Had a great experience during my deep tissue massage by Jorge. Before it began we discussed where I was having issues with my back, neck and shoulder. Am currently working with orthopedic doctors for my condition who approved of the massage. Jorge worked on the areas including performing various stretching techniques. He has many years of experience and understands anatomy well. Looking forward to the next session as part of my medical path to resolution for my issues.

My massage with Hope was amazing! I walked in very stressed and left there feeling wonderful. She has a great sense of touch/pressure. I would 100% recommend her!!Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel the price of $145 for a 60 min appointment is ridiculously high.

Sheryl has mad esti skills! She is very nice to talk with and keeps a client informed about exactly what she is doing all along the way. She has been in the business for a good while and she definitely knows the best approach to leave you glowing!

Jorge is incredible… I have cancer and had multiple operations placing rods and screws in my back holding it together to prevent more vertebrae from collapsing. He is excellent working with me. I totally trust his knowledge and skill. Request him!

I’ve been a member here for years and Erin is by far THE best therapist I’ve ever had (inside or out of Massage Envy)! I have multiple chronic issues and she tackles them with ease and finds/resolves others I didn’t even know I had. Her deep knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is unmatched. Not to mention she’s very personable. Fan for life here! 😁 👍

Jorge is amazing! He is incredibly in tune with your body, knowing exactly where you need attention. His incorporation of stretching into the massage is perfect, helping to release tension and improve flexibility. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on the world. My massage with Jorge S. was excellent! He used the perfect amount of pressure! His techniques are a combo of massage and stretching. Afterwards, I slept better than I had in years!

I have been a member at Cary Kildaire location for under a year now and have had a very good experience with the front desk staff and the therapists so far. I usually come for full body massage with Jorge. He works on relaxing and stretching my muscles nonstop for the full 90 min session. He uses the combination of massage techniques and makes them somehow all flow together so well. It is definitely working on my sore muscles. Thank you ME!

I have been going to Massage Envy for many years. I met Leslie about eight years ago. She and the Massage Envy team are phenomenal! I would recommend getting a massage and seeing the difference a great massage therapist can make in the way you feel.

Massage envy at kildaire is a wonderful gem. Shannon was the best. Absolutely the most thorough and professional masseuse Ive ever had. I’ve been going to Sheryl for the better part of two years now. She is my go-to when I need to unwind, R&R or therapy. She is such a light and most importantly, so incredibly intuitive about her craft. I always allow her to guide me on what my skin needs most. I’ve seen a radical difference with my skin when I am getting regular facials and her presence is truly so relaxing.

Erin is great - I have seen her several times, and she has a way of understanding what my body needs that day. She is kind and sensitive and seems very motivated to make others feel better. She’s open to feedback and is able to adjust her treatment accordingly.

Had a great experience during a recent facial with Sheryl. She is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the way she educated me, and the tips she shared. Will definitely schedule with her again - highly recommend!

I have been a member for 10 years, and this location has offered the best customer service I’ve been to of all the locations I’ve visited. I have been seeing James for a while now, and he does a fantastic job. He’s professional, always caters to my needs, and his technique is perfect. One time I came in with pain in my leg from running, and the pain went away a few days after he worked on it! I highly recommend this location and James as a massage therapist.

Michaels massages are always AMAZING. His energy is fantastic. Conversations are great, and he also knows when I need some quiet time to let it all go. He applies just the right amout of pressure to really work those deep knots. Go for the 90 if you have the time!

Erin is simply the best! I need deep tissue, therapeutic work and she is so incredibly knowledgeable. She gets to the root of the problem and even though it is deep tissue work, she is gentle in her approach. I have been getting massages for over a decade and she is the best!

Hope did a phenomenal job giving me a prenatal massage! My body was so sore, but especially my hips, lower back and glutes and she worked it all out for me. Her technique was fabulous not to mention she’s one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. Whenever I get a massage again in the future, I’m going to Hope! :)

Had my first massage here today, and Erin W. was truly amazing. Her knowledge of anatomy and different stretching techniques were super helpful. My job is stressful and really physical- I am in chronic low-key pain for various things, and I left without a single ache or pain! Will be back!

Over the last 10 years I’ve experienced different massage techniques and Jorge was a great find! He knows the intricacies of the muscles and how they connect with fascia and joints, which results in a great relief after the first session! I always book 90 min to make sure he has enough time to work on the full body (head including) and will continue coming at least once a month to have that reset feeling :)

Jorge is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I’ve been to many other therapists after moving from the area for two years, and it’s so good to be back in Cary, because I never found a suitable replacement!

