Go here weekly and get 2 vapes and stuff, recently got one that stayed on after I hit it. They wouldnt exchange it cause it left the store (barely made it out the front door). Safe to say Ill never come here again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. As a totally blind customer, I’ve found Courtney and Beth are always willing to assist me in finding what I need, and even in these times of social distancing, neither has ever declined to do sighted guide with me. Very friendly, comfortable, helpful, and reasonably priced. BTW, during the changes due to COVID19, I’ve been advised they’re open until 8:00 PM, not midnight as Google Maps states.

I accidentally left my stylus to my nintendo ds on the counter and I went back in there the next day . when I went to pay, the pen on the credit machine looked awfully familiar, so I used my finger instead, out of spite. They were really nice about it even though I almost shut down their entire computer system with a touch of my finger. Now I know what being likeThanos felt from Marvels hit movie, Infinity War.

My roommate picked up a carton of smokes for me today. He bought Marlboro silver shorts, I smoke the 100s. I called n asked if I could exchange them, she said no. Store policy. Told me to see the manager on Monday. I dont know about everyone else but I dont buy cigarettes 3 days before I want them, n who would wait three days just to be told no anyway. I will never shop there again. I spent on average 100 dollars week there. Im pissed. Oh, and you have to give them at least one star they dont deserve if you want to post your complaint. Wow

Since I have been going here a year ago I just love the people that work here! The one gal I usually see in the afternoons is the best. Knows what I need and want everytime I come in. Very personable and helpful too! I wont go to any other smoke shop!! Keep up the great work everyone!!

A company is not great because of location or product, but rather define by there customer service, Not for the purchase but after, I purchased a vape prince baby stick, but it would leak the juice out, I return to this location where I received knowledgeable information and assistance on correcting my issue, they troubleshoot the problem, Nathan and Daylinda gave up and beyond great customer service, and fix my problem. Thanks for your help, you have gained a customer when ever I’m in Cedar Rapids Iowa. 🚛😃😉

Seems they dont treat their employees very well because they cant seem to keep them. I was in there once and someone who i was told is the regional manager was behind the counter cussing every other word and yelling at the employee for something i feel as a manager is her job not his I feel bad for the stafF and my cigarettes are too much in there!

My fav store. Amanda works here and shes awesome. This establishment along with the other ones in cedar rapids etc does not have public restrooms sorry.

I go here all the time they have always gone the extra mile once my wife bought me the wrong dip and they returned it no (that was before covid) staff always been a blast to joke around with its a great store
