HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Front desk was super nice and thorough. Max my masseuse was phenomenal and had such a loving, caring and gentle energy. I was so comfortable and relaxed. My mom also loved her experience and already booked another for Monday. I ended up getting a membership because this is definitely the place to self care. Thank you guys!

I am so lucky to have the now massage literally in the building where I live. Every time I go down there is just an A+ experience. Each one of their massage therapist has their own unique style, and every time its just truly a joy. Whether youre looking for some relaxation and escape or something therapeutic and focused, they do just a great job. Its part of my routine now, and its making me happier as a person in addition to feeling better physically. Thank you!

I had a mixed review because I had a wonderful experience but my husbands wasn’t as great the first time around. Fortunately, this has since been addressed by the manager who took the time to reach out, hear the concerns and resolve the issue. I’m so appreciative of their care for their customers.Masseuse Brenda, is amazing!! Her pressure was perfect and she really listened to what I needed/asked for and is such a sweet person; highly recommend! The atmosphere is so calming, quiet and makes you feel like youre away on a beach. Don’t hesitate to treat yourself at NOW!

I booked the 80 minute with David after reading reviews and ended up leaving with a monthly membership! I left my massage feeling so relaxed, less stressed, and like I actually got what I wanted without having to talk during the massage. Best massage I’ve had and I loved the ambiance. The front desk personnel who helped me was also great and friendly!

I love NOW Massage Cary. It’s a beautiful space and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The space is beautiful and calming. I see David V. and he is a phenomenal message therapist. He listens to what areas you want to focus on and has great, firm pressure. I feel amazing when I leave and I bought the membership because of him. My massage therapist moved a few years ago and I wasted a lot of money on massages that didn’t meet expectations. I’ve have the Now and the Stretch and they’re both wonderful. The Stretch is my favorite especially with tights hips and lower back. I highly recommend this location and I look forward to my next massage.

Had one of the best massages of my life at The Now Massage in Cary with Brenda! She really listened to what I said and had helpful advice and suggestions. I recommend booking 80 min, it’s well worth it! I was so pleased (and relaxed) that I went ahead and booked a second massage and I rarely do that. The space is very welcoming and relaxing. Left rejuvenated and content— mind, body, and spirit!

Just had THE most amazing deep tissue massage with Calli. Honestly the best massage I have ever had and I consider myself a bit of a massage snob 😬 The ambiance was perfect; space was relaxing, calming, quiet, and comfy. The technique was spot on and was actually deep tissue! I am already scheduling my next appointment. Again, Calli was AMAZING ✨🌟✨

This experience was a 10 out of 10. My masseuse Heather was very nice and professional. She was very gentle and accommodating to my needs. I am generally very ticklish but her massage was not bad at all. The atmosphere was relaxing and the sound of ocean waves made the experience better. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!!

David is absolutely amazing! He listened to the problem areas of my back, understood what pressure I preferred, and really got into all the stress points and knots! I also got the gliding cupping where David did cupping all over the exact problem areas I described.Yma greeted us with a smile and was very happy, polite, and courteous throughout the check-in and checkout process and was an absolute delight to talk to!The store front is on Walker Street. Park in the parking deck on the back side of the building and walk back around to the left coming out of the garage entrance and turn the corner where you will see The Now sign on the sidewalk and on the building. I cant wait to come back!

I was completely impressed with my first visit to The Now for a massage. Checking in was efficient and pleasant. Callie, my masseuse, asked specific questions prior to starting the treatment and was an expert in therapeutic massage. In comparison to other massage venues, I especially appreciated the ambiance of The Now - the ocean waves with no talking created an extremely relaxing retreat from the outside world.

I had a stretch massage with David and I have to say, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had!! He was so kind and really talented and knew exactly what he was doing. I left feeling like a million bucks!Front desk was incredibly helpful. It was easy to schedule and just overall a really fabulous experience.

Im so excited to see the NOW Massage parlor in Cary! There is a large parking deck around the corner from the facility. Everything is brand new and the location is perfect.Yma greeted us with a welcoming smile and got us checked in. She offered us some water until our massage therapists came. Brenda did a phenomenal job with the massage and cupping I added on.I felt like I was on a beach in the Caribbean enjoying a relaxing massage. Each table has a warmer and soft comfortable blankets. The only downside was the massage had to come to an end. I feel so relaxed and less stressed. This was the perfect day date activity!

The Massage was great by Brenda & David and this convinced me to have a membership they deserve a 5STAR rating…..The one star rating comes from my experience with the receptionist, June M. She really could have better customer service skills. Ive had more than one encounter with her & she can be very rude while speaking & cutting you off to not finish your sentences. It is not a pleasant experience entering or leaving the facility and having to encounter her. I am willing to discuss further details about both encounters with her if anyone has any concerns.

This was my first time at The NOW and I will definitely be back. My masseuse, Max, gave me the best massage I have ever had. My problem areas were attended to with the perfect amount of pressure. Another major plus to me is that I was able to come in on a Sunday afternoon as everywhere else I’ve been isn’t typically open on Sundays and this was the perfect way to end the weekend!

