I came for a prenatal massage and had Sue for my therapist. She was amazing! She worked out the knots in my shoulders with the perfect amount of pressure to still be relaxing. Booking online was very easy and all the staff I interacted with were friendly. They do have to try to sell you their membership, just something to be aware of.

I absolutely adore Cai. She explained the membership packages and pricing to me, took time to answer all of my questions and was incredibly personable. Because of her patience and positive attitude (I feel like it is hard to find many smiling, happy employees these days), I will definitely be purchasing a membership here. It was nice to be immediately greeted at the front desk with a smile and a, How are you, today?! Someone give this girl a raise. The massage I had was great in terms of pressure, and I felt relaxed and less stressed when I left there. I wish I could remember the name of the masseuse but will find out and come back to update this if I can figure out how to update an review on Google. I will be asking for the same masseuse again, as she was fantastic!

First time visiting and while my massage wasnt bad, it wasnt great and my therapist talked the whole time so I didnt get a chance to relax, taking away a lot of the enjoyment of a massage. Perhaps the therapist should ask if a patron wants conversation the entire time. I know more about my therapist than I ever wanted to know. I dont plan on returning.

I scheduled a massage for a female friend and I and enjoyed it so much, I scheduled for the following day again. The awesome ladies there suggested I try one of the add-ons and talked me into doing a facial. Stephanie was so sweet explained each step that she was doing to my face. My face was so happy because of her that I couldn’t stop smiling for the rest of the day. I’m ready to come back already!

I arrived 5 minutes late because the address on Google and Apple maps did not take me to the right location. The massage therapist made me feel rushed and awkward. I mentioned that I prefer firmer massages because I get masseged frequently. The massage was very gentle and I feel like I spent $150 for someone to just put lotion on me.

Virginia was great! She listened to me about my troubled areas, which included some compressed disks I have in my lower neck & lower back, & gave those areas a little more attention. She always checked in with me on the pressure she was applying. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Very disappointed and poor service. I opted for 60 min full body massage. First off they didn’t utilize my whole 60 min. Started 10 min late and ended 7 min early. The therapist didn’t cover all the parts of the body. Not at all worth the price. I wouldn’t go back!

Sarah and Devin are the best! Don’t love that you have to pay extra with the monthly membership to see them but they are really good at what they do and they don’t talk (so you can actually relax) so it’s worth it.

This was my first experience at massage heights. I came in for a 60 minute massage and was anticipating a relaxing experience, however this is not what I received. My massage therapist, Michelle, was very kind however would not stop talking the entire appointment. She was telling me very personal stories about her life, diet, and lifestyle. I tried to be respectful and respond to her but also keeping my responses short and to the point in hopes she would take the hint I didn’t want to talk during my appointment. I wasted my money on what was suppose to be a time to relax and wind down and instead got a stressful, overbearing experience. She even told me at the end of the appointment “I bet you wish I had duct tape to put over my mouth!” It seems as she was distracted by what she was saying and this resulted in a lack of concentration of the actual massage. Waste of time and money.

Great place! The ambiance is great and always clean, and the staff are friendly. Sarah R. is very professional and has excellent massage skills; she lets you relax and will not talk your ear off, if you want to converse she will conversate, but if you want to relax she doesnt say a word.

My husband and I went for a couples massage at Massage Heights, and let me tell you, it was anything but pleasant. We were promised a 60-minute massage, but guess what? They conveniently cut the session short at 45 minutes. And heres the kicker – this was supposed to be a full-body massage, but the masseuse apparently missed the memo on that. My quads, shins, arms, and wrists were left completely untouched. I cant even begin to describe how utterly disappointed I am. Those 160 bucks might as well have gone straight down the drain.

The owner and staff here are outstanding. I’ve been seeing massage therapist Virginia for almost a year now. Virginia is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field. And adapts every session accordingly. I asked her if she was a specialist in sports massage, to which she said she wasn’t. Regardless, being an athletic and having a job in law enforcement, her services have been formidable. Thank you for everything, Virginia, and to the owner and staff of Massage Heights at Cedar Park. I look forward to every appointment!! Thank you.

Jeff is hands down the best massage therapist around. He is so professional and makes you feel very comfortable. His pressure is perfect and the techniques he uses really help loosen up my muscles. I highly recommend Jeff!!

Amy is unbelievable, I come away each time feeling truly relaxed, rejuvenated and cared for! She is by far the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever experienced! So thankful for her! The staff are wonderful as well, cannot say enough good things about this team!

