Above and beyond experience. First time here and I was blown away by how professional and kind everyone was. I will definitely be back! Ashley at the front greeted so kindly and was so attentive. Josefina was my person who did my massage and she was amazing! I felt like a whole new woman leaving there. I cannot wait to go back.

Great experience, everyone was super nice, very relaxing for a much needed me day.What I learned for next time- get an 80 min massage minimum, the 50 min is too short.Get a less expensive pedicure- the luxury foot retreat was pretty much a basic pedicure with an added 10 second scrub soap on each foot.*Also to note, be careful getting a pedicure if youre pregnant, I think the foot scrub with the scrubbing tool was too much for my body (it was pretty intense!) and I ended up taking a trip to l&d with spotting after.Will be back.

I had a 50 minute microdermabrasion facial with Nicole and she was fantastic! The facial was very relaxing and my face felt/looked amazing after. The spa itself is so beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

I love my facial appointments at the Woodhouse Spa. Lindsay has been addressing my skincare needs for many years. She’s AMAZING! Her technique is beautiful and the results I get from my facials and recommended products have kept my face youthful and healthy. I constantly get comments about my radiant skin and I credit Lindsay for this, 100%!!!

Beautiful spa, great products! Lakin was an amazing therapist! She listened to me and did great work! From the minute I walked in until I left, this experiencewas a 5-star day.The staff are welcoming, professional, and friendly.The Quiet Room was integral to making this a most relaxing visit. There were chairs, chaise lounges, and a sofa that made pre and post transition perfect. Its was beautifully decorated and offered some amenities such as lemon water and trail mix snack. The mood lighting, calming scent diffusers, and absolute absence of chatter and cell phone noise decorations raised the bar for any future spa experiences.I appreciated the weighted spa robes, slippers, and warmed neck pillows which, in conjuction with the Quiet Room, helped ready me for my eagerly awaited spa package.Josefina was top notch and absolutely made the day a 5-star experience. By the end I was putty in her hands.This spa day was a gift from my husband. One of the best gifts Ive gotten. I feel loved and pampered.I highly recommend this spa to anyone who needs self-care and some relaxation.

The team at Cedar Park creates the experience, but I’m so grateful to my esthetician Lindsay for her care for my skin. She’s the definition of “above and beyond.”

I just had the most incredible spa experience at Woodhouse! My therapist, Devin, was absolutely phenomenal. We had such a wonderful conversation! (I’m one of those weird people who can’t stop myself from talking during a massage! Haha)I also had the Shirodhara treatment after the massage and Devin basically put me to sleep which is RARE. It was AMAZING.I loved the holiday decor in the spa and the lounge was so comfortable. Really just an A+ experience. And I think Devin is worth mentioning again because he really was just that good!

Beyond the stellar hospitality I have to say the “basic” facial was one of the most luxurious and hydrating ones i’ve ever received. I’ve been to other high end spas in and around Austin such as Viva Day Spa and Milk + Honey, and even previously swore by them, but neither came close to the quality of a facial I received here. My skin felt even, plump and soft immediately after service. Even several days later I feel hydrated. I feel like the attention to detail from my esthetician was far beyond my expectations and I will definitely be back.

I’ve had a pregnancy massage and a facial here and both were excellent. I recently bought my mom and niece gift cards for a girls day, but my mom lost her gift card. Even though Woodhouse had switched systems the manager spent a lot of time tracking down our purchase in their old system so we could use her gift card. I’ll definitely keep going here.

Paid well over 100.00 for a regular mani and pediFrench tip I paid extra 4 lasted 2 days.Called back fo4 a touch up with no response and I have been a client for over 10 yrs.Very disappointing.... reached out and asked for email which I did with no feedback

The issue started at the Nolan Creek location — my mom bought a gift card for me for Christmas. The lady at Nolan Creek said we could use the gift card at other woodhouse locations. I specifically called the CP location prior to booking my massage to see if I could use my gift card from Nolan Creek. The CP lady told me, yeah, it will be just fine! Sooop, I book my massage, get to the checkout counter, and all of a sudden my 150$ gift card is void at the CP location. I would’ve booked at the Nolan Creek if this was the case. Buyers beware….the customer service was also awful and they just blew me off. I will not be back.Update: No where on the gift card does it say you MUST use this at only the Nolan Creek location. Also, why would both the Nolan creek and CP staff say I can use it between both sites if that wasn’t the case??? Educate your staff. Again, horrible customer service.