So hard to find a good massage therapist! James is wonderful and listens to what you need done and then takes care of it. Maybe I should not have said anything! He will be booked solid!

Worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. It was as if they got someone off the street that learned how to massage from watching TV shows. Very rough and focused on areas I did not ask to be focused on. Was not around after my massage with water even though I was told this would be the case. Pricing online now is very deceiving: a 60 min massage is $85 if you purchase a membership, but online it’s listed as $85. Will never return to Massage Envy again.

Jorge specializes in thai massage. He stretches you and gets to the pressure points to make for a perfect massage! He’s very knowledgeable and doesn’t just use his hands to massage! He uses his arm, forearm, elbow, etc. Best massage ever!

Great facial and massage. Experience ruined by Holly the sales person who pressured my daughter like a used car salesman to sign up for a membership. Holly and her counterpart made us uncomfortable and continued to pressure her for 20 minutes I was gifting my daughter a 60 minute massage for her birthday. Totally unprofessional

Been going to this location for over a year and have had a very positive experience. The front desk staff are all very friendly without being sales-y and all of the masseuses Ive worked with have been professional and thorough. Ive been working exclusively with Jorge for the past year for deep tissue massages. Hes very good at what he does and I always come home relaxed, a little sore and in a much better mood.

The front desk person was fine. Stephen--the therapist was professional and knowledgeable--He did a fantastic job. However, I received a chemical burn from the face cradle. After the appointment, my face was red and burning and the area below my right eyebrow swelled up. It turns out that there should have been a cover over the face cradle, but there wasnt. After a couple of phone calls to the manager, she told me they use Lucas-cide to disinfect their equipment.The district manager was then supposed to get in touch with me, but it took several emails, texts, and phone calls over 3 weeks before she would speak with me. They told me they would refund that session, but would not reimburse me for the 13 sessions I paid for in advance with my membership. She told me they do not use Lucas-cide and that they always put a cover over their equipment. Therefore, they are not liable for what happened to me.The lack of customer service in this situation is appalling to me. I implore everyone to think twice before receiving services at a place that obviously cares much more about money than basic human decency.

After a few weeks of difficult back pain, I booked a last minute appointment hoping for some relief. Malik and Ruby were incredibly kind and accommodating hosts, and James did a fantastic job hearing and addressing my pain with a deep tissue massage. The facility was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated a heated shoulder wrap while I waited before my services started. Overall a wonderful late evening, mid week massage!

Jorge was excellent. I appreciated so much that he read up on me and my muscular dystrophy so he understood some about me before I got there. It is a professionalism that I practiced when I was a physical therapist and I appreciate others who try to give the same personal attention. Eric at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well!

I had a membership for a year and had two sessions every month so its not something new for me. I was at this location once. Everyone was nice except the therapist. Dont go to Jorge even if you are dying or even if its free. I explained my problem - pulled muscle. He treated it like it was something he should wipe from the face of Earth. I wiggled and jumped in pain. Also, he is the only therapist who touched me a couple of inches too low than my collarbone which was weird. I didnt complain, just left in tears and pain. Not everyone can advocate for themselves. I wish I stopped him instead of being tortured but I just froze.

Love a good message and Jorge at Spa Envy does an excellent job. I usually get an all over message for 90 minutes for aches and pains just to get everything relaxed. I come out feeling so much better. You get a little deep muscle massage especially the calf area, shoulders, back, neck, feet and arms. Stretch in the hips which I always really need. Moist heat on the back, neck and feet. It really feels amazing. I highly recommend.

After reading the reviews it saddens me to think others had such different perspectives then myself.I don’t get massages often. But this was an awesome experience I don’t regret the money spent on it. And greatly appreciated the hospitality and friendliness from everyone. I had James as the therapist and Bryanna, and the guy (forgot his name) that was very helpful when you first walked in.All were amazing. I’m engaged at the moment and plan on trying to bring my fiancé and myself here. Highly recommend this place and the staff. Was clean, friendly, smelled good, showed me the place, had some little mints and tea / water. Etc. was a very very VERY well needed massage after a long stressful month. This staff deserves raises. That’s all I gotta say. 💯

I love coming here for my massages! Mike is awesome; definitely the best as far as I am concerned. Ive been coming here for at least 2 years and always ask for Mike. Hes knowledgeable, tells me about the aches and pains Im experiencing and what i can do to help relieve the pain in those areas. It is hard to get on his schedule so before I leave I make sure to book with him as far out as they will let me. Never a dull moment. I always leave feeling tremendously better than when I arrived - body, mind and spirit.

