Dream Tips Nails & Spa 2

I got off work late and needed my nails done for my next day trip and couldn’t find nobody to take me at 6:45 last minute even though they closed at 8.. I called Dream Tip Nails around 6:55 who also closed at 8 and they were 15 minutes away .. They said yes you can come!! And we finished at 7:50.. The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly attentive and concerned about how the previous technician who did my nails at another shop didn’t remove the left over black grit at the lift! He also warned me that the up gel might sting a little something no other nail tech ever told or warned me of and that it was normal. Even though he spoke few words he was very knowledgeable about nails.. I also commented him on the ambiance and the music was very peaceful. I didn’t realize they have several massage rooms in the back so they are certainly full service. He threw in a tease back rub while my nails were setting. He also did my eyebrows. And their prices are very reasonable.. I think I just found my new nail spa!! I highly recommend.. Thank you for taking me in last minute.

Everyone was friendly and kind. Sally did my acrylic nails and listened to what I wanted. Turned out perfect. Mina did my pedicure. Water temp was just right. Gentle and professional. Lucy gave me a massage and did awesome. Worked out all my knots. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend. Will be back!

They do a nice job, of what is asked. I enjoyed the massage after manicure and pedicure. I got a French tip manicure, which was not exactly what I wanted but the staff and I did well on the end product, so I’m happy with the service fully. I received many compliments on my nails.

This was my first time here. I had a Groupon coupon for a 60 minute massage and a 60 minute facial. I could not be happier! Tina gave me the best massage ever. She asked me several times if I was OK, and I did ask to have the pressure adjusted as it was a little painful for me because of stubborn knots, and she was happy to accommodate me. Her scalp massage was absolutely amazing. My facial was awesome as well, and my skin is glowing. I have extremely sensitive skin, and none of their products bothered me. The place itself is extremely clean, relaxing, and they were very professional. I will definitely return again. I went home floating on Cloud 9!

I’ve been to Dream Tips Nails and Spa 2 only 1 time and Dream Tips Nails and Spa 1 once as well. Sally was my nail tech both times and she did an amazing job! Sally listens and produces what you want. I’m happy with my experiences and will continue to go to Dream Tips Nails and Spa 2.

First visit. Salon was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. Today I only had a manicure and was impressed with the attention given toward the service. At no time did the operator rush or look at the clock. I will go back next week for powder mani and a pedicure. Hoping to make this my new salon.

Update: owner reached out to me, had me come back in to fix my nails. Two weeks later still doing good! I scheduled to get them redone there. Thank you!!!When I went I was happy with the service getting my nails dipped (I moved and the place I would go to normally is out of the way). I got my nails done on Tuesday and by Thursday were chipped (I always do dip because WHEN I bartended the dip held up for at least 2 weeks before chipping and such). I am really, really disappointed. I was really hoping this was my new place.

I been here a few times really nice people and good atmosphere. They do a great job on nails and feet and waxing! I love how they stick to their prices that are on the price list and don’t try to overcharge people! They are honest, I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I’ve gone to Dream Tips 1 for years but wanted to experience their latest and frankly beautiful and clean new space by the cherry hill mall. Lucy was an incredible nail technician that provided THE most relaxing pedicure of my life! Firm and wonderful massage that put me to sleep in the chair! Very very calm space with lullaby music playing! The massage was so great I almost forgot where I was! Nails also came out perfectly manicured and painted! Another great experience at Dream Tips at their newest location! :)

I came about a month ago and my nails are still in top shape. I never wait this long. I was so impressed I had to drive the 30 mins to come back today 12/1/23. I don’t remember the young man name but he was excellent

Mani tech was great at his job. Efficient and skilled. Pedi tech seemed new but did a great job. My toe nails were clipped super short. I did ask for a cut down, I just didn’t anticipate that short. You guys Will definitely be my back up place if my nail tech is unavailable. (If my mani nail tech did both, hands and feet, I’d switch places)

I asked for my nails to be thicker in the apex area so it would not Crack across since my nails are on the longer side, I was immediately cut off while explaining. He made my nails so thick that they look chunky, they were barely shaped up after that so the edges are not crisp or sleek. The designs are expensive and not executed well, the sides are missing color, not fully saturated, etc. Waste of $100, there are places near by that are cheaper and do better work for the type of nails I was looking for. If you just want short nails and just 1 color, Im sure this place is fine. But if you want longer nails with designs I would go elsewhere.

