Very well priced, and deep tissue massage. Got a headache 🤕? Come here and theyll work your neck and head and scalp very well. It is amazing. Hot stone work is really nice and good. Definitely would come back again. 12/10.

I truly feel that not enough people know about that place. It’s absolutely amazing massage experience that won’t compare to any of the generic massage places around. After the massage you would feel like absolutely new person. The prices are very competitive, the staff is amazing and they have great reward program. It’s the best spa I’ve been to in South Jersey. When I started going to New Rose Spa, I was living in New Jersey. I live in Philadelphia now, and I still only go to this spa. The service is amazing, the prices are incredible, and everyone is always so kind. The spa is very clean which is super important. My favorite part is that whenever I need most attention on muscle pains, my pain is always relieved when I leave. I 100% would consider New Rose Spa!!

I went to this place for the first time for a two hour massage. I asked for medium pressure and got deep tissue it was painful. The massage table face down was uncomfortable like wood sticking out. There were part of the massage that were good. But the worst was the attitude of the woman at the front desk who was super rude because my tip was not in cash. I gave A $25 tip. Then she pointed to the sign that tips should be in cash. I will never go return due to the rudeness of the woman at the front desk! There’s too many other places to go to put up with poor customer service.

I booked a couples massage for my friend for his birthday and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by Jenny and she explained our services professionally and super courteous. LuLu and CeCe were our therapists and let me tell you one of the best massages ever. I will be coming back again real soon! Don’t let the construction deter you from making an appointment. Our room was perfect! I’m sure we both fell asleep at some point. The hot stones at the end were perfect 😍

I tried this place because it was close to Cherry Hill Mall. The space was clean and serene. The woman that massaged me had the perfect pressure and I was put the sleep during the process 😁 I will be back there... but for longer. 60 minutes was not ENOUGH! I recommend this location... they are accommodating. My best friend and I will be going back! Thank you all for getting me in for an appointment!

Cece was my masseuse. My wife and I purchased a couples 90min massage. My focus was on my neck and upper back area. Features included some hot stone massage and light stretching. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The pressure was perfect (preference is medium to strong). They really took their time on my most tense areas, without ask. It is a very quiet atmosphere which I appreciated. There place is very clean. Highly recommend this place. We will be returning for sure.

Found this place on Groupon a few years ago for a Valentines Day gift and have been getting the 10 package couple massages ever since. My fiance loves it so much that he got his own 10 to get massages to go every friday since he works out a lot. We are completely obsessed with this place! The massages are so dam good. We always get 90 mins!

Thought a $120, 60-minute couples massage was too good to be true. Turns out, it’s not! This place is very clean, all employees were welcoming and friendly and the massage was equally relaxing and revitalizing. We’ll definitely be back!

I live in Philly and am often disappointed by my massages in the city (unless really spending a lot of money at high-end spa and even then I can be disappointed). Years ago friend of mine recommended New Rose to me and I have not stopped going since. If you are like me and especially prefer deep tissue, everyone I have ever had is amazing and I feel so much better after leaving. I appreciate the hot stones and hot towels included. Great staff, friendly owner, clean facilities and I am usually drooling and half asleep by the time I am done :)Note: This is not a fancy spa it is a true massage business and you will get a fantastic service if you really are seeking an excellent massage. Just dont expect all the frills.

Me and my girlfriend went to get a couples message. The lady asked if we could pay now we said sure so she says how much would you like to tip them and we said okay 5$ each only because this was our first time there, so she said here’s a paper that shows how much your suppose to tip so I asked her so you gonna tell me how much I’m gonna tip them she said yes so we asked for the card back and walked away. I’ve never heard that before.!!

I had the best experience today!! I had pain in my head, shoulders, lower back and legs. I feel so relieved from my body pains and I am so relaxed and refreshed. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend Rose Spa you will not be disappointed. I will definitely be back for another one.