Have gone here once previously and had a good experience but will not be booking with this place again. Had a massage scheduled but woke up with a fever and throwing up. Called right when they opened to reschedule and was charged half of the scheduled massage. I should have just gone and got everyone sick instead of paying for nothing. Won’t be back

The ladies here are professional and accommodating. My out of state gift card wasnt working so they provided alternative options that made me happy. They sanitize the rooms after every use. Had a questionnaire to complete before arriving. Took my temp upon arrival. They have add on options for extra luxury and provide facials as well! Overall great service and I will drive a little further than my normal massage place. My normal place was booked and couldnt accommodate same day scheduling but Massage Heights had same day availability within 2 hrs of scheduling! Very pleased and looking forward to a facial soon!

I’m very leery of massages because of bad experiences in the past but I decided to give Massage Heights a try and loved it!! I ended up signing up for a membership & can’t wait to go back! My masseuse was very gentle and in tune with my needs at the time. The lady who helped set up my membership afterward was very nice and knowledgeable also. I was very impressed overall with the experience!

The good parts before the bad. The staff was friendly, the massage and facial were both very nice. The staff member who checked me out didn’t add my Groupon and then double charged me. She apologized and said she would get it fixed, but it would take 8-10 days to be refunded! That is an insanely long amount of time (1-3 days is normal). I paid with my debit card, so that is money I can’t access now for 8-10 days. They need a much faster turnaround time on refunds!

I had a rejuvenating facial done by Liz❤️, she was just soo good , I had a hectic week and such a relaxing facial . Would definitely recommend, as the staff is very friendly and explains individuals through the process and suggest Accordingly.

Juliet is an amazing esthetician and Ive seen great results in my skin after seeing her for the past few months. Shes extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Massage Heights is lucky to have her talent.

Exactly what I needed!! Dan was professional and welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable. He worked on the problem zones with the right amount of pressure and gave me space to be silent. The Covid safety here is excellent, and I feel I’m a good one to judge since we literally have ZERO people contact because of being an autoimmune household. Highly recommend this place to help relieve tension, stress, and pain from whatever is happening in your life!I never sign up for monthly subscriptions to services, but I actually did here. The pricing and terms were totally reasonable and I’m looking forward to coming here regularly :)

UPDATE: the manager gave me 90 days to use my massages. Added STARS for her ability to realize they were in the wrong.After several years of a membership I felt the need to cancel. I had 6-7 massages left and over Covid was not able to use them. When they finally reopened I called and they would not honor them.Prior to: There were several visits that I would show up to my scheduled appointment and the therapist wasn’t there or many calls to reschedule my appointments... I finally canceled my membership and the company will not honor the prepaid massages.Not a great way to do business.**Therapists have always been great!**

Sadly, I must leave a bad review but its only towards the management and its business structure and NOT the massage therapists (they are great people)This business has clearly over-sold monthly memberships that they cannot service and I have tried calling several times to schedule a 1-hr massage but they have no or limited availability for the next 4-days every time! And they think they can trap you into an annual agreement without providing the service...which is fraud.

My first and last time at this location. Although my massage was great and relaxing the front desk staff ruined my experience here and most likely will not return to this location, which is quite sad considering the masseuse was so friendly and did her job well. After my massage when I checked back in with the two very pushy front desk workers, they proceeded to try and up sell me for a solid ten minutes. I understand sales is their job, but people come in to relax and alleviate stress not be hounded repeatedly after saying no many times to purchasing more. Needless to say I did not leave relaxed due to the front desk. It got to the point they almost didn’t want me to leave without purchasing a monthly membership and tried to re-book me in the following weeks even though I stated I would be out of town. They then tried to book me in the city I would be visiting! I reiterated “no” many times, these two front desk workers clearly could not read the room at all.

I’ve had usually 5 star facials and massages. The staff is super friendly. Their prices have gone up at a very bad time for the average working person. It’s a shame because I really enjoy going for massages.

So I’ve been coming to this place for a few months now and I’ve been massages by the greatest massage therapist I’ve ever experienced Angie. Her massages are through the roof they are amazing, she’s so sweet and caring and kind, and I love how she gives me helpful ideas on how to work on my trouble areas. I’m so thankful I found this place which is super clean and very friendly. What a blessing.

Me and my husband went to get a full body massage and the ladies at front desk are very attentive, we have Sarah and Victoria both are excellent on what they do, Victorias hands feels like has a GPS, tracked right away what she needs to worked on, she knows exactly what I came there for. Something like a massage can really revive you body. We will be coming back monthly, u can also request therapist, this 2 lovely ladies will always be our favorites. I want to give them more than 5 stars!