I took both of my daughters here, and were extremely happy with how they turned out. My daughters walked in with a picture of what they wanted. I wasnt expecting much, because they were tricky to do. However, they were everything they they were hoping for. 5 stars

Got two facials one for me & one for my mom their pricing stated one thing and on their website was cheaper I mentioned it and they price matched, facial was relaxing and I felt refreshed leaving, will definitely go back!

I went to Dream Tips while I was visiting my Dad before a wedding. I gave them a decently complicated design to do and they nailed it. They were super nice and the whole service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend them!

Dip powder full set for $48. Lucy was nice, and great at her job. I even got a shoulder massage which was sooo good!

1st visit to Dream Tips. I was welcomed with a warm hello. Lucy was an incredible and provided a very relaxing pedicure. One of the best, if not THE BEST Ive had! Firm and wonderful massage of my calves and feet that just about put me to sleep. She was also very friendly and caring and the place was clean and well maintained. I will be back to see her again!

The staff is very unprofessional. They recently changed their name from APS nails to Dream Tips and when I made my reservation over the phone the “manager” stated they would honor the couples massage Groupon price and when I went to pay the person behind the cashier she declined and would not honor the Groupon and told me there was no way that the manager advised me they would honor Groupon pricing.She flat out called me a liar and offered a $10 discount. Terrible experience will never go there again.My spouse and I went there to relax and got the complete opposite.

I came here last minute tonight for a dip manicure. Everyone was so nice , and the salon is very pretty! Michael did my dip manicure and it is on POINT. I just moved back to the area and Ive been trying different salons but this has by far been my favorite! Ill definitely be going back!

My husband and I went for a couples massage and were very pleased by the prompt attention and full hour (to the minute) massages that we received. The masseuses were skilled and strong and seemed to know all the sore spots. We were also pleased by the willingness of the salon to change our massage appointment back when we had a covid exposure a few months ago and werent able to attend our scheduled massage. They made it easy to reschedule and I really appreciated their flexibility. Professional, clean, efficient, and skilled - what more could you ask for? We hope to come back again soon!

Carrie is the best Eyelash extension person I have ever had, and Ive tried many. She is meticulous, a perfectionist, and always concerned that its comfortable and how you wanted it. I would recommend her services to anyone. Now I am going to try her microblading services, so excited!

They asked me to not buy Groupon, theyll honor the price. Came in, and they charged taxes on top of the Groupon price. I dont believe Ive ever been charged tax after purchasing and redeeming a groupon. They also tried to charge me twice saying it didnt go through. Had to show on my phone that the charge did go through already. massage was mostly back, very little leg, and no chest or shoulders. Facial was pretty good I thought, but was upcharged for an additional service that was pushed on me. Went home and saw there were a lot of black heads that she missed. Still gave a tip and the person gave me attitude as if it wasnt enough (I think it was too much for the quality)Facial and massage were supposed to be an hour each. Was about 1 hour 40/45 minutes including the time for me to undress/dress and the additional service during the facial. Didnt even bother saying anything because I just wanted to leave.Recommend anyone to pay a little more and go somewhere else.Forgot to add - they upcharge on the Groupon so it looks like you get a discount, but it comes out to their actual regular price!

Went to this day for a Deep Tissue and left with so much back pain. The place well clean and well maintained with lots of space. The staff were friendly but did their absolute best to up sell the moment you walk in the door. Ive gotten plenty of massages before from other locations. This was my first time trying out this one. I will not be returning.

