Amazing store!! Dont listen to the haters. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. Owner cares about his customers. There is nothing on the door that will cut your finger, lmao (see 1 star review). The staff is not racist (see other 1 star review (source: Im a minority)).I recommend Greatest Vapes to anyone trying to quit smoking cigarettes or learn about upgrading their current mods. The owner was a former smoker himself and loves to help people quit.Tons of wonderful juice brands and flavors. The staff can help you decide which one youd like!

This place is the best! Im here every week and am always treated with respect and kindness. I dont know who is crying about them being racists, but they need to stop playing that card just because they didnt like something. Theyre not racist, I think you just found the easiest and laziest method to attempt to hurt an honest business. Oh, and how would I know? Im a minority! ;) Ive never felt intimidated here at all and recommend this shop to anyone! Keep up the awesome work guys!

Well well well, what can I say about this vape shop I actually went on two occasions and the occasions that I went on werent to close together. Im talking about in a 3 to 6 month span and honestly I think theyre the most rudest people I ever met the shop is nice, but their attitudes is on the verge of being racist. Im sorry thats just my feeling about this place and it was on two occasions! I just never really wrote a review but I have decided to write a review because unfortunately, this is the only vape shop that I know of in Cherry Hill and it would be nice to go there but the times that I went there I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Customer service was lacking especially with me it was almost as if I had to get them to help me but instead of being rude I just left the store and decided not to spend my money and thats the best way to get over to these businesses that they cant treat people the way that they want to treat them based on their skin color.

All sales are final. No refunds are allowed even if the employee gives you the wrong coil/juice and it is their fault. I was given the wrong type of coils 3 times in a single visit and had to go back in for them to correct it- only to be told that I’m out of luck despite it being the employee’s fault. They have a great selection of e-juices which makes it a shame that they have such harsh policies. I definitely recommend going to literally ANY other vape stores in the area.

Very impressed with this store! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to assist and helps you explore alternative products that may be a better value - not just concerned with taking your money- they obviously care about customer satisfaction and help the customer get the best “bang for their buck”. Very friendly, too! Highly recommend + great prices!

So they have pretty decent prices, however I felt like one of the employees was getting very impatient to very simple questions I had. All I needed was a new battery and if I didnt hear him or didnt understand something he looked obviously annoyed. Like Im sorry my life doesnt revolve around vapes. I did not like the impression he gave me as I shouldnt feel nervous or hold back my any further questions to prevent this guy from getting angry. There is one gentlemen there who is very helpful. I like this place but these kind of things bother the sh** out of me. This was just particularly a bad experience, I didnt deserve the attitude this guy gave me.

Recently come across this vape shop in Jersey prices are really good on juice it only a $5 difference in between what youll pay online. They have all the popular juices and devices starter devices to be more precise available. The staff seemed like they could be a little bit more knowledgeable but they were very friendly.

Despite all the bad reviews I decided to stop in for some supplies. I guess I was fortunate to not meet the owner but the 2 guys that helped me were very acccomdating, knowledgeable and helpful. Didnt give 5 stars because the juice was way more expensive than Ive paid in the past but Id definitely go back in the future. My only advice is if you see a bald man in the store go back later.

The owner, Al, is a bright guy, with a lot of great vape knowledge. The shop is clean, beautiful and did I mention -- it has some really comfortable couches! Staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions. Thanks for your help. I will be there again, soon!

Great selection but worse service ever. Went there and the young guy with tattoos is a douche ego bag. He needs to check himself. Other than that great store. Poor racist service. I couldnt believe how racism still exists.

The selection of flavors and devices is great. The employees know their atufd and arr happy to walk you through how to use anything in the store.This waa my first visit and i didnt feel like i shouldnt ask questions. Very friendly people and clean establishment.Also, they had thia adorable dog hanging out when we got there. He was sweet and on a leash.

Ive been vaping for a year now, and I cant disagree with the poor reviews more. The hospitality I receive each and every time I come in to this shop is amazing. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and in my opinion theyre all top notch!The store is well stocked with all the latest mods, tanks, etc, as well as they always have an abundance of high end ejuice to sample and choose from. The property is always kept neat, clean and orderly, which is a tell tail sign that the owner takes pride in his business.The staff members are a great bunch of guys too who always greet me with a friendly hello and call me by name.I travel all over the country for work, and always make it a point to stop in to every vape shop I come across. I use Greatest Vapes as the bench mark when comparing and not too many hold a candle to this store.Keep up the good work guys, I certainly appreciate it!!ThanksAdam Tussey

Nice atmosphere friendly for the most part. They have a good amount of juice variety but I feel that they could do better showcasing what they have. Just a menu and juice bottles behind counter or in a cabinet.If you ask they will show you whatever you want to see but no way to really browse.

This vape shop is awesome. Ive gone into plenty.. lol. I go in and say I need this, they got it. I go in and say insert dumb question here and they answer it or tell me how to solve it. They have a vast array (2 full walls) of juices in all flavors, sizes and brands. If you need anything or help with vaping, check out this joint! And I havent even gotten to checking out their vast CBD collection.

