One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had: the therapist was attentive to my needs. The attention to detail as the spa was impressive from the restroom supplies and robes to the drinks and lounge furniture. My revive massage included a hot towel under my neck for support, hot towels over my feet and my therapist gave me a scalp massage. The staff was friendly and professional.

Love this place. Excellent massage therapists and amazing vibe. It has been consistently a wonderful experience at Spa Retreat. Everyone goes above and beyond and is very accommodating. Stephanie, Anna, and Julia are all great and highly recommend them. The entire team and Kirsten are always kind and delightful.

It is rare to find a business that is not only focused on high quality services, but also has a kind and compassionate team who goes out of there way to make you feel welcome and accommodated. I have been a client at Spa Retreat for years and will sing their praises until the end of time. I love my massages there, the facials, the champagne as I wait, the beautiful and peaceful decor, and the top notch professional attention from the second I walk in the door (or email them with a scheduling request). They truly value the client experience and I highly recommend them!

Always have a great experience here especially with Tabby for my monthly pedicures. She definitely does a very good job and keeps the conversation going. Everyone at this spa is really nice and pleasant so I will consider getting a membership here to save some money. Thank you all for all your hard work. Accommodated me very easily just a few days before my massage on their user friendly website. The time slots are updated real time. Nina was AMAZING!! I came in with a headache (didn’t tell her) and walked out feeling like a brand new person. I asked her to focus on neck and back and she relieved all the stress and tension. It was the most relaxing massage I’ve had! She was great. Highly recommend :)

I had a great time here. In addition to my massage, I was allowed to stay and enjoy the lounge areas for a while. They have drinks you can enjoy while you relax in a soft robe. They have great attention to detail here which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. All the employees were very kind.

Ive been going to SRC for just over 2 years now (multiple times per year) to treat myself to a spa day. My last visit was on Sat. March 2nd, 2024 and I *never* leave an appointment like this without rescheduling. Im very thorough and I make sure to repeat the appointment dates and times, etc. It was confirmed then that Id have my next appt today (July 27th) and a following appt in November 2024.Tell me why I drove 45 minutes to my appointment today at 9am, to be told I dont have one today *OR* in November on their schedule?!?! So, its my fault someone at the front desk had an oversight issue and didnt do their job... to add further insult, they only wanted to offer a 30-minute foot soak to compensate me for this. So, Im going to disrobe for *that* and then get dressed to leave and drive another 45 minutes home?!?! When I should have 4.5 hours worth of treatments?!?!Nah. I wasnt the one who screwed up here! It wouldnt be on *my* schedule if I didnt stand at the front desk and make these appts back on March 2nd.So, for wasting my time, gas, wear & tear on my vehicle, etc... I NO longer recommend SRC!

I feel renewed. Maria is awesome! I had a terrible massage at another well-known massage chain. The massage from here was so relaxing and peaceful.

I took my mom here yesterday in order to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived, they had noted it was her birthday so wished her a happy birthday, which Mom loved. They then took us on a tour and had us change into comfy robes and slippers located in the locker room. We then relaxed with mimosas and snacks until she went into her massage. Afterwards, we enjoyed Mani/pedis and chatted with the ladies. It was amazing and we definitely plan to go back.

Love this place. Wonderful relaxation lounge with flavored water and hot tea. They offer champagne and wine and will do mimosas. The changing room has an assortment of amenities except for hairdryer which is not permitted. Been twice now for retreat massages. The couples room is very comfortable. Taylor is an excellent massage therapist.UpdateAlways excellent service. Love the lounges. We go big and get the 90 min retreat massage. Its worth it. We also book 3 months in advance to get preferred tech on days we can take off. Their retreat offerings are not posted online so I finally took a photo to share.

Decided to treat myself and book my very first massage with this spa. Wow! Im so happy I did. With any service you get to go to the sauna and the lounge rooms are great. I was soooo relaxed that I took a little nap on one of the waiting rooms lol. I didnt want to leave, plus two mimosas!!

I had an amazing time here. You must run and go see Will. He an excellent massage therapist. He knows what you need and follows through. I didnt want to get off the table. Lol. I received an amazing facial. She was really friendly. She talked me through everything she was doing. She gave great recommendations! Then my nail tech was fabulous!!!! I got a mani and pedicure. Then there was another lady who always checked on me while I was in the resting area. She made sure my glass was full. Best Valentines Day gift ever!!! I will be back!

We love this place! We got the best massages and it was so relaxing. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and were delighted. Heads up, you cant use a hair dryer to blow dry your hair after you shower... Might be a noise thing as it could disturb the peace. Friendly staff, great massage therapists, wonderful time.

