Absolutely terrible. The first two photos were what I got the first time. I asked for a natural balayage to just blend my hair and add some dimension. They gave me early 2000 looking highlights. I called them and they said they would fix it. This is what I’m left with. The girl was nice so I didn’t want to be mean when I left. I just said it was fine and left. For $330 I will never ever ever be back. I’m now just gonna find a way to fix it myself at this point. I will say the trim she did on my hair was good.**added more photos of the “fixed” after because it’s just so bad and I’m so upset. It as a total waste of money and waste of damage to my hair.
From the second I walked in, I had a great experience! The front desk staff were all welcoming and kind. My stylist Morgan was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to my ideas, shared her thoughts about different ways to elevate my look and that complimented my face/tone, and explained the process as she went! I didn’t have a go-to salon before, but now I do!
I had a great experience with the workers here! My hair was not quite a color I had wanted and the ladies working were very encouraging to not leave if I wasn’t happy with it. They did not make me feel like I was being difficult at all, they truly wanted me to leave satisfied with the services. Master Stylist Debby fixed up my hair and did an amazing job! She was very kind and so so welcoming! She made sure through every step that I knew what she was doing and that I was more than happy with the results. Definitely would go back to her again!
Rayeh is the absolute best! She has recently started at Tina Vora Salon. I am really impressed by her skill. She’s so attentive to detail and cut my hair perfectly. All the best Rayeh!! Hi. I’m new to the area and found Tina Vora Salon & Spa via a google search for salon’s near me. I booked with the salon due to the ease it was to see the services they offer and you can book online. I still wanted to speak with someone (because I’m like that) and Kristen answered and scheduled me in with everything I wanted (shew) with Meredith.When I arrived, I greeted and asked if I would like something to drink, and that Meredith would be right with me… and boom, she was!Meredith listened to my wants in tinting, waxing, and cleaning up my eyebrows. We discussed the color, I wasn’t sure so she tinted on the lighter side so she darken if needed. I asked for it to be darker, no problem, done! While the tint was processing, she waxed my upper lip. I love it when people utilize their time!!My brows were tinted and ready to be waxed and shaped up. Whoala! She worked her magic!! Love my brows and the smooth skin where my stache once scared people.I absolutely an to return to get my lashes tinted and repeat brow and lip treatment!Meredith is gentle, concerned about her client, very polite, and excellent esthetician!Checkout their business cards; my “therapist” sure made me feel better!
The stars belong to the owner of the salon. My hair dresser I was not happy with but when I addressed it to the owner I was impressed how she came and called me with appoligies even returned my money. Thank you Ms. Tina, I wish every business owner took their business seriously as you do. BTW, there is more then one hair dresser in your salon who do fantastic job 😉
Debbie is amazing. I love My new hairstyle, her personality It’s wonderful. Amy was very cordial and welcoming. The whole process was super professional. I definitely will come back.
Where do I begin…I’ve always had super long hair, Ive always been told I have a lot of hair…and that because of that it makes my hair difficult to cut, which always left me with a bad haircut from MANY salons that would cover up their bad haircut with a “you just have difficult hair” and eventually I stopped getting hair cuts…about 6 months ago, I went to a “reputable” salon and got what was supposed to be a trim with face framing pieces…I left that salon in tears with another “your hair is just too difficult to cut” excuse. Fast forward to now (6 months later) I decided to give it ONE more go, I searched for a salon and came across Tina Vora. The reviews were great, so I made my appointment, I hated being that customer that makes a big deal about getting a good stylist but I didn’t want to end up with a butchered haircut. I believe I was given the stylist by the name of jimmy (but I’m not sure) he was a very sweet man who explained what he was doing while cutting my hair. He took his time and made sure not to rip my hair out when he brushed it after washing my hair (which has always been something I hated about salons) and I left with a fabulous haircut that I’ve gotten so many compliments on already (it’s been one day) I definitely will be back and will make the hour drive every single time…a good haircut is more than worth that drive to me! I hope anyone who sees this salon and questions it, sees this review and books their appointment!
For haircut and basic black color on the roots only at $200 plus $35 tip it was a mediocre experience and uneven hair cut. Just moved from NYC so I will be on the hunt for another hair salon. The lady taking my money was super nice.Update: I did receive a call from management, which says a lot about their customer service. Adding an extra star. Will update my review when I go back a second time.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!!! When I say no one could have done a better job with the amount of detail that has went into my hair I mean no one. My hair was a absolute disaster when I walked into my consultation but Cynthia put her heart into fixing my botched copper/red hair into a strawberry blonde dream. I never would have thought this could have been fixed to what it is now and it is night and day no strand of hair was left behind in this and the pictures don’t do it justice. I LOVE my hair cut and my experience there. Im always happy whenever I go to Tina Vora, but today was especially amazing because I had the absolute best stylist, Bri. She has an eye for detail that is beyond compare. When I walked into my house my husband said that I looked so much younger. Book Bri! I cant say enough good things about her service.
Britney did a cut, balayage/color blend and vivid color. My cut was just what I asked for and the color is very rich. I realized how hard it was to bring up my highlights and blend them into existing color with previously compromised ends. The color blends very nicely and I really appreciate the time she took. She is very talented, very detailed and incredibly kind. Everyone is super nice, and the artists collaborate over exactly what to do. The atmosphere is pretty, clean and comfortable. Pricing is great for the quality of work. Im VERY picky with my hair and Britney is the only person Ive ever re-scheduled with! Found my new stylist.
Booked for a full highlight and tone with Debbie, I was booked with the receptionist since she mentioned Debbie was experienced and quick. Debbie kept saying she did not have enough time to complete the look I asked for and kept going back and forth with a manager coming back with some outrageous prices for other options that were not necessary and then we spent an hour consulting and because of the back and forth it just seemed like they were price gouging and then she didnt have enough time booked for any option, so I ended up leaving with no service completed. The whole experience was really disappointing. I would not recommend this salon.
I wasnt really going to write a review. I got my hair done a while ago but Im honestly disappointed so I thought Id share. I asked to go very light and my hair still looks dark. I made an appointment and told the person at the front desk what I want, he made me an appointment and I also asked if I should send a photo of what I want just in case which he said no and to just show her when I get there. when i drove an hour to get there I was told she wouldnt have enough time to do what I want because I guess he booked me for something else than what I wanted. I wasnt super mad about it I guess it was a misunderstanding, a little annoying but Im not going to make a big deal. She rebooks me and when I go back, she estimated it would cost $300 to do the style I want. She also said she would have enough time to do it this time. I show her some pictures and she looks pretty quickly at it and then gets to work. I was a little skeptical with how fast she looked at it but I also told myself shes probably been doing hair a long time. She spends a lot of time doing my hair and Im not a hairstylist so I dont know what shes doing but the finishing result was nothing like what i wanted. I told her right as I saw the result that it was not light enough. If she couldnt get it the color I wanted all in one session, she could have told me. When I told her I was unhappy she said it would lighten up, which it never did. I think she didnt leave the dye in long enough but what do I know? Anyways I still dont have the hair I wanted which means I will have to spend more money at another place to fix it and to finally get the hair I want. I wish I had the hair I wanted the first time around and Im upset that I have to make another appointment because after all that time and money I still dont have the hair I asked for. The price came out to $350, $50 extra than what I was quoted. I know a quote isnt exact, but how is it more money and not even what I asked for? None of it makes sense but Ill include pictures of what I asked for and what I got. I only tipped the hairstylist like $15 which I feel bad for because I believe in tipping 20% especially when someone is working for hours standing to do my hair but I was so disappointed. I wanted what the lady on TikTok had, but the photo of me shows that you can obviously see my hair is super dark. The hair stylist was really nice which is why I even put 2 stars. Im pregnant and she gave me time to use the bathroom and offered me water while doing my hair a few times.
I couldn’t be happier with the facials I get from Caroline. She knows exactly what to do to make my skin feel and look better. Her product recommendations are also excellent. My skin now feels wonderfully hydrated between facials. I’ve been getting facials for many years and Caroline’s are by far the best!
Cynthia was amazing! My hair was in rough shape after years of neglect due to a new baby, the pandemic, switching careers, and life in general. I knew it would be a challenge, and was even a bit ashamed because I had been dying my own hair at home for years. I was hesitant to finally go back to a salon, but Cynthia was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to figure out what needed to be done to fix my mistakes without ruining the integrity of my hair, and she explained every step of the process. She gave excellent product recommendations to help me get my hair to where ai want it to be, and I’ve already booked my next service, which is a huge step for someone who was nervous about stepping foot in a salon for the first time in years!
If I could give 6 stars, I would. Caroline C did my hair and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so gorgeous!!!!! I could cry. I hadn’t had my hair colored or anything for fear of breakage and people screwing it up. This place? Knows EXACTLY what they’re doing. Grays? Covered. Blends naturally into my hair, after the toner and highlights? Absolutely. No breakage. No damage. Absolute perfection. If you don’t go here, I’m sorry. I’m an absolute nut when it comes to my hair. Caroline is absolutely fantastic. That’s the end of the good.The front desk staff is hit or miss. I’ve had decent. Bad. And horrible. The owner does not care about building long term client relationships. If you want to be treated like a valued client, this is not your place. If you had a rough experience, don’t expect the owner to make it right.The blow out prices are ridiculous and completely out of market range. This isn’t NYC.