I just wanted to mention about the great experience I had at New rose spa. I have been a customer now for a few years and by far this was the best experience since Ive gone there. Amy was my massage therapist and she was fantastic! She was asking me what kind of pressure that I wanted and would ask during the massage if it was okay and she really concentrated on the areas of my back that Ive had issues with.I really felt good after the session and will definitely be going back requesting her.

I have been coming here for Years! They are very different from anywhere else and are the only ones that can get rid on my aches and pains! Staff are extremely friendly and prices are very reasonable! They are obviously taking Covid seriously and I see masks and sanitizer going everywhere at all times. I am glad they have reopened and are a safe and awesome service. If you give them a try you will agree!

I went for the first time today. I was greeted immediately and my appointment confirmed. The massage was very good. The strength of the massage was on point. They use warming oil and hot stones with hour long massages which is nice. Unlike other places I’ve tried you do get your full time here. I would recommend as well as return to New Rose Spa. The only portion that I wasn’t expecting was being required to keep your underwear on. It wasn’t necessarily a bad thing I just didn’t expect it.

Just went to New Rose Spa tonight and was pleasantly surprised by how good the massage therapist was and how quiet it was. I was worried that it would be noisy but it wasnt at all. What I most appreciated about my 90 minute massage was that they targeted all of my problem areas when I told them about when I checked-in. If you are looking for a straightforward massage by people who know what they are doing, you should check them out. I will definitely be back! Most likely again next week :-)

Took my niece here to celebrate her graduation yesterday and we both had a wonderful massage!This is the first massage Ive had where:1) hot stones and oil are included2) they wipe the excess oil off after so your clothes do not get oily3) you get the full amount of time you pay for4) I am not sore the next dayAnd I truly have tried most massage places around! Highly recommend this place as they are professional, straight to the point, and clean!I would close the door next time and offer hot tea after but that is all that would have made it a platinum experience! This place is truly wonderful and I loved the massage!

I want to say that this is unfortunately my first ever google review, I made this so I can give my two cents on my experience. To sum up my experience: I went out more stressed than going in and I heavily regret my time spent there. I should have not gone there. My girlfriend and I were looking for a good spa around the Cherry hill area and were looking online for good options for couple massages. We encounter New rose spa and to our surprise, they helped us with a discount because there was a promotion going on. We quickly made an appointment and went excited as it was my first time ever going to a massage. Upon arrival, the lady seem excited to think I was a certain type of Asian but promptly changed her attitude when I said I wasn’t. She even stated that they liked it if I was a different type of Asian. I brushed this off as I went in for a good time, not for conflict. We were lead to a room and got ready for the couple massage. Overall I would say I was disappointed as it felt very much like a random person was just pressing down on my body for a majority of the time. Not even the body massages felt good. The masseuses were also whispering throughout the entire session, and I really could not relax even if I really tried. Finally at the end the lady at the front inquired about my experience. I am not the type of person to complain so I said it was good as it was my first experience. However this quickly turned sour as she started yelling “TIP TIP” 20 dollars per person. Which totaled 40 + dollars and I unfortunately obliged. I know tip is for gratitude and I usually happily tip for good service but I was not at all satisfied with my experience yet she continually called for tip. The whole experience felt extremely slimy and greedy. Perhaps this was just me but I am extremely extremely disappointed, unsatisfied and felt scammed.

This is a gem in Cherry Hill !!!! I was so relaxed after my body and foot massage I could have floated home!!!! The Staff was professional and the rooms are very clean!!!

Lulu and Lily were both so skilled and thorough. The spa was clean and relaxing and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming! We have plans to return once a month because we loved it so much!

Ive been going here for years now and am never disappointed! Its like they give my body a tune up each time. :) Love going so much I have also taken friends and recommended to others, as I dance (a lot). Working a sedentary job, then exercising hard causes the muscles to tighten up and you cant always work them out on your own, so this is my go to place for instant pain relief. The front desk is always well managed and Im usually able to get a same day appointment - which is awesome as my schedule constantly changes. All the massage therapists are conscientious and check to ensure you have the best experience, each time. Special requests or areas of pain are always addressed, plus they find tight spots you didnt realize you had. Pricing is very reasonable and the packages make it quite affordable for the self care we all need. Check them out, as you will enjoy!

