Went here for the first time recently with some friends and we all had a great time! Everyone working at the bar was super cool and nice. The dance floor was nice and roomy with plenty of VIP areas around. The music itself along with the different DJs were all fantastic and had some killer mixes. For the $5 cover to get in, it was totally worth it. My one gripe would be the drink prices, but its also the price you pay for night life.

Great club and best nightlife experience in all of Charolette. Bottle service is also top notch! They get the best DJs around to provide you with the most awesome time you’ve had in a while. The lights, visuals, lasers, smoke cannons and confetti all come together to make you feel like you are in a different world. All employees were super polite and respectful from the bouncers to the bottle girls and everyone in between. Great vibes and you will feel like you’re on cloud nine from the time you step in the door. Would 100% recommend for anyone seeking a lit nightlife experience in Charolette!

Trio Night Club is an absolute gem! This place is a hotspot for all the best DJs, who come to perform and keep the energy high all night long. The music selection is always top-notch, catering to a wide range of electronic dance music lovers. If you’re looking for a night out with fantastic music, amazing light shows, and an electrifying atmosphere, Trio is the place to be!

I arrived after midnight and let me say the place was absolutely packed and atmosphere was amazing super quick service for drinks highly highly recommend YOU WILL HAVE AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Went to Trio this past weekend with some friends and had the best time. Music and atmosphere were great and so were the bartenders. Nate the bartender was awesome. There was no wait when going to him and the drinks were always perfect.

Anthony and Justin made it an awesome night. First time here; decent crowd.It was enjoyable, the layout was well designed. The audio was on point, and the light show was spectacular.Definitely a treat and I cant wait to come again. The bar staff is here for your enjoyment and the talent they bring in is on point!

Not a huge fan of going out, but my friends convinced me to go to trio and it’s now my new favorite place in Charlotte! Music was great, vibe was awesome, and the service was great, my bartender Nate made me some of the best vodka Red Bulls I have ever had and was always able to get my drink orders in quickly for my friends and I, even with all of the loud music and lights. If you’re new to Charlotte definitely recommend checking this place out and hitting up my guy Nate for some great drinks and service!

I had the best birthday experience at trio. The dj was amazing and the bartenders made it even better. Nate the bartender was especially amazing in getting our drinks correct and fast. We will be celebrating more events here!!

I was getting my drinks from Anthony and Bryce. They looked like they were having just as much fun as I was!And lets talk about the music! The lineup of DJs at Trio Charlotte is top-notch, sourcing A-list talent from the local area and nationally/internationally.Overall, Trio Charlotte surpasses expectations on every level. Its the perfect destination for a night out on the town, a special celebration, or simply to soak in the electric atmosphere of Charlottes nightlife. I cant recommend it enough!

I am a t9 spinal cord injury paralyzed from the waist down require use of wheelchair btw .Just wanted to take a minute and give thanks to the incredible staff at Trio Charlotte who went above and beyond to accomadate me during my visit to see deadmau5 live at their outstanding venue. Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles, staff was very friendly , my good friend had met me at the door because he had a table upstairs and wanted me to come up , the security guys did not hesitate at allllll to say ok lets get you upstairs.. when I say these guys picked me up carrying me in my wheelchair to the top they did and it was very professional and safe. The entire night staff made my friend and I feel like rockstars.. they didnt have to do what they did but they did.. easing any worries I may have had about arriving at my 2nd deadmau5 show since 2020. :) It was absolutely beyond my wildest dreams.. I will definitely be back.. couldnt have asked for better staff or venue and the service and drinks and sound was the best Ive ever heard!!! Visuals were amazing. Dj Soto and imtwinz really impressed me as well. This was an incredible evening I will never forget !!!♡♡♡ thank you Trio !!!!!! I did feel the vibe all are welcome here !!!!! Incredible unforgettable night!!!

Fun place even when its busy they keep the bathrooms clean. They definitely crank up the bass to the max in here. Bring some earplugs if youre sensitive. Good DJs and great shows so far but kinda expensive since its a small venue.