AMAZING quality and reasonably priced. Needed my hair done after 2 years of work from home. Really just googled hair salons in Cary on a whim - saw good reviews for this salon and asked for any stylist. I was super lucky to get Trevor, who was skilled and experienced and did a beautiful job brightening my red and giving me some pops of brightness. Trevor was also a very interesting human being who radiated light and was fun to talk to. Definitely going back in a few weeks for upkeep! Excellent trim as well. The owner was present and making sure everything was going smoothly but not in an annoying way, she was very professional and nice and I even got wine and a free hand massage. Highly recommend the whole experience. Pardon the silly picture but it shows the hair… although this doesn’t do the cut justice as it was windy and my styling not Trevor’s.
I have not cut my hair for the past year because the last person who cut it literally butchered it and cut up to my neckline (it was down to my lower back prior). I have been so scared to cut it again and vowed I would not touch it until I found someone who I knew would not leave me traumatized. A bit dramatic I know, but if you have ever been in the situation where you feel like you have no hair, it’s the worst feeling! After months of searching I found Tina Vora Salon on Instagram and began looking through their client photos. I knew I had found the perfect place (side note: Ilive about 55 minutes from the salon, this is how confident I was in their work). I chose to see Zaahirah and let me tell you, she did not disappoint! Zaahirah did a phenomenal job on my hair. My hair is very thick, frizzy with random waves and curls so it can be difficult to cut and tame and she made it look effortless. I got a gloss, conditioning treatment, haircut and blowout and I could not be happier with the results.The entire experience was top notch. The moment I walked in, the receptionist warmly greeted me and brought me some tea while I waited. The sweet salon owner Tina came over and introduced herself and made sure I didn’t need anything while I waited. As I sat at the shampoo station, another woman walked over and checked on a guest and offered her a hand massage. You just don’t see this kind of genuine care, service and dedication to a business anymore. By far the best salon I have ever been to. Thank you so much! I was so stocked about getting a haircut in this place after reading all the reviews but my experience was the opposite of what I’d expected. My stylist Britney was probably having a bad day and carried such a bad attitude throughout that I couldn’t feel good about the haircut no matter how hard I tried. She just wanted to finish with my haircut and get done with it throughout.I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s a different stylist you go to.Edit: A day after my visit, Tina called me to understand my experience and gather my feedback. I felt like she genuinely wanted to help and do what she could to make my impression better. I certainly appreciate her concern in ensuring her customers have a good experience. It now gives me an impression that this is a good place to go to and my experience was probably one off.
I spent $96 for a haircut I didnt ask for. I Asked for long layers in the front and was clear in my communication, “ no short layers on the sides or back”.I left w short layers and 1 weird long layer. No one read my questionnaire. No one offered a discount for my butchered hair. I did receive a verbal apology and a really bad cut. Why schedule an hour when it only took 25 minutes to not give me what I want.
LAST UPDATE: It’s been a while since this original post, but wanted to update. I ended up going back and giving them another shot and it was worth it. I ended up going to them several times, seeing several of their stylist. I believe the appointment being moved to the wrong date was an honest mistake. The staff is great, the facilities are modern and comfortable, and they do excellent work.UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and convinced me to give them another try next time I need a bang trim. I did have to go somewhere else today to get it done but she did offer to have someone do it today (which would mean staying late a day before a holidays so i appreciate that) I’m going to give them another shot since the owner was so gracious. Will update my review again at that time.Disappointed. Made an appointment for a bang trim. Was told the night before that it needed to be rescheduled. That’s fine. We agreed on a time and date. I go in for the appointment, and see that although they told me Wednesday (i still have the messages) they put it down for Tuesday. No one else there would do it for me, probably because it’s such a low paying cut. So now the day before a holiday weekend I cannot get an appointment anywhere else.
I schedule a hair appointment for full color for first time at this location! It was the worse experience I ever had at a hair salon. Brittany was my stylist. I have very long hair. The moment she saw how long it is her was her facial expressions changed and she started trying to convince me to do a gloss over my hair and just root touch up, and even asking if I have to go back to work and what time!? The most ridiculous questions and service I’ve ever received from a business! I waited exactly 40 min! From the moment she removed the clips off my hair and saw my hair to the final moment she came back to let me know they’re out of the color I picked! Which was a generic dark burgundy color picked from their colors hair book! During that 40 minutes all I could see her walking from one side to an other then coming back for at least 3 times to convince me to change my mind about either color or appointment!! The hostess/manager was so not helpful!Don’t waste your time and money people!I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