Booked an appt for 2P. Came at 1:55p and the lady was not at the front desk. The door makes noise when entering so I opened it again so they could hear that someone walked inside. Still nothing I then said “hello, excuse me” and waited 5 more mins nobody ever came so I left at 2:05p. Just wasted time and gas for no service :(

Great experience! I was referred to New Rose by my acupuncturist and I had a wonderful relaxing massage with Lisa. She zeroed right in to my trigger points and did a wonderful job, always mindful of her pressure to check in with me. It was a deep tissue, therapeutic massage for a price that makes it possible to come back often! Highly recommend!

I tried them out for first time today! The massage went well, even though it was a little rough. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they left the doors open sometimes and I saw more than one client getting their massage done while walking into my room. When the massage person left the room to get hot stones, I noticed my door was slightly open as well.

Wonderfully relaxing massage! The therapists at this location are so strong. They are able to work all the knots out of my tense neck and shoulders. They take safety seriously and wear masks/scan temps of both the employees and clients. I buy their packages which are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Right away she know where the spots to massage and stretch the hot stones also added to alleviating the stiffness and pain. I recommend this place to anyone who needs deep tissue massage. Fast appointment times, excellent prices. I havent sampled the breadth of spa services, as I only get the deep tissue massage - hot stone is included also. Grace is my favorite, Amy is also very good. I got the membership which applies a discount that basically equals the special advertised first massage price of $38 for 60 minutes. I didnt know what to expect but I was glad it was a firm, heavy pressure deep tissue massage. My wife got the Swedish and enjoyed it as well.

Quite unprofessional... the lady at the front desk did not accept the amount of tip that I gave her and said to give a higher tip that is recommended. A tip should be earned and it was a bit off that she wouldnt accept that I at least gave something that as a customer I believed was enough based on my experience. This has never happened to me anywhere else. As for the massage it wasnt complete as she entirely left out any feet massage. The place also felt very stuffy and not as airy and clean.

For starters I should mention they have definitely taken what people wrote in previous reviews and worked on them. I got the 30 min regular and 30 min foot massage, and I enjoyed it. They asked me about the pressure before getting started and the woman checked regularly to make sure it was ok. I do think that they switched at some point because the one woman stopped for a second and then when the massage started again it was a lot more pressure than it had been. I just asked for less pressure though and she did right away. They just do back and shoulders/arms for this massage, and then do the feet. Legs dont get a lot of attention which was totally fine with me but be aware of that when you book.The reason I took off a star is because I did hear a lot of noise in the hallway. At first it was whispers which was totally fine. I wasnt really bothered by it but then a man came through laughing and talking very loudly with the other employees and that wasnt so great. However, for the price I do think that this was worth it. I wasnt hassled for a tip, but I think they encourage cash. You will get charged $4 extra for tax so be aware of thatAll in all a pretty relaxing and enjoyable experience!

I was there for the first time a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, no one seemed to understand what I was telling them. The masseuse caused a pinched nerve in my neck, and I am still getting tingling and pain on the whole right side of my neck. Other than that, the massage was okay. I wanted her to give more attention to my lower back (scoliosis) and my right hip which was fractured in February. Nope, didnt happen as she didnt understand me, so it was a pretty generic massage. Not sure I would go back.

First time going there today, and I was in such a deep state of relaxation after an hour and a half that I was going to actually ask for ANOTHER hour and a half because I didn’t want to leave! I had to leave though and couldn’t ask for another session. I cannot wait to go back. Very professional, friendly, SKILLED in massages, clean, relaxing atmosphere… I could go on. I will definitely consider becoming a VIP because I know I will be going back a lot. This was not only beneficial to my physical health, it did wonders for my mental health. Life has been very stressful, but New Rose Spa provided me with a sense of peace I’ve desperately been seeking. I now have a new happy place. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Management keeps the place clean and running efficiently. Whether you get a body massage or foot massage you will always feel better. They offer special discounts which makes getting a massage cost effective. I would recommend New Rose Spa.

