, and has a calming personality. Sierra the lady who preformed my massage was nice and I left feeling so relaxed. 10/10

I booked with Shea (Carrollton location)at the last minute. Im so glad I did. I had a very specific issue and she attended to my achy shoulder/neck/traps like a champ 🏆 She showed me stretches I could do until I could get another massage too! I booked again with her for a 90 minute massage and it was amazing! If you have sore shoulders, SHE SHEA ASAP!!!

DO NOT use this service. I had a massage booked when my father passed away. Because it was on monthly I was told “too bad” and because it was less than 24 hours I still had to pay for the massage. When I decided to cancel after I got back from my fathers funeral, I had to wait a whole year because it was on a full year subscription and there was no cancellation policy for the next 12 months. I was told when I went to my appointment that their system had deleted multiple appointments and mine was one of them. Even though I had rescheduled my work schedule for this appointment and they had a record of my call and found my appointment, they informed me that they were booked and could not accommodate me. I was upset but understood that things happen. It was when Natalie the manager called and told me that SHE could not locate my record, questioned if I had in fact made an appointment, and there was nothing she could do since she couldnt find record of my appointment and that I could simply come a following week. I have had this appointment booked for a month. They have told me they would call me back to fix their mistake at 9 am. I did not receive a call until 8 pm and the manager was not understanding or helpful to remedy their mistake. Very disappointed and wont be coming back. Id give the Carrollton Massage Envy a zero star rating if it were possible.

I recommend seeing massage therapist Sharday! Perfect pressure everything and always comes in with a smile. She truly loves what she do and is amazing at it!

I would NOT recommend this place for massages. The massages are OK, but the administrative side is a nightmare. My husband purchased 6 massages for me and was sold on all the extras he would get for paying upfront (e.g. scented oil, extra 30 minutes of massage, etc.). However, once paid, the extras expired within a month (no way to use all the perks in one month) and my husband got notifications of membership dues every month. I kept hearing that it didnt apply to me since it was already paid for and to ignore the messages (not comfortable with that). Scheduling a massage was very difficult...having to go in once every 6 weeks only due to availability concerns. One time I showed up and was told I shouldve gotten a message about my masseuse being sick. I did not get a call/text and when I showed up the front lady turned at the one by her side and said I told you and told me to reschedule with no apology. I had billing issues too....I was charged $100 on my card when I only authorized the tip to be charged, as I had a massage credit. Still concerned that they thought it would be ok to charge me $100 without me authorizing the charge, signing a receipt or anything else. Later, I was told that my massage credits had just expired and hence the charge. It was eventually fixed but made me feel like they were out to cheat me because if I wouldnt have checked my credit card statement, I wouldnt have noticed. They are pushy with their memberships and that just doesnt feel right. Id rather use a real spa and pay as I go, rather than stressing out about additional charges, lost credits or no shows without notice.

The experience with Massage Envy was satisfactory in relation to the quality of massages I received, the masseuses are excellent.However,...I have to mention that I feel mistreated by unfairly losing credits worth approximately $650 for not using them.Unfortunately,My time availability almost never coincides with that of this branch,Being very complicated to use my membership credits.Seeing that they increased every month and the enormous difficulty in matching my time with that of the branch;I decided to go to the office and see what options there were.They gave me 3 months to use all the credits and although I could never make an appointment,Simply the $650 was lost without any benefit.

If I could give them SIX stars, I would! I traveled around to several Massage Envy locations throughout the Metroplex area in the last six months, but I decided to call this location home. In addition to the ladies behind the front desk being extremely friendly and always smiling, most recognize and check me in before I can even reach their counter, and absolutely set the relaxing and inviting pace for what is to come. Not only does this location come with a massage chair in the waiting room, just in case you want to get your pre-massage on, they also have a coffee and water bar so you can start your massage off hydrated. If all of that wasn’t enough to convince me to stay, there is always their newest masseuse addition, Eric, that keeps me coming back. All of the ME locations have wonderful masseuses, but Eric is something special for those that suffer from ailments, like my Fibromyalgia. He listens to your concerns, and focuses on those areas with attention and dedication. Eric is always kind, does an excellent job, and just makes my life, as someone suffering from chronic pain, just a little bit better! I ALWAYS leave this location feeling 100% better than I did entering, and that includes mentally as well!! If you’re one who is new to massages, or someone who might have had a bad experience, I implore you to check out this ME location, and to book an appointment today! It is amazing what a massage can do for your body, mind and soul!!

I had a massage with Ericka C. She was very professional and attentive. She asked if the temperature and massage pressure was okay. She wore a mask and gave me the option to wear one based on my comfort level. I highly recommend her! Ive been a Massage Envy customer for 7 years at 2 locations. I only rate the good therapists!

I just wanted a spa experience with my daughter entering womanhood.***Just got off the phone with ( I’m guessing) the office manager. Had to ask to speak to the district manager four times before getting a contact info.Would rather be rude than to ratify a dispute. Even threatening me that I won’t be able to receive service from any other Massage Envy location if I make a complaint! Why should I be charged twice for a service?? Worse customer experience ever!

