Smokin Joes

I have lived in the neighborhood for over 10 years and have shopped here the whole time. Up until about 6 months ago, the staff was courteous and helpful. The store was clean. The prices advertised and displayed on shelves were what you were charged at the register. No longer. Rude employees, prices higher at the register than on the shelf, products regularly not stocked. I dont know what happened, but the people that used to work here took care of customers, stocked shelves, took back empty cans and bottles. Dont expect any kind of customer service in this place. Expect to be overcharged, yelled at, intimidated. Youll be lucky if you get a hello on the way in or a thank you on the way out.

They are supposed to be open until 11pm. I pulled into the lot at 10:45pm, and the lights were already off, doors locked, and the cashier yelling were closed!. Its too bad, this is one of the better Smokin Joes...