First time at Trio and wasn’t sure what to expect. The atmosphere was awesome, all of the staff were super nice, and we had the absolute best night getting to see Afrojack in Charlotte! Highly recommend getting a table for the night—we had a group of friends and it really elevated the experience!

What an incredible nightclub! Finally, Charlotte has an authentic world class EDM club. Attended the Cloonee show a few weeks back and got the full VIP experience. The view from up top is amazing and the visuals are all in your face. Trio is truly unlike any other club I’ve ever seen in the Carolinas and such a gorgeous spectacle with a great classy vibe. The audio/visuals are spectacular and you can immediately see where the $$$ went. The sound system is by far one of the clearest and pristine rigs I’ve ever had the pleasure of hearing. Trust me, I’ve heard Void, Funktion-One, and a lot of the top brands, but this ranks up there with the best of the best. You don’t have to yell, your ears don’t ring, and can hear every single note above the hard-hitting bass that doesn’t distort whatsoever. The mind blowing lighting made my jaw drop, and the quality of those moving fixtures, blinding strobes, and crispness of those lasers… wow! Those incredible wavy LED pixels on the ceiling along with the expansive dj booth video wall took me to another world. Can’t wait to return soon, and thanks again for a wonderful night! Trio gets the best artists to perform at any place in Charlotte. Great location and friendly ownership. Pretty reasonable prices for the caliber of DJs playing too. Very solid all the way around!

Trio has lived up to my expectations every single time I’ve been! Their audio and visual experience is the best I’ve had, bar tenders are quick and friendly, and it’s always 10/10 clean. Favorite night club I’ve ever been to and it will be hard to top!

Prepare for a long long night! I guess didnt know what to expect when going into this.I purchased a ticket to see a very popular artist and everywhere said “at 9.” There was no indication that the main act wouldn’t come on until 1 am! Every concert I’ve been to the openers play till 11, at the latest, if the first act goes on at 9.After being there and standing for 2.5 hours, I had to throw in the towel because I was so tired. I’m a bit disappointed in the transparency, but I’m also not very familiar with the nightclub scene.I’m going to stick to festivals and larger venues where I can expect when the acts will begin. Very sad I wasn’t able to stick it out and see Dillon Francis perform.

Trio is an absolute fun club! From the vibrant atmosphere to the exceptional service, Austin and the staff were amazing! The music selection is top-notch. A must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience a great nightlife!

Nate the bartender did not care about the well-being of patrons. He made our entire party feel negative regarding Trio. He should consider being kind to patrons. He told our party that we could drop dead and he would not care. It’s unfortunate that he would say such a negative statement to paying customers who were nothing but kind to him. I’m appalled that he would say something like that. I just cannot believe these words coming from an employee of an establishment.Edit Based on Owner’s Response: It’s unfortunate that either Nate or your management would blatantly lie in a response to this review. If it is not a lie, then you have mixed up an experience you had with another person at the club. It is honestly quite an embarrassing and unprofessional response. No such comments or gestures were made towards anyone. This is either Nate trying to protect himself or a desperate action taken by management to shield any negative thoughts from the public regarding your reputation based on this review. If you have video evidence of this occurrence, I would love to see it and show you my ID to prove that it wasn’t me or anyone in our group. There should be no issue if this actually occurred in providing video evidence. Also, just to add, telling someone to drop dead is still not an appropriate response to the allegations you accused my group of.

My friend went I to try a new club and so glad we went to Trio. It was so fun! The atmosphere was so inviting and we all had a great time. The lights and music were amazing!!! The bartender Malik made amazing drinks and the security guard Joe was top notch. I really enjoyed myself!!!

Awesome atmosphere, definitely a good level of professional effects and sound was solid. Staff was friendly! Just wish VIP up-charge was a bit more than just (small) balcony access and the parking situation could use some work.