A big shoutout to Tina Vora and her team for Long Hair layers haircut...I absolutely love the many layers I got.Folks who havent been here are missing out...it is an Experience, it is a spa day that you dont want it to end..from the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out you are in a for a treat.Tina is an amazing person and makes sure that your every need is taken care of.And her staff...I havent seen this enthusiastic group of women in a really long time...every single one of them are enthusiastic, they greet you with a smile and they listento you - what you like and dont like. It was a pleasure to work with stylists Ali and Pooja...I honestly cant wait for my next experience here and just get pampered and spoiled again.
I adore Baxter! When I first saw him my hair was very dry and straw like and I just said I need help and he absolutely took care of it! Now I love the texture of my hair and the way it moves. And the color he mixes for me is beautiful and I get lots of compliments. He has helped me develop a new regimen of hair products that keeps it feeling soft and hydrated between visits.Update: they fired Baxter, not worth going here now.
Great experience from start to finish! I made an appointment online with Zaahirah after reading positive Google reviews. Plenty of parking outside the salon and in the shopping area walking distance from it. When I showed up to my appointment, I immediately noticed the clean and sleek appearance of the salon as well as a very pleasant fragrance which I’d later learn is their signature scent. I was offered water and was seen by my stylist right away. I have thick, wavy hair and it was getting a bit too long and lifeless for my taste. I showed Zaahirah pictures of what I was going for, and she did a lovely job, checking in and making sure I was happy with the length and layers at various points. Highly recommend!
I Have been extremely busy with my work, family, friends, cooking, running around, taking kids for classes and doing 100 other stuff at the same time like most of moms do about 95% of time nothing different and always keep ourselves at the least priority. I met with one of my friend and she mentioned few weeks ago she went to get her facial done and highly recommended me to give it a try at TVSS.. I called the salon and the owner Tina Vora picked up the phone. I MUST tell u from that time I totally fell in love with the customer service she provided. She was just amazing and helped me plan a perfect facial with the date and time that would work out for me. Today when I went I was amazed by the personal touch which I received at the front desk.. within no time I was taken to my room and my Facial expert was absolutely amazing. CLAUDIA just had magical hands sprinkled some pixie dust and boom.. I never realized where an hour went by. I Did a Bamboo facial.. they have all organic facials.. followed by neck and hand massage..the bed was heated.. everything was clean..sanitized..I was totally pampered..n I am totally on cloud 9. I am sure you all must be seeing the beautiful haircut n other services they provide.. Trust me you need to take an hour out and get urself pampered with the experience I had today. I have attached few pictures from today. I just cant wait to go back again..!!

Its to live a beautiful experience, while your hair is washed with fabulous products and a delicious aroma in the place with good music and even a glass of wine and finally you look in the mirror and see that the result of what you asked for is a thousand times better than you imagined! Went in to my appointment, unsure of what I needed done but knew I needed something. My hair felt dull, dry, and desperate! Claudia was AMAZING. She listened to me talk about my hair concerns, gave me options, and allowed me to make the decisions on what I wanted. Her attention to detail during the color and cut process was incredible. In all of my years with curly hair Ive never had someone go through each curl one by one to cut them just right. Very happy with my look and will definitely be back for my next service. Many thanks!!
Had a great first time visit today. It’s a very nice, clean salon. Morgan was very attentive and listened to what I wanted and did a fabulous job with my color. She clearly know how to cut hair as well because she did a great job giving me some layers and a quality haircut!
Ok, it has been 2 weeks since I went to this salon and now I am ready to talk about it, the place is not as glamorous as I thought… its better than that, big windows make it look so clean and relaxing, and the staff are nice, I am not good at giving reviews but I would say I found my new salon and I will go back to the hairstylist His name is Jun even when he was not that convinced of the job he did on my hair there was not much he could have done because my hair was very damaged from previous highlights gone wrong ( not in this salon) he was so gentle with my brittle hair at not moment I feel any pulling and tugging when he was blow-drying my hair that is the time I knew I was going back to Jun. I love the highlights and the tone the only thing I did not like is the grandma hairdo, I ended with, but I fixed that after I washed my hair.
I got my hair done today by Caroline (balayage and haircut) and oh my goodness!!! I can’t explain how much I love my hair, it’s absolutely beautiful! It came out way better than I excepted. I love how sweet, kind and honest she is with the clients; she makes sure they truly love their hair and will let them know what exactly needs to get done or can’t/shouldn’t get done, depending on how the hair is. Absolutely love her!! 100\10 ❤️

Got my layered haircut today from Cynthia. She was absolutely amazing!! Took her time to understand what I wanted, and I couldnt have asked for more. She was so easy to talk to, gave good suggestions, and since I have fine hair and still wanted layers, she worked really well with that. My front framings looked beautiful and I got nice bouncy looking layers. Really happy with how the haircut turned out!If youre looking for layered cuts but have fine hair, Cynthia is your girl!
Kim Sungjun did such a great job with my hair. If you need a very specific style cut done, request for him. Hes pays so close attention to detail, he will surely get it done for you! You could tell he really cares about his work too, he will give you tips in styling your hair afterwards. Highly recommend this salon!
I have been first time customer and wanted to try something new in the area. Requested for a facial trim and layer cut but after the service was done, the hair felt so rough with the shampoo you guys used and my hair remained the same as before the visit.Im sorry if you think this is fake and you cannot take criticism but the service was not acceptable. The staff who served me was not ready to hear my requirements and was in a hurry to finish it and move on.
Very professional and classic salon. I was little hesitant (to be honest I was thinking it would be highly priced for the salon services) to visit it for the first time for my daughter’s hair cut (10 yr old) but with the experience I gained from other Indian salons I definitely wanted to try at Tina Vora. The first impression was itself a Wow to me 😊I loved the look and feel of the Salon, the warm welcome and the friendly staffs. Caroline was the stylist for my daughter’s haircut and she was absolutely sweet, friendly and energetic. I loved the way she interacted with my daughter but also double checked with me on every step. Went in for a consult, I provided photos, quoted around $290. Showed up for appt the following day and I tell you the hairdresser was on something, no doubt he was high. No foils were used, he just starts plopping color on my hair like my daughter might if I let her color my hair. He made my hair a darker blonde instead of the lighter cool tone requested…and started without even telling me what he was doing… he could barely stand up and his eyes kept closing as he weaved back and forth. He then toned it a weird color and I legit left with a $600 bill.. I called several times with no resolution. It’s been months but It took me another $400 to correct that $600 mistake.. BUYER BEWARE !!! #neveragain

