Elements Massage

This place closed down without any notification. I had probably close to $1,000 dollars worth of massages accrued. My account was deleted from the system, along with everyone elses, so I was unable to go to another location to use my massages. I have tried numerous times to contact corporate or someone that can help me, but nothing. Its very disappointing that no one is trying to make this right.

First time ever getting a massage and it was absolutely amazing! Mike is the best and made sure I felt completely comfortable. What a wonderful and much needed experience. I will definitely be coming back soon. I went in so sore and Muscles in knots and left feeling brand new. Front desk receptionist was so friendly and nice.

This was my first ever massage and the experience did not disappoint. The front desk receptionist was very helpful on the phone and in person for my first time, and my massage therapist Kim was AMAZING! She communicated with me very well letting me know everything she was doing and why, it made me feel very comfortable for my first time. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I just recently tried Elements for the first time and WOW. When I called to make the appointment he front desk receptionist was friendly and informative with her recommendations. Mike S. did an amazing job. He made sure to communicate with me thoroughly prior to starting and really listened to what I was looking to get out of my massage that day. He even checked in on me periodically throughout the massage and upon completion asked if there were any areas I would like him to go back over. The facility was clean, the front desk receptionist was friendly and didn’t try to sell me on anything. My experience was so good I asked about a monthly membership and signed up. I can’t wait to go back next month.

Jo was amazing! Very friendly but also professional. She listened to my requests and asked for feedback if everything was ok a few times during the massage. She also created a very peaceful atmosphere which helped me relax and get the most out of the massage. Can’t wait to go back!

Clean, quiet, great customer service! Love being able to book online. Chris M is the best therapist out there! I have been a client of his for over 5 years. So personable and also so professional! Feel like a new person every time I leave an appointment!

4-5 years ago I LOVED this place. I was a member and came monthly for massages. Everyone was always nice, prompt, and good therapists. This has changed. Ive been cancelled on my last 2 appointments Ive made less than an hour before the appointment for call outs. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I had to find babysitters for my children to be able to go only to be disappointed. All of my regular therapists from a few years back have left and those replacing them are sub par at best (and clearly unreliable).

Leah is the best. She takes the time to listen to her client and personalizes each massage based on your needs. Periodically during the massage she will check to see if the pressure is right and how you are feeling. Towards the end of the massage she asks if there are any areas requiring additional attention. I would highly recommend Leah for anyone looking for a level 3 massage!

I have to write this review immediately following my appt. because I just had the most amazing experience at Elements Spa in Cherry Hill. Lilly B. was Amazing ( I must have told her this 20 times during our session.. lol). From the moment I walked in the receptionist made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was really nervous because I have never had a professional massage before, but Lily was so easy to talk too and made me feel at ease. The massage was soooo relaxing and I would highly recommend Lily and this spa if your unsure where to book. I can not wait to go back !!

The massage therapists and front desk staff are all so much more knowledgeable here. The staff knows each therapists and their levels of firmness and skill much better than other places I’ve called, which makes sure the appointments are not a waste of time. The therapists I’ve seen, Jeffrey, is really skilled and able to make sure I leave there on the path to restoration. His use of pressure points helps fix a lot of my issues I want worked on. Best massages ever.

This is the most professional, friendly, clean, comfortable massage studio I’ve ever been to. Management, staff, and therapists are stellar. I just had my first massage in over a year and it was absolutely AMAZING! My body hasn’t felt this good in so long!

My massage therapist, Kathy was excellent. She applied just the right amount of pressure for relaxation and removal of stress and tension in my back muscles. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and informative.

The beds have heat, hydraulics and the face holder is really comfortable. Therapist listen to what your needs and wants are comply. First massage here was my best ever! Signed up for wellness program immediately. Love that there is not a contract and family members can share your benefits with you ! Fan for life

The infrared experience is amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I found myself in a meditative state that made me feel like I was floating. My therapist, Alexandria, had taken the opportunity to experience infrared and was able to speak to her experience as well as the benefits of doing it. My therapist also communicated with me to ensure that my experience was top notch ...and it was! The massage following the infrared was absolutely wonderful and it all came together like a nice little package.

The Elements massage site in Cherry Hill is fantastic. I have tried two other chain massage businesses and found them lacking. At Elements I receive a professional massage with a good therapist. I always go to Bernadette. She keeps notes of what works best for me. Shes also nice! The receptionist staff is super, efficent and personable. They call me by my name when I come in. Elements is truly there to give real massage by a seasoned pro and it shows!