Spa Retreat Cary is my go-to relaxation spot! Ive indulged in manicures, pedicures, massages, and facials, and every experience has been exceptional. The environment is super relaxing, the staff is friendly, and knowing the company supports their community adds an extra layer of appreciation!

Quick tour with vague explanation on where things were & what to do. very underwhelming massage besides the tool that left me in pain and with marks covering my back. Also thought I was charged beforehand which is very confusing when checking out and ruined the small amount of relaxation I even felt.too boujee of a place to provide quality service.

I LOVED my spa package today! Seriously the best thing Ive ever done for myself!- The facilities were all sparkling clean and beautifully decorated- The massage was perfect (just the right amount of pressure for what I needed)- The facial was wonderful and she helped me understand my skins needs- Even the sauna and foot soak were great!Now I cant wait to go back! 😀

Liked it so much, I got a membership! My mom and sister go here as well. All the providers are great. Anna is my personal favorite massage therapist. The common area attendants are always very kind and ready to refill a mimosa or snack jar. Great place to facilitate a self-care day.

Booked this for my girl. The place was a little hard to find but other then that what a perfect little spot. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even to me and I wasnt the one having anything done. We will definitely be back here.

Relaxing, clean and comfortable spa.My first appt. was a facial booked my adding my name to the cancellation list.For my first visit I received a tour of the facilities and sank into a fluffy seat while I relaxed in the lounge.Flavored water and tea is always available, and mimosas upon request.My second visit was a full body massage. Both times the energy of the place and people left me feeling rejuvenated.Over all I would highly recommend trying their services. The menu is full of customizable treatments to heal, relax or renew. Come alone or bring a friend. The locker room is stocked with luxurious robes and all the necessities, so you only need to check-in and unwind.

The people make the place completely. If you follow them on social you will know that the boss babes that run this place take pride in taking care of their people because happy people do treat you better and you can tell that enhances the entire experience. The Spa rooms are set up for such tranquility and the experience and atmosphere is that of a clean healthy environment.

I had the pleasure to receive a massage from Michael today, and he was fantastic! Make sure you arrive with some extra time so you may calm your mind and have a cup of tea or wine! I look forward to my next visit!

I’ve really enjoyed all the services I’ve received here, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I see Tabby regularly for my nails. The gel polish here is great and lasts a long time, and I love chatting with Tabby.The front desk is always extremely helpful too.

This is a wonderful and relaxing spa with a great menu of services and terrific customer service. Booking appointments is easy online or over the phone. The location is very convenient. I love getting my nails done by Stacey. She is amazing and my nails look fantastic. I have been a member for more than 2 years, and all I can say is that I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is amazing, as well as the products and services. The place is cozy and I love the free wine and fruit water while I wait. If you get a chance schedule your massage with Julia. All of them are great, but Julia is the best!

I went to Cary Retreat Spa for a prenatal massage in my second trimester after a very stressful, hard first trimester. The whole experience was fantastic. The moment you walk into the door, the whole atmosphere is calming and relaxing. All the staff speak in low, calming voices. I was given a tour of the spa and then allowed to change into a comfy robe and slippers. You are given a key for a locker that you keep in your pocket, so your belongings are safe. I had lemon water while waiting for my massage to begin. My masseuses, Erin, was fantastic. Before the massage began she asked me if there were certain parts of the body that she should focus on. The massage itself was so relaxing. The massage table was warm, the room was dimly lit and smelled great. Erin was so professional and did such a great job. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing treat for themselves. I plan on going back for a couples massage with my husband after I have this baby!

The atmosphere was great at the spa and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.Unfortunately, my actual facial wasnt great. I didnt receive the paraffin wax treatment that was supposed to be part of the package, and I developed fungal acne as a result of the extractions. This made me worried about the spas hygiene standards. I previously had very clear skin after completing Accutane treatment a couple of years ago. The estheticians advice also directly contradicted some of my dermatologists advice, which made me a little concerned about the custom aspect of the facial.

You need to book far in advance because they fill up fast and don’t have many last-minute appointment times available! luckily they were able to squeeze me in for a facial, and i’m so grateful for it because it was amazing! so thorough and relaxing, and my skin was glowing afterwards! the locker room is very nice, and so are the waiting areas! not to mention free water, tea, and mimosas! i do appreciate the fact that it wasn’t very crowded, as it made for a more peaceful experience. probably the best spa i’ve been to!

Earlier today, I had a wonderful massage at Spa Retreat Cary. Julia was wonderful! She was thorough, friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the massage process. Everyone that I came in contact with was kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and calming. It was a pleasure to linger after the massage in their lounge. I am visiting the area for just a short time. I would love to return at some point in the future. I only wish I had called earlier so that I could have had more than one service. You wont be disappointed to go to Spa Retreat Cary.

