Massage was good but demanding tips like other chinese massage places!I dont understand why they ask tips all the time just for doing their job?!Dont they get paid salaries?!Not that great which is 78$ 1 hr full body massage.

I dont think Ive ever had a massage this amazing before. I felt like I had been transported to another world. They have a variety of techniques to help you completely relax and really surrender, and theyre very professional and customer-service oriented. I booked another massage right away and then bought a gift certificate for my husband.2/4/24 Update: Just had another massage. I dont normally do two massages just a week apart, but the last one was so good I had to go back. I was not disappointed. Different masseuse, but she was fantastic as well!

I have been coming to New Relax Spa for around 2 years now, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed. The therapists are very skilled and attentive to my needs. It is conveniently located on South Bell and it helps keep me grounded during my busy and stressful week. I highly recommend New Relax Spa, so much so that I have purchased gift cards for friends and family to New Relax Spa!

Been 3 times now and very good experience. Today had Jia Jia do a strong pressure massage and it was amazing. I came in because I was so sore and stiff and her pressure deep felt great and left feeling so much relief and better.

I received a 90 minute massage as a Christmas gift and finally got the chance to use it. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had!! I have never had a massage, where they did it over the sheet, that was very annoying, I finally said something to the therapist, so she asked if I wanted oil instead, but she was started rubbing around so fast, that I had to tell her to slow down, it was nothing more than a glorified back rub! It was NOT the relaxing massage, like I’ve had in the past! She rubbed both my legs at the same time and actually sat on the bed while she rubbed on my arms. It was so bad!! I will never be going back!

I began going to this place years ago. I was seeking some back treatment both before and after a back surgery. The staff never disappoints. Im even now making the drive from my house in Central Austin to the Cedar Park location. That should speak volumes ;). I can whole heartedly recommend this business to everyone, whatever their therapy needs are.

First time i went with my wife, we had an amazing experience. Probably because they had just opened up and went all out to gain customers. But the second time we went, they really cut back on their quality and time. We got there at 12, which was our appointment time. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for another client to leave, then they checked us out at 1. We asked for a 1hr massage not a 45min massage. Secondly, they had us sign a form and fill out areas to avoid. But apparently they cant read because i wrote to avoid neck and shoulders, but during the massage they focused on my neck and shoulders. Im not the type to say anything so i stayed quiet and went through excruciating pain the whole session. Felt like torture.

I take deep tissue body massages.Most of them are very good masseuse here. I had different people doing the massages every time I went. They are very knowledgeable & do a very great job 👏 .Language is hard and communication is little difficult but you can still manage it, it’s not impossible.They take walk in appointments and are very accommodating! I would strongly recommend them to anyone !

Most amazing massage Ive ever had. There was a language barrier but it didnt stop my therapist from knowing where to really get in there. I had a deep tissue and it was wonderful. My therapist kept checking on the pressure, which was always perfect. Cant wait to go back for another.

I have alot of medical issues and needed a place I could trust to go that would be professional and help out with mainly relaxation swedish type massage. Deep tissue isnt my style and often hurts me more than it helps. I found New Relax offered the perfect combination of light and medium touch. It was very easy to communicate with my therapist on exactly what pressure worked best. The therapists at New Relax are very professional and welcoming as is the establishment itself. I feel comfortable there so will definitely return when another massage is needed. I will also say that scheduling appointments seems very seamless and convenient. Often times it may be weeks at other mainstream establishments until something may be available but not here. Again great service and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Went for a couple massage with my husband a few days ago and the services provided here is AMAZING. The therapists understood my husband and my needs and I can say we feel so great and relax after the massage. Definitely recommending this place and the prices are really affordable.

Wasnt able to do the Ashiatsu technique massage after they told me yes when I explained what I was looking for via phone. One of my reminders alert went off during the massage(my fault on that one), Massage therapist had to take phone call during massage, current therapist left and was switched out by another towards the end. Very nice people, but I think its okay to tell someone they dont or cant do a massage type rather than having the customer come in and still a misunderstanding. Much success to them.

I had a session with Linda. I personally prefer a very deep tissue hard massage, but thats just me, I realize not all therapists are going to be the same but Linda did an excellent job and I felt much better afterwards.This was my second visit under new management and I was very happy with the quality of the massage. I will be back.