EDIT: after working with a spa manager, the issue was located and I was properly refunded. The manager, Amy, quickly and kindly resolved this for me. Thank you!I visited recently and was not happy with the experience at all.It started in July when my bf purchased a gift card for me. that was supposed to be sent to him electronically. It never was, and after waiting about ~2 weeks, he was finally told he needed to physically go pick it up.I made my appt for a date in August, as a massage and pedicure combo. I was called the day of, and told my massage therapist wasnt available and that I needed to reschedule. I opted to reschedule both the massage and pedicure, as this location was 20 mins from me and I didnt want to travel twice. The whole point was a package on a single day. I am told at this point I will get 20% off my services for the inconvenience. I reschedule.Fast forward a few weeks and my appt comes. I arrive about 15 mins early, but there was only 1 person at the front desk and helping someone buy a membership. Most of my pre-relax time was allocated to this. No worries, fine.The massage was okay, but not anything to rave about. I received the tranquil stone massage.My pedicure is next. the display booklets for nail colors are really worn, with many missing or barely hanging on. The color choices were pretty limited and nothing super modern or trendy.I finally go to pay, and heres where it goes downhill. I didnt bring the physical card (oops, sorry!) and ask if it can be looked up electronically. Apparently it usually can be very easily. But they have a new pay system and cannot locate it. Checking out takes about 25 mins, as the staff has issues with this new system. Understandable, but not what you want to deal with right after whats supposed to be a relaxing time. I leave. I pay with my personal debit card in lieu of the gift card.The next 2 days (while Im traveling) I receive 3 missed calls from staff saying I did not pay for my services and need to call them immediately. I call back, leave a message, get no response. I have proof I was charged. The whole experience was terrible and inconvenient. I wish I didnt have to go back, but I still have this $200 gift card to use!! ‍

11/10 would recommend! I cannot begin to say enough good things about Woodhouse Day Spa in Cedar Park (I have been going here ever since I moved to Austin several years ago). The staff and professionals are absolutely outstanding: hey are so kind, go above and beyond to make me feel at home every time I go there, communicate well, and make my every spa experience feel like I am on a luxury retreat! The quiet room is absolutely amazing, and its perfect for relaxing with a good book and a nice cup of tea (the hot cinnamon sunset tea with honey is my favorite ever)! The services Ive received over the years (massage, facial, and pedicure services) have always been outstanding! Woodhouse is a beautiful spa and I really enjoyed my facial with Bev 🌸 I started a little frazzled because Im not from the area, my GPS took me across the street, and I was a little late for my appointment 🤦🏼‍♀️ As we all know, this cuts into your service time but everyone was so nice about it. Since Ive never been here before, I booked the Discovery Facial which includes a consultation. Bev customized the facial for my skin needs and was able to add specific things I wanted to try. I usually book longer facials because theyre more immersive and pampering. I was happy that my technician was able to give me a lovely facial in the time we had. Afterwards, she recommended a product for me to use at home💧 That was fun to try this morning and it felt like a continuation of the spa experience 💆🏼‍♀️ In the main area, you can spend some time shopping for skincare, cute jewelry, hair accessories, etc. An overall lovely experience. Im looking forward to coming back and trying more services such as massage and body treatments and I would highly recommend Bev for facials ☺ Next time, Im going to book a longer facial!

I had an amazing relaxation massage experience at this place. The service is called sleep massage, and it is truly relaxing. The massage therapist s name is Devin and he knows exactly how and where to massage. He knows very specific spots on the body that bring pure relaxation. Amazing experience, I am so glad I chose this service!