Omg! Best Massage and facial ever! On the full body message she turns off the lights to make sure no one comes in to give you privacy when she is working the lower body! Even in the waiting area the massage chair is amazing gives great butt massages! I got the full body massage and she listens to you and adjust her pressure level for however you please ! The facial was so relaxing! I thought I was at a Spa!

I had gotten my massage from Brittany a couple of times recently. She is very professional, listens to the customized needs and gives specific care & attention to her clients.Ive severe pain sensitivities and usually Im very nervous about going for a massage. She changed that whole perception in me. She assured me by her actions and made me feel very relaxed. She attended to all my requests very carefully.I highly recommend her, she truly has healing hands!

My daughter scheduled an apt here for me as a bday surprise. Vanessa was wonderful. The massage was just what I needed. I will be back. Same day apts available.

Shea was AMAZING! Ive had many massages from massage envy, hotels spas, and independent spas. Shea was one of the best! She worked on my pain points/knots in unique ways and the pressure was perfect. Most massages are cookie-cutter, but not Sheas. She was so nice and professional. I left feeling more relaxed then ever.

I sent my wife here for the first time on Mothers Day. She really enjoyed the massage and the facial. She could not stop talking about the great experience that she had. We even went back a couple of days later and purchased some of the products that they used on her during the facial.

I strongly recommend against going to this location. I cannot speak for Massage Envy as a whole, but the staff at this location is completely ridiculous. Numerous billing issues, charges for appointments that they scheduled incorrectly, unauthorized credit card charges on my sisters CC, extremely unhelpful management regarding these situations, the list goes on...Over the course of a 6 month contract, I’ve had one really good massage. The rest were mediocre at best. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Legit one of the best places to get a massage! Can be pricey if you dont do the membership ($95/60 mins vs $65/60 mins with membership). Memberships are for 1 year but I wish they had 6 month memberships. They have a full spa there so your 1 yr membership also includes bonuses such as facials and other spa related procedures.

I went one day due too a lot stress and once I had my massage I felt relieved. It was the best experience I had and would do it again.I recommend yall going to get the best Massage ever

Needed a massage and found Massage Envy conveniently located in Carrollton. Location was clean, staff was friendly and massage was great. I decided to join and get monthly massages. Highly recommend.

This is a very bad company. I had a membership from another location. I advise anyone who ever considers buying a membership to read the fine print. Even that doesnt seem to be followed by this company as a whole.I cancelled the membership and was told I could transfer the massages to a friend. I was not told anything other than, yes, you can transfer them. Without going into every detail, this was not allowed, after trying to have a friend use my already paid for massages. Then to make matters even more unpleasant, I was told my membership (already pre paid massages) was due to expire on 9/21/19. I specifically asked the person at this location, can i use it on 9/21? She said absolutely! So, I called to schedule the appointment for 9/21, only to receive a call 2 minutes later to tell me sorry, but you have to use it before 9/21, not on 9/21. I have 8 un-used pre paid massages. Not only will they refuse to extend it one more day, it is not the information they gave me. I will never use this company again. Not willing to work with their clients. Very shameful.

Lillian was awesome! Paid great attention to my needs and even though I prefer to be quiet, her questions, and checking on me throughout got me in a state of bliss today! I had been in pain for weeks and she cared enough to make sure I was good. I’ll definitely see her again!

I exclusively utilize Lillian. I have Scoliosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis and she is the sole reason that I can stand and walk. Lillian asks questions, modifies each session to my needs and is a very knowledgeable therapist. Highly recommend her. Plus, the office staff are always friendly and caring. Would give 10 stars I’d I could.

I really hate writing negative reviews, but feel this needs to be shared. I HIGHLY suggest against this location. And I hate to say it, because I have had great experiences with one of the massage therapists at this location - Melissa. However, the management at this location is poor and I feel it needs to be shared.Three separate occasions now, I have shown up for my massage and my therapist for that session was not there. The first time was frustrating but I let it go. The second, in September, when I showed up for an appointment the girl was very rude and stated she had called, left a voicemail and even texted me to tell me that my massage needed to be canceled. When I told her that I did not receive any of the calls or emails she got very snippy. I even showed her an email confirmation I received that day reminding me of my appointment. And she very rudely responded that it didn’t matter and I should have received the messages they left. I asked to speak to the manager and he was conveniently unavailable. I asked for her to have the manager call me so I could discuss how unhappy I was—- no calls. A few days later, the Stonebriar location in Frisco (my original sign up location) called to let me know they were under new management and asked if I wanted to book an appointment since it had been a while. I told her how I wanted to cancel my membership based on the experiences I had at the Carrollton location. She apologized for another locations mistake and even offered me a comped session with them. So I got that scheduled, unfortunately that location just isn’t as convenient for me to frequent for every massage.Still no calls or emails from the Carrollton location to apologize for the mix up.Fast forward to today - three months later and the EXACT same situation occurs. Because of my previous experiences, I tried calling them to confirm they’d received my online booking before I left the house, and no one answered. After 5 attempts I gave up. So when I received a confirmation email yet again, I thought all was fine. I show up for my appointment and they tell me they’ve tried calling me and even left a message.... and again no messages, or missed call, or texts. And of course the manager was conveniently busy again today; they said I could book another appointment for 3pm today and MAYBE the manager would comp or give me enhancements for free. And that I could try to talk to him later in the day. I was infuriated that this happened for a third time and left.I called the Coppell location and they were able to squeeze me in at 12:30 so I took that appointment. It was exactly what I needed, the therapist, Basudeb listened to the specific areas I needed focused on and continued to communicate with me. I’ll be moving my services to Coppell from now on.Hopefully Carrollton will get their act together soon. Maybe they’ll also consider emailing customers in the future since it is documented that their phone calls and text messages don’t come through to my phone number.

