Hazy Hideaway would have to be the top glass and smoking accessory shop in Cedar Rapids. They have a wide variety of products, and you can always find locally blown and created pieces. They have the best price on most vaporizer products (Ive compared), and they often host live glassblowing events in the spring with free giveaways. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, you can tell they use the products they sell, and sell the products they use, so they know the answers to all your questions.

It has just about everything that you are looking for, some of the items are pricey but its worth it. The staff are very very helpful and nice they greet you with a smile and that helps when you about to spend a lot of money in their store! I go there often and its an hour away from my house. I could go to other places but I prefer to go there because I love the service and Im very comfortable there!

Great selection and very knowledgeable and friendly customer service, except for one time when one employee tried to charge me $10 for a normally free or at most $1 mouth piece for my vape. I believe this was an isolated incident.

Nice place, nice people. Nice prices. Was looking for vape oil in Cedar Rapids and after Google steering me to the wrong places, this one came up. Customer service treats you with a smile and a prescription bag for your oil! They have two shops, one next to one another. A vape shop and a tobacco shop right next door. Large variety of juices for vapes. Dont know much about the tobacco side as I was only in there for a second just to be pointed next door. If its anything like the vape side it should be great.

Honestly great service! I’m just tired that there’s a pandemic and employees don’t wear a mask while talking with me. I saw one with a chin strap for the first time since the pandemic. Closest thing to being safe I’ve seen in this establishment.

Claimed my sister had a fake idea because its from MN. If your from out of town dont stop here. Waste of time showed 2 forms of ID. Also they had no problem with some creep trying to touch me while waiting in line. Not one word said to the guy who was harassing me.

I bought a vape pen only a week ago from here, and when I had a seizure yesterday I fell on it and snapped it in half. I loved it, and went in and explained the situation to them. They were very understanding and replaced it for free! Will definitely come back if I need more products.

It all really depends on who you get when you go into the vape shop. Some of the employees are very knowledgeable and can help you in seconds. Others think they know everything and will consistently sell you the wrong product. I had no issues up until the last three visits in which they have given me the wrong juice and/or coils each time.

I research all my purchases & had my eye on the tank that had the best reviews online. The guys talked me into the cheaper option because it worked best for the way I vape & it’s been so enjoyable! I’m getting triple life from my atomizers which cost half as much as atomizers for my last tank. No other shop has ever taken the time (or had the knowledge) to ask the right questions. The fluid is quality at discount prices. This is the only place to shop vape supplies in eastern Iowa (it’s a 40 minute drive for me but worth the trip).

Wouldnt go anywhere else for the highest quality products around! Always stocked with our favorite RAW products as well!

The FOLKS AT BOTH ENDS OF THIS FINE ARTS AND important things are some of the best.. I needed a new glass (Custom Made ART) tobacco pipe for me. Then I asked both of the guys there about the difference between the stock and I was NOT TREATED LIKE A GOOFY GUY. After that much looking thru I went to the other end to the VAPE SHOP... My Wife is stuck in a Hospital bed or a Wheelchair. After telling my salesman,. He suggested a small magnetic mode that she loves!!!!!

Not only is everything overpriced, they never have anything I need. I dont understand how theres no stock for months. If not for the halfway decent people working, itd be a one star.

Ive never shopped anywhere where the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable as they are at HaZy. They are happy to answer any and all questions and are never in a rush to get you out of the door. I bought a vape and they let me unpackage and set it up in their store so I could be sure it was done right. Their selection is out of control and I havent set foot in another vape shop since shopping there. Theres no reason to...HaZy always has what Im after.

Its rather impressive how much they managed to fit in such a narrow space.Sidenotes: this is NOT a head shop. The head shop is two doors down. They sell e-cigarettes and dry tobacco vaporizers. They do not sell glass.There is also no lounge area like is commonly found in most vape shops.

The absolute best customer service. I was having some dilemmas with my two vape systems I had bought at two different vape shops. Christopher waited on me. He was extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and explained everything to me. I needed a new vape cartridge but they do not carry the size I need. Christopher tried but no go. Being uneducated about what I had purchased from the other two vape shops I feel I got taken for a ride by them. First off I was sold a bottle of 40 mg of nicotine salts. When I went back to that particular vape shop to tell them it was too strong they simply sold me a 20 mg of nicotine salts. Still too strong. I went to yet a third vape shop to buy a non nicotine vape juice. Mixed it with the 20. Still too strong. Christopher listened and came up with a remedy. No matter how I diluted the 20 mg it will always be too strong. Christopher let me try 6 mg. That too was to strong. He diluted the 6 mg with the non nicotine to make it 3 mg. Perfect!Well Christopher for going that extra mile you won over a long time customer. I have a friend who regularly travels to Cedar Rapids and will be picking supplies up for me. Christopher wrote down exactly what I will need so when she goes or I go we know precisely what to buy.I am giving Christopher a big shout out THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend the HaZy Hideaway!