My friends and I love going to Trio because it’s always a good time! Nate is our favorite bartender as he’s always so attentive and Bo shows us the upmost hospitality every time. 5 stars to Trio!!

Finally a club worth raving about.Clearly one of the highest audio/visual productions you’ll see in South End/Charlotte.Most of the staff has been in the nightclub/nightlife industry -so they come prepared.The lights surround you as they flow past the crowd on the ceiling.VIP wraps around the second floor and select spots on the first floor near the dance floor.True house music with laser, lights, speakers, etc - the works.The club lighting is essentially entirely controlled by the DJ/crew so you’ll have a very immersive experience. It was great. Just much smaller than I expected(before reading other reviews). And the other reviews arent exaggerating, its LOUD....I love loud music so it was fine but if thats not for you, bring ear protection!

I have been to Trio on multiple occasions now and always have a great time out. The lights and sound are some of the best in Charlotte, and the staff are always super attentive and friendly. A huge bonus is they offer you the opportunity to see popular DJs in a more intimate venue with their ticketed nights. You can never go wrong coming here, the resident DJs are great, the drinks never miss, and they have some of the nicest bathrooms. I am always trying to get my friends to tag along with me on the weekends to stop by and visit.

I didn’t know what to expect at Trio but wow it was so fun!! The lights are top tier! Definitely one of my fav clubs in Charlotte now! And all the girls working are beautiful and helpful! Will definitely bring my friends here!

Went for Meduza, overcrowded. Lasers and atmosphere were good but nothing crazy if you go to bigger cities. The venue was smaller and overhyped for what it is tbh. I’d recommend going to Brooklyn Mirage in NY or Echostage in DC for a better experience. The opening artists just played beats and nothing else to hype the crowd… it was boring and underwhelming. Lights malfunctioned as well for a solid 20 minutes atleast while Meduza played. Vibe was less than mid and from experience the crowd in Charlotte is just something else compared to bigger cities (not a good thing). Great marketing on instagram but didn’t pass the vibe check in person. Security and bouncers where doing there job so that’s a plus. Do I see myself coming again? No, I’d rather go to a bigger established venue.

I had such a great time at Trio! The atmosphere has such great vibes. The music/ DJ was also so much fun. The staff was welcoming and fun as well! Definitely recommend if your looking for a fun place to go!

The best pew pew in the South East. Wouldn’t be surprised if it wins best club in America. Gosh dang the light guys are just sooo spectacular. I mean they got to be the best guys this side of the Mississippi. Avoid the crowd and book yourself a table cuz the club is so legit it’s going to sell out every night! What an amazing thing for Charlotte. Well over due.

Amazing time! Really enjoyed the experience. Very pleased with the hospitality; literally every staff member was very professional and thoughtful. Booked table for client through Chloe and we could not have been any more pleased with how the entire team catered to us. Will be back!

By far the best edm venue in Charlotte! I have gone 3 times now and have enjoyed each and every one! I’ve been able to experience both general admission as well as VIP and had extremely positive experiences with both. The bartenders and bottle girls are very polite and quick with their service. Rylie served me and my group in VIP and was great!

Everytime I come to charlotte I end up here. Great vibes, great music, excellent people. I always have a great time and they have GATORADE as a mixer!!!! Tequila gatorade = no headache and I can go back for round 2 the next day!

Trio Charlotte was such a blast and exactly what the city needed. The DJs who perform there are amazing and truly talented in the EDM space. The atmosphere is such a cool concept — from the lighting to the VIP tables and everything in between. The service was 10/10 and so friendly & attentive. Definitely recommend for a night out with friends to celebrate a special occasion or go out on a regular Saturday night. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Trio is what Charlotte needed and is a must visit! The venue is something special, the owners have done an incredible job with lights, sound, and visuals. Service is excellent with all staff doing everything they can to make the experience top notch. Exciting to see this club attract some of the biggest names in EDM. Cant wait to go back!