First time here and the start-to-finish experience was amazing. I was looking for a massage with a flexible schedule and was able to book fast and easily with the help of the receptionist. Rachel was my massage therapist and I rate her service 5/5. The pressure and communication for my sore pressure points were met! If you’re looking for an experience, not just a 60min appointment slot this is your place!

I had a 50 minute massage. I had a deep tissue massage combined with a Sweden massage. It was delightful so relaxing. Afterwards I had a pedicure. The staff is so professional. Its a wonderful experience!Husbands remember your wife on special occasions just because she needs one . They offer couples massage too. I think will be returning.awesome place.

If given the opportunity, DO NOT go to this establishment. The manager of the store is unprofessional and has no business being in that position. And the owner couldnt care less about the way the customers are treated. Lack of communication and total disrespect. Go spend your money at the other finer establishments in and around the Austin Area.

It was a great experience. I was struggling with shoulder and neck pain since last few days but after the 50 minutes session I started feeling a lot better and the pain almost disappeared. Would do 3.5 leaning to 4.Pretty great experience just not sure its worth its cost. That being said, every staff member was phenomenal and the massage was KILLER in the best way. So so goodFacial and pedicure were just ok, honestly wouldnt go back here for either.47/10 would go back for the massage Michael was amazing and I think I almost fell asleep repeatedly. Cant say enough good about that service.Again all staff were amazing, to be clear.

I love this spa! The space is absolutely beautiful -- ask the front desk for a tour and youll be amazed at all theyve packed into here. There is a gorgeous, quiet waiting area where you can relax before your service. The changing room is fantastic, with a huge shower if needed. I have been here for multiple Swedish massages, but my favorite thing of all was the special hot oil scalp treatment. Was so relaxing. All of the masseuses are great and Id recommend any one of them. We did a girls trip to the massage with 6 of us when my sister was in town from Berlin and they really went above and beyond to make sure our day went perfectly, including ordering us lunch from Freshii next door (yum). Definitely recommend and cant wait to go back.

I have been coming to this place for a while now and I have always had a great experience. I like that they encourage you to get there a little bit before your appointment to wind down and enjoy a beverage in another room.The LMT really listen to your needs. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the front of the spa has great products to choose from. I especially like the Farmhouse line. Its my favorite.

You feel like Queen Elizabeth upon arrival to when you leave. This was my 1st time here. I came in for their signature seaweed leaf pedicure and wax but it turned out to be much more with all the details they put into making you feel special then just a customer. The front staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I was led towards the changing rooms where I was offered a plush soft robe, slippers, a warm neck wrap and they asked what was my preferred beverage. I was led to the lounge room where a comfortable plush chair with an ottoman was awaiting for me with my favorite hot tea and my personal name was handwritten on a small ceramic tile sign placed on table next to the plush and comfy chair. They have light snacks available as well. The lounge room was very quiet, relaxing with dim lighting, neutral colors and many chair pillows. Afterwards I was led to the pedicure room and it was super clean and with comfortable massage chairs. They dont use the same tools on everyone as they have replacements. My pedicure was the best pedicure Ive had in a very LONG time. At check out you can also be a member at no cost and reap the benefits of free services and discounts. I will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I were here for pedicure, and we had a great experience. Heidi was the one who did for me, and she was awesome. Environment was very calm and pleasant. Good customer service too. Overall, we had a great time.

Lindsay is an incredible aesthetician - the best I’ve ever been to. She is genuine and does a great job with every service I have booked her for. The front office staff is so helpful too. Woodhouse always does a wonderful job, but this location in particular goes above and beyond!

From the time I checked in I received personal first class service. Immediately change into the robe with a lavender neck wrap, offered drink and snacks. Sat in the restful room with beautiful music. Justin was my masseuse and he was excellent and extremely professional. Lindsey was my esthetician and was extremely knowledgeable about my skin type and was my facial was excellent as well.The aroma therapy was out of this world! Great variety of gifts of all types.I highly recommend The Woodhouse Day Spa and will be a repeat customer!

