Rick is super charismatic. He knows his products very well. Greated with hellos and smiles and just over all great customer service. I live an hour away but always stop at Vapor Max before I head back home. Its the only place I shop!!!Best service e ver great customer service with a smile!!

Harley was super sweet and very helpful, I appreciated how she walked me through the flavors and gave me a menu. She also pointed out the flavor signs that I completely missed. All in all a very good experience, if I cant quit nicotine Ill be back!

Only a place for those who vape;they dont have much else for other types of smokers. Still looking for a good place since my favorite shop burned down.. This is not the shop for me, they also dont keep stock very well here.

Still they work!Look next to the loud cloud 10 packLoud Cloud and Space Pucks are awesome! Try Space Pucks - Play for energy. It does have caffeineEdit 3: Hemp Generation has much less to look at.Do not expect any brands at VaporMax to be at Hemp Generation.IMO: If you are consuming gummies know your metabolism. Im low and slow so i get to wait about the two hours... UNLESS the gummies get absorbed...I ate some alfredo sauce on a loud cloud and i got many hours of calm.But water and any kind of fat should help. Dairy is my go to for milkfat.I think this is more fat soluble because if it were water soluble it would hit sooner.I was told the first third of your gut handles water stuff first and then fat starts getting absorbed after that first 1/3Gummies can do the job!

Beautiful store, clean and straightforward experience. The tall gentleman that works there, I believe hes the owner, is very knowledgeable. Theres a shorter woman that works there, I believe she hasnt been there very long, Ive had just a couple of issues with getting the right items or right amount when shes been the one to check me out. But shes super friendly and upbeat!Prices are really good compared to a few other shops in the area, especially the one in north Cary by the Harris Teeter. I wont name names, but that place is a scam, do not go there. I wrote a review about my experiences with them as well.I cant stand the other kinds of shops that have all the crazy lights and sell a bunch of random unrelated merchandise. I want a vape shop that specializes in the product and this shop is perfect! My only gripe is trying to get into that tiny parking lot, but honestly, its worth it.

This store is great because of its wide selection, great accommodations and even better customer service! My name and vape is remembered and ready for me when I walk in. On the rare occasion something is out of stock, they are all ready to order it for you and offer wonderful recommendations. Being so clean and close to everything in Cary makes it hard to pass up!

By far the best vape shop in Wake county. Very clean and modern. Have a huge selection of disposables, e-juice, devices, and delta 8 products. They have the biggest selection of 3chi delta 8 products in the area. Very reasonable prices, especially on delta 8. The staff is very kind and personable. Harley is very sweet and knowledgeable on the products they carry. She gives the best recommendations and knows my preferences to a tee. I cannot recommend Harley and VaporMax enough!

Fruit Monster blueberry, raspberry and lemon. Price was great, very clean and organized. Will be returning!

Came in today for a new vape & oils. The female cashier & the manager Nick were very helpful in assisting me find the right product for me. The store was very clean, organized, & followed covid guidelines. Will definitely be shopping again.

The Avail Vapor closed recently, so I found this place... they’re convenient to my location, cheaper than Avail was, had designated parking, the store seemed clean, transaction was very quick, and they had my product (Renova Zero pods & Aqua brand salt).The only reason I’m taking two stars away right now is because the shopkeeper wasn’t wearing a mask. Seemed like a nice guy but it kinda bummed me out - just mask up when a customer walks in, it’s easy & common courtesy at the moment.

Come here all the time. Great, clean shop. Nick and Eli are both extremely helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Its a nice change of pace from other local shops with cramped, smelly apparatuses, whereas this shop is open, clean, and DOESNT smell strongly of incense and weed.

I walked into this store today with no real goal in my mind, it was a new shop. When I walked in I was greeted right away by this nice young man named Eli. Eli spent the next 15 minutes explaning the difference between all the mods he thought I like and then set me up with a new Twister stick. I can tell that whoever the shop owner is that this wasnt his first rodeo. The shop was gourgeous and clean, follow that up with the great price and I think I have finally found my new shop. I really recommend giving this new shop a try.

I was desperate when I needed a new mod and Nick did not have it available but went above and beyond to find it for me. They have a huge selection, the store is very organized and clean, and the best part is the customer service. Not shady like many other places around the area.

I had some pods burn out for my Renova Zero and the kind gentleman, Nick, helped me figure out the problem and fixed it free of charge. Its a new spot in Cary so definitely check it out. Theyve got great service.
