My first time ever going into such an establishment and it was f****** LIT. Id be lying if I didnt say it was one of the greatest nights Ive had in a while. Shout-out to Athena for the great time. Staff is great, drinks are good, the women are gorgeous and the environment is welcoming. Hands down prefer everyone stop by if youre running through Charlotte.

Came through a couple weekends ago and had a great time. The club is nice, there were plenty of seating options, and hot girls dancing on multiple stages. Pretty diverse selection too. And my waitress and the other staff was also very attractive.

Today was my first time visiting Uptown- (for one of their many rad traveling artists!) but can genuinely say I will be back to check out the rest of the girls!The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was, and immediately after how hospitable everyone was! There was plenty of open space for those who may be handicapped (which I greatly appreciate) including at each table. Loved the layout of multiple stages, including an intimate VIP room! Found the girls on that night to be tasteful, and sexy, while still reflecting their personality, and were more than happy to help with any recommendations/questions I had. :)I have been a patron of multiple clubs but my experience today exceeded my expectations! If you want a private dance that is 100% custom for you, and is 100% personalized for you- you HAVE to go to Uptown Cabaret!THANK YOU ATHENA!!!

Great place! Very attractive girls and plenty of them, and it reminds me of Houston. But, the dances here are $60 a dance. What?! Yes $60. I’m not cheap. I l love to spend on the right girl, but the only person who wins in that situation is the club. 60 bucks is way too much. If you talk to the girls, they will end up doing a dance for 50 bucks and even $30.

Power went out within 10 minutes of us entering the doors. Didnt even have a chance to sit and get comfy. Staff refused refund for the cover charge despite stating they were closing for the night after the incident. A few dancers got on the stage only to be told to get down by one of the staff. Shortly after all of the entertainers were sent downstairs. The male staff were very rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Dont get ripped off.

One of my favorite places to hangout in Charlotte. The door staff is always friendly and the bouncers are always nice (as long as you’re respectful 😉), the bartenders make good drinks, and there’s always a nice variety of dancers. Club is clean and has a good vibe. Uptown Cab is always a fun time!

Ive been to a bunch of the clubs in the surrounding areas and this is by far the nicest and cleanest of them all. They now have 40$ vip dances which you really cant beat for the quality of dancers they have. Definitely recommend stopping by for a night to check it out!!!

The girl at the front was rude. There were 2 girls dancing when I got there on a Monday night at midnight. Everyone was unwelcoming. I went to the bar and decided to get a drink. The bartender asked me to hand her the empty beer bottle that was left by a previous guest. I pushed it to her. The. She just gave me the drink and without saying anything went on and started talking to other guests that she was talking toBefore. I felt unwelcome and left. Had good time at another strip club. Never coming back to this place again.

All of charlotte has really suffered since Covid. Especially the clubs and restaurants. There aren’t many places open late anymore but Uptown Cab is still open every night until at least 2 am. There’s always a good dj playing and the place is kept clean. I came through last night and was really impressed. Even though it was a pretty dead night I still had fun. The girl with the glasses and the guy at the door are really cool and professional and Tara behind the bar always makes a good drink. I have been here before a few times but now they’ve started a $5 cover before 9 pm so I will definitely come back as I like the more laid back nights any way.

I feel like they are over priced for drinks and dances. And for the money I paid for drinks and to get in I expect the best of the best and that’s not what we got. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND………….. On top of that No one came up to us. 100% don’t recommend this club. Definitely recommend the MENS CLUB!!!!!!

The ladies here are incredibly talented!! I still cant believe I watched a girl climb to the second story ceiling and drop to the floor upside down on the pole! definitely a memorable experience. will be back!