I love this place! From the moment I walk into those beautiful wooden doors, I am in a state of relaxation. The air is filled with a brilliant aroma of calming essential oils and Im always greeted with a smile. I like to get there early for my appointments so I can relax in the quiet room with a complimentary beverage and the latest book Im diving into. Whether Im having my nails done, a Vichy body scrub, or a HydraFacial, I know that I am in good hands. Its hard to leave! Treat yourself and go there, you will not be disappointed.

I got a gift card for Valentines Day from my husband. We are new to town, so my guess is he went on Yelp to find a spa. Am I glad he picked this one. Awesome experience! I woke up one morning this week with a terrible pain under my shoulder blade. I could feel the pain with every breath I took. After a couple of days of stretching, foam rolling, etc, nothing was helping. I thought I would give a massage a try. I called Woodhouse the day of and was able to sneak in a 50 minute massage with Claire. After explaining my issues, she got to work. Her deep tissue was gentle and felt great. After leaving I felt a little bit better but hours later my knots and pain were gone entirely. Claire worked some miracles! Highly recommend!

Truly an amazing experience. From the moment you step inside you are greeted with warmth and kindness. Every detail is thought out with your relaxation in mind. The services offered are wonderful, and there are so many to choose from! Also, the robes are to die for, they are so soft. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Unprofessionalism. After my mediocre facial, I was greeted by the assistant manager for the day (name not provided), who informed me my total for the day was $115.00. I originally signed up for the organic facial for $85.00 because I was gifted $90.00 for my birthday. The front desk worker continued to argue with me telling me my total was $115.00 despite directly being told via phone that my $90.00 gift card would cover the service, which had been scheduled a month out. My intent for today was to relax and find peace, this was obliterated by the disgruntled and unprofessional employee at the front desk. My feedback for the Woodhouse Day Spa, Cedar Park, TX leadership is to train their front desk workers in interpersonal communication and respect; second, provide the customer the crux for their appointment prior to coming and receiving any skilled services. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism received by your employee was revolting. I will not be seeking any future appointments from this facility. Thank you.

A friend gave me a gift certificate as a gift for a massage and a lavender scrub pedicure. From the time that I called in to schedule my appointment all the way through to the end of my services the staff was extremely professional! Their customer service was excellent! I can’t wait to go back for more TLC very soon!!!

My family and I have been Woodhouse clients for years, but I recently went to the Cedar Park location for the first time and can say, hands-down, that I will never use another spa as long as we live in Austin!My hubby wanted an oil diffuser for his birthday, and WH sales their amazing Essential blend oil, so I figured I would get him some oil to go along with his diffuser.I met Suzanna, one of the new co-owners, and she was bright and cheerful as well as having superb customer service. She showed me their 2 options for diffusers and spoke to me about them a bit. When I made my selection, it turned out they had run out of product stock. She was so apologetic, but it was a minor detail, so I just chose the other diffuser. Really, hubby would have loved either one. As I was checking out, she offered to order me the other one and allow my husband to come exchange his when the new one came in. I told her I appreciated the effort but that I thought the 2nd choice would suit just fine. But man talk about customer service! She also then took me on a tour of the entire spa (it was nearly closing time, so the place was empty). She showed me every room and told me about services I had no idea existed! (Umm hello Lazy Days package!!!)So suffice it to say, when I got a call from Suzanna herself the very next day I was speechless! She had taken time out of her day to look me up, and call me to let me know that they had gotten an order of the 1st choice diffusers in! She apologized profusely for not knowing they were on their way...as if that was so terrible!...and then told me that she had set one aside for me to come and trade for at my leisure!In a world where customer service is so often lacking, I am so happy to have done business with Suzanna and I hope to see her and thank her every time we go to WH!