Be aware when you enter to pay a cover fee they automatically pre-select a 20% gratuity on the ipad they flip around for you to sign. I would not have gave a grat on a cover fee, but didnt see this and got charged about 5 extra dollars for that. other than that i thought the music was great, little space very crowded but still fun. Also the customer service # I texted for the unknown charge I was not sure about, was super helpful and responsive.

I went to Trio and had a VIP table. We requested Willow to be our server- she’s amazing. Pam also gave us amazing energy! Both ladies are full of energy and super attentive. Willow likes to have fun with the table and makes sure we’re all taken care of. I love the laser light show and the music is always 10/10

Trio is an ELECTRIC experience! Ive had a chance to check this venue out on multiple different occasions. Hospitality and experience are like no other. Chloe was our VIP server, she was AWESOME! She gave us great energy throughout the evening. She was very attentive and hospitable. I will definitely be back to Trio soon!

Probably the best club in Charlotte, lighting and laser is similar to Omnia Vegas. Best audio ever.

The thin skinned owners deleted my last review so here we are again.Trio is a PUBLIC NUISANCE to the Wilmore neighborhood. Their music shakes the entire neighborhood until 2am every night they are open. Shame on the owners of this establishment for being such horrible neighbors. Curious to know how they justify their actions--will they respond to this review or just have google take it down again?EDITED TO ADD: Clearly you do not abide by the law as your GM Bo has personally received SIX noise ordinance violation tickets. Poor guy having to go to court for his job. Sure hope youre paying him enough

Had the best time at Trio!!! The sound system and lights are top notch but wouldn’t have been great without the incredible service we got from Skye. Make sure you request her for table service because she brought the energy!! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time.One of our favorite clubs ever and the best in Charlotte.

Perfect set up and the best musical acts in the South East. The sounds system is insane…best I’ve heard anywhere outside of Eleven in Miami. I would give it 10 stars!

Been to Trio multiple times and have had a great time each time. You can tell they put a lot of love into the place from the incredible lighting and sound system, to the professional workers they have, shout out to Jordan behind the bar.Expect it be be a little crowded during some nights as this is a more intimate venue that can bring some large DJ names in, however I always have found space to dance with friends on the busier nights.

Trio Charlotte is even bigger and better than it’s Charleston counterpart (also awesome). Charlotte, you haven’t seen anything like this. The vibes are immaculate!

Didn’t hate it, didn’t love it. Biggest thing for me was that it was too loud. I know a lot of people like that about the place but Trio is louder than the average nightclub in clt. Definitely louder than World. Even the average night club can cause permanent damage to your hearing so this place definitely is. I was half deaf when I left the club, and my ears were ringing for the next 2 days. If I go again I’ll definitely be bringing earplugs. I suggest everyone else do too if you’d like to have working ears in your 50’s. I thought the music was just okay, though that could have just been the night I went. The bottle girls and bouncers were great, stayed on top of things. I do think the VIP sections need to add an actual table in there. I’ve never been to a club that didn’t have that. They just have a little side table but everyone had to put their coats and purses there so there was no where to put our drinks down. Also I think a coffee table or something would help provide a little bit of division between the sections downstairs. It’s basically two sections combined and we kept having people from the other section spill into our space. Not to mention that they just seemed to let anybody into VIP. Two guys went and got wristbands and joined us even though they were not a part of our group or the group next to us. I did sorta know them and was fine with one of them (the other not so much, I came to have fun with my friends in our section not have a friend of a friend use middle school tactics to hit on me). But the issue being that I was not the one that paid for the table, and i know my friend that purchased the table did not give them the okay to join. Those guys also wouldn’t have known or even been able to pronounce the name that our table was under which means they were just let in anyways. Maybe that’s just how trio does it, but I thought that was weird

Hands down best club/experience in Charlotte! Employees are high energy and the music is always a vibe. They bring in great artists weekly plus the openers always know how to get us going in the crowd. Highly recommend for a night out or VIP experience.