Very disappointed with my experience. First was told we could get cash back and dollars at the bar, was denied at the bar for both. We made our way down to the main area and found a booth to sit in. Had sat there for awhile unattended when one of the girls came and sat down and was polite at first, then randomly was like well if you arent buying a bottle if champagne you cant sit here. Mind you, it was earlier in the evening and it wasnt busy. I actually found myself bored as the entertainment was subpar at this point. Also, I was accosted multiple times being accused of being disrespectful and taking pictures of the entertainers. We were out for a Bachelorette party and I made a boomerang of the group with NO worker, No dancer, no bartender no one even in the background. One time I was legit just scrolling on Instagram because again I was bored and a dancer came up to me saying I was disrespectful for recording them, again holding up my phone stating I was that I was bored on Instagram. Believe me I understand the rules about no pictures of the entertainers and had that been the case, I would of understood being confronted however, it was very rude and unnecessary acosting. Legit the whole group was so uncomfortable by how we were treated. We all agreed we should of chose somewhere else and in the future, we will chose somewhere else for our entertainment needs.

I didn’t have any issues while I was here. It wasn’t a stellar experience, but for my first time in a strip club I enjoyed it.They had a breakfast buffet by the front, my friends took advantage of that. The girls were great, even with the music it was easy to chat with everyone I was with. Place was clean, girls weren’t too pushy, everyone was respectful.They were supposed to close at 3, but while I was there they stayed open till 4am.Also, the line was not moving at all when we got there but we managed to skip it by paying $10 each to get in. Not sure what that was about, but it was better than waiting.

First impression was nice atmosphere. All around pretty girls. And pretty decently made drinks! BUT what really took me was ATHENA shes a goddess. If u dont go there for anything else BUT HER I promise it beats the rest of the clubs for that alone. 🙌🙌🙏😇

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I just got discriminated again at this club. I presented a legitimate government issued ID to the bouncers and was turned away because ultimately my skin color did not fit the reputation. I called and spoke with the managers and they chose to stick by the choices of the bouncer who made this choice based off of “instinct” I turn 27 in the next 5 days and my ID was not accepted not to mention another group of people fell into the same fate as I did with this same bouncr. I am very disappointed in this establishment because i have been here before and didn’t not come to this ridiculous conclusion. Shame on you Uptown Cabaret!

I walked in, went to the bar, and barely got my beer before we got approached by some girls. We agreed to go upstairs for a dance. When I asked how much it would be, I wasnt given a straight answer. I was out of money so I got $200 out of the ATM while the girl was watching. The dance started and I figured there was a time limit on it like other clubs ive been too, but instead they charge by song, which nobody told me even though I asked before hand. At one point she asked if I was ready to stop, and I was because all my friends already went downstairs, but when I brought up price again she just said you can afford it, making me think it must be less than $200. Boy was I wrong. It ended up being $700. Clearly I didnt have the cash, so I had to use my card, which charged me a fee. Then, they had the audacity to say i had to tip the bartender for running the card. I didnt want to but when a big bouncer is standing behind you its pretty intimidating. I had the option of picking one of three percentages. I went with the lowest, 10 or 15%. It ended up being $880 in the end. I wish I had known the price per song, but they should at least tell you when you ask or let you know what your up to like the other girls did with my buddies. I got swindled.

I had a wonderful time!! It’s unfortunate all these incels have left bad reviews because they went to a strip club thinking they can buy a womens affection. The atmosphere was great, and a beautiful woman named Athena gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a club. If you go you will not be disappointed:)))

Great place. Clean and fun atmosphere with great performers. Athena is awesome. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t, and ask for Athena. Promise, You won’t be disappointed.

HORRIBLE place!first of all the stuck up B.. at the door thinks she is all that with an attitude. Please honey, if you were all that you would be either working inside making the REAL money, or have a better job! I tried taking 10 guys there for a buddys Bachelor Party. she tried comping some but not me who brought the party. When talking with her about it she had an attitude the entire time. Tried talking with the manger Rich who speaking to before had reasonable conversations but this night decided not to try and speak with me at all and just booted us based on this front door Bs word that she was uncomfortable with us there. Why? because I asked legit questions about your door cover policy? Look, I dont mind spending money (that is after all why I am there) but at least back up your position when asked why you are selective in enforcing policies.Synopsis: The front door staff and manager (Rich) was COMPLETELY unprofessional. The crowd in there was ameture at best. I left this place and took my buddy to have a GREAT time elsewhere. I will not mention the name as I am not here to plug but, If you just do a quick google search you will find comparable/better places to spend your money.

