Very good place one thing though the girl who works behind the counter seems super nervous around the big guy who works there its almost like he isnt the nicest dude on the block. Shes a sweetheart & he just dont care either way about his customers it seems hes only nice to the woman & has straight attitude towards men

I was eager to get back into the vape scene after being without one for a while. I decided to stop by after getting groceries from Walmart, and I was greeted by J.J.! She was awesome in helping me make decisions, find what I needed, and was fun to work with. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! I got everything I needed and set up there in the shop, and I was good to go after about 30 minutes. I would recommend Hawkeye to anyone in the area. They have a rewards program that you can sign up with using your phone number.

I go here to get vape juice, and the employees are friendly and make sure I get what Im looking for. They ask questions about what I want and have juices that you can taste test to see if you like it. Its a really good atmosphere to go into when you need that nicotine but dont want to smoke a cigarette.

Great customer service to an extent. 3 out of 4 visits I got the same guy and he new everything I needed. Very clean place and huge variety of vapes and juices. (Edit) Check your coil boxes if you go here someone takes new coils out and replaces them with their old ones. They need to consider checking the boxes like grocery stores do with their eggs so you dont go all the way home realize you were shorted a coil and have to go back if you are able to.

Wide variety and selection of all products. The music playlist is good and the big screen always viewing some sort of entertainment.

By far the best vape shop Ive been to. The staff is incredibly knowledgable and friendly. They have also taken care of any issues with professionalism. Not to mention their stellar points system, having great rewards that add up over time for each purchase made.

All of the employees are very friendly, and knowledgeable. I dropped by for some Vape juice, and ended up having a very enjoyable conversation about their new products. It was informative, and I was not pressured into buying. I signed up for their rewards and find its decently helpful on prices and definitely not a disguised advertisement timer.

When the vape shop close to my house didnt have any of the pods I needed in stock, nor any idea when itd be available, this store did! Staff was friendly and kindly put the pods aside for me to come get. I was in a pinch and they really helped me out!! The store is clean, not cluttered and well stocked.

As stated from previous reviews. They dont tend to keep the popular juice in demand.. They tend to tell the customer information that is not accurate.. Every time you come in and they dont have your juice, they push pretty hard on selling other product that you have already bought in the past. They try to make deals with juice they have set out for taste samples and such. I have spent plenty of money there, and Im sure as do other people, but its a vape shop... Wondering how hard it is to manage a place, that just sets product on countertop, and then sit around all day? Some, not all, workers tend to have issues when other customers are in there, when they should be focusing on the task at hand and finishing up on their current customer. And then they laugh off there mistakes when they happen.. Customer service is horrible there. Dont recommend, no longer shopping here..

Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I went in thinking my pen was crapped out and planning on replacing it but kyle showed me exactly what the problem was instead of selling me something I didnt need. I ended up purchasing a new one anyways since I was there and he helped me pick out the best one! Great products and awesome people and prices!

Horrible customer service. Bought an overpriced battered that died after a week. This store is not worth anybodys time.

There is a clear difference between morning shift and night shift. The man who works the morning shift knows everything and wants you to know everything vapor, keeps focus, for your success and safety with their product. Clearly loves his job and cares about his customers. Night shift, you have a guy who loves his job, and entertaining his guests altogether while teaching you everything you want to know. If you ask the questions. Both guys are great teachers, I feel that you have better chances of learning from morning shift, and you might struggle a little with the guy from night shift. Their products are aggressively costed at amazing prices and I feel are a great store to buy from, but have not just sat down and chilled or played pool...

Cant say Ive ever been pleased there, although last time I was there, seems as though they brought in a few new juice lines that I didnt have time to check out. Prices have always been high in my opinion, Im all for supporting the local shop, but if I can save $20 or more online.. yeah probably wont set foot in your shop again...

This is hard for me to explain and it’s probably even harder to believe but within 30 seconds of me walking through the door I overheard three employees joking with each other making racial slurs that I am extremely uncomfortable with it didn’t take me more than 30 seconds to realize what kind of establishment this is. Ridiculous and disgusting.

I have been here a few times recently and was very happy that I had found a vape shop nearby that had good stock and knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people. The GF and I enjoyed our visits.But yesterday. My mod box had stopped taking a charge so I stopped in to look at my options. New mod? New Kit? Maybe get on the pod train? The guy who helped me was polite, but only that. He showed me the selection of mod boxes they had in stock.THREE (if you count 3 colors of the same product) The Geek Vape Aegis X in red, gold or blue. I really would have liked to have had some other options. I dont need 220 watts and I would have liked something lighter and smaller.So I paid 84 for a product that sells for 54 online but thats the price of right now convenience and having the help of an expert...But it was like 20 questions getting any information and if I didnt ask, it certainly was not going to be volunteered. For example: He had me rung up before (I had to ask) we realized I would probably need some batteries for my new mod box. Dude..When you drop a bill for batts and a device, you expect (at least the offer) of some help setting it up (there are a LOT of settings on this thing) and I did have my tank with me.I had to ask, and got: Just put the batteries in and 5 clicks like all the others.Anyway, Im going to go back and give them another try, its right up the street and everybody has a bad day.Hopefully I will be back in here to change this to a five star soon.Ill let you know.