Disgusting and racist establishment. Last week, my sister and I were sitting at our friend’s VIP table when a security person approached us, stating we had to leave and were banned from VIP without specifying why. Utterly confused, a man who identified himself as Eric, the owner, reiterated that we had to leave. He was disgustingly rude, mentioned we are not allowed in certain sections or on the guest list but could be in GA (in the crowd). Given that I have been to Trio once before, I suspect theres a misunderstanding, possibly related to personal or racial issues. How would security know who we are, considering our last visit was over 6 months ago? Because we were targeted. We immediately left because who would want to be in General Admission there—its atrocious. We were mortified and embarrassed by being removed from our friend group.After this, I decided to rectify the situation and reached out via email. I explained what occurred and kindly asked for clarification. I received a reply stating that the one time we were at Trio over 6 months ago (with our friend headlining a show), the Artist Relations employee named Daisy falsely accused us of “STEALING A POLAROID PICTURE” and “being rude,” leading to our VIP ban. Firstly, no one would want or steal a random picture, or was rude in any way.. A joke and a lousy attempt at a lie if i’ve ever heard one. If there was a legitimate issue, why would they allow us in the club in general? It’s beyond appalling to let an insecure/racist employee make false allegations and blatantly lie about people.As someone who experienced these events firsthand, this situation has led my sister and me to believe its a case of racial discrimination, with these actions fueled by our status as minorities. I held off on posting this review, tried to be civil, and attempted to understand why we were treated poorly. Due to the terrible lack of understanding and response from Trio, I will not be silent and hope they face consequences. I hope i can help others avoid going here and experiencing the dehumanization we did. Its disturbing that this is happening in today’s day and age, especially in the city I call home. Accused of stealing and denied special benefits—could it get any more racist than this?

Trio is my absolute FAVORITE to go in Charlotte. Its a great atmosphere to be in, everyone is having so much fun. I go almost every weekend and I think everyone needs to experience Trio. The bartender Jordan especially is so positive and welcoming. He makes me and my friends want to keep coming back! 11/10 would recommend!!!

I checked out Trio first when I was in Charleston and had an incredible time. The music was electric - I mean it is EDM; but I wished we had something like that in Charlotte - and to my surprise there was!I have been here a few times so far and had an amazing time each visit. Tickets can be a little expensive some days but I had more fun on Thursdays than weekends.

This nightclub is nothing short of jaw dropping, the music system is the best I’ve heard outside of Miami, the prices are reasonable for a nightclub and the staff are extremely professional. The lights are also truly impressive. Makes for a great night out

This place is really a dump. Bad attention, lousy music, rude and racist employees without manners, sad attempt at a club and the most vicious and dangerous atmosphere in Charlotte, without a doubt. Yesterday, two people in my group had their cell phones stolen and no one at the place wanted to help us. Apparently, it happens every day, according to what some employees commented, and it seems that, by the way they acted, there is internal complicity. Stay away from this terrible and toxic place.

Was a cool spot. I was from out of town and didn’t know that the bottles in VIP have to be under lock and key due to a NC law.I’d describe this place as more of a edm music venue than a club though. Very loud too lol.

I went for the soft opening on Thursday night and I love the energy inside Trio. The bartenders are quick and attentive and the staff is amazing! So much fun!! usually when I walk into a spot like this I dont expect to have any special interactions with any of the employees considering the size and volume of the night club, however last weekend I was greeted by the most accommodating and helpful hostess. I believe her name was Maria, she was so sweet and hilarious and made my experience at trio so much more fun. The music and the drinks are exceptional and it is definitely worth visiting when you come to charlotte!!!

Went to see Meduza this weekend. Great lights and atmosphere. But, the venue is small compared to other clubs. Support artists were okay. When an artist is sold out, expect lots of crowding with very little space to move.

I absolutely love this place! The vibes and environment are elite. The bartenders and bottle girls have the best energy. We had pamela and she made the table a party while still being very attentive to our needs. If you’re going to book a table i suggest requesting her! The girl can headbang!