BEWARE OF BEING CANCELLED ON LAST MINUTE.At first I thought we were just unlucky, but reading through the reviews, every poor review is a story similar to ours.My Fiance purchased a couples massage for the both of us for valentines day.They called us the day before and let us know that they had to reschedule for a week later because the masseuse would be out that day for a funeral.No big deal, things happen and we were sorry for her loss.We were set to have our rescheduled visit tomorrow, but then they called and told us they had to reschedule again, pushing it back another week, saying again that the masseuse will be out again for another funeral.As horrible as this may sound, I am beginning to doubt the legitimacy of the rescheduling reason they have us, strictly based on based on other negative reviews that claim they were cancelled on multiple times in a row as well, in similar fashion. I sincerely hope this is not true, but it does beg the question based on the track record of the negative reviews.If this is true that they lied just to cancel our appointments, I would be disgusted and the shop should be ashamed of themselves.However, that is not why I left a 1 star review.I left a 1 star review because the manager Jennifer, was extremely rude to my fiance when she express her displeasure with the service and requested restitution surrounding the loss of her second appointment in two weeks. Completely unacceptable customer service in my opinion.Overall I would avoid this place at all costs.Unfortunately you cannot leave a 0 star rating, otherwise that would have been my rating

I have been going regularly for almost a whole year on a gift subscription that I got for Christmas. I have never had a rude reception from the women at the front desk nor have I had a problem with any of the massage staff. Everyone is always nice and accommodating and I feel relaxed afterwards. There was one less experienced masseuse that I had recently who was a little less thorough, but Im sure she will do well in the long run.

My experience was wonderful. The facility was clean and the front desk staff acknowledged me as soon as I entered. My masseuse didnt show up so Sheri graciously agreed to stay late and do my massage. She was very friendly and attentive and did a great job.

The women at the front desk are very professional, yet in a friendly manner. The spa has a very peaceful quality, which is what it is all about. My massage therapist is absolutely the BEST. (Iryna). She really knows body anatomy and what to do when a certain area is giving me a problem. She is quite. When she needs to ask a question, her voice is almost like a whisper. When I want a massage, I dont like being talked to. I came for tranquility and body work, not to have a conversation. I like this about her. She is the only therapist I want!!

I started with a Groupon about a year ago. Now I am a member and go every 3-6 weeks. I love it there! I have found several therapists that I like so someone is always available, even when I call a day in advance. So convenient and everyone is friendly!

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and calming, and my masseuse Melissa is super fabulous! She listens and remembers my problem areas and does a fantastic job working out the knots and loosening my stiff muscles. I bought 8 gift cards with the Black Friday special and will have all of my family and friends request Melissa.

Bernadette was a sweetheart and fully explained everything she was doing and also told me what else would help me in future visits. I have specific medical issues that she was very attentive to and loosened up muscles that have been very tight. The front desk girl Kathleen was also very friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. Your therapist was very polite and professional. He took care of problem areas instead of just completing the full massage. I really appreciated that. I rather have the knots worked out rather than just a go over.

Wow! I just tried the new Infrared Massage and it was incredible. I have never felt more deeply relaxed and my muscles were so receptive to the massage work that I felt instant relief. I am going to make this my go-to massage every time I visit. Val, my therapist, was so talented and everyone there was super friendly. Already booked my next appointment.

Ive been going to elements now for several months and Ive had nothing but the best service, professionalism, and, most importantly, excellent massage work from Courtney. She is fun and energetic. Her work is impeccable! I highly recommend her for DEEP tissue massage.

If youre rude or unprofessional please apply for a job at the front desk at Elements! Jenn, the manager, could not be less accommodating and Kathleen needs lots and lots more training in how to deal with customers. Twice now my appointment was cancelled one hour before its scheduled time. How disappointing to be dealing with such unprofessional and uncaring people. In their mission statement their objective is to promote greater health and wellness instead they promote stress and anxiety. Very, very disappointed - Im sorry I recommended them to friends and family. Still waiting to hear from Kevin Knapp.

The therapists and support staff are professional. Chris and Mike are two of the best massage therapists. Chris recently helped healed my back issues, which resolved in record time. And the exercises he recommended reversed the negative trend in my physicality. Mike regularly brings my body to a deep healing zone. As someone with fibromyalgia, these guys are lifesavers.

I have been coming to Elements Massage for about a year now and from day 1 everyone especially Liz & Alex have been phenomenal with me. From the warm tone of their voices on the phone to their pleasant demeanor in person keeps me coming back and even joining their spa as a member. The masseuses are fantabulous and their attention to details is one to be recognized. GREAT location, folks and flexibility. 2 thumbs up.

Worst customer service ever! Scheduled a massage as a Valentine’s Day Gift for my fiancé. They canceled it and could not provide me with another appointment the week of Valentines Day. I understand things happen, but they did nothing for the inconvenience. So I rescheduled the appointment for the next week. To no surprise they called again and canceled it! The women was rude on the phone and not helpful at all. Such poor customer service!!

This was my first time visiting - I was in very bad pain from stress all through my shoulders and neck. Kourtnie was incredible and worked almost everything out. I felt immediate relief in my shoulders and back, and have much more movement in my neck now. We will continue to work on that issue. She also used cupping on my back, which I was very very happy to discover someone that uses them! They are amazing and truly make a difference. I highly recommend this place, and Kourtnie.