I love this spot! Had a massage with Taylor and it was great. The robes are super comfy and the space is really relaxing. High quality products for sale in the lobby. Also, I’m sensitive to synthetic smells (air fresheners, etc) and this place smells great.

Mia was great! I felt relaxed and she hit all the areas I needed work on! I would definitely go back to her! The only thing I had a bad experience was how quick the tour was from the front desk. I could barely hear them and they didn’t offer water or other refreshments. When it came time to check out, they said they only keep a card on file and do not charge until the appointment. This was a gift and I had to call my husband to warn him that the payment was never taken out when he scheduled the appointment. Put a little damper on the rest of the day that a payment was made that we thought was already purchased.

Went to Spa Retreat Cary with a friend for birthday celebrations. We had the most relaxing time and are planning to go back soon! All the staff were very attentive and welcoming. My 60 minute Relax massage was perfect and Taylor did a fantastic job. She listened to my preferences and gave exactly what I asked for. The nail technicians were fun to talk with and professional. My facial was amazing as well. So glad we found this spa!

My best friend and I had a lovely couples massage (complete with sparkling wine) and pedicures at Spa Retreat Cary this past weekend. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone, especially masseuse Tori, was friendly and considerate. The atmosphere was quite relaxed, and all the services were great! This is my third visit and I highly recommend it!

Came for a last minute massage and was able to get in mid afternoon. My Massage Therapist was great and listened attentively to the areas needing focus. Two days later and I’m still feeling relaxed and much less tightness in my muscles. Spa Retreat is now my go to place for massage!

This was my second time at Spa Retreat, and I will be definitely be back. The location is easy to find with ample parking, the interior is beautiful and the environment is calming. The robes are luxurious and the lounge I relaxed in before my treatment was so comfortable! Everyone who helped me was professional and friendly. So it was my 18th birthday and for the big day I wanted to go to the spa with my mom. I just searched spa into google and found this lovely place! I called and was greeted by Katy. She was lovely! Very nice to talk to and I had a few questions and she was very helpful. I made my appointment for two relax pedicures.We arrived and checked in and we were instantly taken back to the locker room/bathroom to change into robes. This room was amazing by itself! Beautiful and peaceful! It also included hair brushes, face wash, lotion, pads, tampons, and even razors!After we finished changing we were shown the lounge. There were snacks, tea, and citrus water. Overall it was such a peaceful room! We sat there for the remaining time before our appointment and then we were taken back to the nail appointment room. We had Sam I believe her nail was and she was amazing! She made polite conversation and the longer the appointment went on the more we ended up talking about both of our lives. She was very sweet! I saw some reviews saying that they felt rushed but I personally felt very at peace. She took her time and it seemed like she enjoyed our company and conversation (Id hope at least ha!)Already made another appointment for our next mom and daughter date! Very excited!!

I needed to book a spa day for two friends and myself last minute to celebrate an upcoming wedding and I was worried about going to a spa I had never been to. I read reviews and settled on Spa Retreat Cary. What an amazing experience! Sally worked tirelessly to help us get exactly what we wanted, even on short notice, so I was already at ease before we arrived. The spa itself is GORGEOUS. You feel relaxed immediately upon entering. The check-in area is beautifully decorated and is second only to the sublime waiting area where light snacks are available. You slip into a robe in the locker room and then it is paradise just waiting. We were offered champagne with juice which was wonderful. I had the rejuvenate facial and was brought back in a timely manner with an amazing esthetician who really took time to get to know my needs. Definitely get this one; it was the best. I also got the rejuvenate pedicure which I got to do with one of my friends. This was nice because we got to sit and chat. The nail technicians were so friendly and the service was wonderful! I am already planning my next getaway here. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive from my house.

1st of all I want to say how much I love your spa! I always feel very welcomed and love relaxing on the big lounge couch! I had been seeing Meggan there for about 3 yrs for my facials and just loved her, but she recently left and I was rescheduled with Enam. I found her to be even more wonderful!!! I dont do well with change at all and laid out my expectations which she excepted with a smile on her face. I found the entire facial, minus the extractions of course, to be very relaxing. Her pressure during the facial was gentle but firm, I loved that she didnt do a whole lot of talking, but when she did the conversation was engaging and enjoyable. When I left my skin was glowing, and she explained why she would switch up my current moisturizer for the summer and that for the next facial why I might want to add on a microderm. Now I just wish I could afford to come monthly!