My experience at this spa was amazing. The negative reviews caused me to hesitate, but I’m glad we went. I got the facial, massage, or whatever the package included, for $80 (2hours total) without the Groupon (Groupon offered the same price). My face and body felt sooo amazing after my massage. My cousin, who accompanied me, said that her masseuse was too gentile while mine was a tinnnyy bit too rough but we both were satisfied with our experiences for sure.

Bought a groupon for a 60 minute massage. Massage itself was good, not the best but not bad. She used a lot of oil so there was never any friction. But the massages here are not personalized for the client for sure. And clearly by these reviews they tax more than the British did. Upon entering, I was immediately charged $4 (cash) for the taxes. Biggest problem was finding this place since the name on the building and Google maps was something different. Would recommend for a cheap massage if you buy on Groupon.

I had a groupon for a couples massage and when I went on the day of my appointment they told me that there wasnt an appointment. So, the lady gave me another date to come back and did everything that was needed. Redeemed my voucher, confirmed the date, asked for my name and phone number. I came back on the second date that they gave me, and the person at the front desk was a man and he wouldnt accept and let me get my massage because he was saying that I needed to show the voucher but then it wasnt there anymore because the lady pressed it the last time. He had us waiting for almost an hour after our scheduled appointment, arguing back and forth with me about a voucher that was already redeemed by one of his workers. All I can say is that I will never return to this place again. They have lack of communication and very disorganized and few workers that actually do their job.

Worst “massage”ever. It was a couples massage and my fiancé upgraded to deep tissue. I prefer a mid level pressure, but she would not do more then rub the center of my back, the back of my arms and legs. Also a little scalp. We were never asked to turn over, my lady never touched my neck, shoulders, hands, feet or obviously the front of my legs or arms. Honestly,even if you get it for free don’t go!!!

Made an appointment for a couple’s massage 2 weeks in advance just to get there and be told they can’t find my appointment/phone number (despite my info being read back to me when I set it). And that’s the thing; BUYER BEWARE: ⚠️ they take down all appointments BY HAND on PEN & PAPER and only take your number and not name ⚠️ That’s extremely disorganized and makes it easy to lose people’s appointments like they lost mine! They offered to take me 2 hours later but it was for my girlfriend’s birthday and we were following an itinerary so I had to just get my money back and leave with nothing. Other customers were there and I overheard them having problems as well. Avoid this spa!

I bought a couple massage and facial from Groupon! Supposed to be called natural day spa but the real name is APS nails and spa. We got there and told them we had an appointment and they charged us $20 extra because of taxes he even showed me a paper saying taxes or gratuity not included but I cant seemed to find the same fine print in the Groupon deal. The massage bed sheets were extremely thin and you could clearly see through them, very uncomfortable specially because they left the door open the whole time we were getting massage and facial there were other customers passing by who could clearly see inside. The towels used in our facials smelled like detergent, and not just a little bit it overtook your smell and they kept rubbing our faces with it, the lady doing the facial kept doing a circle rotation around my eye for a good 10 minutes on each eye, and the products were starting to get in my eye, the massage was ehh she spent the majority of the time in my back doing the same thing over and over again, my legs were barely touched. Overall I tried this place and wont be coming back everything was super unprofessional.