Dont waste your time with this irresponsible business, especially them trying to get you to sign up for a membership. They allowed me to sign up for a tentative membership with 3 hours to cancel with no penalties or fees; I contacted within 1 hour to cancel, and they tried to call me to give another promotional deal to not cancel. I already submitted the cancellation request. Come a month later, they havent cancelled the membership and charged me a fee. I am surely disputing the charge, but they need to take responsibility for being a trash of a business. Their business is disorganized and irresponsible; Manager was not present when I called to discuss and employees didnt even want to contact the Manager to advise of the issue. Terrible business.

Chay was AMAZING. Best masseuse I think I have ever had in my life. She really targeted my specific problems; before her I didnt even realize that I typically got cookie-cutter massages from other masseuses (even really good ones!) Chay really stands out; she used heat at no extra cost and really focused on the areas I told her I needed help with. She really went out of her way to tackle my shoulder problems in a really thoughtful and outside-the-box thinking kind of way. I am amazed and HIGHLY recommend Chay to anyone coming to this location!

As far as massages go, I guess it gets the job done. Im a little spoiled because my mother is a massage therapist, and a really good one. And I have a membership to a high end spa in University Park. But I guess for the person that rarely ever gets one, this place is more than good enough, so go get one and relax, the world needs everyone to do that more often.

Do not give your money to this joke of place.I have had a membership for numerous years. I recently canceled my membership.I had 3 hours accumulated that I already paid for. I say again, those hours were previously paid for and is evident in thier system.I went to use them and I was told, now by two separate jokes for customer servive.I was told I cant use the hours I already paid for and if I didnt like it I can take it up with corporate. I will never Patron this place again. The straifht steal your money. Be careful.They stole about $160 worth massages.

Massage Envy Carrollton is my #1 place to go for my self-care. The esthetictians have taught me how to care for my skin in between services. The massage therapists have been able to create a plan that together with my own at-home care, has me feeling better at 40 than ever.

I had an awful experience here. I asked for very specific things that I didnt want done, but the MT said she had to do them. Wouldnt take no for an answer. I should have just left, but Id already paid the money.It was painful and stressful because I didnt always understand what she was trying to get me to do (the MTs language skills werent the best. I have a huge amount of respect for people who can speak English when its not their first language, but communication is important in a massage).I ended up in more pain than I started with.

I took my 64 year old mother here today for her birthday, and she didnt enjoy her deep tissue massage. Mine was okay, we both preferred more pressure. Everyone was nice though.

The following review is for people with chronic/inflammatory/neuromuscular type diseases:I am a sufferer of Chronic Lyme disease (yes; it exists) and many of the symptoms cross over with the symptoms of MS, Parkinsons, Trigeminal Neuralgia, peripheral neuropathy, CFS, Fibromyalgia, and many, many more (and YES...Lyme can be just as bad as any of those...).There is a masseuse at the Hebron/Old Denton Intersection named Rene who rendered the best massage Ive ever had for these types of symptoms; really the best massage, period. I do not know if she has relief-specific training for these symptoms...but she certainly seems to.All of the weird hip, knee, shoulder, neck, head, tender spots (fibromyalgia sufferers know what those are)...even jaw problems that auto-inflammatory diseases can hit were addressed by this masseuse...and I didnt even have to tell her about most of those symptoms; she just found them and dealt with them. Brain Fog? What Brain Fog--I felt almost NORMAL when I left. Her demeanor is quiet but professional; I never felt uncomfortable for a moment. The atmosphere is relaxing but more clinical and less resort-hotelish. The interior of the place is quiet, clean, and relaxing, as well as pleasantly dim. Folks...the massage tables are HEATED...H-E-A-T-E-D; they are also equipped with servo-motors so that the masseuse can easily bring the table to the optimal height for her stature so that she can deliver solid technique without tiring due to stooping. I will be going back.OH; I had to edit...feel free to request hard-pressure; shes actually one of the few masseuses in the cosmos that understands that by hard-pressure you do not mean balance-all-of-your-weight-on-your-elbow-and-drill-your-way-to-China...

I was in terrible neck pain and Amar helped so that I could look left and right again. Ive also seen Eric and Lisset and they are all fantastic in their own crafts! The facials are phenomenal as well! Miyah gave me a great chemical peel and Maryann brightened my dull skin with the microderm infusion. I look forward to continuing my health and wellness journey here!