I had the best experience at Tina Vora today! I recently moved to NC and had a consultation last weekend with Caroline which was super quick and efficient. I scheduled my appointment with her for today and I am obsessed with my new hair! Caroline was so kind and knowledgeable and gave me her professional opinion when I was unsure about things. Fabulous salon!!! My daughter wanted blue highlights for her birthday and Mikala gave her the most amazing highlights in a beautiful shade of blue. Baxter has been cutting my hair for about 12 years. I have followed him to several locations and completely trust him with my hair cut and color. He is so talented! This was my first time seeing him at Tina Vora Salon and Spa and it was great. Beautiful space! Hope to try out some spa services soon.
I have been coming to this salon since they first opened and have always loved the service here. However, today I felt extremely rushed and my hair was not even fully dry before I was rushed out to pay. While the cut was done well the blow dry was extremely rushed and I felt like my hair was being pulled out when 2 people started blow drying my hair at the same time to rush it. The lights were turned off while I was still in the salon paying. Within 15 minutes my hair frizzed up because it was not fully dry. Unfortunately I will no longer be a customer because no one wants to feel rushed out the door. I understand I was the last appointment of the day but consider closing earlier if you don’t want people in the salon until the end of their appointment at 7.Update:Tina Vora called and apologized for this. She said she will use this as a training moment for her stylists. She also offered me a free shampoo blowout in future. While this doesn’t excuse the fact that it happened it is nice to know she takes it seriously. Review has been updated from 2 to 4 stars.
If you need a high quality color service done, Britney is your girl to go to! Her attention to detail and caring personality really shows how great of a stylist she is! She was informative on which products best suited my hair needs and answered all my questions throughly and without hesitation! Definitely found my forever stylist!
Brittney is a gem of a colorist - she is intuitive and attentive and works diligently to make sure you love what you came in to get done! She also gives relaxing and amazing head massages!

I went to Miriam for a threading, waxing and a custom facial. She was so gentle, informative and genuine in her concerns for my skin! My eyebrows look the best they have ever looked, she mapped them out perfectly and threaded them in a way that opened up my eyes and made my face seem more even. She recommended the best regimen for my skin and informed me what i should be doing to keep my skin healthy and happy. I felt so relaxed throughout the whole service and i left GLOWING. I’m 22 and i swear she rejuvenated my youthful glow. I feel so beautiful and I will definitely be back!
An amazing experience with Caroline Cruz (Cruise) not sure how last name is spelled correctly. I apologize, for that. Explained everything so I didn’t get the wrong cut for my lifestyle and my features. Customer service and skills phenomenal! Tina the manager also was very kind and professional, but very personable. I have nothing but good things to say about Jun. I’ve had my hair cut and highlighted more times than I can count, and Jun is the best. With highlights I’m always scared it will come out overly blonde and chunky, and what he delivered was the opposite: blended and natural. He did an excellent job listening to my requests, asking follow up questions, and delivering exactly what I wanted. I feel lucky I took a chance on Jun. His talent and training are superb. I have been thinking if I should post this, and I am doing this now because I think I should tell the salon. I am disappointed about my haircut. I did not notice how bad it was because, after the cut, the stylist curled my hair, so I could not tell what my hair was like until I washed my hair and blew dry it the next day like I always do. Before the haircut, I told the stylist I wanted my hair to have layers and look light/thinner, but it turned out my hair is still very thick, and the ending of my hair is horizontal which means there are no layers at all. I spent 90 dollars on a haircut that did not turn out as I expected and the whole cutting process only took at top 15 minutes, even less than the time the stylist blew dry my hair (styled my hair). Now when I look into the mirror I just want to cry.Editing my comment because the Feedback I received from the salon. I don’t understand why you guys said you called me and left voice Mail. I haven’t received any calls and I don’t have my voice Mail set up. Please feel free to actually call me at any time. Thanks.
I drive an hour to this salon solely to have Ritika do my hair. She doesn’t sugar coat things, she’s extremely skilled at what she does and she will tell you straight up if something can be safely done or not. She doesn’t gate-keep products but also doesn’t upsell or force anything and instead makes tailored suggestions, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair at this point. Salon is clean, everyone’s friendly, they always communicate if someone is running late or early or needs to cancel, I’ve never felt like I received less than 5 star service. I get compliments on my hair all the time and I tell everyone where I go and (sometimes) who I go to, but I can’t tell everyone to go to Ritika because then she won’t have time for me 😊
This is definitely a five star salon and spa. The expertise of the staff is outstanding. My grand daughters looked beautiful. The stylist created a perfect style for her face. She had her eyebrows done and was beaming. Our visit to Tina Voras Salon and Spa was a wonderful experience for us both.
I Had an appointment before a Christmas party I was attending. Knew I was running late due to work so I called before I left my apartment to make sure being 15 mins late was okay. The lady said yes. I walk in and they refuse service due to a 10 minute grace period. I get it, but I live 30 minutes away and they should have told me this on the phone. Will never go back.To make an update. Today is December 13th and I received a call from the owner (Mike) wanting to apologize. Seeming very sincere at first just turned into talking over me and lies about what time I arrived for my appointment. The people that own this salon are more focused on this review being removed than resolving the horrible service I received at this establishment.Another update since I did get a lengthy reply. I cannot believe a business would lie and then attack someones character when they were clearly at fault. Honestly go to Douglas Caroll Salon... they are so much better as far as professionalism and ownership.

