I switched to Cloudhouse after my old shop changed owners. Now I wish Id been going here the whole time! They have custom products, a super friendly team, and the store is always clean with a good atmosphere. Youre always greeted when you come through the door, even when they are busy. Id recommend them to anyone!

Love the store and the employees. My only suggestion is stay away from Voopoo Products. Had a vape quit working and contacted them at 91 days. Goodness, the 90 day waranty had expired. Really, 1 day. Cant back your product better than that?

I originally left a low rating because the first time I visited, although the store required their customers to wear masks the employees were not wearing them. But the 2 times Ive visited since, everyone is wearing masks. Either that first time was a fluke, or this store takes customer feedback seriously. Either is great in my eyes. That really was my only negative. Everyone their is helpful and friendly. They have a great rewards program. And I really like any vape shop that makes their juice in house, and Ive liked the 3 flavors Ive tried so far. This is one of the better shops in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Always a great experience.Edit: Ive been buying here for three years. I freaking love there juice.There are a lot of new faces, but they always remember me when I come in. Even though its only every six weeks or so. The buy three get one free is awesome. And my points have saved my ass a couple of times. (0 balance on my card but I didnt know it, I always let my points roll over,so a $70 purchase was under $4. )To the staff:. I love coming here cedar park location is my store. Ive always had a great experience all the employees there are awesome & professional and very kind and helpful. The store is always in order and clean. The flavors are awesome and I recommend them 100% I found cloudhouse a couple yrs ago trying to find a better vape store from the one I used to go to and had a bad experience in and Ive never left since!

North Austin and Cedar Park. You guys have always had a fantastic crew. I dont go anywhere else for my vape needs. I had been to other places in the past and never got the friendly feel I get here. Just telling you that your doing a great job is an understatement by far. The flavor are always perfect. The supplies you offer are fantastic. Anytime I have an issue you take care of it immediately ( only 2x in 4 years ). You cant get service or business like this around here anymore and I am happy to be a guest in your place any day of the week.

My hubby and I absolutely love this place! Yes they have a wide range of products and juices but it’s the customer service that lead me to write a review. The folks that work here always provide great service! They greet you when you walk in, or acknowledge you if there is a short line while they serve other customers. They keep the shop very clean and comfy sofas to sit on while you wait. I never feel rushed when deciding juices and the ones recommended have been phenomenal:) best vape shop I have ever been to.

Ive been doing mail-order with them for about two and a half years now. Ive switchedtowns and now live farther away but my last order got here in two days. theyre great I dont think I would do business anywhere elseMyself I use the 512 juice mix. This is a light tobacco blend that you wont find anywhere else.

Stopped to get the glass replaced on my 2 year old tank. They didnt have the one I needed but they found it online and ordered it that same day. They have good quality in-house juices that dont have that artificial sweetener aftertaste that other shops have had before. Id recommend them

I’ve been getting stuff from Cloudhouse Vapor since 2019 and they’ve always been friendly and stocked up. Luckily for me, I work near their Austin location so sometimes on the way home I drop by that location to buy my needs. They’re pretty convenient.

Everybody at the shop is always super nice and welcoming. You really are treated like a guest and the rewards points are really good too. Very clean place and I’ll always go out of my way to get my vape stuff from them. 10 stars... seriously recommended.

Editing review: Cloudhouse called me and have made things right, apologized and I will be giving them another shot. Thank you for reaching out!I have been going here for a few years now. In my past 3 visits customer service seems to have declined. I had a vape pen that I bought only a few months ago that stopped working. Went in yesterday to purchase another and juice. Walked in explained what happened and asked if they had another. The lady stated: Oh wow...um...no we are out...you want to purchase something else? I did not tell her this but I thought to myself sure why not lets make all the tanks I spent money on at home for this one useless! I remember when they did not have something they would check and see if there other store had it and got it for me. Not the case anymore. Also, not sure if they went up on their juice but it was way more than what I have paid in the past. Either way I left out without a vape pen and no one in there knew when they would be getting anymore. So, I left their store went to another vape shop 5 minuets from them. Walked in greeted with a smile, they went above and beyond to help me out and purchased my vape pen. Paid a little more than Cloudhouse but I got my vape pen and did not have to purchase more tanks. If I am going to have to pay more I would much rather go where I am appreciated and the employees treat you well for being a returning customer.