The management are very rude and the dancers are always lying. Very passive aggressive when asking questions. Highly overpriced 550. Dollars per dance with a girl that are not quality. . That is what youre paying your hard earned money for. The management will not take phone calls and will not let you finish your story without interrupting. And then she will proceed to call you names and then hang up. Her Name is Michelle. She would make any person she talks to cringe and never return. Specially if you call youre paying customers that work very hard in life liars. This woman doesnt Will judge every person the same way that walks through that door no matter what your complaint is. They always say that people who cry liar are the ones that are doing the lying. She has her doorbell lady take phone calls for these complaints Im sure shes not getting paid enough to hear the complaints instead management is busy every time I call. People you need to understand there are a lot better places Im sure I dont know personally this is my first time to any club since 1999 I serve 10 years in the Navy with an honorable discharge and I was always filled with integrity and honor and Loyalty. have awards for that reason. I never wanted to go there in the first place and the first time I go in 20 years this is what I get. People be cautious going here its not a good time youre going to regret ever going there when you walk out trust me

Girls are really not what you would expect at a gentlemans club. They look like rejects from an actual high end club. Management is really rude along with the front door girl. Im amazed after reading reviews that this has been a common complaint for a long time and has not been fixed when it is turning paying customers off from here. Must really not care at all about their business. Would really recommend going instead to the other high end strip club in Charlotte, better service prettier girls same pricing but a lot more worth the money. Would not recommend uptown cabaret to anyone and will not be returning.

This club is probably the best Charlotte has to offer. That in itself is not saying a lot. Daytime shift is very hit and miss as far as quality of gals. Nights are better, but there are still some freaky looking women at night. I dont find the dancers at this club to be nearly as stuck up as at the Mens Club. I would recommend this club as being the most fun in the area, but still lacking in the quality of women compared to other cities

Did not have a good experience going there. Dancer lie to us about the cost of a dance and then told my friend that I didn’t pay for his dance which I did. Nice establishment but cover charge was higher then usually is and didn’t even offer the buffet anymore. And the experience with the dancer taking extra money from my friend didn’t help. Won’t go back and will not recommend to my business clients

I love Uptown Cab! Everyone is welcome. It’s an all inclusive joint! The smoking patio is great. Prices are just right! The girls are always worth the visit. Best club in town. Hands down.

I’m really just leaving a review here for any ladies planning on traveling to charlotte nc to dance at Uptown Cabaret… If you are a “ BLACK” / AFRICAN America female Shade ( Darker skin ) you might wanna go else where and not waste your time going there .. The club is very beautiful seems like it’s a nice place to celebrate, but far as entertaining the house mom seems to be RACIST toward darker girls .. I’ve called 4 times before I decided to go there, asked were they hiring for entertainers answer is always “ yes come in with valid id and speak with the house mom “ soon as I get to the front they seem to always tell me “ we’re not hiring at the moment for entertainers come back in a few months “ I’m a understanding person so I always politely say “okay thanks “ … mind u I drive 2hrs away! Just to be turned down. The final straw was for me & my Caucasian friend ( who currently works there) we decided to try but this time I went in first to get hired I was told “ no we r not hiring come back n a few months “ I said ok have a nice day , I get back in the car mr and my friend go to midnight diner for about 20-30minutes to kill some time , my friend then goes inside UPTOWN CABARET keep in mind she’s a WHITE / Caucasian women she gets hired & was told she could start that same day …. I just wanted to say .. that i understand that clubs want what they want but I just wanted to say as a woman , the house mom should take other women self esteem a little more in consideration us black girls didn’t ask to be born black , we are beautiful just like the white & mixed girls we are beautiful just like the “ lightskin “ African American girls … sorry that god made us this way …. This place was recommended to me. Unfortunately, when I tried it out, the girls seemed to have a learning curve on what we would define as respect. One, in specific, asked me if I would like a dance. I politely said no, then she proceeded to degrade me, and said to me, Oh, you dont have to work hard for your money. Shook her head and walked away from me. The drink service was satisfactory but the entertainment was lacking class. I would not recommend this establishment.