I had my hair colored by Madi yesterday and she gave me everything I asked for and so much more. Ive had my colored before and hands down, she has done the best job. As a curly girl, Ive struggled to find the right products for my hair type. She recommended some products for my hair type and explained the science and reasoning behind why they would be a good option for me. I HIGHLY recommend Madi because of her expertise, excellent chair side manner, and professionalism.
Excellent setup for a Salon & Spa and even greater customer service by the staff and management. I went for a Facial and came back pleasantly glowing. My esthetician Kelsey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining skin type, care and the treatment she provided. And at the end of it, she gave very helpful tips to maintain skin care based on my kind of lifestyle. Strongly recommend this place for Spa and other services in the Raleigh-Durham area!!!
A wonderful experience! very efficient and my stylist Bri was so sweet and did a great job! i was a little nervous because my appointment was for 10am and so i arrived early at 9:45 but no employees showed up until 10 on the dot even though their hours state they open at 9… i was getting worried i was at the wrong place!! but my fears were completely made up for as i left with a fresh, cute, much-needed cut! the salon is also very clean and has a beautiful aesthetic! prices are reasonable! i would recommend!
I just had one of the best facials I’ve ever experienced with Caroline today. She was experienced and knowledgeable about products. I can say hands-down it was the best facial and lymphatic massage portion I’ve ever had!I purchased a specialty facial package and usually go to whoever is working, but not anymore. She is my go to from now on.

What an awesome experience! Zsoka made my dreams come true with the perfect cut and color. She really takes her time and listens to what you want, she is passionate about hair and strives to get you that perfect result! Not only did I get a bomb hand massage while conditioning in the bowl the owner brought me lunch! He insisted because I had been there so long. The busiest time of the year and everyone was happy and excited. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with one of their excellent stylists - you will be glad you did!

I was so excited to try a new salon, so I decided to try Tina Vora Salon. I drove 45 mins to go there. My 1st time there, I just got a haircut and style and was very pleased. My hairstylist and I discussed that I wanted my hair silver blend since my roots were white, but I did not want to bleach my hair due to previous experience of breakage. My hairstylist recommended we do a color remover and toner, and it would not damage my hair, and it would work. So I scheduled to come back to have this done. Little did I know the cost at the end...$150 for service, then $115 an hr for beautician cost. My hair is a little below my shoulders, and after 5 hours later, my bill was $535 plus a tip. Now I thought that was high, but with the result and the promise/swear that color would never return, I was ok with it. Less than 10 days later, my hair went from a beautiful silver to a bronze color with the white roots. I messaged the owner on Facebook with my dissatisfaction, and she said come in for a consult, so I did. Now I had already spent $535, and after consult, I was told I would have to bleach my hair, and it would cost me an additional $308. I was bewildered that my hair was now going to cost me $840. Now the owner of the salon said she would give me a deep conditioning treatment free ($40 value) I reluctantly scheduled to have my hair fixed 2 weeks out, then I get a random text that my appt was rescheduled for a week earlier (no call to see if I could do that or not or even if I wanted to) so I call salon to voice my disappointment and girl at front desk said someone just came in salon with my same name and phone number....I was like I havent been in your salon in a week...so I cancelled my appt.I can not believe a place of business runs like this....terrible customer service and price gouging are not ok.Worst costly experience ever!!!!!
I have had facials at some of the finest places in the country, but my hydrofacial was incredible. Safe to say the best facial I have had in my life, Mariam took her time and was incredibly thorough w every inch of my face! I am always treated with so much respect here! The salon is gorgeous and always spotless! Feels like a fancy salon in Paris, London, Or New York!

Zsoka is excellent! I went for haircut+style and balayage, gloss/toner. She was patient with me as I tried to explain what I wanted. (Layers for my thin hair, tapered in the front to frame my face). When I asked for her feedback and expertise she provided it which was very helpful. Going to a new stylist can be overwhelming for me and she made the process smooth and comfortable. I was offered a complimentary hand massage by another associate. Although the price was more than I am used to, it was worth every penny because of the quality of her work. Thank you Zsoka! Baxter who is the senior most artist here gave me the absolute best haircut of my life. This is the kind of artist i would expect to find in a much larger metropolitan area(NYC, LA, ATL), but luckily he is here in Cary! It just doesn’t get any better than this. My hair just styles effortlessly and if I dont do anything with it it still looks good. Gave me a beautiful color as well, he was able to give my boring brown a new Smokey chocolate tint that also made my haur extremely shiny. To top it off he finished with a signature treatment from kerastase that quenched my dry hair & a resistance booster was added to help repair my hair from my use of the flat iron! I also felt that Baxter did an excellent job explaining everything we would be doing and why and also some background on the science behind the products, which personally i find very helpful and makes me far more likely to purchase recommendations and return to him as recommended. Ladies if you want it done right & to be pampered & entertained in the process see Baxter!

Our experience was top notch, I gifted this to my teenage daughter as her first real salon experience for her birthday, and the owner and entire staff went out of their way to make her feel pampered and give her the fresh updated look she was hoping for. She still loves it and I will be making my own appointment soon for my own birthday present to me! Prices are in line with a high end salon, and the owner and staff saw to it that it was worth every single penny. We will be back for special occasions, it had been four years since we had been inside a salon of any kind and we were most definitely not disappointed in the slightest!

I have been to this salon and spa 3 times and they continue to impress me every time! First visit was for a haircut after having a negative experience at a different salon, and my visit left me feeling happy and confident with my new cut. I constantly get compliments on my hair now and I went back the following week for a facial and back facial; again, I left feeling happy, confident and catered to! The hospitality that this salon has doesn’t compare to other salons! They look you in the eyes, and really listen to what you say! I highly recommend this salon and spa!

My daughter and I came in for a haircut and style with Zsoka and Zaahirah today. Love their salon and it was my second time coming back. Zaahirah cut my hair and did an excellent job and love my hair! Although, I paid for the Treatment Hair Cut and Style package that states I would get a hand and arm massage, but I didnt. I was slightly disappointed about that and I was hoping for a nice head massage in which I didnt either. I did however, receive a nice glass of red wine. My daughter, whos 7, had a wonderful experience with Zsoka and she loves her haircut! All in all, I will definitely be back and hope maybe theyll give me the hand/head massage next time.