This was my first time getting a massage from the Massage Envy in Cary and it did not disappoint! My massage was scheduled with Jasmine and she is the most well educated on pressure points and tension relief - she also has a very calming demeanor that radiates from her. I was also helped by Annabelle at the front desk which helped me with all of my questions and was a sweetheart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I received a really good deep tissue massage from Erin. Example of her expertise; she noticed and identified a shoulder issue and explained what probably caused it. The thing is, her explanation was exactly what did happen almost 35 years ago. The massage room was clean and comfortable. Annabelle did a great job of handling the arrival and departure process without making me feel pressured to do more than I wanted. Great experience.

From beginning to end my experience at Massage Envy was amazing. My husband bought me a massage for mothers day.Katelynn reached out to gather all my information, discuss my issues and make sure everything was set up for my visit. She was positively wonderful in getting me prepared. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Annabelle and Malik and given a tour of the premises. Annabelle was so kind and thorough as she explained exactly what I was going to experience, sat me in their tranquil waiting room and proceeded to help me fill out paperwork while Malik got me a warm compress for my next to relax and checked on me to see if I needed anything . I was then greeted by Chris, the manager while waiting who was a pleasure to speak with! Last, but not least my masseuse, James who provided the most amazing aromatherapy massage, with just the right pressure while focusing on the areas we discussed and occasionally checking to make sure everything was yo my liking. I left feeling relaxed, and less tense than I have in months! Thank you to the whole wonderful team!

Rhys was fantastic--the best massage Ive had in a long while. He asked all the right questions to ensure he was targeting my problem area and really put in the effort to ensure I was getting relief for chronic pain. My only complain is that he will be moving across the country next week.

I’ve been seeing Leslie as my massage therapist since 2010! She does an amazing job at medium-deep pressure massage and gives an awesome foot massage during sessions as well, which helps my plantar fasciitis tremendously. I keep seeming her every month because she is the best!

James will be my go to every time. Every minute was extremely relaxing.

Ive been going to the Massage Envy Cary Kildaire location. However, the service has gotten increasingly better over the last year. James is a great masseuse, plus Eric and Ruby at the front desk provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Erin does a great job. I especially like the reflexology.

Buyer beware. This company will force charge your banking account and will refuse to terminate the contract. I have expressed on the phone and via email that I no longer wish to do business with ME. The manager, Cris, offered to reduce my membership obligation from 12 months to 6 months. The company is currently under class action litigation because the contract is so difficult for consumers to terminate. It has been ruled an unfair business practice in other jurisdictions. Just trash business practices and I dont want anything to do with this company. I would advise everyone to steer clear. You can get a better massage that doesnt use predatory business practices.

The front desk associate Alajah (hope I’m spelling it right ) is amazing !! I had so many concerns and questions about the membership before I made a commitment! She eased every one of my concerns and because of her , I’m now a member of a great franchise! I’m looking forward to every perk she has told me about !

SENSITIVES: be advised this location has plug in air fresheners in nearly every outlet in the common areas. I complained about this after one session (I’m highly sensitive to them bc they trigger migraines for me) and when I came back for another they had put in even more. I’m quite disappointed that a wellness-oriented company would compromise their indoor air quality like this. A “spa like atmosphere” means peaceful and the artificial fragrances make my sinuses feel a way but I would not describe that way as peaceful. It is overwhelming to my senses and I cannot get into a peaceful frame of mind under this sensory assault.Do not book here if that is going to be a problem for you.

I had really really bad experience in this location. do not come here. i been there 2 times. i enrolled 1 year membership for the first time now I regret it. I do not complain about the price. I paid for 60 mins. The first time they do only 50mins which is fine. The second time the specialists do only 40 mins. Without turning on the timer. Her name is Maggie. I tip her 30$/1 per hour and talk to her very respectfully but she treated me like I am not having a phone or a watch to know what time I got in and suppose to get out. I feel she did not respect me at all. Feel so frustrated and regret being their membership. :(

Jorge is the best masseuse I have ever had. His stretches and awsome. And will change his routine and incorporate new stretches and pressure points

For being a part of a large massage organization, this location does a great job. The front desk team is all very friendly, quick to greet, and communicates professionally (even on the phone). The massage rooms are comfortable and clean and the heated beds work. Jeff listened well and got to work getting out some major knots that give me migraines. Its day two and I still feel the relief and no migraines! Im not sore either, even though I expected to be. Jeff was very courteous, clear, and focused. Every employee smiled and the whole place is kept up with well.