Let me preface this by if it’s not obvious, I’m a woman. I’m also married, and bi-sexual. I took my husband here for his 25th birthday and I am extremely disappointed in the service here. We got here about 8 and the girls just sat around on their phones all night until it got slammed. We were here until 11 and said f*ck it and left, as the entire night, we were spoken to THREE times. Once by Becca and twice by Winter. Out of, I don’t know, 30 dancers? I don’t know if this club just doesn’t approach women as I know many don’t or felt that my husband was “off limits” but I was very upset that all the girls were literally offering dances and sitting in clients laps and we had been spoken to three times in three hour period. Not a friendly establishment at all. The one couples dance we did do was amazing but getting a girl shouldn’t be an act of Congress.

This place charged my card 3300 dollars then provided receipts for a gift certificate and 500 dollars in gratuity which I didn’t authorize. DO NOT GO HERE because they will scam you. I am going to the better business bureau as well as the Charlotte city council to inform them of the shady practices at this establishment. This place needs to be Investigated for jacking up patrons credit cards and using non repudiation agreements to force people to pay.

This place is a rip off. I went for a bachelor party last night. I paid the girls to take care of my friend they tell you there is a special you get 3 dances for the price of two and a shot. But once you pay them they give you one dance and say they gotta go on stage. Then the girl I gave the money too literally hide from me all night so they ripped me off for 80 bucks. I will never recommend them or be back.

In town for business decided to give Uptown Cabaret a try . Upon entering I noticed girls on all stages and tons walking around to talk to ! Dances are 30$ a song dance with a few spinner type girls so so then I was approached by Sarah and Jen two curvy blondes , great conversation , dances they were awesome I got a hour VIP with them in champagne area it is pricey but well worth it ! Used my credit card was only charged what I spent . I will be back the bartender Heather was awesome as well !!

I hate these types of establishments in general but this place is filled with thieves. Even if you dont ask for dance or just simply want to hang out, the girls will stand by you and pester you the entire night. Eventually they will come up with a scheme and try to charge you for something that was never asked for.I hadnt been in at least 5 years because its absolutely a waste of time and money. Eventually one of my friends convinced me to go back so I did begrudgingly.Exactly like before, you cant even order a drink without being swarmed by the thieves they hire. Then after you tell them your not interested they either dont listen or insult you. Literally never had a good time here and wont be back.

Turned away for wearing work boots. Ive been to this club a few times over the past year or so. Every time Ive worn my work boots. Ive worn them going into every club Ive been to in the Charlotte as well as other areas. Never had a problem before. Tonight I walk in the front door, some guy in a suit look me up and down. Then tells me I cant come in because of my work boots.

Terrible. Sat down at a table and got a beer from waitress for $5.75 and I gave her $7. She said the beer is $5.75 with an attitude wanting more money. Next beer she spilled the whole tray of beers all over us, didnt apologize once. Dancers looked like they would rather be anywhere but here, never cracked a smile. Drinks are over priced. Would not recommend and wont be back!!

I hope you are reading this in time. I sure wish I had checked the comments sooner. I also got swindled. Maybe it was my own stupidity, but when it is your first time in a new place, you tend to just accept the costs as stated. The lap dances vary wildly. You would be better off saying what you are willing to pay and see if they will met your price; especially if you come in on a slow night or an off time. Its your money. Its your entertainment. Make them work for you.