I had just left a salon and needed my hair fixed ASAP. I remember a friend had recommended the Tina Vora Salon and thankfully Mike (owner?) was able to fit me in right away. In the 6 years that I’ve lived here no one has ever “gotten” my hair. It’s curly, wavy and straight with a cow lick on a good day 😂. Kristy is the hair whisperer. She just knew. It falls perfectly even 3 weeks later. Kristy is my new go to. Mike was so welcoming and friendly. The salon is super clean, bright and airy. I highly recommend.
Tina Vora is the best salon I have been to in a long time! I havent gotten a haircut since before 2020 because the hair salon I normally go to had shut down due to the pandemic. I had a very short window to book an appointment and Tina was extremely nice and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment so easily with Ali who is the best. I wanted a subtle change and she was able to give me exactly what I asked for. She is super fun, energetic, and give you exactly what you want. If new, posh and professional salon definitely go here!
While waiting for my fiancé to get a haircut, I inquired about eyebrow threading. Tina was so kind…she whisked me away and got started! I was a little nervous because I never had threading done before, but she explained everything she was doing and stopped three times to show me the progress and made sure I liked it. I really appreciated her thoroughness. She was so friendly and made me feel at ease! After the threading, I was treated to a lovely aromatherapy face, neck, and shoulders and hand massage and I was on cloud 9. My once lifeless eyebrows now have a great shape and I’m excited to book my next appointment. The salon was extremely clean and all the staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and hospitable. I am really looking forward to going back and know this will be my go to spot for some self care and pampering! I recently moved to the area and I wish I had more friends to tell about this place. I enjoy my haircuts at Tina Vora Salon, they spoil you with aromatherapy massages for hands while getting a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. The stylists here are very efficient, friendly and professional. I particularly like the ease of scheduling appointments and the excellent service. I drive about 30 minutes to get to this salon and it’s always worth the drive!

This salon is a little piece of heaven on earth! I received their organic facial service and it was out of this world. Tina, the owner, and Katie, my aesthetician, were so warm and welcoming. The facial included a neck and shoulder massage and relaxing aromatherapy. The best part was the facial itself…Katie was really so gentle on my face and made sure I was extremely comfortable. She even massaged my hands while my face pack was on. My skin is now so soft and refreshed. Definitely coming back for more and spreading the word. Its my second time. I booked with Claudia and believe me when I tell you that she styles and does your hair according to the occasion and what would look best on you. I leave the salon sparkling with a smile ear to ear. The staff is very friendly and makes it an environment you want to return to. The head massage during the wash was divine and relaxed me almost to sleep. Would recommend 100%.
I have very fine, straight and now gray hair. Madi to the rescue! For nearly a year now, she has “blonded” me with a balayage like coloring/highlighting so that I have barely perceptible gray roots even at 4 weeks. Vidal Sassoon method precision hair cuts. Icing on the cupcake was human hair (and acrylic for wild accent colors) “extensions” that I call “fine hair enhancements”. Very small snippets (4, about 1 inch each) of the extensions filled in my very fine hair beautifully! I went from a wispy bob to a solid fantastic bob!!! High end salon prices yes, but worth every penny
I was incredibly happy with the service here. Everyone was so kind and respectful towards me, and made sure that I felt comfortable at all times. My stylist, Trevor, was so fun to be around and I had such a great time. He always made sure that I was happy and he always asked me what I wanted before he did anything. He was gentle with my hair, and I felt like extremely relaxed. I would definitely recommend this salon and I’m so happy with Trevor and everyone who works here!
I’ve been searching for a salon for a while now - especially one that can understand my Indian hair concerns n customize a haircut for me. Also one where I don’t feel intimidated. I’m glad my search has ended.Highly impressed with the salon and the service. My stylist Nidhi was highly talented, super sweet and understood my hair concerns and gave me good and practical recommendations. The experience (hair wash, cut n style) was relaxing, a perfect pamper session- I especially found the head massage with essential oils lovely and soothing- a sweet surprise.I will most definitely be back to try out more services as I can see that I can trust the providers. The products they use are of high quality and that acts as an assurance to me.
I had the best experience at Tina Vora salon today. The staff was very nice and soo welcoming. They checked up on us and asked if we were okay MANY times. The owner and her husband were over the top nice and even offered us some lunch and ice cream. Our hair stylist Claudia was so so nice and helpful. She took her time to do our hair and our hair cut. Katie did an excellent job with the facial. I highly recommend this place, ive never had a better experience anywhere else.
I had my haircut today with Issarah. This has been the best experience i have ever had at a Salon. She was extremely nice and friendly and made sure i was satisfied with the cut and style. Other staff is also very friendly. Loved the complimentary arm massage.I highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good haircut in nice and clean environment. Totally worth it.
It was my first time visiting and it was great service! Caroline is a pro, she cut the exact length I wanted and also adjusted the front length after I asked for shorter fringes. I will definitely recommend this place.
I recently visited Tina Vora salon, for a long over due haircut. From the very first contact, I was blown away by their excellent customer service !The salon is sleek and stylish and more importantly, following all the safety protocols.Tina, the owner is very warm and friendly and has put in a lot of thought and attention to detail (loved the hand written note for every customer)She suggested I get my hair done with her new stylist Engin and he didn’t disappoint! Also, when I called back for a minor change, she scheduled a follow up quickly, at no charge.Tina, I will be back to try your other services.
This was EASILY the best salon I have ever been to. The decor and atmosphere is so beautiful. When I was getting my hair washed a got a complimentary hand/arm massage that felt amazing! Ali Goodin cut any styled my extensions. When I went in I was upset with my extensions, they were matted and just looked dry and bland all over. I left happier than I have EVER been with my hair. I am a first time customer who will definitely be returning!!! 1000/10 recommend her and this salon to any and everyone!
Tina Vora salon and spa was a wonderful experience! I happen to be googling hair salons near me and never knew this place was right around the corner! The atmosphere is clean and nicely decorated! I had a luxurious haircut from start to finish beginning with my hair washing process. During the hair wash there’s a complimentary essential oils arm massage which is just lovely. The accompanying head massage was so relaxing as well. I got my hair cut by the celebrity hair dresser and master stylist Engin and he was awesome. He did a small trim on my hair and then added my hair extensions for an additional charge and styled them as well. I was attending a party that night so the style was perfect! Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning again soon!