James is great and very knowledgeable about his profession!

This place is highly unprofessional the manager, Cris , Snell yells at his employees for asking him questions. I feel bad for the people that work here. I think they all need a new manager upfront somebody who knows what they’re doing and knows how to work with people. The place always smells like burnt food.

This isnt my primary location but I come here more to get my massages from Leslie who is really understanding of me and my speech impediment. Someone like her is hard to find so I am so glad I found someone who understands my disability (high functioning ASD). Please keep Leslie on the team and tell her that she does a great job. Hope to come here once every 2 months for massages.

This location currently has no esthetician, we signed up for a 6 month membership ONLY for facials for my teen son who has acne and now he cannot have a facial due to the Cary location having no staff available. The other locations in our area are either very far away or booked solid for weeks. Drove 1/2 hour to a N Raleigh location earlier this month - who billed us in full that day because the date of our monthly withdrawal was 3 days later!!! He had a very meh facial, at best. Almost no extractions but a full hour lecture on skincare - thanks, but no thanks. Now, the manager at the Cary ME location will not let us out of the last two months of his contract, even though they have no staff to provide the services we need. She said wed have to just drive to another location for the remainder of his contract, too bad/so sad for us.We will just have to hope we can find an appt or drive way out of our way - seems like the good estheticians (what few there are) are totally booked.Cary Massage Envy = bait and switch contract situation, no flexibility, no staff. Called 3 times to get no help and and am paying in full all the while.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and attentive to details and giving the best customer service! Katelynn and Malik are always on top of their game and willing to answer any questions asked! 100% recommend this location to anyone in Cary!

I scheduled a 90 minute massage and got there right on time, ready to go. I was not informed either on the website or through any other means that I would need to get there 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get a tutorial on the massage.Because of this they suggested just doing an hour long massage. Even though I wanted as long a massage as possible, I agreed since I did not want to pay extra for less of a massage because of their oversight in not informing me I needed to be there early.Well, even an hour long massage was not an hour. After only 50 minutes the masseuse got up and left the room, and I came out asking why she had stopped early. They said that, even though online it says 60 minutes, and even though they had been calling it an hour long massage the whole time that I was there, that it was actually only 50 minutes!! The only reason I got a massage here is because it says online that it was a full either 90 or 60 minute massage, when all of the other website said they only lasted 50 or 120 minutes!Why would they advertise 60 or 90 minutes when they are only 50 or 120 minutes?! This also meant that there wouldnt have been a reason for me to be there early since the extra 10 minutes was actually for the paperwork and explanation on the massage.After this I politely asked to speak to the manager, who ended up being as rude as possible and said that the website says it is only 50 minutes. I pulled up the website on my phone and showed him that nowhere on the site did it say 50 minutes, and nowhere did it say there was a 10 minute paperwork/explanation period, nor did it say anything about getting there early. He scoffed at me for even mentioning the oversight and suggesting that they update their policies to conform with the website.I asked for a discount and he became even more rude and tried to tell me it was my fault for not getting there early. Again I showed him that nothing on the website nor in the confirmation email said anything about getting there early, and pointed out that according to him the massage was only 50 minutes anyways. He grudgingly gave me a 5% discount in an extremely sour and unprofessional manner. I pointed out that I only received 5/6 of a massage so I was only going to pay 5/6 of the advertised price, which he reluctantly and finally agreed to after 10 minutes of arguing. Talk about customer service!After all of this, the massage was terrible! Never going to massage envy again!

This location has poor customer service, but my experience with the therapist was good. I had a couples massage and the therapists were friendly and made us feel comfortable. I left feeling better and they were knowledgeable. I called back and left a voicemail to set another appointment and two business days later.. still no call. I called and explained this to them and they never even apologized and now they have no availability. I find this lack of caring unprofessional.

The massage therapists are excellent but the front desk person named Holly has been rude to myself and other customers. Dealing with such an unpleasant person after a relaxing massage cancels out the experience. If not for the therapists, I would not go back to this location.