Had a very enjoyable experience here for my prenatal spa day (a treat 2 days before my delivery day). It was so relaxing to be pampered. Water and dried fruit nut mix while waiting for my services. Be sure to confirm services in your reminder call as I did book something online an extra service but it didnt go through. They were very sweet about it nonetheless.

Ive been a member for over a year. This is a wonderful spa that distinguishes itself with outstanding and personable service. The snacks and drinks (including wine/champagne) in the waiting area are above average and the staff is friendly. It feels like family. I love my massage therapist Taylor. For my birthday, my boyfriend gave me a gift certificate to Spa Retreat Cary. This was hands down one of the best gifts I’ve received! I had a massage, facial, and pedicure with a mud mask. I was highly pleased with every single aspect of this spa. The services delivered were amazing, the spa was super clean, and everyone was so friendly. In between services, I relaxed in a private room that was very cozy and received complimentary beverages. This spa is highly recommended!

I had a great experience for the first time..the massage was amazing I couldnt have ask for more! I did feel rushed when it came to the Mani and pedicure. I didnt feel like it was an experience that I would ever book again. The staff was very nice but I felt like one coat on my toes wasnt enough, and when she walked me to the room to relax and dry , never was I offered a drink, and the woman that had gotten there before me was pampered ..I feel like ..better than me ...and it wasnt extra things.,no nail dryer, no hot towels on my hands .. totally go for a massage...nails would rather something else...I was the last client... customer... felt rushed overall I would probably go back for abmaa mas

I had a wonderful first experience here. Olivia was excellent. She wasnt in a rush, she was able to answer all of my questions, and made appropriate recommendations for my skin type. I am so happy to find a spa that uses top quality natural and organic ingredients. I will be returning!

Wonderful experience. As opposed to other massage spots in the area, there is a sauna that can be used at the time of treatment. The atmosphere is nice and the massage therapist I had (Julia) knows what she is doing.- updated 11/07: I have since been with another massage therapist (Erin) and she is amazing. Attention to details! Today I went to Spa Retreat Cary for the first time. I had a therapeutic massage (75 mins) and a Revive Facial. Both treatments were amazing! I hold a lot of tension in my upper back, so I try to get massages regularly. My massage with Matt was just what I needed. He took his time and worked on some of my problem knots and muscles. The room was just the right temperature, and I love the heated bed. My facial was with Olivia. My favorite part was that she didnt rush through any part of my treatment. I felt so pampered through the entire facial. The lounge is relaxing with some snacks, tea, and infused water - today was Blackberry, orange, mint - wonderful. This was heavenly! Professional, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Staff were kind and accommodating. I had a facial and massage and both were fantastic. I loved slipping into a robe and relaxing in the lounge and chatting with other ladies while sipping on champaign and snacking on fruit. The hot bamboo sticks used during my massage were just what my stressed-out shoulders needed. The price is affordable and they have great monthly membership deals. I can not wait for my next visit.

I visited Spa Retreat Cary for the first time today and was blown away! The staff, the services, and the spa were all fantastic. The environment was so relaxing and I loved their focus on green/ organic resources and practices. I started with a facial and my skin feels amazing. My esthetician asked questions about my skin and my goals and made sure that every step in the process I was comfortable. I ended my treatments with a massage - hands down the best massage I have ever had. Often after massages I feel groggy or sore, and while I was totally relaxed - I felt rejuvenated at the end of my experience. I cant wait to come back!

The only reason I found this place is because I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure. Beautiful spa, very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and made the booking process easy. I was not happy with my manicure however. I had a broken nail but it was too far down to cut it so she tried to glue it. It didnt work and the next day my nail broke. I also noticed that there were small bubbles when I left the salon... Needless to say my manicure lasted about 5 days instead of 2 weeks. Overall the experience was good but I wont spend that much money again for a manicure.

I’ve been going here for a variety of services (lash tint/lift, wax, facial, massage, man/pedi) and have had the membership (highly recommend) for going on a year, and let me tell you, this place is magical. Every single person I’ve come into contact with there is so friendly and caring. The spa itself is meticulously decorated and clean, and I always have such a pleasant experience. Special shoutout to Olivia: She is so professional, enjoyable to talk to, and always does an AMAZING job on lashes, eyebrows, and facials. Keep it up Spa Retreat Cary!!!!!

I enjoy myself on every visit to this spa. It’s so peaceful and serene and always has the most beautiful scented candles burning. From checking in at the front desk, to changing into your robe, to relaxing waiting for your service, it is all so nice and inviting and most of all clean. If you want a relaxing spa, this is definitely the place to get it.