This place was a good find. There price are so lower compare to other massage places in the area but the quality of is not compensated. After two trials, I got their package of 5 body massages for $230. Its a gift card so it can be shared to your friends and family. I love Susan she is my go to girl!

I’m in chronic pain and have had messages for 35 years. Must say Rose Spa is the absolute best place to go. I’ve been going here for 3 years now and no matter who I have messages me it’s wonderful! I get deep messages and it’s amazing how these small these women are but the strength they have plus you get hot stone with every message. I word rate 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve been here multiple times at this point and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The pricing is more than reasonable and the massages are always phenomenal. If you’re expecting a super luxurious setting, this probably isn’t the place for you however the spa itself is very clean and you will leave feeling great.

We tried this place and OMG the scalp massage was a total surprise and they did an amazing job with the body and foot massage. I could literally feel the stress melting off my body. Their prices are very good and because of that and our great experience we got the year membership! Phenomenal massages, super professional, and very friendly staff. I was looking on a good place for a massage around the area and found this. The place is nice and clean. Massage is really great and professional. I recommend looking for Celine. I would leave 5 stars for the massage as it was excellent. But the big problem is the guilt trip over tipping.In any business you tip based on service and what you can afford. To me 20% is fair but this place showed me a printed sheet about how much to tip, then made me feel bad that I couldnt leave that amount over 20% cause I simply didnt have it.A tip, no matter the amount is a tip and its not professional to promote or try to influence higher tips. I found this very bad business but the massage and setting inside was excellent.

I found this place a few weeks ago and fell in LOVE! They’re close to my house and provide great service. I ride horses and had super tight back and body. They took great care of me at the New Rose Spa. I had a few bruises the following days but I needed that work! They customize pressure to your request.I could not have asked for a better experience.

Didnt really like the atmosphere. Feel a little cheesy. Anyway 1 hr body 30 min foot. $90. I pay the work $10 tips bc she was weak. And after I come out and paid the $90. The boss lady ask me for more tips. Never coming back again. Unprofessional n old ladies work there. No straight.

Masks worn at all times including the client, temperature check, symptom check, fresh linens. I felt safe and would recommend going to this spa should you want to resume your massage therapy. Great place for foot reflexology. Ive gotten in the past and sometimes they can be too rough, you just need to tell the nice ladies at the desk what you prefer and they will translate to the technician. Last few times have been amazing! I love that you used to be able to book online but it seems they have gotten rid of that option. Hopefully theyll bring the online booking back. They are very kind, professional, and clean. Not to mention a great value!

New Rose Spa is South Jersey’s finest for massage therapy. It’s a hidden gem that situated along Route 70 in Cherry Hill. With the exception of an occasional parking challenge, I have nothing but positive things to say about the spa.I was in a car accident about 5 years ago which resulted in permanent neck/back injuries and excruciating, unyielding pain. Treatments ranged from epidural injection of cortisol, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture. Eventually, I learned about the benefits of massage therapy and discovered New Rose Spa through a package deal offered on Groupon. This spa has truly been a lifesaver for me.On average, I typically schedule 1-2 massages per week. Price and quality of service are the two factors that have cemented my loyalty to this establishment. The entire facility (towels, linens, sheets, bathroom, waiting area, etc.) is always clean. There are a variety of experienced masseuses, each with a unique set of skills. Based on the staffing, the spa will schedule you with the masseuse that is most capable of helping achieve your goals (pain relief, relaxation, etc.). I never leave disappointed.Last but not least, I have the utmost respect for the women at the front desk. They run a tight ship and have zero tolerance for misbehavior and/or illicit activities.In conclusion, New Rose Spa is hands down the best therapeutic spa in South Jersey. It is best for individuals who are looking to maximize their return on investment.