Absolute joy to stop in Cloudhouse. Took my sweet time looking and trying juices, lad at the counter wiped down my vape, cleaned threads etc as I looked and was very helpful in finding a flavor profile. Very knowledgable crew, good prices for the service included and will always be worth over buying online. Solid rewards system and a clearly comfortable crew will keep me coming back.

Went into store to buy my 1st vapor in years down they we’re so helpful. They let me sample flavors by taste; putting a drop of the juice on your finger. I found a very good flavor for me. Customer service was great!

I have been Enjoying Cloudhouse Vapor for a few years now. I recently moved to Kansas City, Mo and I was so sad to think that I would have to find a new vape shop. However, CH now have a website and they ship super fast to all over! Every time I’m here, I’m treated like a friend they have known forever. Best customer service ever and everyone is very knowledgeable about all the products they carry. There are a few of these stores out by my house but I swear by this one! I have had to go in there a few times because I Break things. I have never ever gone in there and had any of them try to sell me on something I didn’t need. They are the only place that is open until 10 also which is extremely convenient because I break things after 7 o’clock when everything else is closed. I walked in there tonight expecting to have to buy something new but Tristan took such good care of me within five minutes and had me all fixed up and ready to go. Look, Im not saying that its healthy, but its better than smoking, for you and others around you. And a great way to wean from cigarettes without taking pills that cause suicidal thoughts. I dont recommend smoking or vaping. If you do vape, though, this is the place to go.

This place is great, Clean and modern. The staff is clean hygienic and look alive. Not zombied out like other places. The e-juice is plentiful. The prices are out there but with the FDA bull I can see why. Either way the best juice so far is H2O. They need to open a location off 1431 and sendero springs so I don’t have to drive far.. five stars either way.

Great selection of different mods, coils and juice... They can even make a custom order juice in house. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Prices are 20-40% higher than I expected compared to other vape shops that I visited. The mod that I use was listed for $100, I picked it up at another vape shop for $65. Juice prices for 60ml are in the $25-$30 range that can be found elsewhere for under $20.

THE go to vape shop in Cedar Park. These people are so nice. My wife and I just started vaping to get off cigarettes and they sold us on two Aegis Solo Pro kits. Customer service is awesome. Only thing I didn’t like was their house juice. We got two free samples with our kits but they didn’t really taste good. Idk if we just got a bad couple of samples but I ended up ordering some ejuice online that tastes awesome with these kits. Still go here to buy my coils.

Nice clean environment, customer service is okay. Not to happy with the fact that I paid way too much for my set up. Actually quite a bit more, the coil I get is expensive there, they dont have good house juices and name brand juice is super expensive there for only s little amount, and the worst thing that mad end super unhappy is they sold me fake batteries. I paid $30 and they wouldnt hold charge, I went into starlite vapor and asked them about the batteries and they were fake...they put stickers on there and they werent real sony batteries. The kind they said they were never even exist, made up. The trade mark sticker wasnt on there. I was super disappointed in them. Check your batteries from this place! Starlite is where its at. Great prices, great juice, great customer service, great everything.

Came to Cedar Park on vacation and came to this vape shop to buy a disposable. 2 disposables and I was told to wait 10 minutes before hitting it. I waited a few hours. Ended up having a burnt taste in one and the other one didn’t even turn on. Understandably did not get my money back but where I live, vape shops will tell you when they’re having issues with certain brands. It’s highly unlikely that I was the only one with an issue with that brand of disposable vapes so pretty upsetting.

When my husband and I walk in the employees there always great us with a smile. The customer service here is awesome I would give it a +5 review if I could. I dont vape like my husband does, but if I did I would definitely come here. Good job team Cloudhouse Vapor

Cloudhouse is great! I love the juice selection. Id give it 5 stars however, their mods are way over priced and they keep going up. I typically can find the same mods online for about 75 percent cheaper.

Toni really helped me out the other day. I came in for a CBD Living Breeze roll-on for my fiance and when I asked about any kind of nausea products we got to talking and needles to say, I left with what I came foe and a 96hr release patch and a lavender bath bomb. Well definitely be back, because what was sure to be an ER trip, turned right around because of the products and then Cloud Houses reward program is just awesome.