I usually get my hair cut in the UK (where I’m from) as I haven’t found a hair stylist I like here in NC despite trialling several local salons. Until now the cuts I’ve had were done with such lack of precision that I have found errant longer sections of hair after going home. With the pandemic I haven’t had the opportunity to go to the UK in the past year and decided to try another local salon.I had an excellent experience at Tina Vora! The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. The salon itself is very clean and they’re taking all necessary covid precautions to make guests feel comfortable.I had a wonderful complimentary hand and scalp massage which made the whole experience that more relaxing. The stylist did an expert job with the cut itself and I will definitely be going back!
I had Zsoka cut my hair. She was super honest and gave a great haircut recommendation because I didn’t really know what to do not having a hair cut in literal years. I would definitely recommend her. The front desk (?) people were super nice as well! 10/10 will go again :)

I had a great experience with Kate , she was very attentive and gentle with my hair. I did a wash, cut and blow. I showed her the style I wanted and Kate matched it, she took her time and I could tell she really cares about her customers . I am definitely a returning customer.
I showed my stylist Trevor a picture of what I wanted and he did it. His services were impeccable! His professional knowledge was much appreciated. He didn’t turn my hair orange like I’ve had at all my stylists in the past. He treated me like family. I absolutely love the outcome. I definitely recommend go see Trevor and tell him Katie sent you!
Extremely beautiful ambience and highly impressive customer service. Tarang abd Mika are very friendly and welcoming and ensure that customers have top notch experience. Salon itself is full of positive vibes that will motivate me to go back soon. Zsoka was my stylist and was very helpful in giving recommendations on styling and highlights for my hair. I was highlighting my hair for the first time and Zsoka did an extremely good job with highlights as well as Brazilian blow out. I will be going back soon and highly recommend this top notch salon to everyone in the area
I went to this salon because my hair was in DESPERATE need of some professional care due to quarantine. I wanted something vibrant with dimensions! Kate the stylist listened to my wants and ensured she could meet them! While I was getting pampered and chatting away I was given champagne, chocolate, a fancy robe AND a hand massage all included! I have never had such the royal treatment at a hair salon. I felt very safe as I was her only client scheduled that evening and I saw proper clean techniques. The owner was so welcoming and all the staff so friendly! Highly recommend
This was my first salon experience in a year and in NC and I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else! Zaahirah did a fantastic job with cutting my hair into long layers with face framing layers. She also gave me a mini blowout afterward which came out beautifully. It’s a luxury salon but I definitely think it’s worth the money!!

From the time you enter the salon-spa till you exit, you are treated with care and luxury.The facility is beautiful, the estheticians and hair dressers are knowledgeable and friendly and the space is spotlessly clean with every detail of precaution taken care of. I got a facial from Sarah. I had dry patchy skin and breakouts from wearing the mask and I needed a cleaning,exfoliating and hydration overhaul. The product line is amazing, Eminence is a well known organic high end european brand and Sarah did a phenomenal job on my face. By the end of it, I was rested,my skin felt squeaky clean,nourished and supple and the neck,decollete,hand and back massage were so blissful and relaxing.I had my hair cut from Kate. The shampoo was uh-amazing! My scalp felt clean and Kate took her time to scrub and condition my hair. The two things I loved is the product line and the hand massage while you are getting you hair shampooed! I have used Kerastase for years now and its a first class top of the line French hair care brand.I have wavy/frizzy hair and I wanted layers that would be easy to keep up and add volume. Kate gave me fabulous layers.The entire experience was worth every bit. The owner Tina Vora was present and she took great care to make sure my needs are met and the staff took time to listen to my concern.Just go! and make sure you allow the yourself time to enjoy the experience!
I had an amazing haircut and style from Kristy. She put me at ease and listened to what I wanted. She did a great cut and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair at home. I’m very happy with the wonderful service. The owner even walked me to my car with an umbrella because of the rain. I will definitely return!!
Shaunna did a fantastic job of cutting my hair from a bob to a pixie cut and giving me knowledge in the process! Also enjoyed having conversations regarding the military in which she was in and I’m going into! As well as only charging me for a men’s cut instead of a women’s! Highly recommend her and this salon!

Great service; penelope, the receptionist, always answers questions about pricing thoroughly and the owners are very caring. gabby did a balayage and cut onmy hair and i’ve gotten many compliments on it. definitely recommend this salon!

I had my hair cut and highlighted but the whole experience was amazing! They do extra pampering when washing your hair. The hand and forehead massage was amazing and refreshing. I will definitely return since the experience was well worth the money.Kate was amazing as I explained to her how hard it was to find someone that would cut my hair the way I like it to be cut. I haven’t felt this pleased with my cut and color in years.
The service was great. I went for a hair cut with my daughter and the attention and professionalism are incredible. The owner is a people person, she receives you with warmth and treat u as a friend. The staff is attentive and friendly and I love the hand massage and aromatherapy while washing the hair. My daughter has a blast every time as they treat her as her own person. Overall my go to place for hair styling as it’s the third time now 🙂
Went yesterday for a haircut. The place is beautiful. And everyone there was committed to making this an incredibly relaxing experience. Complimentary hand & scalp massage w/ shampoo, aromatherapy, wonderful staff. My stylist Ali did a great job. I never have any idea what to do w/ my hair, but she cut it perfectly to fit my lifestyle & look great. I decided to also get my upper lip waxed. Pooja worked so efficiently I barely felt anything, & I’m a big baby. Then she gave me a cranial massage. Everything was worth the price & beyond.
05/09/23 - i had several services that were good .This time the service provided was very good. But then I had booked the appointment for a hairdo but the receptionist booked it as heating and styling so there was a confusion. We had a celebration and for that acted a hairdo. Anyway, receptionist should be more careful while booking these on what is the client need.01/04/21- I went for Keratin treatment. My hair now looks shiny and straight. I have been playing with my hair since I returned from the salon. Trevor has been awesome in understanding my needs. A bit pricy but worth it.

It was my first time coming to this salon & I really enjoyed the whole experience. They made me feel special today. I enjoyed their head massage before haircut. I specially want to mention my hair stylist Ali as well Pooja who did eyebrows. she really did a great job on my hair. I will recommend this place to everyone for great experience.

Place like this was very muchneeded in west Cary. I received lot of compliments for my hair cut.Will go to try their facial very soon. I walked in and stood at the front for several minutes listening to the women who work their laughing loudly in the back rooms. No one greeted me for awhile then multiple employees came out the back and no one said sorry. It was a terrible first impression. For such an upscale look the employees did not treat you the same. They ask on the phone how can they spoil you but when you get there the experience doesn’t match. When I got the warm oil scalp massage. The oil wasn’t even warm and you could hear the staff outside giggling over the sound machine. My hair cut was fine but my stylist didn’t talk to me other than asking me what I wanted and at the end she asked did I like it so it was a little awkward. I wouldn’t suggest this place if your use to a professional high standard salon.
First of all, this is a very pretty and super clean salon. Saw Shawna for the first time. I was long overdue for a haircut, so we had to start from scratch. All I can say is that Shawna “got” me — she asked many questions before even picking up her scissors. Great haircut!!
It was a wonderful and a very relaxing experience today at Tina Vora Salon. It was very clean, friendly staff and very professional and every safety measure was taken. Krishna did an Amazing job with my facial. It was very relaxing with neck, shoulder and a surprise hand massage. You can completely trust the products they use. It’s Eminence a organic, high end Hungarian brand. Everything smelled good and felt relaxing. I definitely recommend this Salon.
Amazing! This was my first time at Tina Vora’s Salon and I loved their service. Zsoka was my stylist for doing my layer cut and without a second thought I would definitely refer her. Was doing a salon haircut after 3 years and also doing a layer cut for first time, she was really patient to hear all my concern and answer all my questions. I am really happy with my new look. Since moving to NC 2 years ago I have hopped around to various salons looking for “my place.” Today I found it! Kate gave me the perfect color and cut and she was so pleasant to chat with. She was confident in her work and gave honest advice. The salon was very clean and all staff were warm and welcoming. I even got a hand massage while my hair was being washed. I highly recommend you give this new small business a try!