Massages are very thorough and they actually have strong hands if you request for a strong deep tissue. A different type of massage that is not your traditional big chain massage spots, but the techniques are very thorough and they get knots out in places I didnt even know possible. Also everyone is always friendly and never tries to pressure me into upsell which I have experienced at different massage places.

I wish that you could give 1 1/2 unfortunately you can not. My wife and I got a couple massage. First things first when you walk in the place the decor is horrible. We got our massages through groupon. The receptionist told us next time they will match the price so basically there is no need to do it through groupon (there will not be a next time). The receptionist although she was nice, she didnt speak great English. I will say we were a few mins late so I am thankful we still were able to be seen.Now the experience of the massages...unfortunately I do not know the name of the masseuses. We were not introduced or anything. My masseuse asked my level of how I wanted my massage. I told her medium, she still did it hard. I didnt enjoy that at all. My wife didnt enjoy much of her massage either. They worked on our backs most of the time which caused pain. When it was time to do the front it was rushed and not thorough enough because they spent so much time digging our backs. My masseuse had gas and was belching while she was giving me a massage. That is disgusting period!.I couldnt tell you how the foot massage went because we didnt get one although we were supposed to get a full body massage. They just tickled our toes and basically gave us a rub and that is it. Now the massage is over and it was time for us to pay. Paying was no problem but then we were told we had to tip using a card, which is taxed also. when it comes to tipping I would like to tip for what I get done.The best part was the free hot stones.

Enjoyed a 1- hour foot reflexology massage with Kevin. He is highly skilled and gracious. I liked having my shoulders massaged while my feet were soaking in warm water and the hot towels at the end of the session. Front desk person very courteous, too.

The massage was horrible the lady was way to rough. She asked if I was okay and I told her no and she continued to break my back and spine. It was not relaxing at all there is no privacy and you hear a bunch of talking no relaxation at all. When I was leaving the lady chased my boyfriend down for a tip which he already paid the other guy and tipped. She was so rude. The massage wasn’t even worth a tip. I asked for the combo body and feet and she decided to give me a fully body and skip the feet. Very unprofessional and I will not return. I’m in so much pain like I was in a fight. I couldn’t believe my experience and this was Valentine’s Day.

Wonderful Swedish massage. They make sure you have a pleasent and calm experience. At one point the washing machine turned on down the hall and was audible in my room, and my masseuse immediately went and had it turned off.Dont bother with the Groupon, its the same price at the spa itself.

The massage was good just good it wasnt great. So what bothered me the most about this place number one when I open my eyes I seen under the table of big dried spot of probably spit or saliva that has been dripping out of peoples mouths it was pretty disgusting. I said something to the massage therapist but I dont think she understands because she just smiled and nodded her head. The doors are partially opened meanwhile Im partially naked so everybody can see me as they walk by and I can hear conversations so it was not relaxing at all. I had a full body massage however it was not enough time to do a full body so when I turned over she was able to do my head and hands thats all. When I left the door she followed me which I felt was bizarre I spoke to the receptionist at the front desk who was extremely rude. She began to tell me that I shouldnt purchase from Groupon because they honor it I will also mention this to Groupon because I am sure what shes trying to do is avoid paying them. She then asked for a tip which I thought was rude and unprofessional, I said okay how about like $10 and she said oh so it wasnt a good massage and I said no it was good and she said oh because thats not a good tip. She then pointed at the recommended tips and said this is what we recommend 15 or $20. I then gave her my credit card and she actually said you dont have cash, I said I do not then I said you know what just pay the taxes and Im good forget the tip. Well I return here never.

I have had tremendous pain in my lower left back, hip, butt, and down the leg for several years. I have seen doctors and chiropractors but the best relief I have found is New Rose Spa. I need a very strong massage so I prefer Michael but all of their massage therapists are well trained and knowledgeable about the human body.