Received a 1hr facial and a 1hr massage for a bday gift. I was excited to go, and was pleased upon arrival. The facility was very clean, and the private rooms that are used for the massages were very clean, but did smell a little moldy.The facial was excellent. The woman did a great job explaining each process. However, she was very insistent that i should try the collagen facial for an additional $19.99. I decided to go ahead and give it a try since she had done a great job thus far.By the time she was done, a gentleman showed up to do my massage, and thats where it all went down hill. This had to be the roughest, most unorganized, driest massage I ever had. I made it very clear that I was not interested in a deep tissue massage, and that I actually wanted the hot stone massage option. Never got the stones. It also felt like he still gave me a deep tissue massage. The motions are supposed to be fluid, and he just seemed to bang and beat my entire body. He also didnt use enough oil so there was mostly friction and heat from our skin rubbing together.He kept stretching my legs in directions that were painful even though I asked him not to a few times. Im still trying to figure out why he was banging on my feet and forehead. At some points he would jump from my feet to my shoulders and that totally threw me off. He did, however, apply hot lavender scented towels to my probably now bruised back and legs when he was done.Once i was finally able to get up I was more sore than when I started and had to get dressed in the semi dark room because the light switch didnt actually provide light. When I got up to the front to pay the additional $19.99 for the collagen mask I was presented with a $28 bill and two envelopes for tips. When I asked the reason for such a huge difference in price the guy at the desk seemed upset that I even asked. $8 is a hefty tax for a $20 service in my opinion. There was also a sign that said tips were only cash so when I said that I would get the cash from my car, he insisted that I apply it to my credit card. After that I certainly did not tip.I do recommend the facial, she did a wonderful job. Just be prepared for an up charge if $30. Definitely pass on the massage. I will not be returning.

Location needs to be refurbished. Coupon gets you there but they add on $15 for a real massage. Their interpretation of a Swedish massage to lightly gliding on shoulders. Session 100% face down. Tax not included.

Got a massage today for mother’s day and my back is in so much pain now. My neck is sore and I didn’t really enjoy it. The best part had to be when he massaged my feet for about 20 seconds. Everything else sort of felt routinely. Same spots , not enough lotion. Don’t think I’d return. The place was very spacious but very empty also so it looked as if they are not really busy. I had to pay before the service which was weird and left out possibility of leaving a tip.

Do not trust the Groupons for APS Day Spa. My husband and I purchased a couples massage and we were assured that we could use it at the cherry hill location. Upon arriving we were told we needed to pay there and they wouldn’t honor our Groupon. I asked if maybe I spoke with someone different and it was actually the person I spoke with at the desk! I was completely taken back when he denied the conversation we had prior to my arrival. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

Had a great experience. The man who did my nails was attentive but fast and frequently checked in to make sure everything was to my liking (shape, length, color etc).

I purchased a groupon from Natural Day Spa. I had trouble finding it because when I arrived the name is APS nail and spa. I dont know what thats about. They only get one star for me and they only got a 1 star because my lashes turned out pretty good despite her repeatedly making me feel like they wouldnt unless I upgraded for $20. They constantly try to pressure you to spend more. Its a turn off. If I say no thank you why keep insisting. The massage was terrible. I was beaten and pounded on for what felt like an eternity. It was not relaxing at all. At one point she put both knees on the table and was pressing all her weight on my back. This was too much for me. She was slapping my back so loudly someone poked their head in the room and literally told her she has to slap quietly. I cant make this up. It was almost comical. They carried on a conversation back and forth for a few minutes while she is in the middle of my massage. When Im done they ask for tips after charging me tax twice. And I was told they didnt have time to repair my one broken nail. Mind you they were not busy at all. There was only 2 patrons getting pedicures. Ive never experienced anything like this. They will be out of business soon if they dont change their practices. I for one will not be returning.

I’m not sure why people have given this a bad review for the massage. We (my wife and I) went in for a Swedish massage that my mom had purchased for us as a Christmas present.They where not pushy at all, and even after declining the extra enaminities they still put 100 percent into the massage. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and we will go back.

It was easy to make the appointment, which was a plus, for the couples massage which I purchased off Groupon. The ambience in the massage room was nice, but I was thrown off by the Christmas fleece blankets, but ok I guess. I’ve had a hot stone massage before so I know what to expect. They gave a regular “massage” first for a while before using the hot stones. The techniques they used were not what I was accustomed to, but I didn’t come out of there in pain. They will tell you before the massage that you have to pay a tax which is a little skeptical 🤨, but $6 isn’t a big deal. They do need to indicate that when you purchase the Groupon though because it feels like they are upping the price on a very, very basic massage. That was probably my first and last time going there.