When paying in full for a one year membership, we were given four $50 gift cards to use for services. They failed to explain that the cards had expiration dates on these cards. They were only valid for three months and we’re not able to use them, even by upgrading to 90 minute massages. They gave no other option but these gift cards when paying in full. They did not apologize for the lack of communication and completely voided my gift cards.

Everyone at this location is friendly and professional. Rhys is an excellent therapist who listens and knows how to work out those knots!

I got a chemical burn from this place years ago and it left permanent scaring on my face that pops up every time the weather changes. I thought I already wrote this review but I guess not since I can’t find mine. When I called to discuss what happened they said I would need a doctors note to confirm it was intact their facial that caused my issue. Since dr appointments are 6 months out and it randomly flares up so that’s impossible. I talked to a friend who is an esthetician they said that the serum they put on before the peel is completely wrong and she wasn’t surprised it wasn’t worse…..So yeah don’t waste your money here.

I always find their service to be top notch. In the last 4 years, I have ALWAYS had a great experience here! Three members of my family all go to the same massage therapist because we love her so much!

Don’t bother. Making an appointment was an ordeal in itself and when I finally arrived, I didn’t even have an appointment because the app malfunctioned? Staff greeted me like I didn’t belong because I guess they weren’t expecting me, but a “Hi, how can we help you?” is probably better than the *what are you doing here?!* deer in headlights greeting :-)They apologized and offered to re-book me.

Ive been to this location at least four times and always requested a two hour prenatal and received that. Tonight 3/2/17 at 7:20 pm I called to schedule another and the receptionist was VERY rude and condescending saying their prenatal therapists dont offer that. She kept cutting me off and wouldnt even try to schedule anything!!!! I hung up on her and refuse to EVER go back! This location needs to hire people who are professional and friendly, this is why youre losing business. I am taking my business to the apex location instead, they had no problem scheduling what I requested and were very friendly.

Spend your money elsewhere. The therapists are all probably just as good as mine was but then they charge you twice for the same thing and never have a manger available to correct the situation. The front desk staff are all either absolute idiots and havent a clue or they are simply lying about how things work. I will now go somewhere with better service and semi educated staff.

Terrible. TerribleThese people who are massaging you are right out of school. Immediately knew this wasnt going to be relaxing. First she had me flipping over many times not evenly massaging the body parts. May massage one arm but not the other. Maybe one foot but not the other. Giving another chance second time ask for full body deep tissue and because I told him I had a soreness in my shoulder her rubbed that shoulder for 50 mins of the massage. He askd hows that? I said what about the rest of my body? He barely stroked each leg. Most of the time with no lotion or oil. He had on a TV shirt flip flops with un manicured feet and snorted like he could hardly get through the RUB, not a massage.. wanted to cancel future massage, but wouldnt let you because you sign a contract. Only way to get out of it is to cancel entire card on file or they will continue to charge you wether you come or not. Ill try another location if I dont cancel card.

Signed a contract, was unable to receive services due to a medical reason, canceled membership, now Cary Kildaire Massage Envy refuses to reimburse me for the services I didn’t utilize and could not provide a reason other than “that’s not how contracts work.” This is how reviews work. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT sign a contract with them. I wouldn’t even recommend to go here for a non-contract service.

I am one of the founder members of this establishment and hence had the privilege of being locked into that initial promotional pricing model. However late in 2016 the owners decided to increase everyones monthly prices including my wife and I. Its the same owner whose people were taught to sell memberships by saying prices will never change. But now that same owner refuses to keep their promise even after I brought this issue to their attention.

Like staff especially Marisa and James and the assistant manager going to New Oreans with pink and blue hair very friendly and made me feel at home!

I had a scheduled appointment for a facial at 10am this morning. This appointment was verified with a text yesterday. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was at 11 not 10, so I showed the person at the desk my text verification with 10am on the text! I couldn’t do 11 but could I do 2 - no I don’t think so. Very annoying and I made this appointment a month ago how does it suddenly change from 10 to 11 when my verification text came YESTERDAY?!?

My sister last year bought me two Messages at there special gift price $55.00the first one I used at tbe reduced price. They try to get you to join them at a yearly fee then a reduce price monthly at $65.00 dollars instead of $95.00. I declined the offer when I went in to use the second gift card they said I owed an additional $ 40.00 to make up the difference in the $95.00 price. I felt I was ripped of.

I am a big fan of adding aromatherapy to a massage here and I feel the membership option makes the treat quite affordable.
