If I could rate 0 stars then I definitely would!!! I have spent quite a bit in this shop and recently purchased several disposable vapes. I got home and tried to use one but it had issues after attempting to use for a bit. It was “misfiring” off/on and becoming very hot very quickly. So I took back to store wrapped back the same after only having TRIED a handful of times. The guy tried and first asked if I had forgotten to remove sticker covering the bottom and wanted me to stand there and try it until it started misfiring again. Another suggestion was to bring it back again when it wasn’t working properly. All I wanted was a replacement NOT any monetary refund, and I was not and am not willing to drive back and forth wasting gas in the hopes it will misfire or be too hot once there. Like I said, I have spent a good deal of money in this shop and until now always had a good experience. I have had several vape flavors that maybe I wasn’t a fan of before but knew that was my choice so of course never tried taking back. However this problem is with the product and due to my thinking that I had been a pretty loyal customer surely they would have no issues at all in resolving the problem and replacing the faulty device with another one. I was WRONG! Needless to say, they lost a customer today. And maybe that doesn’t matter to them, but continuing to treat customers in this fashion will certainly result in more loss and then it will definitely begin to matter!!

They are military friendly with discounts as well as a cool ticket punching system by 5 vapes or any product really get your next one free.The text system for the points is innovative and allowed for me to receive plenty of discounts in their store.The store associates are friendly and always help with your decision for any of their products.I will not go to another tobacco store in Carrollton they are that good.

Stopped in to check it out was completely blown away by the inventory. Carries so many different juices and brands. Beats all the competition by at least 50%!! I couldnt believe the deal I ended up having. I will for sure be back. Young man who runs it was knowledgeable and so very friendly. You must stop in and check them out!!!

Im gonna be for real, this is the best vape shop around. I lost my mod and had finally had enough and had to replace it. I like this place cuz they got the best prices on juice, but they didnt have what I wanted, and what I got is pretty close to what I wanted but still not quite it. However the customer service in this place is unfreakimg real. Would drive out of my way to go here!!