This was my first visit to Tinavora salon with Madi as my stylist. I traveled from Wake forest in hopes of finding a stylist that would listen to me and finally give me the cut I am looking for, and Madi did not disappoint! My husband even liked the cut and he doesn’t usually comment ( maybe bc there wasn’t ever much to comment on). Madi was also informative on how to get my hair back to a healthy place. I truly enjoyed my visit and without hesitation I will be back for my future cuts! It was worth the ride!
Agree with the other 5 star reviews posted here. The owner was very attentive and showed genuine desire to ensure clients have a quality experience. Kate was not only a great stylist but took the time to understand my preferences and what I was looking for in my color and style. Everything turned out perfectly! The atmosphere is very relaxing, and it is a nice place to decompress and have some pampering! I also love the extra touches of offering hand/arm and neck massages. Have already booked next appt for a facial!
I usually dont write reviews, if I enjoy the place I tell the owners right there or tell my friends about it but I had to write about Tina Vora salon. I had a super duper experience. The team is very nice, friendly and they walk the talk. I went for a facial and Emily took good care of me. As she promised my face was just like butter the next day. She also massaged my neck and back with essential oils..yes I was snoring. They use all natural products. The place is very clean and follow strict safety protocols.The min you walk in you know the owners have taken lot of care to make sure they give customers the best service. Tina and Mike are wonderful people and as they promised, I was pampered. I would highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.
This is one amazing salon!!! I visited them for a head massage and hair cut and came out feeling relaxed and really happy with the hair cut, they pay attention to customer needs, the ambience and service is great. No complaints, loved everything about it. Opening during the pandemic and providing such exceptional service is truly commendable. Tina herself interacts with each client and ensures they are having their best time, my hair was done by pooja, she is very warm and passionate about her work gave me exactly what I wanted and I do not think I will ever go to anyone else again. Today was my first visit to Tina Vora Salon & Spa. What a beautiful spa! It is so bright and elegant inside. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They did a COVID temperature check and everyone was wearing masks. My facial was wonderful. It was relaxing but was also customized to what my skin needed. I love their attention to detail. All their products are top of the line. I will definitely be back for a massage and hair cut. I am thrilled that such a high end salon and spa are finally in West Cary.

Kristi cut my hair and she was amazing. I have very thin, fine hair and she made suggestions to make my hair look much thicker - cutting off 2 inches of the super thin hair at the bottom where it loses fullness and putting in subtle layers on top. My hair looks amazing!!! Also that head and hand massage - oh man - felt like a queen!! Thank you!! Highly recommend!
Sarahann gave me an amazing facial that left my skin feeling soft and looking much clearer. Kate consulted with me about a couple of different hair styles and helped me decide which cut would best fit my naturally curly hair. I love the cut and the style. Krishna threaded my eyebrows and I was greatly impressed with how clean they were. She also gave an amazing head massage when she was finished. I was very pleased with all services and the staff.
Baxter was love at first sight and worth every penny! I asked for platinum and he went above & beyond~ totally nailed it! Genuine dude and a confident, talented hair wizard. If you want blonde done right, this is the man to go to.

This place is highly commendable and welcoming. Love the ambience, extremely nice staff. I got my hair cut and babylights done, my hair stylist Dawn has a wonderful personality and is well experienced in her profession, she did a great job with my hair. I love my haircut and appreciate the time and consideration given. Her blowout lasted much longer than usual. Salon itself is very clean and they sanitize everything in between clients. Overall, I am extremely pleased by the service.

Claudia was great and did an awesome job with my short pixie cut! My original pixie was great but the consequent trims weren’t at par. Claudia understood what I was looking for and worked with my hair texture to create a wonderful look. Clean salon, easy to schedule an appointment and the on the spot service made for happier Friday!P.S. the aromatherapy for your hands is an added bonus with the hair wash!
I came into Tina Vora Salon & Spa for the first time today despite it being recommended previously to me. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Tina Vora herself and made to feel so welcome and comfortable. She went on to introduce me to my stylist Nidhi who was also very charming, affable, and professional. Tina Vora Salon & Spa’s service, ambience, and team were all wonderful. I am definitely coming back, soon. I would highly recommend it as a fabulous go to place for all things hair! Thank you Tina Vora and Nidhi.
The staff in this location changes every 6 months. Bouncing from stylist to stylist and then now charging $60 for a men’s haircut is a little extreme. I been coming to this location for years but enough is enough. The culture clearly needs to change so that employee experience is at the forefront. From a customers perspective, if we have to receive a new stylist every 6 months, where is the relationship for us?
Today was my first time at Tina Vora and it was a wonderful experience. I am a busy mom and rarely take the time to pamper myself (or spend money on myself). I am so glad I found this salon/spa - Pooja is an amazing stylist I had a haircut and eyebrow threading and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone at the salon was very accommodating and had good safety measures in place.Support local small business!
Love this salon and especially my stylist Kate! Everyone was so friendly and it was easy to make my appointment...on the SAME day! I would recommend this salon highly. The space is beautiful, you get a hand and arm massage during your shampoo, and you can even have a glass of wine. Looking forward to my next appointment and planning to get a facial as well!
Employees make sure to go out of their way to help you out and make you happy. My haircut looked awesome , and they were on time with the appointment and not overbooked. I loved how friendly the staff was and how beautifully decorated it was. 5/5 stars for this place. This was recommended to me by my boyfriend , and the salon is great at hair styling for both genders.
It was my first time and I went in for hair cut and coloring. They exceeded my expectations. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was provided with the best service, Madi was my stylist and she was absolutely great. The color I picked did not meet both our needs the first time, but Madi worked with me to make sure it turned out perfect at the end. She is very knowledgeable and did not rush, although it took longer than we expected to achieve the results we both wanted. Not to forget the free hand massage!Overall an upscale salon with state of the art technology and all knowledgeable professionals. I cant say enough in words! My hair still looks stunning...