Had a couples massage with aromatherapy and hot stones and it was fantastic! The therapists were incredible in making sure we were comfortable and having a good massage. Massaged back, arms, hands, legs, neck, and even did a mini face and scalp massage. Hot stones were a nice addition as well. Being a girl, my massage therapist was very respectful in the process and made sure to cover everything and not make me feel exposed. Definitely highly recommend!I do have to say they speak minimal english but it honestly wasnt an issue/problem at all. They were great!

I have had 2 spinal fusions so far, L-5 S-1. I continue to have muscle spasms as a result. I have had many massages in the past and this business is the best by far. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. I always get great service at iMassage. I do not have to point out my sore spots. They find them within the first 5 minutes. I will always refer friends and family here.

I was gifted a couples massage for Imassage (the cedar park location) for my birthday and finally got around to booking it and wow ! When I say wow I mean WOW. This hour long couples massage was so so nice and refreshing. This was my husbands first time having a massage and now I think he will be hooked. My masseuse was Lisa and she was fantastic. I can not remember my husbands masseuses name but he said she was fantastic as well. We were promptly greeted by a friendly woman at the reception desk who had us sign in and sign a covid form (she also took our temperatures). We were then escorted back to our room and given a choice if we wanted the couples room or separate rooms and we chose the couples room. The linens were fresh and clean and the massage tables were very comfortable.My mother in law gifted us this massage from Groupon and I highly recommend booking a massage here if you get the chance. 10/10 massage and service!

Professional and courteous service. All new facility and relaxing oriental music in the back ground. I have been visiting the massage therapists via chiropractors offices in different cities. I felt Nana, who massaged me, gave me a very comparable massage experience at the grand opening discounted cost! Wow! I did gave her a big gratuity to express my appreciation for her job well done. It was ok. Not my first pick. The lady was quick and rough. Not really a relaxing massage. I felt like she should work at a car wash vs massage place honestly. My back is so sore (3 days later). She used probably half a bottle of oil on me.

It’s not often that I’m in the Cedar Park area, but I will make the drive just for this place. Prices are very reasonable and Cindy knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend this place to people who exercise a lot as it is by far my favorite recovery/therapy massage in the Austin area!

I just finished my 60-minute full body massage that was purchased via Groupon and it was lovely! Here is the quickest synopsis/tips from my visit1. Bring cash to tip, makes it so much easier!2. If youre looking for a modern, luxury massage, this is not the place for you and you probably wouldnt like the atmosphere3. Make sure you tell them youre using the Groupon before going back for the massage - I booked online and noted online that I had a Groupon to use and it made things a little less smooth for checkout but I was able to use it nonetheless.BUT. I think my massage was great! I really wish I got my masseuses name, but she was awesome. I am not a massage connoisseur by any stretch but I was very pleased. The hot stones felt ahhhmazing, too.It was clean, the staff was not overly friendly but they werent rude, honestly I think it is the language barrier. However, it isnt like the employees cant communicate effectively with you. I just finished a crazy semester of nursing school so I really needed some TLC and relaxation and I left feeling like that was accomplished.My family is from Thailand and the shop reminded me a lot of businesses my relatives run, so for me it wasnt anything out of the ordinary for how the business looked, the vibe, etc. Just look at the photos and nothing is a surprise - after reading through comments I honestly think most people probably went in with wrong expectations of where they were going.All in all, it was pleasant and I enjoyed it!

My husband and I went here for a couples massage yesterday. The language barrier proved to be a little difficult. I called and made the appointment and told them that I was pregnant and asked if they had specialist in pregnant women. They acted like they understood me and said yes. When we got there I told them again that I was pregnant and to please be gentle around my lower back and abdominal area. Today I have bruises on my lower back from the deep tissue work that was done (which I have been told you are not supposed to get when you are pregnant as per my asking for someone experienced in pregnant clients). I was in pain for a lot of the massage and when I told the man it hurt he laughed and kept massaging me at the same intensity. My husband really enjoyed his massage and I’m sure if I wasn’t pregnant I would have enjoyed mine more too instead of worrying about my baby the whole time. The price seemed reasonable but I wish that they would have listened/understood me when I told them my concerns or that I was in pain. We may try this place again when I’m not pregnant but I definitely won’t be going back there before then for the safety of my child.

