I had an incredible experience at Club Onyx, thanks to our amazing bottle girl, Ari. From the moment we arrived, she made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our night.Ari was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our drinks were topped up and that we had everything we needed. She had great knowledge of the menu and provided excellent recommendations. Her energy and enthusiasm added a fun and lively vibe to our evening.Overall, Ari provided exceptional service and made our night at Onyx unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and requesting her for our next visit!

Had a great time. Ari was my server and was amazing. Dancers are also beautiful. Most definitely the best wings here too! Ask for Ari when you come.

Honestly great club. Entrance fee is about average (20). The women were all top of the line. If I had any criticism it’s that the woman aren’t as social with the clients that are new. A lot of women sitting around looking amazing. Bartender was cool too.

In town for the weekend from Miami, off the bat Teddy introduced me to my VIP waitress Chynah and she is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had in a club and I’ve been to a lot of clubs… S/O Chynah!!!!! My VIP host Teddy went above and beyond to take care of me!!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!!

The most beautiful girl in the club, Raina, helped us navigate our first time experience. She was patient, attentive, and fun! The dancers were mesmerizing and the food was delicious. Needless to say, our experience was 10/10! We will definitely be back.

My girls and I had the best time at Onxy! We used their VIP service for our night out and were beyond taken care of! Ask for Teddy!!! Only the best for his guests! We were in a comfortable spot and could see the whole club! We had great drink service and the girls were sexy!!! The music and atmosphere were so much fun!

Went to Onyx Friday night for my boy Bachelor Party, was introduced to Teddy the VIP manager, S/O to Teddy, he went above and beyond to take care of me and my people! The girls were top notch and the wings were off the chain! We had a great experience we came back Saturday! If your in Charlotte check Club Onyx and ask for Teddy, he definitely will go all out to make sure you have the best time there!!!

I recently just visited Charlotte and went to Onxy and I have to say hands down Amanda is my favorite waitress‼️ She is the best, great customer service and is very attentive👌🏾 always smiling and has the sweetest personality. Make sure yall ask for Amanda at the door‼️

We came to the club in a party of 10 and we had the best service. Out waitress was so attentive with bringing our group our food and exchanging our money to get 1$ Bills. Excellent service. She came out and brought out our liquor bottle with the best club experience. We had such a blast and to top it off she brought our group the best hookahs EVER!!!!! If you go to club Onyx make sure you request Amanda as your waitress. Thank you beautiful ❤️

Haven’t been to a gentleman’s club in over a decade. We arrived super early and it didn’t matter. Marlee was our bottle server and made the night a blast. Best bottle girl ever! Top notch service.

Came to onyx with a bunch of friends and had the best experience. Our server Amber was extremely attentive, and overall great. Highly recommend coming here and asking for her. Food was great, music was great, and amazing entertainers.

The club is great, there’s always a good time to be had. The waitress we had recently was Jenna and she was really on point and made sure we never had a long wait for anything. But any waitress we’ve had there has always been great and very professional.

Camia is hands down one of the best servers there is at Onyx!! Not only does she provide the best service, but has such a great personality. Made my nightlife experience one of the best I’ve ever had! If anyone is looking to come into Onyx for a first time or celebrate a special occasion please please please ask for CAMIA! She never disappoints and will have you coming back for more. I’m now a regular myself just because of her.

I recently visited Club Onyx…It was my first time! Had an amazing time due mainly to Dev…she’s the bartender…absolutely beautiful and talented…the drinks were perfection and her customer service skills were on point as well….the dancers were nice too…But will definitely go back for the bartender(Dev)

Stopped by last night to see Kai while she was working. By far the most entertaining bottle service I’ve received. Can’t wait to come back and see her again

Great personality is always needed from a bartender or server and we were very satisfied.Also the manager named Louie is great. We could tell he runs this establishment very well and makes the customers feel welcome.

I don’t want to tear down a black establishment but I have to be honest dancers beware this is a section club most girls in these sections know the guys or pick the same girls over and over and making money on the floor is a task tip out is high if you don’t work a slow day management is cool and house mom is cool but making money is hard if this is not your home club overall it’s okay but be prepared if you don’t make your tip out back auditions are Tuesday and Thursday but again lower your expectations just thought I’d share this with ladies potentially trying this club for the first time

I use to like this place until they held an extra 100 dollars on card on 6-17 and have yet to release it. Every time I call they say the manager is busy and I never get a call back. I reached out through email and was told I reached the wrong department and there is nothing they can do and to keep calling to get a manager.

The service is good, girls are fun, security is hostile and just weird.I recommend going somewhere else because they will gang up on you or start issues. This isnt the place where you could just have fun. You need to watch your back. I recommend gentlemens club instead.The only positive for this place its the only predominantly black stripe club.

First of all...Onyx is a very welcoming establishment! I decided to come solo, and I was extremely nervous, but upon reading other reviews I decided to take the plunge. Mark from security assured me I would have a good time and he was right! Everyone I encountered was super friendly and I felt sorta spoiled to be honest. Dora the front door girl, Char the bartender and Shannon the bartender all took very good care of me. Char is awesome and it was also reccomended that I ask for her and it was the best decision. I actually went twice in one week because Im a night owl and there arent many late night spots to chill. I arrived after 2 am each night but could still grab a hookah and Shannon was more than willing to hook me up with a mocktail. If youre looking for a club with class and somewhere to chill after hours I highly suggest checking them out!

Girl literally tried to scam me. It was the end of the night I paid here just to talk she didn’t give me a lap dance bc I said talking is nice but a dance would be better… then place is literally about to close I’m about to tip her a 50 just for talking and she said let go sit on the couch it more comfortable to wait I said ok sat there for a couple of songs talking and she said ok that with be 60 a song…. I asked her if she knew how many songs we where played she said I don’t know like 10 +but she would take 200. One didn’t even know that sitting in a couch was going to cost me 60 a song to talk and wait for my Uber. Two my Uber was 15 minutes away. She was scamming and this needs to be addressed her name was milly she was a tall mixed girl wearing a cow costume. And mind you I payed/tipped her fat when we where sitting in the chairs just to talk and not do her job… then has the audacity to ask for more money after moving to the couch where she really continued to not dance even tho I hinted at it heavily. I ended up giving her more money but the main problem is she didn’t say anything about the price to sit there upon her request.

I took my girlfriend for her birthday on New Year Eve. We had a blast. Very friendly bartenders and staff. The ladies was extremely polite and Beautiful..Definitely will return when we are back in town.

Plenty of ladies, mixed drinks are not good so we just ordered shots. $30 entry fee (got there at 10pm) wasnt that bad but really shouldnt be that much to get in, especially when youre spending way more money inside.But all in all we had a great time!

Came last week and the fat bartender Char with red hair was very rude and not helpful. She told me that her card machine didn’t work then proceeded to take someone’s order using a card. I asked for a manager and was told they were all busy and couldn’t help.
