Nirmala is a delight and professional! She took her time and paid very much attention to detail! I only had 3 request which were to clean my eyebrows, keep the shape and keep them thick! She did all 3 and more! Moving from NY/NJ I was very nervous and hesitant trying a new place but after reading the positive reviews and giving it a try I am very happy! :) This will be my new threading salon for sure! I had my first Brazilian wax at Perfect Impact Salon. The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Hanna is amazing. I have been back several times along with my two daughters. Although it takes me 45 minutes by car, I will not go anywhere else.

I come here quiet often. I live on the opposite side of Raleigh, about 30 mins one way to get my facials and massages. I will always be a loyal customer and never go anywhere again. Everybody is friendly and actually listen to your wants and needs. Their products are amazing as well. Eminence is organic and the only product Ive found in my adulthood to actually work for my skin. I recommend this place for anybody and everybody. A+

Nirmala did a fantastic job shaping my eyebrows. They have never looked better. I find threading more comfortable and gentle than waxing. I have also had a blow out and style by Latosha, her stylist. She did a good job too. I look forward to booking them for more services in the future.

This is the absolute best threading salon Ive ever been to. Ive lived in NYC and currently live in San Francisco, but I save my eyebrow appointments to come here when Im home for the holidays. Nirmala is a magician with brows... not to mention, shes great company -- incredibly sweet and very conscientious.

Nirmala is very good with back facial. She is customer friendly pays attention to all the details, very good at massaging. She has a technique with Back facial to relax all the muscles, relieve the tension and remove the dry skin. Skin feels very good even after weeks of massage. A special thing that should be considered to treat oneself.

Having had countless facials in the Raleigh area, I am no stranger to what a good facial is. Today I treated myself to a facial at Perfect Impact Salon & Spa. What an unbelievably wonderful experience!  Ideally located in Morrisville, it is within minutes of Raleigh, Cary and Apex.  Hanna, the owner and esthetician, personally gave me an unforgettable facial.  Her knowledge of skin care and treatment for skin concerns was addressed and she recommended the Vitamin C facial.   However, this facial was no ordinary facial.  She had just the right touch and did not rush through the treatment.  In addition to the facial, I was treated to a relaxing hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage.   Afterwards, my face looked radiant!! I had a healthy glow and was extremely happy with the results of reduced fine lines and dark age spots. Hanna uses her own line of skin care products, Hanna Therapeutics (also available for purchase).  All natural-based ingredients; they smell wonderful!  The best part of my facial was the reasonable prices for all of her treatments.  I will be returning again in 2 weeks for an enzyme and microderm facial.  I promise you will not be disappointed with your spa  treatment at Perfect Impact Salon & Spa.

I know Nirmala is a sweet person, but this time it was too much. I had been late for couple of appointments so she warned me to come in time for my next appointment which was on Sunday. I had to run from lunch with all my cousins over my palace, but what i see the salon is CLOSED. She had my details and my appointment time entered there, she could have just made a call and tell that the appointment is cancelled/what ever the reason was. Im not going to her any more and wouldnt refer to others tooo.

I never write reviews but she gets 5 stars. My eyebrows have always been thin from years of waxing and when she finished threading them I was shocked at how great they looked....my husband even noticed the difference

Hanna was so amazing! My microderm was so much better than I was expecting and so thorough. I am absolutely pleased with the results. I love that they use Eminence products. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

A sexist place, does not specify anywhere that its for women only! Took the appointment then was refused the right to service at the location.
