Last week I would’ve said this was a good store to go to, after almost 2 years of being a frequent reoccurring customer coming once or twice a week every single week to only this store. I have never even been to another vape shop. But I will never ever come back to this vape shop, after two years, I finally got a dud of a vape. I thought no big deal. They know me pretty good. I’ll take it back and surely They’ll they’ll just swap it out. Well, I was wrong the Indian guy in there could care less about customer service and taking care of his loyal customers, he told me it wasn’t his problem. And I know they probably have tons of people coming in here all the time but half those people are not reoccurring customers. I was spending $100-$150 a month in the store. Hopefully other customers will see this and stop going.The vape I had for a day and it started self hitting and leaking juice out of the charger.*** EDIT I went to a new vape shop today,-Dalton Vape & Smoke- They also let you check your product to make sure it works AND they have buy one get one FREE on Mondays!!

Large variety of products, the “clearance” juices are great when I’m low on cash. Other stores don’t do that. The Lady behind the counter was nice did anything she could to help. Great service. Found my Smoke Shop!

I bought a puff bar and as soon as I got home and opened it, it didnt work! When I went to register its authenticity online it came back as a fake device. I returned immediately to the store to ask for an exchange or refund and was met with a very rude demeanor and no help at all!!!! I was confronted for it being my fault and Im out of pocket almost $15 of my very hard and honestly earned money!!!! This place is a rip off and doesnt value customer service!!! And the prices are expensive in comparison to other places with legit products. My advice: STAY AWAY!

I used to go there all the time cause I had just moved from another state and when the one guys was always there I think he was the owner I loved it but the last 3 times I went I there and the woman was in there she was rude to me so I aint been back

Can someone tell me how to get in touch with the lady who works behind the counter want to talk to her private when she aint working good friend of mine

Good up to date Smoke/Vape shop especially for this area. Excellent personalized customer service. They are also willing to make the effort to try to accommodate special request.

Always open late in the morning

Horrible customer service, employee doesnt know what shes selling. Lost my business in all their locations over $40 and I use them alot.