Wouldnt recommend this place for massage. Bought this as a groupon (which I find most customers do when first trying this place) and was disappointed. The massage is not even worth the groupon price as its literally a rub down, no actual massage or pressure relieving techniques as described unless you pay extra. In addition, they charge you additional taxes after youve paid tax to groupon for each individual service. Paid taxes twice on a facial and massage. Ive never done that before as I have purchased many massages through groupon and have not had an experience this terrible. Would not recommend this place. I advise you splurge an extra $10-20 for a more legit massage parlor.

The service was extremely pleasant! The gentleman that did my nails was very kind and did not hurt me at all and the women that did my pedi was very did and also did not hurt me. Definitely will be returning!

My husband and I got a Groupon for a couples massage. First, the address on the groupon brought us to the wrong place. When we arrived we tried explaining that to them and they just said ok. After we checked in we waited approx 15 min to be seen to our room. Once the massage started I honestly could not wait for it to be over. I have had a lot of massages in my life, most of them through Groupon, and this was by far the worst. Rubbing the same spot over and over and over and over again is not considered a massage. In the beginning I asked them not to massage my face or scalp and she definitely did not even understand what I was saying. Throughout the massage, she kept just smacking/punching my body...not exactly relaxing. Please do not waste your money on this place, go to a real spa, I promise it will be worth the extra money.

They did an awesome job. My daughter and I got massages. It was the best massage ever. We added the deep tissue for an extra 15 well worth it. I will def going back

The guy at the front desk was very nice. During my couple massage entering room 6 there were blood stains on the blanket. I was hoping to feel relieved after but, i left in pain and hostile. The woman who massaged me didnt seem to know what she was doing and was very, very rough. I bought a swedish massage and my girlfriend the deep tissue massage. There was a 6.58 fee. 79.99 total and 15 for an upgrade for one. The bill came to 100.58. I didnt get a receipt. Spending that much money traveling far leaving not relieved in pain was upsetting. I was too nice to say anything and wanted to leave. I didnt want to make things awkward and wouldnt get my money back. I didnt even have my feet touched at all which was unusual.

The service was great...I went for a hot stone massage it was a great massage hands down best massage I’ve ever had but I don’t like the fact that I purchased a Groupon and they still charged me $3 extra dollars talking about it’s for tax! I’ve purchased dozens of groupons before and never heard anything like this! When you buy the Groupon that’s it you don’t have to pay anything extra unless you add something on! I didn’t like that fact felt like they were just trying to get extra money out of people not good service and for that idk if I’ll be returning 3 stars other than that the massage was great!

They are consistently trying to up sale and relentless with it even while you’re relaxed mid massage. The lady pulled my shoulder in the wrong direction and I’m still hurting. I came out more beat up than I went in!

I had a gift certificate from my husband a natural day spa that included mani pedi and a 60 min massage. Total came out to $120..all I can say is no comment worse service I ever had total waste of money I will never step foot in there again. I see why they so empty. I asked for a manager 5xs and called still no reply its cool though never Again.

Used my groupon, no issues. The place was clean and professional, and my mani pedi was great. The very nice woman who waxed my eyebrows did an awesome job. Im definitely planning on going back.

Ive never had an issue before but Ill think twice about coming back if this is going to be their way now.

I took advantage of the couples massage, we were taking into a room and told to take everything off but underwear, got under the blanket. They knocked came in 2 older women they massaged every part of our body, very relaxing!

Clean, friendly staff. Found them on Groupon and was not disappointed. I had the deep tissue massage first which kind of hurt but the second time I had the swedish massage and it felt amazing.

I went in for a facial that Id purchased on Groupon, and even called to schedule an appt. and I explained that Id bought the discount off of the site. Got there, got the facial and of course was upsold to getting a collagen face mask for $20 more dollars. I decided to get it, because the price of the facial was a sale for $31.20 from Groupon, but after it was all done, they charged me the site price, plus the extra $20 for the mask, and a tip. I paid them, but am in the process of getting my money back from Groupon because Im not paying for the same service twice. The 2 stars arent for the actual service, its more for the lack of communication on their end.

The technicians were very polite and did a topnotch work on me and my husband. We are not from this area but will definitely come by anytime we are in the area.

