Absolutely love this place! Phenomenal customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, and products you cant get in most vape shops! I noticed that they even have great selection of disposable vapes. Walked me through building my kit and picking the right juices, coils and batteries! In the same shop there is a coffee bar with coffee, pastries and cookies better than Starbucks! The atmosphere is inviting and employees are always down for a conversation about Charleston or the vaping industry, market and social world of it all. Theres almost always people hanging out or using their two lounge areas to talk or work on their laptops. They also have free wifi! Along with a book exchange and display cases for local products made by local artists. Perfect environment to host a book club, chess games, tutoring sessions or even a dungeons and dragons campaign.

Bought a raz on Saturday and it says 9000 puffs and it’s Tuesday and it’s already almost out. I paid $26 dollars for it which is absolutely ridiculous. Extremely disappointed. Will not be going back

What a cool place ! It’s brand new and have a serious collection if they don’t have it you don’t want it type situation. It’s definitely worth the trip.

Called before coming in, staff was super chill and helpful. Got some great flavors based on their recommendations and got to try them out before buying. Ive been a long time customer and i stopped going but i recently have been going more often, and i love it. They have the best prices and a massive selection of juice and hardware. The employees are awesome and the owners are amazing people. This place is the best. I got a black 22mm goon today and its so killer

This is the only shop I go to. It has a fantastic selection of juices, a comfortable laid back atmosphere, and friendly very knowledgeable staff who are eager to help you find a mod that will best fit your needs. The equipment they sell is top of the line and at great prices. Both of their shops are very clean, and even have a workbench to build and install coils, and the staff will help with that too. All of their juices have testers so you can find a juice you love without a case of buyers remorse. Its the best shop Ive been to, and Ive traveled extensively as far as California. Frankly, if youve never been to Modern Vapor, youre missing out. Its clear that theyre passionate about what they do.

Best vape shop in the area as far as Im concerned.Customer service is still top notch at West Ashley as well as the Goose Creek location.Wont shop anywhere else.

The staff here was amazing to my boyfriend and I. We are totally new to vaping and had a TON of questions. The employees were more than happy to help! They spent about 2 hours telling us about all the different products and helped us make informed decisions! I HIGHLY recommend this place for new vapers!!!

Recently moved to the area and tried several vape shops, and this one is my favorite! They have everything Ive ever been looking for and more. Staff is great, especially Hannah! Shes very helpful and knows what shes talking about.

Worst most overpriced vape store. Every caliburn pod I e bought here hasn’t lasted more than 30 minutes and they charge 32$ for an elf bar which is 23$ at wild side and 504. When I told the employee about my issues with the pods I bought was pretty much told that sucks and was offered nothing to rectify the situation. Terrible customer service, terrible prices, terrible products!

Went to modern in goose creek today the atmosphere was great. The customer service was awesome. Got some really good deals that I couldnt have got anywhere else. Will continue to go their in the future an send my friends their also.

I stopped in because it looked like a legit vape shop. They had mech mods rdas and basically everything. When I come to Charleston next time I will definitely have to check in here.

We started out going to the MVC West Ashley store and felt right at home with Michael and Pamela. The customer service is great; so much so that we only shopped at MVC even though we live in Ladson. Im glad we found this place and even more happy that they opened the Goose Creek shop which is much closer for us. These guys really are the best. Any vape shop you can spend hours in is a winner in my book.

Great service, excellent options of premium e-juice wide variety of mods promo deals as well as just about anything you could possibly use our need if you are a vapor. I went there specifically for items I couldnt get anywhere else other than online like dinner lady lemon tart and coils for my snow wolf and its a laid-back atmosphere very chill

Came here as a transplant from a zuluvape. The difference in customer service here is worlds apart. Zulu has a good atmosphere, but dont expect customer service if you have a problem. Ive been vaping for about 2 years now and if you are looking for juice selection, atmosphere, and the best vape shop customer service in the game, come to modern vape. You will thank yourself.Update:Well, they used to have the best customer service. These days they seem to prefer to put their customers lives at risk. I walked in like usual, and all signage regarding mask useage or social distancing was gone. There was a new guy I hadnt seen before who was not wearing a mask. I, of course, had one on, and when he saw it, he goes oh! Lol you dont gotta wear that in here man. I said, na, I prefer to stay alive, thanks. He didnt say anything else about it and otherwise the experience was fine.This is a big issue for me. Perhaps there are others who believe that a small and easy step to protect lives just isnt worth it, but I want things to get back to normal... And with this kind of blatant disregard for customer safety, it never will.I am 100% willing to retract this review update and restore my 5 star rating, if the next time I need juice, I dont feel like my life and the life of the employees are being put in danger because they dont want to wear a mask.

Just left the VA and I was heading back to Shellman Bluff, Ga. Read the reviews and was very impressed with the prices!! If u are a veteran you can get a good discount!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly too.

This is a vape shop where I can just come in and chill. I Love the goose creek store. Now I love this one. And the other one. All of them. I come here for all my vape and juice needs. Ive been Vaping for 8 years now and MVC is probably the best Vape shop Ive been to, and I have been to Vape shops in probably 20 states. I met Robert & Aaron in modern when I was in charleston while my mom was having a procedure at MUSC. The build Robert (Im so bad with names...please let that be the right name...hes the tall one) did for me for me is awesome. he built those fused claptons on the pink Armageddon I purchased until he was satisfied with his work (& when he was satisfied it was closing time) That shows commitment & dedication to his craft. If time permitted Id have loved to practice & learn to make more complex builds. Both of them were knowledgeable and helpful & I hope I can visit again soon! -Christa

Bought a tip & a new glass piece there, the tip was cracked, and the glass was the wrong size, didnt know it until I got home to Edisto island, went back the next day & they gave me a hard time. Finally they reaped the tank out for the correct size, but wouldnt swap the tip.. kept giving me attatude like I was trying to pull something. Be careful. Thankfully theres lots of other vape stores. Ill be buying my juices & replacement parts some where else. Plus its the cloudiest place & not from custermers.

Guy up front was knowledgeable and courteous, he set me up with a nice vape, and even gave me a napkin when the scrapes on my hand from shucking oysters last night re opened up out of nowhere.

We were lied to. Was told the battery would last a day but doesnt even last an hour! We paid $150 a piece for a battery and tank so $300 for both of us and this equipment SUCKS!!