Rich and his staff are 100% scam artists. Went for a bachelor party. Was told at the door that we had to purchase two VIP couches - $350. As other reviewers have noted, one of the girls there was given $40 for one dance for the bachelor. When she returned she demanded an additional $240 for extra songs which were not agreed to.I brought the issue up with Rich who immediately knew which girl i was talking about and started cussing about how she had ripped off another customer. I was thinking great this is going to be fine, there’s clearly an issue with this girl.Nope, moments later Rich disappears and tells me he will be back. An hour goes by and the night winds down so I go looking for Rich and at the front counter I’m told Rich is in the office for the evening and couldn’t help.Moments later, Rich walks through the front door confirming yet another lie. I confront Rich who goes on about how if I hadn’t paid the girl he could have helped me out, but because I did what seemed like the right thing. I’m screwed. He goes on to say that the girls are private contractors and he can’t take their money.Needless to say, all of this is irrelevant to the customer and the business needs to hold their employees responsible for their conduct.Finally, rich and his bouncers go to the back and a few minutes later they come back and say that they tried to find the girl to ask her what happened but she was gone. We’re told to call the GM to file a complaint. I call the GMs number and it rings to the front desk LOL, another lie.With the hundreds we spent on bar tabs and the $300 VIP couches there was plenty of wiggle room there for Rich and the staff to work with us on the $240 that we were scammed out of.I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

My favorite club anywhere on the planet, and Ive been all over the place. The girls here are beyond beautiful. Dances are a little pricey but worth it. The covid restrictions suck, but thats not the clubs fault, cant wait for things to get back to normal!

LOVE this club, great atmosphere, great drinks, great music. I got a dance from Athena and OH MY GOD. She was a goddess and knew exactly how to take care of me. Highly recommended

I came in to apply for a job as a dancer. The house mom is extremely rude and unprofessional when talking to someone about a position. I was nothing but polite to her and nice. No Im not ugly, im a very attractive blonde, but I would never work in a club where the house mom is extremely rude! She needs to learn to speak to people a little more professional and maybe smile and act like she likes her job. ..she was working the door when I went in last night around 7:30 and I sure hope she didnt speak to Male customers the way she spoke to me!.I have worked at alot of clubs up and down the east coast and never met someone more rude and unprofessional working as a house mom.

Took my husband last night for Father’s Day. They open at 6. We got there a little after 7. We got a drink from the bar then went and sat by the stage. We sat there for 15 minutes then left. Not one person in sight anywhere. Not a girl on the stage not a waitress. No one. Not one person around after opening an hour before? I will not visit this establishment again. How disappointing.

Must say the classiest place in Charlotte with the nicest staff. Managers and bartenders are the reason we keep coming back. Prettiest girls and consistent drinks. Best spot for meetings or just to grab a quick beer. Love you all at Uptown Cab and see you soon.

Ive been to many a strip clubs in my day, and I have to say that this was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had! There was lots of energy in the club, lots of entertainers to choose from, and the service was 2nd to none! I will definitely be back every time Im in Charlotte!

I went in here this past Sunday for a drink. Great drink specials for $4. Lots of pretty girls, I just hate it was only 2 black girls who look white. Hire all shades. I have certain preferences

This club concider itself the BestIn Charlotte just because of it uptown location but if I had to rate the club onHow the Dancers look I would say a 3 out of a 10.This club has majority white girls maybe 2 blacks and 1 Asian and they are notThey are not the best looking girls. But they are down for anything in the VIP so that makesFor it, I guess.

Sitting at the waiting line......guy at the front lets 10 people in ....at different times....but cuts me off at mid lane...(I havent drank a drop in 3 year) ...and tells me I cant come in(2:59am)....open until 4 am.I am confused. Do not go here Im a manager at a adult club. This is unacceptable. Very sad. I will not be coming back, nor will be bringing my establishment here...ever.