One of the best spas I have ever been too. People are very friendly and professional. I had therapeutic facial and body massage for 2 hours and it was so relaxing. Me and my wife enjoyed service during our stay. We will definitely come back again.

A friend and I decided we wanted a spa day. We called Spa Retreat and couldnt have made a better choice. Andrea worked with us to fit us in and put together a package. The day before she called to let us know she had a cancellation and could add manicures with very little additional cost. We each got mani-pedis, facials and massages. This place is beautiful, professional, and relaxing. All of our services were fabulous. The attitude of all the staff is to make sure your experience is perfect and it shows. Dont pay more....go here! You wont regret it!

I can say unequivocally that Cary Spa and Retreat gave me an unforgettable five star experience.The service was impeccably friendly, efficient and thorough.The staff was so warm and could not have made me feel more welcomed to be at their facility . I had a facial with Olivia , she was excellent at what she did , and very detailed oriented, and my skin feels amazing and the peppermint head massage was very relaxing and smelled amazing too !I have also booked a group outing for a bachelorette party soon , and I know everyone is going to love the experience as much as I did today . I think this is a wonderful place to go and spend time with a group of friends quarterly . I highly recommend giving this place a try! I’ve been 3 times and each time I’ve had Taylor. Taylor is amazing! She makes sure you’re comfortable and gives you her undivided attention during pre-massage to ensure she has all the information she needs.The facility is great! Small but comfortable and efficient. Complimentary tea/spa water and small snacks are a nice touch when waiting for a service or just relaxing and reading a magazine. I’m so glad a friend introduced me to this location and I will be going back!

This place was fantastic. We had a couples massage and it was amazing. The staff treated us wonderfully and were very welcoming. Relaxing environment! Wine included! Matt went the extra mile and provided us some local recommendations as well. Great place!!

Recently went in for a mani pedi and I left happy enough. My nail tech did a great job on both my hands and feet, but some of the staff seemed to have a little bit of an attitude if you weren’t spending a lot of money. When I declined the opportunity to schedule my “next” appointment, I received some disappointed glares. This was after my nail tech talked my ear off about her mother in law. I appreciate the high quality service, but the actual customer relations could use some improvement.

I love this place! From the relaxing atmosphere to the smiling faces there is no where to go wrong here!! I came in for a last minute pedi - which they easily and kindly fit in on a Friday afternoon - and it was paradise for the hour I was there!! Cindy worked on my feet for me and she was awesome! I found my new pedi spot and will definitely reccomend to everyone I know! Go check them out now!

Ladies day out at Spa Retreat. My family and I booked a group day for 10+ ladies. We were taken care of from the booking of the event all the way through check out. Members of my group booked different services from pedicures and manicures to massages and were all pleased with the experience. Would recommend!

I was referred to Matt Adams at the Spa Retreat Cary from several colleagues in my BNI networking group. They had worked with Matt in the past and thought he was excellent and suggested I give him a try! The location is easy to find, convenient to South Durham, Apex, Morrisville and Cary. There is plenty parking and easy building access. The front staff is very friendly and take you right back to change, tour the space and prepare you for your appointment.Matt was great! He reviewed my intake forms prior to meeting with me so he was prepared to ask further questions to help develop a plan of action for my treatment. It was a really lovely 75 minutes. The massage was very temperature comfortable and I stayed relaxed the entire time. Matt specializes in several types of massage. I’m going to try one of the specific treatments next visit in a few weeks.

I got a prenatal massage with Taylor today, 8 days before my due date. I felt so comfortable, pampered and taken care of. It was the best way to relax before welcoming a new baby!

Everyone at Spa Retreat Cary is so friendly and they make you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Taylor is my favorite massage therapist because she gives a great deep tissue massage. And the Thai reflexology massage is the best!

I had a relax facial and went back the next day for a relax massage. Both of these services were amazing! I walked away from both feeling incredible. They get an extra A+ from me for having extra large robes.

This spa has all of the amazing amenities that you would expect of a spa in Cary, but what sets it apart is the staff. Everyone was warm and wonderful, and treated the experience as a whole day as opposed to separate services. I had a whole spa day and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a day of relaxation and pampering.

SRC is a gem!! I am not used to going to a real spa-like environment where they strive to make your time there relaxing and refreshing. It really is a RETREAT! My last pedicure was done by Sandy and she did a great job! My color is still on my toes with no cracks or peels even after a couple weeks, and this is not gel polish! Heading back again in a couple weeks to get ready for vacation. I will continue to come here for a variety of services. Great job SRC!

The staff is wonderful, friendly and talented! The spa management team is very experienced. The spa also has a Gallery to host group events, a Lounge to relax in, and a sauna. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to retreat themselves for the day.
