Friendly and helpful staff, usually go there once a week sometimes more. Every time i am greeted with a smile, no matter what time of the day or the weather 😀. They always have a big selection and able to help with flavors and more. And with rewards i get at least $5 off every purchase. I have a vape store closer to my house, but I choose to go to this location.

Was sold a mod recommended by the associate on shift for a cart that I like. I was half way home and realized that it was not compatible with the mod. I went back and tried to get a mod that fit the cart. They had none. We had to exchange the cart for a disposable which was $10 more expensive. So we paid the extra fee. After paying the extra amount they told me I could only get a refund via gift card. I didnt understand why the lady at the register did not just take off $10 from the gift card and not charged us an extra time but whatever at that point. I dont think I will be coming back to this company after that. The only reason I didnt give it a one star is due to how nice the cashier was. Fix your poor policies.

My wife wanted a vape, so I came in here with no knowledge and Corey was extremely helpful in getting me one that was perfect for her. Ive been back like 6 times and Corey is always incredibly helpful every time. Very grateful for him. They do buy 2 get one free on the juice which I cant resist. Also they have video games and a pool table in there which I think is pretty sweet.

Dropped card off 3 times to have purchasing lady call me back for CBD water. Guy working says he’s given it to her multiple times. No call and he keeps telling me the same BS every time I come in and pointing blame. I honestly liked the girl and the place but this has been going on for over a month.

I bought a vape a couple of weeks ago. Was having battery issues, and they replaced my faulty battery no questions asked. Replaced it for free at that.Now that’s a respectful business and true customer service. Thanks Drip~N~Rip!

Absolutely terrible customer service, I purchased a device sold to me as black, when I realised it way grey I attempted to return it, within 45mins of purchase, not only was I refused a refund as not their policy but then threatened with police, ridiculous.The so called duty manager, red hair and glasses could learn a little about inter personal relationship skills, disgusting...Shop somewhere else for sure!I wouldnt trust their 5 star friends and family reviews either.

I went in with a problem with my smok stick prince and we had the great fortune to work with Corey. He was super helpful diagnosing the problem which was the battery. He fixed my problem and made my entire day. He was such a nice soul. I was lucky I came in while he was working. Also the establishment is a very chill place to hang out and they have the best vape juice I recommend berry blow doe ice which Corey recommended to me. He’s very knowledgeable of the products. I bought my first vape today and the girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful. She explained to me how to fill it, how to maintain it, and if I had any problems to come back and she would gladly help me fix them. They have got my business from now on! I live 30 minutes away, but I will gladly go back for that service.