Avoid this place at all costs. The dancers will accuse you of not paying them and will try to steal from you. It is very dangerous and should be shut down.

Some of the dancers are rude. u ask them when the next time. u work they act like they can tell u. they sit there and begging for a dance after u told no. Some of the girls over charge u. On some day. On day it be 30 .the next day it 40. A dancer charged me 80 for 2 lap dances.

My husband and I love this place! Nice Girls (with a few stuck up exceptions) We stay here for HOURS on date night & have so much fun! We always make it a point to come here when we can get out. A little pricey as far as drinks.. But that comes with the territory. Other than that.. Super fun & we will be back!

Terrible bouncer, there was a younger looking kid in line ahead of us with a valid ID, but the bouncer turned him away on the basis that he looked too young, even though his ID scanned and was legit. Same thing for my buddy thats 22, valid ID that they just wouldnt let us in with on the basis that the guy just looked young. Cringe

Completely strange, sexist experience unfortunately :( My friends and I arrived (5 women - almost completely sober) to be greeted by a large security guard. He immediately asked us how many drinks we had. There was absolutely ZERO indication that we were intoxicated in any way. We told him we had been to one bar to have a couple of drinks prior. He looked at me and said “that’s too many for your body”. I thought he was kidding - so I laughed and walked in. He then put his arm on me to block me from going in. The entire experience was inappropriate, sexist, and super uncomfortable. It was very obvious he made up a random excuse to not allow women inside. I would avoid at all cost.

Absolutely terrible. They will not let women in, they refuse to let anyone speak to a manager, and the people are 100% rude and unprofessional. We spoke to the manager and the manager huge up twice. Spend your money on much better places in Charlotte.

He kept the night staff inplace and redesigned the interior adding VIP space.There is rumors of a him being impersonated by family attempting to take over by forging his signature on documents giving the club away. But that would just make a void unenforceable contract so bad rumor.He is never seen in the club. It is also true he owns a percentage of area nightclubs. Including Club Onyx Crazy Horse and LL Gastonia

Truly the classiest adult entertainment venue in the Queen City. From the wait staff to the lovely ladies providing enticing entertainment, the experience is fun and frivolous.And the food is outstanding. be sure and catch the amateur night contest. its a blast.

A club with an awesome real estate footprint. Pretty girls but Club management thinks it has a first class operation. Far from it. To many loiterers in prime seats. D,J, doesnt have what it takes to run the establishment. Girl could make more money if they shamed to spectators out of their seats and off there wallets and purses.

Waste of time...Girls had bruises and couldnt dance on beat to save their lives. NONE of them had any form of a body, saw hip bones while they were dancing...chicks need to eat! DJ was horrible and couldnt stop from spinning the record at the wrong times. Drinks were pathetic; watered down with no kick. Had amateur night which was a COMPLETE waste; MC was stupid and had bad jokes.

Carlos one of the security guards was totally unprofessional and violates my privacy he accused me of recording and tried to kick me out the club when I explained no recording was going on it was very racial and discriminating of him to accuse me of such since there was people recording but not myself so I felt very violated being asked to leave while getting water.. Im not the enemy so take the macho act elsewhere please

This place is GREAT!!!! Wonderful girls and staff is great would not go no where else its a 5 🌟 place they serve great food and great music.... Its so much fun..... So if i was you i would come party with them.....

Steal your money with the dancers charging you for dances you dont receive at $40.00 a dance and the bouncers there to strong arm you to pay for nothing you received.

We got there right around when they said they would be open. They immediately said they were closed and aggressively told us to leave. Not sure what it was like inside but after that experience I don’t think I want to.

Was not impressed at all everyone was rude. The girls were not attractive at all.! I was very disappointed with this place especially because I went off the reviews.

Place is clean and fun! Kelly is the absolute best. Ultra enjoyable.

They alway want you too buy a membership before you check out the place and i made it just too the door only and the girls there where sitting down and why pay for a membership and your not going too be in town just a couple of days only