Worst facial & massage of my life. I went to this salon based on the reviews, but it was an incredible waste of money and time. The facial was worthless and the massage was extremely uncomfortable, as the woman just awkwardly applied cold oil all over me repeatedly. It was not a massage--just the application of oil. The experience was creepy & it was obvious she hated her job. The facial consisted of her rubbing various creams on my face and she used her thumb nails to do extractions. This is the first facial Ive ever had where the only tools used were fingers and tissues. The whole experience was beyond disgusting.

Walked in, no one greets me.ok.I wait at the desk for minutes.one girl is on the phone (understandable) but then two other women come out from the back. I’m still not greeted just standing waiting looking at them in their face.they say nothing. Finally someone asks do I have an appointment. why yes I do. I had a 2:00 appointment, was there on time. by the time I got back there it was 2:10. As Shes checking me in she says oh I see it’s for 2:00 and it’s already past time. we ask that you arrive early so we’ll have to hurry back here. Mind you when appointment was scheduled no one said come early. Anyways She proceeds to take me to the back and tell me oh since your time already started would you like to change in the room you won’t have time to sit and relax before you go back (ummmm OK so now everything is rushed) so now I’m rushed in a time I’m suppose to feel relaxed so of course I just want to get straight to the back because my massage time have already stated apparently and I’m already 15 mins past now. So I go in my massage already tense because wth? Finally I’m back there, I change, I’m ready for my massage.my massage therapist is Michael. Ok. The massage Michael gave me was very painful. Very uncomfortable and not relaxing or soothing AT ALL. He didn’t massag anything instead All he did was slather me with oil and I received a elbow in my back and neck for basically the whole “massage”. Then he says “times up” at 2:52 so not only did he do such a poor job he cut my time even more short. I leave out he asks do I want to hang around and relax.of course not! I’m kinda upset because I just paid $125 for pain. I really would like my money back or a do over. I have had waaaay better massages from places extremely cheaper than here. I am highly disappointed and really wish I would’ve had a better experience like everyone else did.

Not sure about this place. Have called several times, on different days and no one answers the phones or calls back. We never traded voicemails because they never called me back from Sunday until Thursday after leaving a review! Just want to use my GC but not sure if the poor customer service Im getting is even worth the trouble. Disappointing so far.

I went in for a swedish massage, seriously the BEST massage I have ever had. Rachael was amazing, the staff were courteous. I never thought I would become a frequent customer at a spa, but I think I have been spoiled. I definitely want to go back.

I got the mama package and wow, not only is this place beautiful and relaxing throughout the entire building, every tech was sweet and kind and did a great job. I dont want to go anywhere else, not even for a simple pedicure anymore. The bar has been set. Love this place.

Love this spa! Used to go to the woodhouse down in Victoria,Tx where Im from and that was 15 yrs ago, and the experience is the same, excellent! Now this location is around the corner from I where I live, the staff was excellent, Victoria the esthetician who did my facial was wonderful, ambience soothing and relaxing just like at the other location, you cannot go wrong here, great experience! I will be going back and highly recommend!

I received a gift card from and friend for a 80 minute massage. This was my first visit to the spa. Justin gave me the best massage I have ever had. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what I needed.

As always, The Woodhouse Day Spa does NOT disappoint! I had a nice, relaxing hour with a stone massage. The staff was friendly and quite helpful and certainly made me feel at home

We bought my mother a spa package for her birthday. She loved it and felt very pampered. She said it was the best massage she has ever had.

I had the lavender and seaweed sugar body treatment and it was so relaxing!! My therapist, Tricia, was great and put me at ease with my first time using the Vichy shower.

Good service. They were understanding of me being a bit late and it was cool that the services were quick. Will visit again. Only annoying thing is that they kept pushing discounts to me. Why not just lower the price?

Could not be more impressed!! I was pampered and loved every minute! They took all precautions to prevent COVID spread but made it enjoyable and relaxing!

Massage therapists were great, front desk not so much.Had a very unpleasant interaction with someone of the front desk staff and it really tainted the entire experience.
