My mother and I just had a massage and facial at the Brazilian Wax Center and it was amazing! The massage was out of this world, I feel like jelly at this point! The facial was OUTSTANDING! If my skin looked like this all the time, I would never wear an ounce of makeup.The owner, Alejandra, is a joy! So sweet and accommodating and her facial was magical. I will most definitely be back. I highly, highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Leanne today! She has an amazing personality and most of all she did a great job waxing me. She took me through each step and made sure I was comfortable through the entire time. I will be coming here from now on. If you plan on getting waxed come here!

I just came out of BWC and I had SUCH a wonderful experience! I walked in and was greeted by Alejandra. I told her I was a walk in and she was able to accommodate me to fit into her packed schedule. The inside of the center was clean and had such a calming environment. She took me into one of the rooms and was very professional. Alejandra completed a Brazilian wax center and did such a great job. She educated me on products, especially to treat ingrown hairs. I walked out such a happy costumer and will definitely continue returning here!

I arrived to my appointment in advance and the waxer let me know she was running behind schedule and asked me to come back at a later time to her convenience. After being very unreasonable about the rescheduling or discounting, I decided to cancel the appointment instead and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been to a number of waxing salons in/around Austin and this is by far the best! Great price, fast service, and friendly staff. The estheticians really know their stuff so you’re in and out quickly with (relatively) minimal pain. I don’t go anywhere else :)

Cora was absolutely amazing. I originally booked with Alejandra, but was informed upon arrival that Cora was the option for Groupon purchases, as she is a new waxer. I had already read reviews, however, so I wasnt too worried about it. You would have thought Cora was a veteran waxer with how she kept you informed on her next moves and her attention to detail. Will absolutely be coming back. Im not even an avid waxer, as this was only my 5th brazillian ever, but with how easy and less painful she made it, I see myself getting waxed regularly now. They also perform other services that Im excited to try out.

This was one of the worst wax places Ive ever been to. Not only was it dirty inside this lady who Im guessing is the owner by the way she acted was extremely rude over the phone before my appointment and even though I went through with the appointment she still continued to be unprofessional and down right abrasive. Im a single mom and my free time is precious and I dont appreciate being disrespected when Im literally paying for a service and do nothing to warrant this type of treatment from a business. I wont be going back and Ive let all my friends and family know how bad the customer service.

I finally faced my Brazilian wax fear today and Cora did an amazing job! I won’t say it doesn’t hurt lol but she made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle. Definitely go back!

I had an appointment with Tran for my first time Brazilian wax. I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Tran is very nice and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable about all things wax related and walked me through the process. I was very nervous going in but she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable.Tran did a very thorough job and explained the after care. I would definitely come here again.If you’re like me, I was very nervous going in but Tran is perfect for a first timer. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Love this place! Very clean and tranquil ambient. I appreciate the level of attention they provide before and after the service (after-care, preparation), etc. Tran was AMAZING! One of the best estheticians Ive ever had. She was quick and her guidance/technique made the process less painful. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve owned my own salon and was an esthetician myself and I will have to say she knows what she’s doing. I love this place. Ive been coming here since November 2022. I was extremely nervous the first time because well its the first time and I didnt know what to expect. Alejandra took great care of me. She explained what she was going to do and when she was going to do it. She helped me to feel as relaxed as I could. She has calming music playing and the scents she uses are very relaxing. She also made sure I was well informed about aftercare.Alejandra is very friendly and professional. I am very conservative with my body, but I do not feel uncomfortable around her. She is very considerate and respectful. I have booked 3 appointments since then and Ive never had a bad experience. Waxing in general is not exactly a pain free experience. The pain gets easier over time. Ive followed her recommendations and never had a problem. 100% recommend! 😁

Alejandra is the absolute best. I went in for a chin wax. I was expecting to run in, get a wax and be on my way. Ale laid me on a massage table and massaged my temples, jaws and neck. My skin is sensitive, so I usually walk out of those places looking like I was punched in the mouth 😆 but she made sure that when I left there I looked and felt great. I just cant say enough about Ele, I felt spoiled and I wont go anywhere else.