Everything was excellent! Place was clean, front desk lady was warm and welcoming. And my therapist Brenda was awesome! She was communicative and always made sure I was good. Even worked out some knots! A great experience. Will be back!

Lovely clean peaceful setting. All staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive. David was my massage therapist and I was very pleased with his skill, sensitivity to appropriate pressure, and the methods used (I got the guasha add-on) . I felt great after this massage!! Location, parking and checkin and checkout process were easy too. Signed up for the membership without a moments hesitation.

Thanks again. ❤️————————————First time, client.Overall a good experience.My husband scheduled a special massage for my birthday. This was a very special treat for me that doesn’t happen often. The last few birthdays have been terrible for me and was looking forward to relaxing on my birthday.I received a call a few hours before my massage asking if I could switch to the Cary location. It was about 10-15 minutes further from my house but figured out that they wouldn’t be asking unless they needed it. Without hesitation, I agreed. They texted me the address.I left with what I thought plenty of time but no one had mentioned that they didn’t have their own parking lot and would have to account for time to park in a parking structure. It was pouring down rain and a delivery truck was blocking the entrance to the only parking structure in walking distance.I got turned around between having to circle round the parking structure and trying to find on street parking without much success. I was super stressed and took me a long time to relax and unwind. I was super worried that I was going to cut into my massage. I wanted to have time to relax before my massage and not to rush.The receptionist and masseuse were kind and well intentioned but said something along the lines that I was here now, so I was okay. But I really wasn’t okay. I felt so upset and frazzled that I actually felt sick. It took me a solid hour to shake it off. It impacted my ability to enjoy the massage.The original location I was heading to was the Brier Creek and has ample parking (never been there but it is next to my dentist).

First off, the swing is so relaxing and the lobby has a very welcoming feel. I love the low light and volume in the massage area. Diamond is an awesome massage therapist!

I was so pleased with my massage this morning with Sabrina! I left completely transformed. It’s easy to let things like massages be pushed to the next week or next month but today was a reminder of how important self care is. The atmosphere was so cool, I felt very relaxed. Location was awesome too because I was able to walk around the new Cary park before and after. Make time for yourself and book a massage - you won’t regret it.

A little weird, I was the only person there and the massage was OK, not great. I had a coupon that I had proof of and they couldn’t find it in their system but instead of honoring it, they applied a different coupon which was half as good. Nice ambience though. I’d go again if I got a deal, great location.

Wonderful new Cary place! Diamond is AMAZING. She has helped me so much more than my PT person with respect to neck/shoulder issues. She is a true GEM!

I was able to book an appointment quickly and get in the next day. The environment was really relaxing. I had a really lovely experience with Diamond as my masseuse. I had a horrible pain in my shoulder and she was amazing about working on it and explaining what she was doing.

I highly recommend The NOW for a massage. All of the staff I have interacted with have been kind and helpful. I have been to many different places to try to find a masseuse that actually will do deep tissue. If you are like me- go see David at The NOW.

The MASSAGE WAS GREAT. Had David. Starting there.I had issues with canceling my subscription with them, and was taken seriously by the new manager at the Cary location after leaving a one star review explaining the ongoing charges issue.

The NOW Massage is a magical retreat. If you are trying to release all of your tension and float away for an hour come here now. The ambiance will transcend you into relaxation with natural sounds, dim lighting, and relaxing decor. Even the staff go out of their way to create a calm energy and mood to help you get into the vibe and relax. I have been to quite a few luxury spas and these guys are top notch. Diamond gave a great deep tissue. I might just have to get a membership.

Went to The Now (Cary location) for the first time this past weekend and I was blown away. The experience at The Now is always wonderful and relaxing, but this location is top tier! My massage therapist Sabrina worked miracles. She worked out a knot in my back that’s been tormenting me for weeks. I highly recommend this location and Sabrina for your next appointment!

100-150$50min standard The NowMassage was pretty good about a 6/10 done by David.David was super respectful and polite.Front desk employee must have been new to retail and didnt have any training on dealing with customers.She argued with a customer infornt of other customers(us) for 10 min. She wasnt in the wrong as it was company practice and policy, but to argue and not put the customer first was her mistake.Update:The owner reached out personally and resolved the issue with the other customer and my concerns.Owner really showed a desire to take care of their customers.

Sabrina provided a great massage. She hit the target points I had shared with her. I felt great when I left. I’ll be back

This was the best massage I’ve ever had. I didn’t think I could top our previous massage therapist, but Brenda takes the cake. Perfect pressure, care for areas that needed special attention or avoidance. The ambiance was different than I’d experience before but it was extremely enjoyable.

I went in for the Mother’s Day treat and it was sooo relaxing.I wanted a firmer touch to relax the nerves on my shoulder but from a female and Sabrina had the magic wand.Thank you The Now🥳