Wow! I tried the Infared full body massage yesterday and it was so amazing. It was totally relaxing! I would 100% recommend it to anyone whether youre simply looking for relaxation or looking to relieve pain from a problem area. I suffer with a lot of back pain and the Infared massage really increased the results of the pain relief! The customer service of the staff and the therapist was great throughtout the whole experience. The therapist was lovely and really listened to what I needed. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be going back!

Miryna was the best! Best massage ive received and ive tried multiple places. She knew things about my body that I did not even tell her. She seemed like it was her true passion to work here.The front desk ladies were very nice as well. I did end up singing up for the membership , which i was not planing to do!

I have visited this location several times. Atmosphere is very relaxing. Staff is very friendly and proffessional. All of the massages i have had are very relaxing. If i have a problem area they work on it. Yesterday i visited a Hand and Stone because i was given a gift card they are horrible. If i need a massage in the future i will always go to Elements.

The staff at this location have very poor customer service. I was gifted a Groupon voucher for a prenatal massage package, and when when I showed up to use it they told me I would have to pay the difference between a prenatal and regular massage (which was significant.) Since I did not purchase the Groupon myself I was forced to pay extra for a service that should have been a treat.Again I was gifted a Groupon voucher and when I called to schedule an appointment to redeem it I was told I could not use the vouchers and that it was for first time customers only. How can I have any control over a surprise gift? Someone was trying to do something nice for me and now I had a useless voucher.Apparently this company is not concerned with having returning customers. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous price for average service I suggest you look elsewhere.

I bought a massage on Groupon and I guess I got what I paid for BC the massage was average. It wasn’t your normal high end salon massage. This is type of place where you go frequently if you need to have massages for any reason. Maybe it was the woman who gave me the massage, she kept clearing her throat and it would startle me and I couldn’t fully relax. I know most places have rooms close together but this was just a hallway with rooms all in a row and then they continued around the corner. I could hear everything is the room adjacent to mine. I read reviews on their website with clients raving about their experience so maybe the masseuse I had just wasn’t what I needed.

Our daughter received a gift card for massage. She loves the place, it helps her with her soccer soreness. The place is clean and the staff is amazing at friendly. It has a very relaxing atmosphere.

I gifted a Groupon voucher to my wife. She made an appointment and arrived early. The receptionist told my wife the appointment was never confirmed, although it was. They tried to rebook my wife for a date after the promotional value. The overall disposition of the receptionist was very rude. Groupon refunded the voucher.

I was lucky enough to have an appointment with Karen. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. By the end of the massage. My sore knotted back was relaxed and I was very glad I went to Elements for my massage!

I just want to say that Kristin (sp?) who helped me this afternoon was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could say the same about Alex, who basically acted like I was taking her away from whatever she could have possibly been doing than helping a customer. I explained to her my situation and that I wanted to speak with a manager, and she basically brushed me off and said that the manager would call me when she got in. FOUR HOURS LATER, I called back, and Kristin actually took the time while she was on the phone with me to text the manager and to help get the situation taken care of.

I went to Iryna, she is very experienced and did a great job for the postparturm massage. Their rates are also reasonable especially if you sign up for their wellness package offering free upgrades and $5 off for every pre-scheduled service.

What do you like about our services ? Everything ! Wonder staff, prompt scheduling, and very clean environment! Wait and did I mention the message was absolutely spot on ?! She knew exactly where my rough spots were and event sent me home with a image of areas to focus on ! Thank you again for wonder service !

Having been getting massage for many years, I must say, recently finding Elements Massage, and especially Jared, has been a treat, as he is extremely talented and gives a really great massage. Atmosphere there is very warm and inviting, and location is great.

I needed a gentle massage for the Heat burns I have got due to weather change from India. As recommended by Kelly T, accompanied this with Herbal Ritual (CBD) to get the relaxed massage I needed. Mariah Cherry on the front desk is indeed Mariah Cheery 😃 Overall had a nice time of relaxation.

Either way this caused me to NOT go back for a few years.Exp 2- 2015. I got a text message that it was customer appreciation month so i decided, what the hay why not try it again. This time im 31 weeks pregnant. so I got a prenatal. It was very relaxing, the therapist used the right amount of pressure and asked a few times if everything was ok, which was nice. The only DOWNFALL was that my ankles/feet werent massaged & not that my feet are nasty since i just got a pedi lol but im swollen and my feet hurt all the time so it would have been nice to have that done but overall no complaints :)

There is a priority to cleanliness, which is essential at this particular time. Of course the actual massage was outstanding. Justine showed a particular interest to make sure she addressed my needs.

Horrible service! I had a monthly memebership for a month that I had to cancel immediately because I only had the chance to use 1! The women that was attending to me cancel on me twice in a row just a couple minutes before my appointment! I called for a refund of my money and the women at the front desk told me there where no refunds! Just horrible experience I do not recommend anyone!

Had an amazing massage . The masseuse really knew what he was doing. He asked me about the areas of concerns that I had and worked accordingly on those areas. I felt a lot of my issues with stiffness and pain were resolved.

I love the membership plan. Shel is a fantastic masseuse and I highly recommend her. Very professional and time is taken with me. I never feel rushed.