I cant recommend this place enough. Atmosphere is extremely welcoming and warm. Staff are so incredibly friendly. Massage therapists are sooo professional and skilled. Lots of availability for different schedules. I always leave feeling incredible! My favorite therapist is Cat.

I have been going to Massage Heights for a few months now and absolutely love it. The front desk staff is always pleasant, professional, and helpful. Due to a sports injury years ago I suffer from chronic neck pain. I have tried various massage therapists but nobody has ever helped as much as Tiana. She really listens when I talk about my pain points and uses a variety of techniques to get rid of knots and ease my tension and discomfort. Even though Massage Heights is a bit of a drive from my house, if Tiana is there I will always go without complaint! She is fabulous and I highly recommend her.

Sarah is hands-down the best masseuse Ive ever had. Shes so good at identifying your pain points and truly helping you. Go see her! and if you like your experience, get the 1 year membership thing. Itll cost you less in the long run.

I rescheduled my appointment the day before with the receptionist Anatasia when she called to confirm because I preferred a different masseuse. I get a call the next day saying I missed my appointment, because the change was never made the day before. The receptionist, Hannah, repeatedly asked me for the persons name that I spoke to as if that conversation never happened. I made sure to go back and get both names. If you record your calls, go back to 1245 on 1/31/20. I wont be rescheduling. Please train your staff better.

I was so happy with my first experience here (I received a 1hr custom facial) that I opted to join the year membership!! Great service from every single person I interacted with from beginning to end. My skin already is glowing from one session!

Hello. Im an LMT in the industry for 7.5 years, Ive been a Lead, Manager, and Trainer. Im here to offer my professional feedback, not just here to gripe. Im offering 2 stars and not 1 star because my back feels a little better, and the front desk staff was courteous.However, Massage Heights was given 4 opportunities to listen to my needs, and its as though I still wasnt heard.I filled out my intake form online to be told that theyre not even a digital location and I would need to fill out a form manually. I indicated both digitally and manually that I wanted *R shoulder and upper body focus*. I checked off Swedish and Sports (Swedish being more for circulation, and Sports involving body mobilization techniques and stretching).They called me a few hours prior to my session and asked me if I had any specific areas of focus, I said my *right shoulder and upper body* and my LMT asked me yet again and I said that I wanted focus on my *right shoulder, otherwise just upper body*.I received the same amount of attention on each shoulder and it was only effleurage, no real movement of the shoulder girdle, except for some slight repositioning, so I felt that the therapeutic quality was lacking. There wasnt any shoulder movement or work for that matter while we were supine. And also, his hands were very shaky as though he had had too much caffeine, or maybe his table was too high for him and he was working too hard for the amount of force needed for a medium pressure?Even though I really only wanted *upper body/R shoulder*, he still also worked on my legs, but only the back and no glutes. The way my legs were draped made me feel uncomfortable because when he was undraping the left leg, the sheet and his hand both went right in my intergluteal cleft, touching below my tailbone. I could maybe understand the sheet being there, but his hand should not have been, even for a moment. This was my biggest concern because this tells me he needs to revisit appropriate draping protocols.I didnt use the opportunity to discuss this in the lobby with management as there were several customers in there and I was already uncomfortable that I would have to address the draping problem, so I called immediately afterward to discuss it more privately.As an LMT myself, I was surprised at the lack of technical abilities and left wanting more but not in the good way. Customer service was overall friendly, but I wasnt too thrilled with the outcome. I hope they can provide the LMT with at least a refresher on draping and active listening.

This was my first time getting a facial and it was so much better than I could have asked for. I loved the atmosphere, the staff, and service. I will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately, the aesthetician would not stopping talking or asking me personal questions throughout my facial. To be polite, I answered her questions. I tried to answer as briefly as possible, but she would NOT stop talking. It was not a relaxing experience at all. When I left, all I could think about was how cheated and sad I felt. Im really disappointed.

I had a 90 mins massage appt with my go to therapist Randy and unfortunately had to cancel with me and the front desk called me as soon as they were aware giving me other options that were available and I was still able to get my appt done ! Very good communication on their part.

I went for a full body massage today. They were excellent. Sarah was amazing and the ladies at the front desk were very sweet and helpful! I will be refering friends and family here!

They have a monthly package that come with elevations. The staff is very professional and personable. I recommend a massage with hot stones and cbd oil.