Gifted a Groupon for Christmas for eyelash extensions. I guess it was the basic so I upgraded to the “softer “ ones for $20. Never had them done before so didn’t really know what to expect. Some were longer then the other and my left eye looked fuller then the right . A day later a few lashes had already come out fast forward a week and my left eye looks like a plucked chicken 😂 compared to the other . I def wouldn’t return or refer.

Service was excellent. My only complaint is the guy waited until after service to inform us we were not charged sales tax so they requsted the additional funds. It was only 5.60 but I felt it would have been better business practice to tell us before service.

Was very relaxing. Went to their other location in Marlton before. Did the couples message with my wife. Very nice and highly recommend this place with a Groupon voucher or not! Will be going back for sure.

APS Nails salon was a lifesaver when I waited until the last minute to get acrylic nails for my daughters homecoming dance. The style and color were perfect for my 15 year old. The staff is friendly and polite. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this shop gets an A.

They dont treat you great of you bought the Groupon. My friend and I bought the Groupon a day went there after work and she told us we needed an appointment. I ask her how long the wait was and she said 15 mins. I said ok thats fine we will wait and the she said well theres other appointments so. So then the wait isnt 15 minutes? I said then Ill just cancel the Groupon and she said ok. I couldnt believe that they refused us. I cancelled the Groupon and we went somewhere else. Very rude!

I had come in to APS to check it out after seeing it first opened one day on my lunch break. When I walked in it was pretty empty. The place is clean looking and nicely decorated like most nail salons in the area. I cant remember my nail techs name but then again, she may not have even told me her name. To be honest, she looked no older than 16 and hardly spoke the entire time. I told her I wanted stilletto tips with a neutral peachy polish. She went to work and I watched TV, no conversation at all. After a while I looked down and noticed she was applying way more acrylic than Ive ever seen and there were dips and valleys all along the side profile of every one of my nails. I figured perhaps she was planning on going back in and filing them down...nope. Instead, she began painting on the gel polish. She did two fingers and I had to ask her to stop and pointed out the very obvious mountains of acrylic on my nails. Of course, she seemed irritated that I dare point out an imperfection, however, she did remove the polish and file them down somewhat evenly. After almost 2 hours of being there I just wanted out of that chair and left with a blah manicure.

Staff was lovely, facilities was clean and well lit. Looking forward to coming back

This is an attractivshop,friendly staff. They offer many services. I was very happy with the M&P they gave me. Wish they were closer to me.

I went here on April 14th with my boyfriend. We spent $90 on a refill w gel polish, 2 pedicures, and a manicure ... I was very grateful they took us as late as the did so we made sure to take care of them gratuity wise. I contacted them almost exactly a week later (couldnt call on Easter Sunday) to inform them all my gel polish had chipped and almost every toe they painted chipped as well. He said they would take care of me this Thursday. At that point I would need a refill (almost) so I asked it they would just discount the service.. I sent them pictures and he replied you work with chemicals so thats why.. and your toe nail polish wasnt gel so they would chip after a week so I replied so you dont guarantee your pedicures or gel polish for atleast one week? And he said usually but you work with chemicals and your toe nail polish was normal paint so thats why ... HORRIBLE customer service and incredibly disrespectful towards someone who would have been a regular client and a great tipper.. Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND unless you like air pockets in your gel polish and throwing away $90 ..

Out of ALL the places I have been too to get my nails done i never paid before the service always paid after! I asked the other patrons that were in there if they paid before they all said NO, so i left and said you all should be ashamed! JUST DISGUSTING!! I guess they pick who they want to charge ahead of time and who not too!

It was the worse massage that I ever had in my life!! Wasnt relaxing at all!!! I had a facial as well that service was great!!! I wouldnt recommend this spa to know body at all!! Not worth the time or money!!!

I went in for a pedicure and all I received was my feet soaked in water and my toenails cut and painted. The paint job was horrible. I still had dead skin on my feet. I would NOT recommend going here for a pedicure!!!