I have had severe back pain since giving birth a year ago and carrying around an increasingly heavy toddler, so I tried a massage here hoping that some of my back issues might be alleviated. Ive had massages before that truly worked wonders, but I walked out of here in much more pain than I was in before. Every minute of my 90 minute massage was excruciating.The masseuse didnt inquire about what kind of pressure I wanted or areas that may be sensitive. I managed to blurt out Im having a lot of back pain to which she responded, I know. Then she started in. I think she was trying to press my spine out through my belly button. When she started using the hot stones (which, to be fair, were much more seamlessly integrated with her hands than other times theyve been used on me elsewhere - for a little while I thought she just had really hot hands), I was actually shrinking away from her. Then came all of the slapping/hard patting, and stretching/wrenching of my arms and legs while simultaneously using the hot stone to crush my muscles. I asked several times for lighter pressure, said this is too hard, etc. Usually I heard a muffled giggle in response. I powered through, reasoning that she probably knows what shes doing. Nothing about this massage was relaxing, and the only part that felt good was when she stopped touching me.I waited until the next day to review, in case the pain in the moment was worth the results. But parts of my body that were fine before are extremely sore, and my shoulders and back, which were already painful, are much worse today. My legs are marathon-without-stretching sore. It feels like I spent hours shoveling snow instead of 90 minutes relaxing.The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and courteous, the room was ready upon arrival, and the massage lasted for the stated amount of time.Some people may enjoy this type of massage?

Best place around. Management and staff are extremely friendly and they really know what they are doing. UPDATE 9/14/20: I stopped in recently with severe pain that was bad enough to keep me up at night, and had persisted for several weeks. They took the time to listen to my symptoms and did a completely customized session that was incredibly effective and I have had relief now for several days. They have very high sanitation standards and masks are in use. I feel very safe visiting here and you really should stop by to see for yourself!

The massage was okay and the prices were good. After paying and leaving the tip with the cashier, the lady who gave me my massage yelled what about my tip on my way out of the door. The other woman let her know I already left the tip at the register. It is completely unprofessional to ask for a tip. A tip is earned and should not be asked for.

Today was my 2nd two hour session. It was just heavenly. Full body massage and feet. Excellent service all around. Loved it and will come again 🫶

New Rose Spa is THE REAL DEAL!!! I’ve sampled at least 15 different spas throughout the South Jersey / Philadelphia region and New Rose Spa sits at the top of my list at #1. The driving force behind my decision is the fact that this legit spa maximizes my dollar. Therefore, I get the biggest BANG for my buck!The therapists work hard. They are always friendly and very much in touch with the human body. They are often able to detect, without my saying, all the places that need extra attention. I shall return often!

Massage was good but the girl stalked me and my son for their tip. The one girl would not leave my sons side until I came out and gave him cash to tip her. My masseuse thought I should have tipped her more and began to complain but the desk person told her to be quiet.

Horrible place on multiple levels. I wish I could give zero stars. I went with a friend for a Swedish massage. The were very unprofessional and gave us both very tough deep tissue massages (which is not what we asked for). In fact I have had multiple deep tissue massages and this was the worst one ever. They clearly did not know what they were doing. The tables you lay on are cheaply made and uncomfortable. The massage therapist left the room mid way through the massage for a good 5 minutes mid massage without communicating. The massage therapist accidentally knelled on my arm while getting onto the table. There are no doors to the rooms so you can hear everyone walk by talking. We both had Groupons which we paid with and then was asked to pay additional money for Groupon tax but that the next time we come there would not be any Groupon tax... Another worker stood at the front door demanding a tip before we were even done paying for the massage. Very unprofessional. I dont know how they are still in business.

I got the couples massage with my bf and it was a very interesting experience. I’ve gotten many massages before but this one was by far not the greatest. The guy spent half the session massaging me through a blanket. By the time he started to oil me up he mainly focused on my back, lower butt and legs. Arms were just rubbed with oil, no feet barely hands/neck area. We could hear everything going on outside the room with other customers. It made this experience less relaxing.