Very thorough, deep tissue, couples massage. We were treated respectfully and kindly. Very great value. The only down fall is that the walls are paper thin so you can hear others. Im not sure if the aromatherapy was going, which was included in the Groupon, but the massage was so thorough that I can overlook that. The ambiance needs some sprucing up. Just a suggestion, an interior soundscapes radio would help diminish the outside noise. Also, bring cash because they dont accept credit but there is an ATM.

I enjoy a deep tissue massage. Every time I have gone to I Massage I come away with my muscles feeling better and my aches melted away. The worst massage I have ever gotten. Paid for a couples massage. Received a disjointed massage, during which the masseuses kept talking to each other and laughing. To make it worse the lady massaging me kept leaving to answer the phone. Atmosphere is terrible. You can literally hear through the walls. I will NEVER go back. Groupon should remove them.

What an amazing relaxation massage with Mary! Ive move my house last weekend and got exhausted and my whole body is killing me. I found this place on google search and gave them a shot. The outcome is really really awesome! My masseuses Mary is very professional and experienced. She worked all my knots out. I felt like a new person afterward.Strongly recommend Mary for my friends!

My sister and I went here yesterday as the reviews were good and sisters feet have been hurting really bad. We booked 2/ 2hours massges for the whole body. The lady did great on my back since I have had many back surgieries I told her gentle back there and she did great. My sister had to keep telling her lady softer (we do get massages at least once a month so she is use to one), and not a whimp. They did not rub our feet at all and when we were done we commented on that and they suggested we pay for another 1/2hr massage for our feet, also when we were paying we paid on a card and we usally pay cash for a tip and the lady told us we were not tipping enough. Now we have never been told this as we do tip for the service we get. We travel a lot , eat out at least every other day and tipping is something that has always been our choice not told what to tip unless we were in a large party. So back to Beijing Foot Massage we go I wished they had not been busy yesterday we love that place, and they do appreiate us and always give us hugs when we come and go.

I enjoyed a one hour deep tissue massage with Amy. Yes there are communication difficulties, so I would just answer OK if it felt good, and No if it was too rough. $50 for an hour massage to me was priceless. I will return.

I was really excited when this place opened. It went downhill fast. I’ve probably been there 6 times and tonight I decided was the last time. No one came to the front so I walked back and found a guy laying on the bed I was going to be massaged on, he jumped up but didn’t change anything out on the bed.I used the restroom first and there was a bug on the toilet seat.He also itched his backside and then didn’t wash his hands before starting on my face.He got up 4 times during the massageThen when I gave him a 20% tip, he took out the sheet that said I should’ve tipped him $10.00I wouldn’t have written such a poor review except for his attitude at the end.I hope they can turn it around, there are places close by that are great though!

The therapist worked hard but her technique was not effective for me. Also I tried to express the areas I wanted to focus on but she did not really address them. I did not get relief from this massage.

Me and my fiancé went there yesterday for the couples massasage. Now I’m a nice person I really don’t like to complain but this place is just really bothering me. So during our massage I had to ask 3 times for her to go lighter on my lower back I have a hearneated disk and it’s very painful to have someone shove there elbo in to it! She kept doing it anyway and now today I can barely get out of bed from the pain !!! But as I said I’m a nice person so I didn’t say anything as we were leaving we went out and paid and the guy at the front desk stoped us before leave to complain about the tip we gave! I’m sorry in my option you should be greatful for any tip and not ask for more! That was very poor customer service in my opinion! It was very uncomfortable being asked for a bigger tip and I won’t be going back because of that reason! I gave two stars because the rest of the massasage was nice after she was done with my back.

We love our couples massages and have been coming here for four years. After trying so many other places. This one is the best.

First, they were late which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The room was cold, the blankets were so small and the smell in the room was not good. The aromatherapy they offer was a two second sniff of a bottle while your face lays on a paper towel. Ive been getting massages for 10 years and this was one of the only that I walk away from feeling more tense.

It was a very relaxing massage. She checked with me to make sure it was the right pressure. The room was just the right temperature. After a very stressful week, it was just what I needed.