Its a shame because its a beautiful shop but those two kids that work there , are such punks . They have a non-caring arrogance theat really makes you feel uncomfortable being there and asking questions. I know a lot of people that feel the same way if it wasnt for those two, we would all go there a lot more

Years ago when vaping became a new thing, Greatest Vapes did anything to earn business . It was a good store being the 1st around. I walked in over the last few times (echoed by friends) and the owner I have not seen , just a couple young ignorant kids*** . Its almost funny to have a little kid telling you how your wrong when you call the manufacturer with product serial # and they tell you what atomizer is made with it. They will lie, cheat ,and steal. Unless the owner, if still the same gentleman, is there, drive over to planet vape for all accessories or at least a committed staff who is honest. I am not even trying to plug another store. I just do not think anyone over 23 will be happy there, if you go good luck . Owner used to be a heavier set guy bald by half choice and a super guy. I doubt he knows what is going on and how bad the rep is locally. I work in sales and this is my 1st ever post or review bc I get that mistakes are made. They have turned it into a trend and I will only be ordering from smok directly. Smok is easy to deal with and will send out all atomizer options free. BE CAREFUL AND KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO A DIGIT

At first the customer service was great, that was until I had a problem with my purchase.On Friday,12/1/17, I bought a vape pen. When I went to use it the pen leaked profusely in my car and all over my clothes and the button to push to vape became stuck due to the vape juice leakage. I brought the vape pen back to the store and explained what happened. They exchanged it no problem. The brand was a Smok Vape pen.I didnt even make it to the car before the new pen I just exchanged started leaking again. I went back. The person who helped me was Pat. He took it apart, cleaned it, and told me to vape in the store to see if it worked and it did. I asked him if he thought it might be the brand. He said he didnt think so but if I experienced any problems again to bring it back and that they would either exchange it for another one or apply the purchase price to another brand and I could pay the difference it the other brand cost more.I was satisfied with that answer, thinking it was an isolated occurrence and that I had just purchased a bad pen; however, the newly exchanged pen did not work. It also leaked and would not hold a charge.Sunday, 12/3/17, I returned to the store and Pat was not there, instead it was John. John was in the store when I originally purchased the pen. I relayed the message Pat told me, that if the pen were to malfunction again to bring it back. But John told me that Pat was just a worker and did not have the authority to tell me that I could bring it back, and that he (John) could not exchange it and that I would need to buy a whole new pen and the cost of the malfunctioning pen could not be applied to the purchase price.This is upsetting: (1) because I did not find out that all sales were final and exchanges within 7-days, until I looked at the receipt. There is no prominent signage in the store stating this; (2) I also was told by John, that the fault was mine because I wasnt inhaling strong enough to prevent the leakage; (3) when I asked to see the manager/owner, I as told that he wouldnt be there until later in the week, John didnt take my number or any other information, in fact he was kind of rude and gave me an attitude as if I was inconveniencing him.Just about any other place you buy goods, if the product malfunctions you can bring it back and exchange it for something else of equal or lesser value and pay the difference if the cost is more.It is not a good business practice to make customers eat the costs for malfunctioning products and then give them a hard time when they tell you about it. This is not my first vape pen. I dont like being told it was my fault that the product wasnt working , when it clearly was the brand. As I said, the exchanged pen continues to leak and it will not hold a charge and it is barely a week old.I live 15 minutes away so I will not take more time out of my day and waste my gas and return to the store before trying to reach the manager again. I have pictures/video of both leaky and malfunctioning pens and I have also taken a picture of my receipt. If the manager does not resolve my issue, hopefully I can post them online to warn other customers. I will be sad that I lost $40 but it will be a small price to pay to never have to go there again and experiment subpar service and shoddy products.

Have a large variety of juice and staff is very helpful.Was just in there with my wife ,bought strawberry gummy and peach drizzled with caramel juice. This place always treats the customer great!!!

The young associate working there is great. The owner from what I saw the couple times I visited is not a nice guy at all. Im new to vaping and he treated me like I was an idiot and when I came back with a problem I was having he scolded me for puti.g my atomizer in wrong. I will not be returning here.

Neal you hit it on the head. When I first started coming to the store the owner was great. It was there first month in business and i had used to be a patron of his friends business.l, so we had something in common....But ....every single time I went in after that he was awful, offensive, and rude. If you are in the Cherry Hill area, go to Firehouse. They are EXCELLENT

Bad service employees watched tv the whole time. Product knowledge is lacking didnt know what vg different liquids had. Prices were high and bottles of e juice were not visible so you could see what they had as far as nic levels. I wanted to buy liquid and coils but didnt have time to wait for employees to get up or help me get the products i wanted. Ive been to over 50 vape shops in my travels all over nj and pa and this is the only shop I ever walked out of without purchasing something definitely not coming back.Watch the front door when leaving i sliced my thumb on something.

At Great Vapes you walk in and you feel you have walked into a calm and peaceful space. All the displays are clearly visible. It is easy to find what you are looking for quickly and the service is perfect.

I was there a week ago for the first time and am going back today. Im kind of a newby at vaping. Up till now ive just had the cheap pens from some indian guy convenience store. They suggested the Aspire premium kit, and i am a changed man. Plus the guy helping me pick my liquid was cool and ddnt act at all like i was bothering him with all my uneducated inquirys... Whew.