I was there the night @Brittney Hannah is referring to and her story is 100% accurate in regards to what happened that night. The door man definitely racially profiled me and did the same exact thing. I watched him immediately let the people behind me in after saying he couldn’t let anyone else in until the VIP line was clear. The VIP line was not clear when he let the people behind me go in. As soon I stepped out the line he let them in. He LIED IN MY FACE WITH A STRAIGHT FACE!!! I wouldn’t dare recommend this establishment to anyone and I’m from Charlotte. It’s a shame and disgusting.

I love coming to Trio!!! Charlotte was missing a spot like this and Trio has definitely changed nightlife in CLT for the better. Whenever I come, I am always greeted by Maria who is the absolute sweetest & is very helpful if you have any questions etc. I remember the first time I came to Trio I was confused by the layout etc and she was able to answer all my questions!

Simply the best staff in the Queen City! Everybody is extremely kind and welcoming. The hostesses are especially pleasant to deal with and very friendly. Jules, Nia, and Maria are doing a superb job. I hear their media guy isnt too bad either.

The Trio experience is like no other. This new nightclub brings the highest quality production to the Queen City. From the moment you walk in the ambience captures you. The staff gives 5-star service that will cater to all your needs. You’ll be saying “Take Me To Trio!” once you leave.

They book this place to the fullest capacity until the point where you have zero room to move. I love clubs and shows but they just want their money and it shows. I paid $40 to see yellow claw and we didn’t even make it to see him. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I will not be returning.

Second time going: Its more a night club that happens to play edm music rather than a venue for raves. If you like the club vibes this is your spot. If you want more of a real rave this is not your spot. They also dont tell you theres no reentry. It was only 11:30pm. Drinks are too expensive and it gets way too crowded. Vibes were alright, music was cool, but overall experience wasnt cool. They did return my credit card that i forgot there which was nice of them but it doesnt make up for it 😂

Love trio, always have a time!! the other night I lost my purse and flannel but I got into contact with the manager and was able to go look for it a couple days later and found them thank god.

My ears were ringing for a day and a half. Im not sure if this is normal I never have had this happen at other clubs in Charlotte or Miami and Ive been to many. Adjust that sound system please me and my friends would love that.

Trio has provided Charlotte the EDM club experience the city has been missing out on! Between the world class artists they are able to bring in, incredible venue with state of the art equipment, and a staff that provides an all around amazing time; no detail was spared to ensure you enjoy every moment while visiting Trio. My friends and I cannot wait to go back!

Chloe is the absolute best!! She made our night magical and I will be definitely coming back to see her. Cannot recommend her enough. The venue is great but she is what really brings it to life. #TakeMeToChloe !!

The general manager bo is top tier, when I had an issue he resolved it faster than I’ve seen anyone ever do it before. If they care this much about their customers then they are definitely worth going to. I wish I could give 10 stars and not just 5!!!!

I feel really disturbed, and paranoid to ever go back to a nightclub again. Had the worst experience of my life. Was drugged that night. Only had one drink that was made by the bartender there himself. He also charged me $80 for a single drink, and then had the audacity for charging/adding 4 shots to that receipt, added it in himself without my consent or even me requesting. First the bartender not being a credible person, and taking advantage. Clearly the type of people they for one hire. Had I not been there with close family members I wouldn’t have known the end result for me. Ladies stay safe out there do not leave your drinks unattended for a slight second.

Went here for Meduza and it was a really negative experience. The venue was VERY oversold. There was no way to walk in the venue or move around in your own space to dance (and by dance I mean sway even a little). They were still selling tickets at the door as well, which was absolutely unacceptable given how crowded it was. Within the crowd, around 90% of people were men… not necessarily a complaint but do with that what you willAdditionally, the lights malfunctioned significantly through Meduza’s set. It seemed like an operator error because it was later resolved but the dance floor was flooded with bright white light for a significant amount of time, which resulted in some people leaving. I considered it myself as it was really killing the vibe. There was also an issue with the transition when Meduza came on that I otherwise would’ve overlooked but found more annoying after the later mishaps.Aside from these things, I’d say the only bright spot was the staff. The bartenders seemed happy and provided prompt service. No a-hole vibes from bouncers. Really the only bright spot of this night out

Ashlynn was my server and gave me phenomenal service at my table! this venue has amazing production - lights on the ceiling and 4 house laser units.. so the show is a vibe no matter who is playing.