Alejandra and Tran are the absolute best estheticians in town. Waxing is always quick and so much less painful here, than anywhere I’ve ever had waxing done.Alejandra gets her wax from a woman locally and I swear it’s magic! I’ve never had any of the red angry skin after waxing. Once I started coming here I never bothered to book at European wax again.I’d encourage everyone to give Brazilian wax center a try, you’d be so surprised about the difference of coming somewhere much more personal for your waxing or facial needs.

Tran was so helpful. I have a regular waxer Id been using for years who could not fit me in this weekend so I booked for the first time at this location with Tran. I never leave Google reviews but Id be embarrassed not to after how amazing Tran was with me. I was nervous to try someone new and she was patient, made me feel comfortable and talked me through steps to make sure everything went well. Tran is incredible. I usually get waxed by Tran and she’s AMAZING!If you experience irregular/painful periods, be mindful that you have to reschedule 48 hours in advance, or you will be charged a cancellation fee. No matter the reason.

Dont be fooled by the name, they do more than waxing. I purchased an acne facial for my 16 year old daughter and an aging facial for myself. I am a happy customer.Lets start with their facility: It was compact and cute. To my surprise, the facial room was big, tranquil, and relaxing.My daughter had Ms. Sophia, and said that she had very firm and good hands. She was kind and made the entire experience comfortable. She explained everything that was used and what they were for.I had Ms. Alejandra (who I think is the owner). She was just as good as Sophia. I left the appointment with glowing, cleansed, and hydrated.Definitely will be back!

Today I had the pleasure of seeing Tran at Brazilian Wax Center in Cedar Park. It was my first visit and I was totally relaxed and chatted with both Tran and Alejandra while being waxed. The best facial I have ever had. Such a relaxing and organic experience. I get the glow facial my skin is so much brighter and has a much better texture I am going back for my third one next month. Alejandra is the best! I waited until I went in for my second Brazilian Wax to write a review. I am very pleased with BWC. The place is clean and the prices are reasonable for the services offered. Initially, I was anxious for my first wax appointment. However, once I got there, Alejandra made me feel comfortable. She explored my concerns and what I wanted and coached me throughout the whole waxing process. I thought it would take long but my appointment lasted less than 15-20 mins. The second time I came, my experience was a little less painful (5/10). I feel that the more you stick to waxing, the less painful it gets. Overall, I enjoyed my time at BWC. I was running a little bit late for my second appointment and I was scared of being charged. However, when I called Alejandra about running a few minutes late, she was understanding and accommodating. I will definitely continue to come back to this place!

Alejandra is the BEST. She is professional and caring towards you. Theres warmth! She wants to build a relationship with her clients! She uses hard wax and no strips. It doesnt rip your skin like soft/sugar wax. Ive been to her about 5 times and each time is wonderful and best service. She gets my ingrown hairs which Im so grateful because I wont do it. Lol. She even tweezes me! I love her for her dedication and giving her best every time I see her. My favorite thing is she holds my skin after she takes off the wax, it helps so much! No one else does that. My skin is immensely softer after waxing with her and of course the hair is thinner as well. It definitely becomes less painful the more times I see her. I accidentally made an appointment for the wrong day and she squeezed me in today! Talk about good customer service! She is responsive via text if you have questions about post treatment after her working hours. 👌Youre crazy not to go here. Shes the cheapest in town that gives that amazing service and care.

The Lady Literally Stood And Watch Me Get Undress & After My Wax She Watched Me Get Dressed Inorder To Walk Me To The Register, I’m Not Sure If She Thought I Was Going To Escape Through The Back Door & Not Pay Her.. Also The Didn’t Have No Mirror In The Room For Me To See If She Did A Good Job.. I Will Not Be Returning !