This place is very unique. I went there to try new thing but Im coming back they have a banana ice cream e-juices I love it!!! The girls in there they know what they doing and very friendly. Variety in flavors.

The place is nice, no real Wait time. But I went to get a new tank for my small thin itazte clk. They had only 2 choices of small tanks and only one same girth. Its was a great price but its noisy when using, and somewhere is a leak so its frequently spitting juice into my mouth.11/29/17 update. I pitched the tank and the wicks. They were constantly leaking and two of the 3 wicks I bought fell apart. One within 2 days and the second right after I screwed it in the base. Makes me wonder if they were knockoffs. Will not be back.

I have been to both locations, and both times I got the pleasure of working with Jaren. She was super welcoming, incredibly helpful, she let me test things out and sort of mess with whatever to make sure I got all the information I needed (side bar, shes also really pretty). Some vape shops make you feel like youre dumb for being a little novice, or not knowing exactly what you want but I NEVER felt that at Cloudhouse. I love love love that they have women behind the counter!! Its a pretty rare sight in such a male dominated industry, so it was really cool to me.I was immediately impressed with the high end atmosphere, clean lines, art, their showcases are clean, and everything is displayed beautifully with clear pricing. Their selection of juices and devices is so far the most extensive Ive experienced and their house juices are delicious to vape. Their menu is HUGE. Seriously, if you cant find it at Cloudhouse its probably not a thing.My fiancè and I both got new devices from them and they were so cool about asking if we needed help setting up or if we had any questions.At least with me, they have a customer for life.

Stopped here to buy batteries because mine were dead and could not Vape at all... They didnt suggest any alternatives and didnt seem the least bit interested and even attempting to help me find a solution which I would have been more than happy to pay for given current Vape prohibitive situation.... definitely wont come back even though theyre right down the street from where I work more than Im home

Everyone is real friendly and helpful. The best thing about it is how late they stay open. So even if you are doing something late-ish and still need juice they are there. Usually a hr or 2 after other places close.

Ive been going to Cloudhouse Vapor from the beginning of my vaping journey to quit smoking. Everyone that Ive worked with really knows their products and have helped me fix a few hardware issues over the past year. The house juices are really great, and on my last trip I found out one of the geniuses there replicated the taste of my favorite frozen coffee frappe. Do yourself a favor and try out Creamy Caramel Mocha house juice, its on point!

Verry chill, open atmosphere with good customer service though the juices made in store are very inconsistent with both flavoring and nicotine level. Good variety of flavors to chose from but everything is definitely pricey, there are better prices elsewhere in town.

This place is a real ripoff because I bought the ijoy avenger and 2 weeks later it malfunctioned and they are supposed to have a 30 day refund policy but they denied my refund just because it had pocket scuffs. I then found the same mod that they sell for $140 for less than 40 bucks online so they can say that they have to make a profit but selling it for more than 3 times the price is outrageous. Before anyone goes in to buy anything look online first for other options because this place sucks. I would give a zero if I could

I switched from cigarettes to blucigs a few years ago, and wanted a slightly different experience without going to a real mod setup. No idea what that would entail tho. The Cloudhouse girls listened to what I wanted, walked me through the options, and suggested something that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Great flavor suggestion too.

I Love Cloud House! I have been a customer for over a year and recently been out of state. I can not find a vape store here in utah that is even close to the quality of Juice or the same level of customer service.

Just went in to grab a new mod and Cat helped me out she was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid. And she referred some amazing juice flavors unlike ion vapor.

So I dont vape, but my wife does. Ive been to plenty of vape shops where there is usually an employee watching TV, slouched over the counter, stuffing their faces with food, but this place has changed my perception of how vape shops should be run. They make their own juices which you of course specify how much nicotine. I wouldnt say this place is any less expensive than any other vape shop, but if your looking for good service then this would be the place to come.

I am new to vaping and relied on them to get me what I wanted. I went in their store to get the Smok Stick Prince and that was it. They ended up giving me the wrong item and I walked out with the Smok Stick M17. This item looks identical to the Prince but is not ecactly the same. I understand this is partly my fault in not looking at the item closely before I walked out but then again I did not think they would get me the wrong item. If you are new to this and dont know your stuff, I would recoment going to a different store.

Good selection of products. They sell CBD products as well that work really well. I would recommend the CBD water soluble powder. The down side, they are a bit pricey.