Laser. Wow. Laser… wow! Never have I been to a club that has CO2 cannons from the led ceiling! Trio was a blast and I love that they have so many different djs every week! Keeps a different vibe every time which is awesome! Got VIP for malaa and the service was quick and area was very spacious for a group of 12! Definitely will be back and mapping out my future shows!

To start, 80% of the previous reviews for this establishment were incentivized for people to be put on a guest list for free entry to an event, so of course they are 5-stars, I know this because I was invited to do the same. The DJs for paid events are sub par at best and overpriced. The floor is overcrowded and they do not utilize security properly for crowd spacing. Additionally, the GM is an undercover creep. Multiple stories circling around Charlotte about him creeping on women.. talk about unprofessionalism and lack of accountability from leadership. Trio wanted to stand out and be different from the other scenes in CLT, well they’ve definitely done that, but not in an attractive way. Major turn off to going here.

An honest review and criticism. To start, this is a great club. Definitely something that we needed in Charlotte. Feels like a little sliver of Miami, or something in Ibiza. The sound was amazing and lighting was phenomenal.Ive been all over the world to a lot of places and here are some things I noticed there that could be implemented at your place.-Different nights, different event themesTake Pacha Ibiza for example, when they have masquerade or flower power. Something cool like that, then you could mock up a poster. Ive never seen that in Charlotte.-Synchronized dancersThis is self explanatory, they dont have to be naked but should be in costumes of some form depending on the night-Confetti and smoke gun to enhance atmosphereI understand this is a b**** to clean up but would make the night more memorable-Vip boothsMore comfortable. Also could throw money shooters, rather than money you could have cards with your logo on it.Small things too-Cups that are unique to your place, high quality ones that are a specific color with your brand on it, not glass-guy in bathroom with cologne, gum, etc.. maybe even selling club shades. A lot of people would buy that, could throw your logo on them as well.-Air dry machines for bathroom*Attention to detail is very important, sometimes its the little things that separate you from good to great, and make you stand out.Again, love the place, here are the some suggestions. I look forward to coming back.

We went on a Friday night for Meduza.The sound and lighting are amazing.However, it was miserably crowded. People were squeezed in so tightly that you couldn’t move and people were panicking. You can forget trying to find your friends or going to the restroom and finding your way back. Clearly oversold and overcapacity. It’s hard to imagine the fire marshall would allow that many people in that space. It’s incredibly unsafe, not only from a fire/egress perspective, but also if someone has a medical emergency and needs to get out.Absolutely miserable experience, which is a bummer, because we were excited to see Meduza.

Stood in line for almost an hour just to get to the door and be racially profiled. As soon as we got to the door the bouncer told us that we would be waiting for a hot minute bc he cant let anyone in until the VIP line is gone (even tho both lines had been moving) we waited about 10mins later and decided to step out of line. He checked the girls ID that was behind me and we watched him let in the next few ppl. We called him out on it and he said they just told him he could let ppl in and we can get back in line if we want. Ill never go where Im not wanted!

Great club, nice bathrooms, nice security, great sound quality and lighting. Only real complaint is the bar, compared to 10$ strong drinks at blackbox bar is terrible, it’s 14$ for a shot of Tito’s for Christ sake and it’s not even a generous shot Lmao so pregaming hard is a must if drinking is the drug of choice for the night.

Meh, it’s ok. I wouldn’t call this a club. Lighting great, but Bad area, long lines, layout inside it’s ridiculous with the crowded bar right up against the “dance floor” but you can’t dance it’s over packed, can’t move. It’s like the ball drop in NYC, do it once and done. Better at Black Box.