This place is amazing! Great selection of juices, and some of the best customer service I have received anywhere.I went in because my vape was acting weird, these guys took the time to help research what was going wrong, and fix it.The environment is really awesome too, its kind of like popping over to a friends house not going to a store, this is the ONLY vape shop Ill be going to now!

Have tried my best to support this local business. My problem always comes down to have any stock in place for customers to buy. I’ve repeatedly tried buying pieces for my smok vape and have repeatedly tried getting the hype juice and they never have it. I was a customer who attempted to buy one of these products almost weekly for the past year and the people who run the store seem to all have different answers as to when shipments come in. Note to the owners customer service is not consistent, and I can no longer support this business when your constantly out of stock for weeks for what your workers call a best seller and I get 4 different answers as to when to come back. I don’t have time to come to a store 4-5 times a week to check stock, it shouldn’t become a chore/hassle to get one of your best selling vape juices. If you know it sells fast order more product for stock.

I went there the other day to get into the vaping world. I was new so I asked questions. The staff was very knowledgeable of their products. I left the store and put the vape in my purse and it leaked all the juice out. So I went back the next day and told them what happened so they just replaced the coil brand new out of the box and it leaked again. I was expecting them to do more to fix the problem. I will not be returning to this store.

Great business structure and friendly Employees, that are knowledable about their job and helping costomers. Also a great place to hangout and enjoy their juice bar, and beverages. Well organized cases allow for easy viewing and the shop is clean. I would recommend it to anyone looking to quit smoking and start vaping or too anyone who is looking for coils, mods, tanks, or customizable parts.

I have visited 2 times now and was very pleased with customer service the first time, I recieved a great recomendation for a flavor of vape pen I really like, however when I visited the second time (today) I was informed I could only purchase 2 items per day, I live about 45 miles away and to back to get 2 items per day is not acceptable, 2 items per day policy cost them 3 of the 5 stars I would have given

Ive been waiting 3 weeks now on something they have kept saying well have it next Monday and Ive went in 3 times now asking and It still isnt there first time he said its ordered and it was Thursday andStuff i wanted would be there Monday but went in and got told no we dont have it but we are ordering it now to be in next week next time a week later I went in and he had no clue what I wanted or that it existed. Normally have been good but this ordeal has me upset with them right now.

Love my new vapor that I got with garret today he new exactly what I needed and they are amazing the flavors are so good Im using the rainbow 🌈 ice and it taste great Im so excited to try the custard cookie flavor it smells so good like Christmas. Company owner bailed his abusive friend out of jail to work for him at the Atlanta location. This abusive friend beat his child in the back of the store, and I had to stop him myself back when still I worked there.Please, for the love of all that is holy, dont give this company your money.

Last 3 times I went in there, they were EXTREMELY rude, and a few times they were apparently closed but made no effort to show that and wouldnt tell you until you were already browsing

This shop is very clean, and has a great selection. Ive been to a few vape shops, and this one is by far the best of them. They have a great staff which is helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. If youre in the market for a new vape, or just looking for some juice. This is definitely a place to check out.

Man at the counter was either high or completley not with it asked for a blue raspberry Escobar he gave me cotton candy after spending no less than 15 minutes with each of the 2 customer behind the counter. Cant say Id reccomend this place to a friend

Wonderful people work at this open vape shop. You can come and chill after work with their tvs and their comfy couch. They have many types of juice including their own line, nighthawk. Come and visit. Its a great environment!

Nice place, seemed more like a hangout rather than a vape store. Not much of a selection at all. Also puts punch cards from another vape shop on the wall like they are proud to take business from another place

I walked in this night to find a replacement tank for my mod since it was leaky. The dude shot to the back to get the exact same tank, then argued with me that I mustve been doing something wrong, when its had the same issue since day one. After that, I asked for the Nautilus tank, which isnt a subtank, but works still at a much lower wattage. I did my research on said tank. He told me straight up that it wasnt the one I wanted. Considering his confrontational attitude, I will not be returning again.

Would not recommend this place everytime I go in there the workers are goofing off with friends they have there, never take work seriously. But don’t worry there’s more vape shops close to the area hazey hideaway is only 8 minutes away I recommend that place they have more juices and workers are straight to business