Got a Groupon for reflexology. Was a little skeptical when I first pulled up to the strip mall where the spa was located. I could not have been more wrong about this place. It was the best foot rub I have ever had. The place is clean and new inside. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I will be back again many times for some of the most relaxing 60 mins youbgqt get for a great price.

Clean place but the massage was more like I was being stretched than massaged. This was a gift from a coworker and I still had to pay. Then they tell me they dont really honor Grouppon. If you dont honor it then why post specials on there??? Then a lady stood there and waited for her tip. I dont see myself coming back.

I bought my sister a groupon for a 60min massage and she loved it so I decided to use my mothers day gift card to get one for myself. I was greated by a very nice women and taken back to a dim light room. The women came in susan and asked what level l liked. I like hard because I have such tight shoulders and neck from stress. She did amazing and she asked numerous times if i was ok and if pressure was ok. She made feel comfortable( I have bad anxiety) and muscles great.

This spa is mediocre at best...it appears to be thrown together and there are no doors for privacy when changing or getting massages. They have curtains and dry wall separating the rooms I could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me! I went to this spa because it was a gift for mothers day from my daughter thru groupon. The message it self was questionable....she started the massage by rubbing me through a thin white sheet!! Which felt like rug burn. I had to tell her that it hurt! She climbed on the table, to massage me...and at one point straddled me to massage my back! Upon leaving I was told that the groupon didnt cover taxes so I need to pay $4.00 in addition the lady at the checkout asked me about leaving a tip so i gave her 10.00 and she said and I quote Is this the best you can do, she did a good job for you! she continued to insist that i tip more...which I did...I will never go back! This is not my first massage experience I will stick with my regular place Elements in Cherry Hill!

I’ve had two massages here already - one full body and the other a 60 min foot massage. Sue’s technique is pretty amazing - she has a skilled and intuitive feel for your muscles and joints while she’s working on you. I think these massages are very good for anyone’s health - less pills, more massages - that’s my credo. I’ll be back.

Visited New Rose Spa first time and was greeted by a Chinese lady behind a booth. I advised her clearly that i would like a deep tissue Swedish massage for 1 hour. She walked me back to a room and within 2 minutes a young Chinese girl entered, but spoke no English.......I layed down on my stomach and she proceeded to massage my back with pressure point techniques. I let it go for about 10 minutes as it hurt and was very uncomfortable. I asked to speak to her boss who did not explain to her what i wanted....... So she came back and spoke Chinese to her. Well it got a little better thank god. but overall it was fair at Best.......Caution to the wind..... If you go ask for a English speaking gal, and make sure she understands what you desire. Mine clearly didnt.,,,,,,,,,,!!!!

Purchased a groupon voucher [ couples massage] great experience. They start on time, environment is relaxing and really clean. Massues made me feel comfortable. This location also offers groupon price match , so you dont necessarily need the voucher for a bargain. I will definitely go here highly recommend hot stone massage.

Good massage...a little different than youre used to but its a solid massage. Good pressure, hot stones are a nice touch. Only wish there were doors on more of the rooms for privacy and to cut out some of the sound. Will return.

It was really nice the only complaint I have is about the tip. I payed $50/1 hour full body massage, I left a $8 tip which is a little above 15% and said that it was rude not to leave a 20% tip.

This was the absolute worst massage I got in my whole entire life, I could’ve went to elements or hand and stone and got a way better massage for the same price , I got up in the middle of my hour massage and left it was that bad, they had me laying in a ghetto room over top of a hard wooden table the wholePlace creeped me out I couldn’t relax, then the lady who was giving me the massage just didn’t know what she was doing at all which scared me, you can severely hurt someone and leave there back damaged if you don’t know what your doing she was very rough after I told her to stop, I’ve had deep tissue massages before and it was nothing likeThis experience, she did nothing but pound my back and use her elbow the whole time I’m definitely desputing this with my card and I advice you spend the extra 10$ and go else where this is a huge rip off I left more stressed then I did relaxed .
